Leah and her team at the Seaport were great. We booked the Seaport Hotel early on in the process and we are happy with our choice. Leah and her team were excellent throughout the entirety of our 2 year engagement. The big day arrived without incident and Leah was phenomenal in offering her professional opinions leading up to the big day and making sure her staff were ready to go! She even made sure the picky-eaters in our family/in attendance had exactly what they wanted to eat. Leah will make you feel like a rockstar from the emails she sends, at the tasting and the days/weeks leading up to your wedding. Thank you to Leah and the team at Seaport.

My wedding day at the Seaport Hotel could not have been better. After the initial meeting I had with Leah, I knew this was the right venue for my wedding. She was an absolute dream to work with and so accommodating. The food was phenomenal and all my guests would agree. It really was the best day and Seaport (and Leah) will forever hold a special place in my heart.

We had our Wedding block here and I seriously can't thank the team enough for the service they provided us from planning to wedding day! We worked with Pete who truly cares about your special day - he was always available to answer questions, give recommendations, and made sure we were taken care of once we arrived. He went above and beyond!! THANK YOU PETE! The front desk staff was also amazing - they helped us organize a few things on the day of the wedding and also did a spectacular job dispersing our welcome bags and making everyone felt welcome. We had an after wedding brunch the day after our wedding and the food was incredible, the space was gorgeous, and again, the staff made sure we were all set. I feel like everyone at the Seaport Hotel cares and will go above and beyond for you. I appreciate that sooo much because it made us all feel special on such a big weekend of our lives. The hotel is also in an incredible location - all of our guests loved being able to walk everywhere and there were so many amazing food options nearby. Its truly beautiful! I would highly recommend Seaport Hotel for your wedding - they will go above and beyond for you so that you can enjoy your day and know that you'll be taken care of!!

My husband and I started planning our wedding during the pandemic. Not knowing what limitations would be in place on our wedding day, we cautiously started to look at venues. After visiting the Seaport on a whim and meeting with Leah Malin, we were confident we found “our” venue! During the entire planning process Leah was transparent, communicative and just overall amazing! Her meticulous attention to detail and continuous support throughout the whole planning process allowed us to have the wedding of our dreams. I tend to be a high stress person and Leah always helped to ease my nerves. I honestly cannot imagine our day without her. The entire staff at the hotel was also very attentive and it was obvious they take pride in their jobs. We got so many compliments from our friends and family telling us it was the best weddings they had ever been to; from the timeline of the day, to the food, to the set up of the venue! I truly cannot put into words how AMAZING my wedding was at Seaport Hotel. I wish I could give Seaport Hotel a 100 star rating. The service, the food, the staff, the professionalism, the accommodations, the coordination, etc. were just all so amazing. I am a very detailed person and had a specific vision for my wedding day and Seaport Hotel truly made my vision come to life. Our wedding coordinator, Leah, was just so responsive, energetic and really made you feel like you were the only bride in the world. She took the time to listen to our requests, worked through every menu and decor detail, handled all of the coordination with vendors, etc. Leah truly made it a stress free day for my husband and I. Also, we had a ton of guests from out of town and they had nothing but amazing things to say about their stay and service at the hotel. If you truly want the most amazing wedding with a place that will listen to all your wants, have unmatched service, unbelievable food, amazing staff, a breathtaking location - the Seaport Hotel is the place to have your dream wedding.

