We were on the fence about hiring a vintage car for our NYC wedding and boy, am I SO glad that we did. Louis arrived exactly on time and was honestly such a highlight to the day. He was an absolute pro and was so confident and experienced - he was showing me how to hold the dress, what poses to hold near the car, how to get in and out of the car, and everything in between! He felt almost like a second wedding coordinator! Plus the car was such a highlight and we got so many oohs and ahhs driving around NYC and feeling like royalty.

Excellent service! Michael, our driver, was safe, professional, timely, and even walked me and the girls into the church to make sure we were all set. He got us everywhere we needed to be on time. We used the Mercedes sprinter van limo which was such a great decision--TONS easier to get in and out of while wearing a big wedding dress and you still get the benefit of limo style seating inside. All 12 of us fit very comfortably inside and had a blast. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Santos VIP enough! The team went above and beyond from the very first meeting with my fiancé and I. They are very organized, professional and honest, which ultimately made our experience with them very easy. They’re also wonderful at sticking to schedules and ensuring that they’re always timely! The party bus we rented for our wedding was the perfect size for our large wedding party with everyone having a comfortable spot. The bus was on time for everywhere we needed to go even with picking up the groomsmen and bridesmaids separately. Our driver Alvaro was an extremely professional and courteous driver, going above and beyond to make sure our time was perfect. 5 stars all around.

We used Santos for our daughters wedding An 18 passenger limo , a large bus, and a smaller bus. Unfortunately I only remember Hector and Paul but there were others who were incredibly helpful They were on time, immaculate, appropriate and seriously concerned for our comfort and safety. We had an issue at the end of the evening that something was misplaced but Paul found it and delivered it to my home a few days later For so many industries where customer service is no longer a consideration I can not stress enough how awesome we were treated. As if we were family Please don’t hesitate to use this very fine company for your needs

Overall, Santos provided a good service, however, there were some issues and things I believe could be better. The positives: Our driver Marla was a catch and the absolute best! She is amazing and went above and beyond to give us all a great experience. The limo was on time and prompt about getting to our various locations. Champagne and water was provided. The limo was comfortable and clean. We went over time by 5 minutes and they didn’t charge us the overtime. Negatives: We did have a small snafu when the limo came to pick up myself and the bridal party at the hotel. I was confused about the type of limo that I booked and was expecting the Chrysler but instead there was a Sprinter. That was totally on me as I signed the contract and just had a misunderstanding. The issue was that when the driver called the office to check, the phone was given to me for some reason and the man on the line was rude. I did not like the way he spoke to me. He was clearly on the defensive. I let him know that I totally understood I made a mistake but that I didn’t like to the way he was speaking to me and gave back the phone. Our driver apologized immediately for it and was great at calming down the situation after that phone call. We popped the champagne and were on our way. My other negative is that the communication during the booking process was not great and the person I was working with was seemingly never available to speak. I ended up booking with another person from the company on the phone because she wasn’t returning my calls and e-mails. Lastly, we couldn’t figure out how to work the Bluetooth to connect to our own music and eventually gave up.

Santos was so easy to work with!! I hired them for my wedding in May and they were super affordable and easy to communicate with and okay with any changes I made! They made it so easy to book! I would recommend booking them for any event! Clean vehicles and beyond beautiful rolls Royce!!

I recommend Santos Limo to anyone looking for EXCELLENT customer service. Everyone was very courteous . Mr. Luis the chauffeur was SPECTACULAR in getting the job done. Our driver Mike was amazing on our wedding day. He showed up 10 minutes prior to the first pickup time and was punctual throughout. He even adjusted his schedule when we fell behind from pictures. We highly recommend Santos VIP Limos for your big day!

It rained my wedding day, poured! However, Leon our driver was incredible and helped me so much to not get soaked and ruin my dress. The limo and party bus we rented were clean and comfortable and had plenty of room ! The whole experience was great. I will definitely use them again !

