I loved getting my makeup done with Sandra. She did my makeup for my engagement pictures, and I loved it. The foundation on me was perfect, I didn’t look orange or anything. The makeup looked great. When she found out my original wedding makeup artist cancelled on me, she reached out to offer her services but also reached out to see if I wanted her to post on her story to see if anyone near me would be available for my wedding day. Thankfully I found someone but after getting my engagement picture makeup with her, I wish she’d do it for my wedding. Sandra, was lovely to talk to and it made my experience that much more meaningful with her. I totally recommend her! :)

It’s difficult to fully explain how grateful I am for Michelle and her team, and what an absolutely incredible job she did with my hair and make up for my wedding. First off, she was so accommodating with fitting in a trial with me coming in from out of state. She killed it during my trial and somehow blew me away even more on my wedding day. Early on we discussed doing a “look change” between my ceremony and reception, which we practiced during my trial, and she executed this perfectly on my wedding day. She is truly a professional at what she does. I could not have been happier with her work and am forever grateful to her for helping me feel so beautiful and confident on my wedding day. Michelle and her team are fantastic to work with! My trial with Michelle was easy and she was able to capture the look I wanted for my wedding. Day of makeup was flawless and did not move at all despite all the dancing! My hair stayed in place without looking like there was a ton of product. My bridesmaids, sister, and a mom don’t wear much makeup but Michelle and her team were able to highlight the natural beauty of everyone without making them look like different people. Everyone’s hair and makeup was flawless and everyone felt gorgeous!

I used Sandra Michelle Artistry for my wedding hair and for my bridesmaids' hair and make-up as well as for my mother and mother-in-law. I absolutely loved working with Michelle and cannot recommend her enough. I feel like from the very beginning we really connected and I felt like, both at my trial and during my wedding, that I was hanging out with an old friend, which made me feel confident and at ease. Michelle is AMAZING - her work ethic, makeup and hair artistry! Michelle did my hair and makeup for my VERY early sunset engagement photoshoot. Even though, we both were getting ready at the salon at a crazy hour, it was so much fun and my hair and makeup came out so pretty! As a wedding florist and venue owner my expectations for wedding vendors are very high. So when planning my own wedding, it was not an easy task to find vendors that could live up to those standards. Santa Michelle Artistry went above and beyond. There is no one else I would trust to make me look my best for the biggest day of my life. Michelle was the nicest, most professional make-up artist! She was able to save the day when needed, and make me feel like the most beautiful bride! She did a beautiful natural glam for my big day! I am not exaggerating when I say that Michelle SAVED MY WEDDING!!! Due to a last minute positive covid test, my hairstylist was not able to work my wedding. My planner reached out to Michelle and by some miracle she was free on a Saturday in June. She came to my rescue immediately and got on the phone with me two days before the wedding to iron out all the details. Then on the big day, she styled my hair and 6 members of my bridal party to absolute perfection. We felt so beautiful! I will be thankful to Michelle forever for stepping in to save the day.

Sandra Michelle Artistry was definitely the best decision I made for my wedding day! Going through the trial appointment she immediately knew my makeup and hair vibe just from looking at my Instagram. I had the honor of having 2 of Michelle's lead artists for my wedding hair and make up. Terrin gave me the most perfect glam look I could ever imagine. Thank goodness for Sandra Michelle Artistry! Michelle herself was amazing and she was a pleasure to work with. Even though she wasn't specifically the artist to do my makeup or hair, her team is wonderful! Terrin and Ruby were spot on with my hair and makeup. They also did an amazing job with my bridal party and the mom's. First off, let me say that Terrin is probably one of the best people who have ever done my makeup. I don't wear makeup at all and when I do its very bare like only eye makeup. And when I've gotten by makeup done professionally, they usually make me look like, well not me haha. So Terrin did a fantastic job on bringing out my natural beauty with a touch of glam. As for Ruby, she was not able to be at my hair and makeup trial, but on the day of the wedding, she did a perfect job as well. She did ask me if there were any adjustments I wanted from the trial and there were slight changes and she was able to adjust and make my hair look perfect. All together, I felt beautiful and my bridal party was on point. I'm very happy with my choice and you will not be disappointed if you go with the Sandra Michelle Artistry team.