I couldn't use another word other than perfection. Every bride thinks their day is perfect, but our wedding could not have been planned, organized or executed any better than the staff did at the Seaport Hotel. My husband and I, along with our guests, were treated like royalty. The food was amazing, the apps were passed evenly and often and the drinks were made wonderfully and quickly! The day was very well planned without seeming robotic which made the day not only wonderful for me as the bride, but for our guests as well. Leah Malin is the best of the best- her advice, attention to detail, and genuine kindness is truly priceless. I could not have imagined a better experience and we are so grateful for the excellent customer service we received. Our expectations were wildly exceeded!!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Michelle Fabiano . Michelle was with us every step of the way and made sure every detail was taken care of. Our 10.19.19 wedding in the Plaza Ballroom was an absolute dream. We obviously knew that this day would be incredibly special and fun but it exceeding our expectations. I had the opportunity to visit the Seaport Hotel when my sister was getting married a few years ago, and after that day I knew that this had to the place I got married. Flash forward 3 years later, there I was with my fiance and mother taking a tour with the wonderful Michelle Fabiano. We knew that this was the place! It was so so stunning and exactly what how I envisioned our wedding and more. The food was outstanding, and the staff were all so attentive, happy and gracious. I have a lot of memories of our wedding night, but one specific memory that sticks out is walking into the ballroom as husband and wife and being able to take it all in. The room that we had toured a year prior was exactly how I envisioned, beautiful! I hope that whoever is on the fence on where to get married decides on the Seaport. I can't explain enough how amazing they were on so many levels. They truly made our wedding weekend so amazing from start to finish. My husband and I can't wait to get back. We also hope whoever decides to go with the Seaport has the opportunity to work with Michelle. Michelle is so amazing at what she does. So organized, talented and has an upbeat personality. Our wedding was at the Seaport Hotel on 8/31/19 (Ceremony in Wintergarden & Reception in the Plaza Ballroom). Our experience with the Seaport Hotel and our wedding coordinator, Michelle Fabiano, was OUTSTANDING from the start! Coordinating with Michelle for our initial tour was seamless! She was very responsive and accommodating with our tour time (Sunday afternoon) due to us traveling in from Maryland and not being able to stop by at anytime. She was prepared, organized, and very personable; we felt comfortable with her immediately! Seaport has many available options for Ceremony and Reception spaces (all beautiful), we absolutely fell in love with their Wintergarden Ceremony space! Michelle did a wonderful job walking us through Seaport's wedding packages and helping us visualize what our day could look like. As the wedding the drew closer we flew back to Boston for our tasting! Again, Michelle was very flexible with the time and made sure it would work for us! We didn't know what to expect for a tasting but we were blown away with how it was set up for us! Michelle and Seaport really pulled out all of the stops. When we arrived our names were on their event board and Michelle met us in the lobby. We followed her to a private dining room where they had a table set as it would be for our wedding and began to dine just like our guests would experience later. Michelle and our waiter Jules (who was awesome and our sweetheart table waiter at the wedding) began walking us through the courses and tasting. Everything was so delicious and amazingly prepared & presented that we had a very hard time choosing what to go with! We ended up with the Seared Filet of Beef and Pretzel Coated Chicken! To finish the tasting Michelle surprised us with churros for dessert so we could conclude the meal on a sweet note! (We ended up adding these to the Ice Cream Sundae bar because they were so good!) Finally, our wedding weekend, what an amazing experience! Seaport hit a home run from the time we unloaded and parked our car with the valet to leaving 4 days later. The valet team and front desk provided a seamless check-in. Michelle was there when we arrived and made sure to take all of the items/decorations we had for the wedding as she and her team would be setting them up during our wedding day. She did an amazing job coordinating with our photographer, videographer, DJ, and florist...even helping the florist pin boutineers on jackets! She kept everything running on time, as planned, and handled everything flawlessly allowing us to not worry and just have the best night of our lives!!! Also worth mentioning, all of the food was OUTSTANDING! All of the apps during the cocktail hour were a hit (the bbq chicken mac 'n' cheese bites are ridiculously good) and the food service during our reception was as good as our tasting! The meals came out hot and perfectly cooked. We received so many compliments from our guests on the meal choices and bar service. We would with out question recommend Seaport Hotel and Michelle to anyone looking for a venue to host their big day! We received so many compliments from our family and guests about the location of the Seaport Hotel, their rooms, and the service they received throughout our wedding weekend.

My husband and I couldn't have picked a more beautiful and PERFECT venue for our wedding! We were so lucky to work with Michelle Fabiano, who made our experience absolutely incredible. She is very responsive, detail oriented and organized- and made our experience stress free and enjoyable! From our initial tour of Wintergarden and the Lighthouse Ballroom, to our tasting, and finally on our wedding day, Michelle went above and beyond to make sure every detail was flawless. Look no further and do your wedding at the seaport! The food, staff, and venue is perfection! The winter garden is gorgeous and we did our reception in the Light House and it was the best night ever. We worked closely with the coordinator/director Leah Malin who was the absolute best person in the world to work with. My mom and her were basically best friends always working on intricate details to make this the best day ever! She was in constant communication and her professionalism is above and beyond. She is unbelievably patient and kind. She helped plan the most perfect and beautiful day. Every single detail was done to perfection! The Seaport staff is absolutely the best in the city! They truly go above and beyond for you and your guests. All of our friends and family can’t stop raving about how amazing the wedding was! The food is also amazing ! Our food was absolutely delicious. Our wedding day was everything we ever dreamed of (and more!) thanks to Leah and her wonderful team at the Seaport Hotel. Best steak and sea bass of my life. We couldn’t be happier that we chose the Seaport Hotel!

Their wasn't a better spot my husband and I could have chosen for our big day! We had met in Boston and knew our dream wedding wanted to be there. We only had visited 2 other venues, but as soon as we stepped into The Seaport hotel we were sold. We worked with Michelle Fabiano and it was the absolute perfect fit. She was so incredibly accommodating, always answering our questions over email and made the actual day so amazing. From the food tasting to the many decisions we had to make to the wedding it was perfect. We've been married almost 2 months now and still getting compliments on the food, the professionalism and the comfort of the entire weekend. We will for sure be back for future visits and will be telling everyone about our experience!