We had an awesome, flawless experience with Santos! They worked with us closely leading up to our wedding, organizing multiple buses for guests, a party bus, and an old fashioned car for my husband and I. They were so professional and knowledgeable. They were also kind and helpful to be around on our wedding day! We had excellent service and truly enjoyed working with them. We can not recommend them enough!

This may have been one of the only less than perfect vendors of our wedding. Santos was one of the more expensive options we considered, but I selected them because I wanted a large party bus that would fit my entire bridal party. I received comments from my guests that the Party Bus smelled and the Rolls Royce while the outside was beautiful in our pics was falling apart inside. And our driver forgot our champagne in the trunk on the drive to the reception so we never got a chance to drink it. All in all, it worked out in the end but I think we would have went with a different vendor.

My husband and I booked the 22 person party bus and a 1964 Rolls Royce. Everything was perfect. The vintage Rolls Royce was absolutely beautiful and in mint condition. The party bus was also super clean, great speakers and plenty of space! The drivers were prompt and on time at all of our locations. I highly recommend!

We reserved an Escalade Limousine and Vintage Rolls Royce from Santos VIP Limo for our wedding. The booking agent was very professional and made the process incredibly quick and easy. We hired Santos VIP for our August 22nd Wedding and they were wonderful! On the day of our wedding there was a Hurricane and we were definitely worried about transportation. Both drivers of the Lincoln 10 passenger limos handled it like absolute professionals, making us feel calm throughout the day getting us to church and to our wedding venue on time. They went above and beyond to ensure that we stayed dry and comfortable. When we arrived at the church they were able to maneuver the cars in such a way to ensure we were in a covered area. Once the ceremony ended, it began to rain down heavily and each driver escorted my husband and myself, and each family member/bridal party member to the limo one by down a flight of stairs with umbrellas. I truly felt like they saved the day. They got us to our venue safely and on time and allowed us to leave the nerves elsewhere. If you are contemplating transportation services, I would highly recommend Santos VIP for their professionalism and overall smooth day of service.

If you are thinking about hiring Santos, DO IT. We used the large party bus and the vintage Rolls Royce. Both cars were clean, AC pumped, music and lights worked. With the Rolls, they rolled out a red carpet, and had champagne on ice, flutes ready, and cold on hand. Staff was EXTREMELY nice and seemed happy to be a part of our day, even helped with the dress. Thank you, Santos!

Santos VIP was fantastic. We hired them for the 42 passenger bus and the Rolls Royce Phantom. Both were stunning and clean. Our drivers were the best part! Our RR driver was so kind and helpful. He did everything and anything to make things easier for me. He fixed my train and carried my bouquet for me up until the ceremony started. I couldn't believe how they went above and beyond my expectations.

I can’t recommend Santos VIP enough! We had the large party bus for our 7/30 wedding which was absolutely perfect, clean, and cool for the hot summer day. Our driver was present throughout my entire ceremony and was the one to fix my dress as I walked down the aisle! He made sure the day ran smoothly and helped us stay on the timeline after the ceremony went way longer than planned. The red carpet set up and champagne at the end of our ceremony allowed for great photos! We will be booking Santos VIP again in the future!

Highly Recommend! Our driver was very patient with us and had everything we needed. It began to rain during our ceremony, but the driver still ensured that we had our outdoor champagne toast for photos (while staying dry). Also, although it was rush hour, he purposely changed routes to ensure that we got to our venue quickly and safely.

Honestly I don’t have enough good things to say about Santos VIP Limousine. They far exceeded my expectations and if I could I would rather them a million out of 10. We got married Memorial Day weekend and the weather was terrible!! The driver went out of his way and got himself soaked just to make sure myself and my bridal party stayed as dry as possible. I wasn’t even expecting this from him. He just did it! They were very professional and reasonably priced. The party bus we got was spotless, roomy and fun! We had the best time! Thank you!!