I had to postponed my wedding date from fall 2020 to fall 2021 due to the COVID pandemic and Michelle, the owner, was very easy to work with. She was communicative and very understanding of the situation. One of her artists, Jackie, did the hair and makeup for me and my mother-in-law. She made us look so beautiful! We love our looks that she did for us. Jackie was very friendly and attentive. She always checked with us to see if we like our makeup or hairstyle. Our makeup lasted throughout the whole day! Hands down the BEST vendor of the day. Myself and all my ladies looked phenomenal. A few of us have textured hair and Michelle and her ladies worked with it flawlessly and gave us looks we loved. Our make up lasted all day (and I am one to dance all night long). I chose Sandra Michelle Artistry for my wedding at Leoness Cellars on 8/21/21, and I am so happy I did. Jackie did my, my bridesmaids', and my mother's hair, and she did an absolutely amazing job for all of us. My hair is not super easy to work with (any styling falls out within an hour...) but she absolutely nailed it with a gorgeous low bun that added so much volume and texture to my hair, I couldn't believe it was actually all my hair! And it stayed perfectly styled all night! She was so friendly and funny, we all had a great time working with her. Jamie was our makeup artist and did a similarly amazing job. I was a little nervous about the makeup, since I don't usually wear much makeup or know much about it, but she somehow produced the most PERFECT makeup I could have ever imagined. Natural yet stunning - exactly what I wanted, yet couldn't exactly describe. It was like she could read my mind. All in all, we all had an amazing experience with Sandra Michelle Artistry and I would recommend them whole-heartedly to any and every bride!!!

Michelle and her team are absolutely incredible to work with and made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day! I did my hair and makeup trial with Michelle prior to my original wedding date which was scheduled for Spring 2020. I loved the look she did for me so much, but unfortunately due to COVID we had to postpone our wedding date to later that summer. Michelle was so compassionate and understanding, and graciously moved our contract to the new date. Then as restrictions were still in place by summertime we made the decision to postpone our wedding date again to Spring 2021. Once again Michelle was so understanding of the situation and moved our contract, but due to her amazing talent, she was booked for our new date. Michelle set me up with her amazing team Terrin and Jackie. I did another trial run with them and they perfected the look I wanted. By the time my wedding day came around, I had Terrin, Jackie, and Nancy at the hotel where my bridesmaids, mom, and mother in law were all getting ready. The three of them were so efficient and made each of us feel so beautiful, with our hair and makeup lasting well into the night!

Michelle has a wonderful team of people working for her. Jaime and Terrin are a dynamic duo who work beautifully together and my hair and makeup lasted all day long! The make up trial is absolutely crucial to do. Also a special shout out to Terrin because at one point I was not very excited during the planning process (stressed and nervous about doing it in the middle of the pandemic) and she made the trial so wonderful with her energy and attention to detail. She lifted my spirits up when I was at a low point. Would highly recommend their services for your wedding!

Michelle’s whole team was amazing and made it so easy on our big day! I had a large wedding party and was worried about how hectic that might be but the entire team was calm and professional and got us all ready to in time. We also had a couple of last minute changes and Michelle was very accommodating and helpful in making sure those things would be taken care of. Bonus: my now mother-in-law is not into makeup or hair and was very nervous about getting her services but she cannot stop talking about how “badass” she looked and is so thankful she decided to get her hair/makeup done ❤️

I love working with Michelle from the Day 1. She arrived early for our appointment to do my hair and make up. It was my first time getting air-brush make up and it didn’t look cakey at all. The make up and hair lasted all night of dancing and sweating. She is super talented and I definitely recommend that you check her out for your next event!

Working with Michelle and her team was amazing. I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day. Michelle and her team made the day so fun, and all of the girls loved their hair and makeup. Even my mom, who never gets her hair and makeup done (had no idea what to expect) was in awe! Sandra Michelle came to my home to perform her artistry with make up to my face. I have to be honest, I’m not one for heavy make up and haven’t had good experiences when having make up done professionally.. I’m grateful my daughter pampered me and chose Sandra to take care of my make up for the day if my son’s wedding. I absolutely loved everything about it. It was light, didn’t feel heavy, the colors she chose complimented my skin tone, and I didn’t need to do anything to it for the next 12 hours. When I mentioned that I wished I had thought about extra lipstick to match for touch up, Sandra had that covered to! She gave me a little goodie bad with the shade she used, touch up brushes, and gloss. 💕 I’m so happy with her talent and professionalism that I plan to set up a time with her and learn what she recommends so I can pick up my game on my day to day make up routine. 🥰 Very happy Mother of the Groom.