As I wrap the post wedding to dos, it has become abundantly clear how much I’ll miss working with Leah/Director of Catering. We have had a wonderful experience from the first contact. We felt welcomed and supported from day one. Leah was respectful of our budgetary considerations and found ways to make everything work out perfectly. She was by our side the the entire week leading to the big day. This was my second daughter to marry in a Boston Hotel. By far, I highly recommend the Seaport Hotel.

We could not have been happier that we chose to have our wedding at the Seaport Hotel! We got married in the Wintergarden Atrium and hosted our reception in the Lighthouse Ballroom. Both spaces were the perfect size for our 95 guests, plenty of space for everyone. The Wintergarden Atrium is the most beautiful place and the lighting was gorgeous for our 5 pm ceremony. All the staff we encountered throughout the process were attentive and went above and beyond our expectations. In particular, we worked with Michelle Fabiano throughout much of our planning process and on the big day and she was impeccable! She answered all our questions, provided guidance when we were unsure, and consistently communicated with us throughout the planning process and on the big day! She is talented, professional, and attentive. We would recommend her to anyone. Our guests all raved about the quality of the food, the drinks, and the service. We added a bourbon bar and some late night snacks, both of which were big hits! We were even surprised with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our suite following the reception! Such a nice surprise that was the icing on a perfect day! We cannot thank the staff at the Seaport Hotel enough!

The Seaport Hotel is a fabulous venue for a wedding! What a beautiful location! Our guests had a great weekend with the excellent accommodations and convenient access to Boston. Both the ceremony and the reception were held in the Plaza ballroom. The staff did an amazing job transforming the ballroom during our cocktail hour. The food was great, the servers very attentive and the Chef accommodated guests with dietary needs. Kelcee Moore was easy to work with planning the event and did an excellent job coordinating the wedding day schedule with flawless execution. As the FOB, I was extremely pleased!

Our previous wedding venue had some hiccups and we were scrambling to find a new wedding venue within 4 months of our 10-20-18 wedding. In came the Seaport Hotel and their wedding sales manager, Michelle Fabiano, to save the day! We held our ceremony at the Wintergarden and our reception was at the hotel’s Lighthouse Ballroom. Every detail and expectation was met beyond our wildest dreams. The Seaport aims to please and did not let us down. From the wait staff to the food, everything was truly top notch. Our guests raved about the cocktail hour and reception food/drinks and the venue. Guests that stayed at the Seaport itself only had wonderful things to say about the accommodations. Having Michelle there helped us when we were in a bind. 100 percent would recommend the Seaport Hotel for any wedding and/or function!

It was a pleasure working with the Seaport Hotel for our wedding! My husband and I got married down the street at Our Lady of Good Voyage and then had our reception in the Lighthouse Ballroom at the Seaport Hotel. Throughout the whole planning process Kelcee Moore and Michelle Fabiano were very responsive and helpful to any an all questions that we had. The actual reception was amazing. My husband and I did not have to worry about anything that night! Michelle came over to our sweetheart table multiple times making sure that we had everything we needed! At the end of the night, my husband and I went back to our suite and were delightfully surprised by a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. That was a very nice touch! We would highly recommend the Seaport Hotel for your wedding reception!

The team at the Seaport were a godsend on our wedding weekend. We used four of their ballroom spaces for our Hindu/Catholic wedding weekend, and every detail was thought of and taken care of. Leah Malin specifically was an angel. She was assigned to our wedding after our original coordinator left the hotel. She was on top of everything, and was easy to rely on both before, during and after the wedding. She made sure that we also were thought of, keeping my room and the room where we were getting ready stocked with Mountain Dew (as I don't drink coffee and needed caffeine for the 4 am start!). She truly was wonderful. Not only that but all of the venue spaces were stunning, the hotel rooms were fantastic. Our guests all loved the venue and couldn't stop commenting on how stunning the location was as well. Thank you thank you thank you !!!

We had all our guests for the wedding stay at the Seaport Hotel and hosted a brunch in the Flagship Ballroom at the Seaport Hotel the day after the wedding. People are still talking about how wonderful the hotel was, how attentive the service was, and how the food at the brunch was plentiful and delicious! Kelcee Moore, the event coordinator that we worked with, was amazing. She returned all emails and phone calls right away and guided us with ease in making all the right decisions. I would highly recommend this venue and working with her.