Santos VIP Limousine came recommended to us from several married friends, and we are so glad we decided to use them for our transportation! We booked a 28 passenger party bus and we and our parents/bridal party had such a great time! From the start, Liz was consistently in contact with me from a prompt quote to nailing down all of the details for the day of. Even when things were up in the air with time changes due to COVID-19, every member from Santos that we were in contact with ensured us they would have no problem accommodating us with whatever we needed. They were prompt for all pick ups and we loved having the red carpet and champagne toast outside of the church after our ceremony! Would highly recommend!

Santos VIP went completely above and beyond on our wedding day. After my bridal party was dropped off at the church for our ceremony the driver came inside and waited with me and my dad in the final moments before we walked down the aisle. He not only helped fix my dress but continued to engage in conversation to help ease my nerves! What great professionalism. They also showed up early for all the pick ups they were scheduled to do. It was great not having to worry about anything else that day!

We used Santos for our wedding 9/13/19. We got the Rolls Royce and the party bus for our day and it was perfect!! Our Rolls driver was incredible and went above and beyond to make us feel special!! The bus was modern, clean, and exactly what we wanted. They were both on time and we had no issues!!

The driver of our rolls Royce, Scott was phenomenal. Who would think the driver could make such a difference? Well, he did. He had great photo suggestions. Helped me with my veil and train. We would highly recommend booking Santos VIP Limousine! Rich made sure that our timing was absolutely perfect. My husband and I had Richard as the driver for the 1960 Rolls Royce and Sandro as the driver for the 28 Passenger Party Bus, which was used for our bridal party and as a shuttle for our wedding guests. The Rolls had a red carpet, water bottles, and a bottle of champagne with champagne flutes. The Bus was very clean and had a great speaker system. Both drivers were very professional, helpful, timely and friendly. They helped guests and family members get on and off the bus and even fixed my veil as I was getting ready to walk down the aisle with my father. Thank you Santos VIP!

We rented the Infiniti Party bus and it was amazing! The driver was early to all the destinations which helped reduce the stress of things going wrong. They were super friendly from the application process all the way to the day of. The driver helped the Brides Maids on and off to make sure their dresses didn't get ruined and even helped with the doors leading into the church. I would highly recommend anyone to use them.

We hired Santos VIP for our wedding to provide the transportation for our ceremony, reception, and post reception to area hotels. We had an amazing experience working with them, from beginning to end. The team was VERY helpful in planning out the logistics of how the service would run the day of the event- answering countless emails, scheduling calls, and really worked hard to make sure everything went smooth. The day of, the plans were executed perfectly. The drivers were friendly, the shuttles were pristine, and guests were well taken care of. Shuttles was a big aspect of our wedding due to the venue location, and we were so happy to have found Santos VIP!