Michelle was absolutely fantastic to work with! I talked at least five other artists but Michelle wowed me right away. From our first phone call, I could tell she wanted to ensure that my makeup was personalized for me and my skin, exactly how I wanted to look. I’m quite pale and I don’t wear much makeup — I wanted light-coverage foundation with some drama in the eyes. I was on the fence about whether airbrush makeup was worth the price, but she blended it so beautifully with my skin tone and it looked flawless in my photos! On the day of, Michelle arrived bright and early with a smile and some fun music while we all got ready. My family and friends loved her as well! We made a few minor changes from the trial look to ensure my hair and makeup stayed put all night. They were perfect! I can not recommend Michelle enough. You want to look beautiful on your wedding day and Michelle can do it all.

Sandra and her team hands down are absolutely amazing! My Coordinator suggested her and her team when I decided to add hair and makeup to my list of vendors. She was SO accomadating with my need for a trial run within the same week I booked. This was due to me coming from out of state I only had one week to meet all my vendors. I couldn’t have been more impressed with both my hair and makeup trial. I went home super excited knowing how gorgeous I would look on my wedding day thanks to her! Morning of my wedding came and her and her team did awesome job not only with everyones hair and makeup, but keeping the mood up with music, and scheduling everyone that morning so that my entire bridal party was fully ready when we needed to be. Although I usually don’t wear full coverage everyday I was pleasantly impressed by the beautiful and flawless airbrushed finish she gave me for my wedding day. I loved every minute of working with Michelle from day 1. I was really nervous about getting my makeup done for my wedding because each time I had it done for a wedding prior to mine, I didn't like it. I found her via a list of vendors my wedding venue provided me with as a place to start. I looked up each artist's IG account, and Michelle's was by far my favorite. She uses airbrush makeup and it looked so pretty on everybody and never caked on or "clown-ish", which is how I frequently view professional makeup. After reaching out to Michelle via her website, she responded very quickly with a personal phone call and I felt so completely at ease after that. She's very personable and friendly, but always up front and honest with her professional opinions. She made it clear that her goal was only to elevate my features, not to make me look like a different person, and I loved that attitude. She brought this same fun and friendly, but professional and honest dynamic to my hair and makeup trial and helped me to understand when what I was saying I wanted definitely didn't match up with what I was showing her in pictures (Makeup and hair are not my area of expertise). She always gave me tips on a face/skin routine so I'd be good to go for wedding day. I knew I could trust her and I left my makeup and hair trial feeling so incredibly pretty and reassured. The rest of the time leading up to my wedding, Michelle was super easy to work with and communicated very well via her website and email. Her contract was detailed and easy to understand. She gave me a schedule of times/order of hair and makeup for each of my bridesmaids and myself for the day of wedding, which I loved knowing everything was so organized. On the day of she remained so social and friendly but never stopped working for a second and, along with her second artist, Jamie, got through everybody in plenty of time! My wedding was the first wedding I've been to where there was downtime for everybody bridesmaid before pictures started. My MIL decided last minute that she wanted her hair done too, and then one of my bridesmaids decided on the day of while getting ready that she wanted her makeup done as well and Michelle remained so flexible and patient and made it happen for both, even though I'm sure that was super stressful for her. All my bridesmaids looked incredible, and I could not have been happier I chose Michelle. I was actually sad she couldn't stay and enjoy the wedding with us because we had so much fun talking with her while getting ready. Either way, she left me with a touchup kit that came in handy for my lipstick. After hours of dancing, my hair updo and makeup was still so perfect in pictures which was also such a pleasant surprise, because I danced A LOT. We had Terrin for makeup and Jaime for hair for our September wedding. Both did beautiful work, asked a lot of questions to make sure the bridal party and moms were happy. I appreciated the trial- especially for makeup, Terrin was very receptive and helped me change up a few options till I was comfortable with wearing much more makeup than I was used to. I was seeking a more natural look that was not too crazy in person but made for beautiful photos. And they both nailed it and worked to make sure the look held up through the hot, windy weather and lasted all day/night. It was the only wedding I have been in thus far where every girl was perfectly happy with her end look- which I think says a lot about their talents and communication! We also lost power at the airbnb we were getting ready at and they stayed calm while we figured out if we would need to mobilize to another location and work quicker, luckily it all worked out. I would highly recommend both lovely ladies for your event!