Booking a wedding reception venue is one of, if not the, most important choices you will make in wedding planning. We knew we wanted to have our reception in downtown Boston, on the water, and somewhere with outdoor space. After looking at 10+ venues, we knew the Seaport would be the right fit for us. We found the entire Seaport staff extremely easy to work with, organized, and professional, from first booking with the sales team, to the hotel staff, doormen, chefs, restaurant staff, and all event staff on wedding day. Our coordinator, Kelcee, was especially impactful in guiding us through the entire process from start to finish, staying organized, and keeping us organized so that the process went smoothly. While the Seaport offers an all-inclusive wedding package, they were extremely accommodating in allowing us to customize the package, specifically the food and beverages, to best suit what we were looking for. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the Seaport Hotel and its staff and couldn’t be happier that we chose them for our wedding reception!!

I am SO happy we decided to have our wedding reception at the Seaport Hotel. My husband and I both grew up in the Boston area, and we immediately knew we wanted a venue that was on the water. So, needless to say, we fell in love with the Harborview room as soon as we saw it. The pre-function room held our 200 guests comfortably, and the ballroom was perfect! From the wall-to-ceiling windows, to the big dance floor – the venue exceeded all of our expectations. Also, if you are looking for the best wedding coordinator in the area, look no further than Michelle Fabiano! Michelle’s level of customer service is unparalleled. She truly went above and beyond for my husband and I - we always knew that she had everything COMPLETELY under control. We cannot thank Michelle and her team enough for helping us make our big day so special! It truly was the best day ever!

If you’re looking for the perfect city wedding in Boston, the Seaport Hotel is the BEST venue out there! My husband and I got married on July 14, 2018 and held our reception in the Harborview Ballroom in the World Trade Center. I was very impressed with our wedding sales manager, Michelle Fabiano, who was our wedding coordinator for all the planning and day of festivities. Michelle’s professionalism is above the par and her patience and kindness are true qualities when working to plan the most perfect wedding day. Every single detail was done with perfection! The Seaport staff is absolutely the best in the city! They truly go above and beyond for you and your guests. Many of our guests have commented how taken back they were with the outstanding service they received from the bellhop to check in, from cocktail hour to reception and everything in between! In addition to the service being outstanding, our food was absolutely delicious and our guests were very impressed that there was never a line with the bar service (had about 232 guests!). Our wedding day was everything we ever dreamed of (and more!) thanks to Michelle Fabiano and her wonderful team at the Seaport Hotel. The team at the Seaport was great. This was a great venue (three different ballrooms - all varying in style + size, so depending on what theme and size your wedding is - the Seaport has something for everyone!). I, however, could only rate it 4 stars. However, first with the pros! They have done many many weddings, so by now - they have the entire process down. We worked with Leah, who was AMAZING. Always very responsive and very on top of everything. The Plaza Ballroom (biggest ballroom at the Seaport) was great and had a ton of space for our large wedding. We had our ceremony at the Wintergardens - AMAZING. If you're looking for an indoors ceremony space in Boston, would highly suggest the Wintergardens. It was beautiful. The only cons: The only reason I couldn't rate the Seaport 5 stars was due to issues I had with the staff after the wedding. For all the money, time, and effort spent planning the wedding, a bride, groom and respective family members should not have to worry about the aftermath. Unfortunately, two items of concern came up after the wedding. We received claims from the Seaport that *extra* guests had somehow showed up to our wedding. They were unable to provide evidence or the names of these guests and claimed that additional plates were ordered compared to the expected count. We spent the week after the wedding calling relatives and asking for any information they could provide, but from what we could tell, all guests were accounted for! We also ordered a specific number of chairs - so that didn't make sense either! Things just were adding up. It was embarrassing that we had to call family members to figure out what was *true* and what wasn't. In the end, the Seaport was unable to provide actual evidence that additional plates were provided, but didn't really apologize and just stated that they wouldn't charge us for the extra plates/meals. They could not clearly tell us which table they were actually delivered to or which guests. We also received reports from our wedding guests that some did not receive the meals that were ordered (example: a cousin of ours had ordered an adult meal but was served a child meal! The staff refused to serve her the dish, even though it was marked on her escort card!; this was quite unfortunate and surprising as I would think that having had so many weddings, the wait staff + night manager would be more on top of these things!) Secondly, the staff lost a vase that was to be returned back to our florist. They claimed a guest took it, but with no real evidence. As the Seaport was in charge of collecting all decor and packaging them up after the wedding, I am surprised they're not as on top of things! We were 100% sure none of our guests walked out of our wedding with a 2 foot tall glass vase! In summary, the night manager and night staff were was not as attentive as our day manager or day time staff (who were GREAT!). It could have been miscommunication amongst the night staff or the waiters, but it was unfortunate that we had to deal with this after having had an amazing wedding at the Seaport. Would highly suggest that if you have your wedding at the Seaport, make sure you have designated plans for how the event should be cleaned up. It was disappointing that the Seaport was unwilling to pay $25 for the missing vase...a very small price to pay, considering how much we spent on the venue. A bit disappointing.