Santos, you let me down. The limousine process was the LEAST favorite part of wedding planning. I felt like I was buying a car. Pricing with these vendors isn’t transparent and the vehicle you’re getting for the day tends to be vague. I went to Santos and let the owner I know I didn’t have good experiences with other limousine drivers. I said I needed complete transparency and for everything I’m receiving to be documented in the contract. The owner said he understood and I wouldn’t have an issue. Being that my wedding was a few months away and I was tired of the limousine dealers being such swindlers, I booked Santos. I just needed to get this part of the wedding planning over with. I told him I wanted gratuity and everything included in the total so I wouldn't have to worry about carrying cash on me. He ensured me gratuity was included in the price he quoted-which made sense since I had already received many quotes. It was on par with other quotes with gratuity included. I asked if the radio and AC in the older cars works. I asked him to include that in the contract. The owner disregarded my request which I came to realize was because the radio doesn’t work and due to the age of the brides car, the AC is weaker. In the end the radio not working and power of the AC was good enough. The one star? Well, we rented a 22p party bus and Bentley. A week before the receptionist called me and told me gratuity isn’t included. She seemed very tired and annoyed when I told her that it’s in my contract that I paid for it. I asked to speak to the owner. He ensured me gratuity is included as stated in my contract and he’d let the drivers know in the morning. Flash forward to the day of the wedding. The driver of the Bentley was professional and worked hard to take care of me. At one point I was walking up the stairs to the church and needed more help due to my cumbersome dress,veil, etc and the party bus driver stood there and watched me struggle. He couldn't be bothered helping me at all! I heard my parents in law asked for something on the party bus and he acted like he didn’t know how to do it. Needless to say, I wasn’t thrilled with him. Well, we get back to the venue about 20 mins earlier than I had on my contract and the party bus driver came over to me (bride) and demanded a tip! He did it in front of my photographers and other employees from the venue. I said it was included in my contract and I even spoke with the owner to confirm that. He said that’s not true and they aren’t getting a tip if I don’t give them more money. At this point I was annoyed because he didn’t help me at all and now was shaking me down in front of a group of people for a tip! Santos, this was shameful! I called to speak to the owner about this experience and he made me email him the contract again to confirm the gratuity was included. My husband and I spent about an hour convincing him of the awful experience we had. At the end we were just annoyed and hung up. Take your business elsewhere. As a bride, this is not something you should be stressing on YOUR day.

These guys were great. We rented the 42 person party bus for our wedding party shuttle, so we obviously put a lot of trust into this company. They completely delivered and exceeded all expectations. The bus was clean, the AC worked great, and the sound system made the mood absolutely electric. We also were greeted after our ceremony with a red carpet and nice cold champagne toast. It made for great pictures and really cool experience. Don't overthink it, go with Santos.

We rented a beautiful 18 passenger White Infiniti QX 80 limosine for our wedding on July 13. Marla was our driver and went above and beyond. She was prompt, extremely pleasant, and funny. She was clearly a seasoned pro and was extremely helpful getting me out of the limo in my dress assuring no one would see me. She had a great eye for details as well. For example, there was a string hanging on my dress right before the ceremony that she found immediately and had scissor handy to cut it . She had a red carpet roll out and was ready with our first champagne toast as husband and wife as we got back to the limo after the ceremony. I highly recommend Santos limos we had an awesome experience!

Santos VIP was a great choice for our wedding day! We have heard horror stories of other companies being late or not showing up, but Santos is there early to make sure you are on time to your big day. There is a variety of options, the vehicles are clean, and well stocked with champagne and water. The water was really nice to have for my nervous stomach before our ceremony! They also make sure you have an attendant which was so nice! She helped us know when to walk down the aisle, fluffed my (really long!) train, and had a red carpet exit with champagne ready for us. She also acted as my security guard to make sure no one saw us before the wedding while our photographer took some pictures with the window open. She also was incredibly funny and helped ease my nerves!! Highly recommend Santos VIP!!

We used Santos Limo for our June 2019 wedding and could not have been happier with our decision! We used both the 2 passenger Bentley and 14 passenger Lincoln MKT. Both cars were immaculate and the drivers were so friendly and helpful. When it was getting time to walk into the church, the red carpet literally got rolled out for me and my driver was fixed my train and veil. I had a large dress, and the driver kept helping me in and out of the Bentley. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, I was indecisive about the final timing from the cars, and Celia was incredible to work with during this time and kept following up to make sure everything was set. The cars were both on time and overall I'm so happy that we used Santos and would happily recommend them to future brides!

Santos Limousines was a very easy company to work with. They were receptive and helpful during our process, and very easy to get in contact with anytime we needed to go over details. The drivers the day of were professional and polite, and the cars arrived on time. However, the bridesmaids noted the party bus was a little too cold. We also did not receive the Rolls Royce we had paid for the day of the wedding.