Michelle and Terrin were amazing! They were both so sweet and a pleasure to work with. Michelle & Terrin were with me and my bridesmaids all day and they quickly became one of the girls. Getting ready was such a breeze and we all had the best time laughing and chatting before the ceremony. It was so nice having both of them there, they really helped ease my nerves and made getting ready for the big day fun and memorable. Michelle even touched up a few of the groomsmen who wanted a little translucent powder to hide the shine on their face in the hot Temecula heat! Michelle is an absolute artist. I hired her for my wedding hair and makeup as well as for the bridesmaid’s hair and makeup and the MOB’s and MOG’s makeup (Terrin was our additional makeup artist and she was also amazing). At my hair and makeup trial, she spent 45 minutes going over bridal looks on Pinterest with me so she could make sure she understood exactly what I was looking for. That time was well spent because she absolutely nailed my look on the first try! On the wedding day, Michelle arrived early and even picked up Starbucks for me on the way – so sweet! No one was stressed getting their hair or makeup because we were on time and there was no last minute rushing – it really made a difference in terms of not getting panicked! Everyone looked amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a sweeter, more talented artist to help me look my most beautiful on my wedding day. Do yourself a favor and hire Michelle!

Michelle and Ruby did my moms, grooms mom, 3 flower girls and 4 bridesmaids hair and make up and holy moly they all looked beautiful! Michelle did wonders on my curly frizzy hair! She completely understood my vision and was able to make changes for the perfect wedding hair!

BOOK HER. I'll start with that. Sandra was amazing! I am shy and picky about makeup, and super picky about my hair. On a regular day I'll wear a little mascara and very light concealer if needed, and straighten and comb my hair. But on my wedding day, I wanted to feel etherial-like a princess or a goddess, but also not carry a crazy amount of makeup. Sandra understood how I wanted to look and feel on this magical day, and she understood my skin tone and hair tone and texture. I got my hair and makeup done at 9 am and still looked bomb at 10 pm after a million pictures and kisses and hugs! She also made my mom and older sister look like royalty! Book Sandra, you wont regret it!

Michelle was great, she made me feel so comfortable and really understood the look I was going for. My best friend had said she would do her own make up, but on the day of decided she wanted her make up done. Michelle had no problem accommodating her. Michelle is so friendly and from the moment I talked to her, I knew that I was going to be in good hands. She is very down to earth and talking with her helped melt away a lot of wedding stress. Since I am not big into makeup I was really concerned I might look like a clown with big eyelashes, but after the trial I was so excited for the big day- I couldn't wait to see my fiance's reaction. She is very quick to reply and I love how she works with Honeybook. I wish more vendors worked with Honeybook, because it organizes all the projects you have going on for your wedding. She did my makeup perfectly and I think all the mom's/bridesmaids felt the same way. I don't wear a ton of makeup, if at all. She made me look like a more refined version of myself. She also made sure I was comfortable with the makeup from the trial, to my wedding day. I am really glad I went through and had makeup done because it helped reinforce my features. I notice especially in pictures having makeup helps you look more refined and helps hide anything that you don't want in pictures (acne scars, tired (I did have to get up at 6:15 am...haha, etc) My hair looked amazing as well. Loved that they reinforced my already natural curls- it's a feature both me and my now husband love. Plus, my sister wanted to have a tattoo covered up. Michelle was really accommodating with that and it really looks great- you would never know my sister had a tattoo on her upper shoulder. I would totally use Michelle again- I mean I wish I could have her do my hair and makeup every day! Wishful thinking. :)

I booked Terrin and Jaime for hair and makeup on my wedding day. They did an AMAZING job on my mom, bridesmaids, flower girls and I. They were so receptive to our feedback after my trial and made everyone look fantastic for the day. They are able to make each person look their best based on their own individual looks and style. I mostly worked with Michelle before the wedding as far as scheduling goes and I have to say this team is the best! Even other makeup artists in the area recommended this team, especially if you want airbrush makeup.