I toured 13 venues before choosing the Seaport Hotel. Every venue has something to offer, but there was something more about the Seaport that brought us back to tour a second time and book on the spot. My gut feeling was right! Booking the Seaport Hotel Lighthouse Ballroom for my wedding was the best decision I made! The wedding coordinators make you feel like you are the only person getting married there. I worked with Melissa until she moved out of state, and then with Alyssa, both were phenomenal. They respond to your emails right away and answer every little question you may have. I'm pretty sure over the course of 18 months ~500 emails were sent back and forth between us. The wedding weekend was a dream, everything came out better than I ever could have pictured. The service was incredible, like many other mentioned, everyone at the hotel treats you with respect and kindness, whether they know its your wedding weekend or not. The food at the wedding was great! There are so many places to be able to take pictures with the city as your backdrop. If I were to do this all over again, I would still choose Seaport! I am so grateful for the Seaport staff, especially Alyssa, for making this incredibly important day a dream come true.

My husband and I must have looked at every single wedding venue in Boston/Cambridge. Hotels, museums, art galleries, restaurants - you name it, we went there. Nothing quite blew me away until the Seaport Hotel. We wanted a place where we could do both the ceremony and the reception and Seaport Hotel was perfect. We had our ceremony in the Wintergarden Atrium, cocktail hour outside in the Lighthouse garden, and reception in the Lighthouse ballroom. They were all stunningly beautiful with endless windows. The views are extraordinary, as are the photo locations. Water views, city views, garden views, and the beautiful World Trade Center façade. The opportunities for gorgeous photos are endless. Last but not least, the staff is second to none. Everyone from the doorman to the banquet manager treated us like royalty. The valet guy even put air in my tires before I left the morning after our wedding. And of course, our coordinator Alyssa was incredible. She was a godsend and made my every wish a reality. Our wedding was beyond my wildest dreams and people cannot stop talking about it. If you want a Boston wedding, there is nowhere better than the Seaport Hotel.

My husband and I were married at the Seaport Hotel on June 2, 2017. We had a small service with just under 60 guests. This was a second marriage for both of us and we didn't want all the silly customs (cake cutting, bouquet throwing, garter gathering, etc.,). We wanted plenty of appetizers during the cocktail hour, an open bar for the entire evening and a delicious dinner with an ice cream sundae bar & pastries for dessert, instead of cake. The last thing we wanted was for our guests to leave our wedding hungry. We could not have asked for a better evening, the service was amazing, the dinner was delicious and all the guests we have spoken to since have told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We did not have a giant budget and they worked with us to ensure we had the night we really wanted. They were organized, detail oriented and the ceremony room, with views of the Boston waterfront, was beautiful. Our wedding coordinator, Melissa Abraham, was one of the best people I have ever had the good fortune of working with. We ended up staying at the hotel through the weekend. Everyone was so helpful and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was a special one. The hotel services cover everything you could want, there is plenty nearby for restaurants, bars and tourist attractions and the waterfront area has plenty of space for taking walks or just sitting and watching a great sunset. We just had our wedding a the Seaport Hotel on April 22, 2017. The hotel is incredible- truly an example of simple elegance. We had the pleasure of working with Alyssa Rothstein as our coordinator, who was so sweet and accommodating! We used the Wintergarden Atrium for our ceremony and I even dared to walk down the stairs (so worth it!). Would highly recommend this venue for brides/grooms looking for a great hotel with a great location (very close to downtown Boston but also allows guests a taste of the seaport/south Boston area!)

The Seaport Hotel and Melissa Abraham were AMAZING! When planning my wedding, I knew we needed a place to hold a lot of people, considering we were inviting over 300. My mom had to talked to Melissa at a wedding expo and when we were out looking for venues and feeling defeated, she said lets just call and see if she can meet with us today. Well, that day turned around big time! We met with Melissa and the rest was history! Melissa and the Seaport worked with my parents budget and helped in making my dream day come true! From answering my million questions to accommodating me, my bridal party and my 300 guests, I just can't say enough. Not one thing went wrong and my day was literally perfect! Everyone at the Seaport was amazing and helpful and even my guests couldn't say enough about the venue and the staff! I would love to relive our big day every year, and if I were able to do it, Melissa Abraham would be my coordinator and the Seaport Hotel would be my venue! The Seaport Hotel and Ellen Pels made my daughter's wedding a dream come true. The wedding weekend went perfectly. The venue was beautiful, the food and service excellent, and a beautiful brunch the next morning. They know how to have an affair.