They were easy to work with and very timely for our wedding. We rented out a party bus and an 18-passenger escalade, and they both came on time. They both rolled out red carpets in front of us, which was a nice touch. Both of the drivers were very friendly and helpful, and at the end of our ceremony, they had a bottle of champagne waiting for us, which they opened and gave to us! They had the limos already stocked with ice, which was perfect for our drinks that we put in there ahead of time. will definitely work with them again in the future!

Santos VIP made our wedding day logistics seamless and such a great time! We rented a 32-passenger party bus and Chrysler stretch limousine and both were on time and both drivers were nothing short of accommodating. Staff were aware of the day's timeline and logistics and definitely reassured me (the Bride) that we were on time and everything was running smoothly. Santos VIP provided us with exactly what we needed for our wedding. Both the 1960 Rolls Royce and 22 Luxury Coach were clean and driven by two wonderful drivers who helped us on and off the vehicles. They were on time (even early) and all of the alcohol we dropped off during the week of the event were on ice and ready to go. Not only was their service stupendous, but they provided us everything at a very reasonable cost. Santos VIP is highly recommended.

Santos VIP is beyond transportation. Our driver for the time being and walking into the ceremony..fixed my vail, helped calm my nerves and was extremely confident that our day was going to be perfect! The staff was extremely nice and made my husband and bridal party feel like royalty!

Santos VIP Limousine was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end! We rented the 1957 Champagne Rolls Royce for my wedding on March 16, 2019, and Steve was our driver. Everything was fantastic! Rich responded to my email inquiry about getting the car very quickly and the booking process was easy. Our driver, Steve, was early and just the nicest guy. He came into the Church with us, fluffed my dress and even opened the one side of the door so my Dad and I had quite the entrance! Then when we left the Church he orchestrated a champagne toast at the bottom of the steps - it's one of our favorite pictures of the day! He really was a pleasure and enhanced an already wonderful day. I cannot recommend Santos enough.

Booked Santos because a friend had great things to say about the company & we couldn't have been happier with them! You hear so many horror stories of the party bus/bride & groom car breaking down but none of that with Santos. They called me about 1 week before the wedding to confirm the times & addresses for pick-ups and drop off . They asked who to contact for overtime charges (if any) so my husband and I would not be bothered with any of that on our day. We had a 22 person party bus and a White Bentley & both cars were very clean and perfect for our wedding. The driver of the Bentley went ABOVE & BEYOND for me. He carried my dress train into church and fluffed it out right to the point of when my Dad and I started to walk down the aisle. We also had a 'Just Married' decal for the back window of the Bentley which he applied for us. He popped a bottle of champagne for us & took photos in front of the beautiful car. So happy with our choice in choosing Santos for our wedding transportation.

O.M.G. where do I even begin?! We rented an antique Rolls Royce for our wedding day. Our driver, Lou, should be given the highest praise and a raise! He was amazing! There were torrential downpours on our wedding day. Lou carried the train of my dress and an umbrella to and from the car. He dealt with rush hour traffic with the utmost professionalism. He fluffed my dress once inside the church and gave tips and pointers about holding my bouquet and walking with my dad. He was prompt, polite, and personable. He found the safest, quickest ways to get us where we needed to be and checked with us to before he made any decisions. He helped my husband's grandparents (who are wheelchair bound) into and out of their handicap accessible van and wheeled my husband's 95-year-old grandfather into the church. If you are truly looking for service that exceeds expectations, look no further!

The bus was perfect to fit all our bridal party and our parents. They had champagne glasses for us. They were on time (actually early!) and very professional. The booking process was smooth as well, Courtney was great to work with.

When we arrived to the church and I needed to use the bathroom, but guests were mingling in the church lobby, Hector went inside and tried to get the guests seated so no one would see me before the ceremony began. I was very nervous and he was kind, professional, and comforting. He fixed my train for me before I walked down the aisle, and just did so much more than I ever expected our limo driver to do. The limo bus was beautiful, clean, and the perfect size for all 20 of us! I will always be grateful to Hector for his kindness and helpfulness on my big day!