I booked Michelle to do hair and makeup for me and my bridesmaids and I am not disappointed. From the moment I talked to her the first time I felt like I was talking to a friend. She really made me feel so comfortable. On my wedding day she came and again made us all feel so at ease. As far as the makeup and hair I can say we all have never looked better. I looked so glowing and beautiful and the pictures truly reflect how good all of us looked. I would like to say thank you to Michelle for everything. Without her the day would have been much more stressful.

I booked Michelle for my wedding to do hair and makeup for myself and my bridesmaids. The entire process from our initial correspondence up to the big day (and beyond) has been a wonderful experience. I cannot say enough how great Michelle is at promptly responding and keeping consistent communication throughout our time working together, which looking back, helped a ton with relieving some stress from the wedding planning process. Once I gave her the information about how many people I was interested in getting services for, she was able to provide a clear quote up front with all the terms on how much it would be costing me (so important when planning, especially when working with a budget!). The trial was also a great experience. I met Michelle for the first time at the trial and she is exactly what I was looking for in a HMUA. Not only is she really good at what she does, she is an absolutely sweetheart! She is extremely professional and personable. She asked me what style and look I wanted and I provided photos I got off Pinterest for her to work from. I usually don’t do my makeup and my hair has been the same style for a while now, so I didn’t know what would look good on me. I told her my main priority was to have hair style and makeup that I felt comfortable in (the wedding day is LONG) and that I felt was true to ME. She made me feel really comfortable and was open to trying different styles. She continued to check in with me on how I was liking the hair and makeup and always made note of any feedback I gave her. I went home knowing I was in good hands. Between the trial and the day of the wedding, there were changes made to my bridal party. I let Michelle know and she changed the quote and proposed schedule to reflect it with no problem at all. Come wedding day, Michelle was accompanied by her assistant who helped do my bridesmaids’ hair. They both arrived on time to take care of us. There was an unexpected downpour in the morning which threw me through a loop but the two of them made the getting ready process as stress-free as possible. My bridesmaids provided what styles they wanted and they all loved how their hair and makeup turned out! As for me, I had some changes I wanted to make to my hairstyle and Michelle made it work. My hair and makeup looked amazing and more importantly, it held up the entire wedding even with the rain! I felt so beautiful! One of my biggest fears was to end up with a look that I didn’t feel comfortable. I love how Michelle listened to what I wanted and understood that I wanted to look and feel like myself on my wedding day. Michelle even provided me with a touch up kit to use after she and her assistant left. After the wedding was over and we received the photos back, I was very satisfied with how my hair and makeup came across on camera. Looking back on the whole process, I am so happy I chose Michelle as my vendor on my big day and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a quality professional artist to do hair and makeup for a wedding or photoshoot.

I saw first saw Michelle's work through my photographer while going through wedding photos and was blown away! Through our initial conversation I knew Michelle was going to be the right fit. I was not only wanting someone amazing for hair and make up but also someone that was going to have fun with me and my bridesmaids before the ceremony. Michelle was that perfect person! I went and did a trial and discussed what I envisioned for my style and she not only listened, but I think, made it even better! She knew exactly what I was going for and used her expertise to make it even more beautiful. The morning of the wedding was exactly what I hoped for! My bridesmaids and I had an amazing time getting ready and Michelle was such a fun person to have there (and she also kept us on time)! We all felt so beautiful! Everyone commented on our make up and hair that day and for the exact reasons you would want- "it looked classic, natural and beautiful". Couldn't have been happier with my hair and make up and working with Michelle!

Michelle was the perfect hair stylist for my wedding day! She did my, my 5 bridesmaids, and my mother in law's hair with plenty of time to spare. I thought she was very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process, a fair price, and our hair looked amazing! She was able to use the ideas my friends and I had in mind for our styles and go for it with a lot of confidence and experience. Would highly recommend!

Michelle is amazing! She was fun, honest and real and one seriously great artist. I put my faith in her and just gave her an idea of what I wanted. What she produced was much better. I booked Michelle for myself and just about 13 other people. She brought a team of her and three other ladies and all were talented and so nice. I had some moments on my day that stressed me out and Michelle was amazing at helping me see things straight. She is hilarious and keeps you in good spirits. Her job has to be hard with groups this large and keeping to a schedule. I know it was hard for me to keep everyone where they needed to be but Michelle was great at it and flexible when people were challenging to deal with. I highly recommend Michelle. She helped to make me feel so beautiful on my wedding day. If I could keep a pocket version of her to do my hair and makeup every day, I would be the happiest girl!