Ellen Pels & her team are the BEST in the business. We couldn't be happier with the execution of last Saturday (April 30th). Every SINGLE detail was complete and utter perfection. The staff is the BEST in the business. Every one of our guests has commented on the superb quality of not only the service, but the food as well. The bartenders were so friendly, and not one person ever waited for a drink in line. After my husband was finished with his filet, our waiter came over and asked if he would like another plate of food... unbelievable! The team at the Seaport Hotel is the true definition of a dream team. They went above and beyond for our wedding (as I'm sure they do for all of their couples) but we are so, so eternally grateful. Thank you for helping to make our wedding day a an absolute fairytale. We are SO thrilled we chose the Seaport Hotel...there simply isn't a better venue in Boston! I had trouble finding a venue for my wedding because I was only expecting 80 guests. The Seaport was one of the only venues who didn't try to shove us in their smallest room where I felt claustrophobic. They loved our sized and were excited to showed us their multiple options. I fell in love with the Seaport Boston Hotel the minute we were shown their ballrooms. We used the Flagship Ballroom for our ceremony and the Lighthouse Ballrooms for our cocktail hour and reception. It rained the entire event but the floor to ceiling windows let in so much light, we didn't even notice. Our wedding consultant, Alanah, was absolutely amazing. She answered every little question I could come up with and I never had to chase her down. The day of the wedding, Alanah and her team were beyond words. Someone from the Seaport was always there to help the wedding party. We were worried about the little details, like how to transport everything to our room when the wedding was over, but the staff at the Seaport had everything moved for us before we even mentioned anything. I had everyone coming up to me during the wedding and telling us what an amazing venue it was and how beautiful the hotel was. You will not be disappointed in this venue.

My sister got married at the Seaport Hotel (in the Lighthouse Ballroom) over ten years ago. The venue was absolutely gorgeous, the food was delicious and memorable, and the staff was highly professional and attentive. I enjoyed it so much that, when it came time to plan my own wedding, I looked there any way! I wanted my wedding to be just as beautiful and fun- but I also wanted to make sure it was completely different! The Seaport staff (and Melissa Abraham in particular) helped me do just that! I ended up having my ceremony at the Wintergarden Atrium across the street from the hotel (absolutely magnificent glass dome-shaped room that catches so much light the pictures turned out amazing!) and my reception at the Harborview Ballroom (with a private deck overlooking the water with beautiful views!) at the Seaport World Trade Center! Melissa coordinated everything so the day flowed perfectly! She was quick to answer all of my questions and address my various concerns (I am someone who always has tons of questions- and both my husband's parents and my parents do too). In the end, the day was perfect – everything from the ceremony to the decorations to the flowers to the music. And everyone commented on the food. The hors d'oeuvres were interesting (i.e. delicious lobster salad in a cute mini cone!) and abundant. Dinner was beautifully prepared and delicious. Service was superior. Snacks and drinks fueled the dancing, and all of our guests had a great time. Quite a few of our guests were also overnight or weekend guests of the hotel. All were impressed with the accommodations and the friendliness of the staff. We heard multiple reports of staff going out of his or her way to provide a service, and then refusing to accept a gratuity. This makes the Seaport truly unique, and helps to turn a hotel stay into something special and memorable. Clearly, the helpful and attentive Seaport staff contributed greatly towards each guest’s overall wedding experience. I would highly recommend looking into the Seaport Hotel's various venue options if you want a city wedding with beautiful water views and top quality service! It honestly went off without a hitch and was every bit as memorable as I always hoped my wedding would be!

Words cannot describe how perfect my wedding was - thanks to Ellen Pels and her colleagues at the Seaport Hotel. My husband and I fell in love with this venue and booked it for that reason... but what I didn't know until closer to the wedding was how absolutely incredible the staff is at that hotel. Most of the staff members have worked at that hotel for a long time - like 10 years! They are treated very well and in turn, do an absolutely superb job. After the wedding, the serving staff came up to my parents and told them what a beautiful wedding it was and how they enjoyed being a part of it - HOW SWEET AND WONDERFUL IS THAT??? My parents are still talking about how much that touched them. A beautiful venue... an incredible staff... amazing food... it is truly spectacular - check it out!

I was married at the Seaport Hotel on October 18th 2014. It was honestly the most beautiful / best day of my life. Our wedding coordinator who we originally worked with ended up leaving the Seaport a few months before the wedding. We then worked with Ellen Pells who came in and made me and my family feel right at home! Ellen was so accommodating and did everything we had asked. She was so helpful especially on the day of the wedding. She made me and my family feel extremely comfortable and got us whatever we needed! As for the venue itself, it was spectacular. I got married in the flagship room and had my reception in the lighthouse room. You will not find another ballroom like the lighthouse room in the city of Boston. It is a different, modern room with amazing lighting. The staff at the wedding were so accommodating and professional. The food was also excellent! You cannot go wrong with a Seaport Hotel Wedding! All of my guests have said that my wedding was incredible. They all had such an amazing time. I owe all these compliments to Ellen and the Seaport Staff. It was truly the most amazing day of my life and i am so happy with the way it turned out.

We had our wedding here in September in the Lighthouse Ballroom and couldnt be more pleased! We had the most spectacular experience! We got raving reviews from our guests on the room, the service, the FOOD, and the rooms. We had experience with 3 of the wedding coordinators and they went above and beyond for us! The Seaport Hotel was my absolute dream location and they completely delivered me my dream wedding! From the moment I met with Alicia, I knew the Seaport was it! She was the BEST wedding planner I could have ever hoped for - SO accommodating, helpful, professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Alicia was a pleasure to work with! The entire Seaport staff was excellent, as well, and were ready to help with whatever they could. We were so well taken care of and I cannot say enough good things. The food was delicious and the room itself (Lighthouse Room) was beautiful. I knew I was in great hands and never had to worry about things going wrong. They are great at what they do! We feel lucky to have been able to experience our wedding at the Seaport and would recommend this venue highly!

My husband and I used the Seaport as the location for our 8/2/14 wedding. Ever since I went to my cousin's wedding at the Seaport when I was 8 years old, I knew that I wanted to get married there! I did not look at any other venue, but really, in Boston there is just no competition to the Seaport in my opinion! We had Marianne as our wedding consultant who was wonderful at taking any of the planning stress away from us and putting the weight on her shoulders. She completely understood the vision of our wedding and made anything we wanted for our day possible. During the wedding, she made sure to keep us on a time schedule and always made sure we were having the most memorable day ever. The Seaport itself is gorgeous. We got married in the Lighthouse Ballroom which has beautiful views of the city and of the harbor. The room is all glass giving an open feel. The staff was friendly and accommodating always. We had a few family members who forgot to book rooms in the room block and the front desk was able to pull strings just so they could be present at the wedding and pay the preferred rate. The food was wonderful, probably some of the best food I had ever tasted. All of our guests have told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to and the best food they have ever had at a wedding. What was the absolute best was the service! For the hour of open bar during the cocktail hour (included), the wait staff came around with what seemed like a never ending tray of drinks. They made sure everyone had one of our specialty drinks in hand within the first ten minutes of entering the cocktail space. For the wedding, they were greeting our guests coming into the room with sparkling water or champagne. It was such a nice touch. I could go on and on, it was an amazing place! If you want a Boston wedding, the Seaport is the way to go. The package is all-inclusive unlike other Boston venues and well worth it. I wish I could go back and enjoy it all over again!

I was married at the Seaport Hotel (WinterGarden Room)this summer and was beyond happy with the entire experience! The wedding coordinator (she is no longer with the seaport) was beyond fabulous in every way possible and the staff was so respectful and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The planning was seamless and the my coordinator was able to help and offer support throughout the entire process - she made the planning part enjoyable! The food was great and the rooms were recently renovated so they were modern and clean! The Seaport even included (free) self parking for guests attending the wedding which is huge in the city! If you are looking for a modern venue with a great location in the city the Seaport is a great option!

The Seaport provided a phenomenal experience, from the quality and ambiance of the venue, to the individuals that were assigned to work with us throughout right up through the wedding event. We worked with Ellen initially who helped us determine rough times, venue, date, etc, that ended up in the contract. Once the contract was finalized, Marianne was assigned to work with us on all of the little details, right down to putting tic tacs in the rest rooms for guests. Both were great to work with, and added to the experience of staying in a very well managed, very well maintained, resort hotel, which is also situated perfectly in a great part of Boston, especially during the summer months. Strongly recommended! We are forever grateful for their role in providing the perfect experience.

I can't say enough great things about the Seaport Hotel. We had the most beautiful ceremony in the Wintergarden Room, a fabulous cocktail hour in the Lighthouse Patio, and an amazing party in the Lighthouse ballroom. Besides the venue itself being beautiful and perfect for our needs, the staff was incredible. Everyone was on hand to help us and really went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a positive one.

My husband and I have been married just about a month and I wanted to take 5 minutes to tell future brides and grooms about the Seaport. If you want a Boston wedding with both water and city views, the Seaport is the clear choice. Besides the spectacular location, the amenities included in your package, along with the superior service make this venue a notch above the rest! From the moment we began planning our wedding, roughly 1 year ago, the entire staff at the Seaport could not have been more accommodating and wonderful. From our wedding coordinator, Alicia, right down to the servers on our wedding day, everything was perfect. I also loved that it was a gratuity included location, so there was no stress over what was appropriate to give to all those who assisted at the end of the night. Overall 5 star rating and our guests cannot stop raving about their entire experience!

From the day that we looked at the venue, I felt like I was being taken care of. Unlike other venues I was looking at, the Seaport gives you a look at the big picture. From the start they include chairs, linens, cake, and other small details in their quote. I was surprised to find that as other venues I was scouting expected everything to be added piecemeal. It was a great feeling to know what I was getting into from the beginning. Beyond that first meeting, Ellen made me feel comfortable every step along the way. They provide a timeline and checklist so I always felt on top of everything. Dealing with Ellen and the Seaport made planning my wedding very easy. I felt very little stress as I knew I could always turn to Ellen for help. My wedding was executed flawlessly, and everyone I have spoken to said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Seaport gets an A plus from me, my family, and all of our guests.

We had an incredible experience at the Seaport for our wedding. Our weddding coordinator, Ellen Pels, was absolutely amazing-from our first meeting, I knew she would be able to exceed all of our wants and needs for our wedding. She gave me the feeling that if something went majorly wrong on our wedding day, she would calmly be able to handle any situation. Ellen was one of the primary reasons we decided to book the Seaport for our wedding reception (besides the beautiful location, of course). She made the process so easy, and she did everything with a smile and a laugh. Ellen referred us to so many wonderful vendors-from flowers to a local spa-and they were all incredible. She answered hundreds of questions from me as well as my family, and was always knowledgeable, friendly, and always made me feel like I was her only client. Honestly, by our wedding day, I wished Ellen ran my life! On the day of our wedding, she checked in to make sure we were all set with everything that we needed, and helped us with everything. The service at the Seaport was second to none-all of the wait staff was incredibly professional and took care of everything we could have wanted. The venue was beautiful and everything went perfectly. I would highly recommend the Seaport for a wedding or any other large event.

Alicia, our coordinator, at the seaport hotel made every step of the wedding process easy! The package that the seaport has includes valet parking, the cake, the food and much more. The food tasted great and our guests loved the venue- especially the deck over the water! Everything was great!

Julie ad the seaport wedding group was truly amazing. Julie was patient, kind And took amazing notes to make sure she did not miss a thing. The food was amazing, hot and fresh. The service was amazing as they worked hard. The chef was also very accommodating his name is chef Khaled. I highly recommend the seaport hotel for a wedding venue. Thank you for making my wedding dreams come true.

I had the most breathtaking wedding at the Seaport Hotel on New Years Eve. I had Tina as my wedding planner and she was absolutely amazing. She did everything for me and was always there to bounce ideas off of and to just email to chat. I loved her and she could not been more helpful and on top of everything. She made my night the most amazing night of my life. I cannot really complain about anything. We were in the lighthouse room and did our ceremony at the hotel in the flagship. Everything is was so beautiful. The staff was so organized and knew exactly what to do. The food was amazing and we even got our own server (Jules who was amazing) who got us our drinks and food all night. At midnight the staff brought out ribbon and even dressed up for the occasions with extra hats that we had brought for guests. The prices were reasonable, especially because we had a 100% Gluten Free wedding. Every other place we talked to were going to charge us way more but the Seaport took it as an opportunity and the every guest loved the food. We got to pick our wines and everything else. we could see the fireworks from the room and the hotel was decorated amazingly for the holidays. I would absolutely go to the Seaport and use Tina because I had the mos amazing wedding in the world and it was all thanks to the Seaport!

The location is beautiful, but be careful! Not all coordinators are competent. Our coordinator frequently did not return emails or phone calls, she did not send a box of personal belongings up to our room as promised resulting in a theft of personal items. Our coordinator forgot about our rehearsal, and did not double check that she was using the correct seating chart. The food and service staff are great, but definitely would NOT have a wedding here if I had it to do over.

The Seaport Hotel did a wonderful job hosting my wedding! We had our reception in the Lighthouse room and it was gorgeous!! They were so nice and attentive, did everything that we asked for and even upgraded my room to a suite!! I would choose them again for any event!

The Seaport is the best spot in Boston for a wedding from the location to the staff and the food it was the best night of my life. I had the most perfect wedding it was everything I had ever dreamed of and more. My coordinator Julie was the best she made all my planning so easy and I just cant wait to go back there again!

I had my reception in the lighthouse which is a beautiful modern space. The night was seamless and the staff was amazing. The food was delicious and we had an abundance of it. My guest have been raving about the food for weeks! This was an amazing location and I would recommend it to all. Our event coordinator was fabulous and went out of her way to help us with every question, issue, suggestion and/or request we had!

The room, the food, the staff, the accommodations - they were all top notch and incredible! I will always remember my wedding night as the best night of my life and the Seaport had so much to do with that! I am so happy I chose the venue and am thrilled with the outcome!

The Seaport World Trade Center is a beautiful location. Everything was perfect. The room was gorgeous and the wait staff at the reception was unbelievable. My husband and I never had an empty glass along with my family and wedding party members. Everything was set up perfectly and the waiters at the reception were absolutely amazing!
