The accommodations were great. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the value was great. The staff was friendly, self park wasn't bad just a short walk across the street to the convention center $20 per night with in and out access. I will d...

It was my first time in Atlantic City. The hotel was nice and cozy and quiet. They have many Miss America displays which was really cool. Also, they do not serve complimentary breakfast which I was sad about. They didn’t have a pool either. So ...
there was not much to do inside the hotel. The hotel store was very pricey. But the mall was around the corner. Would I stay there again yes because I like my peace and quiet. They are kid friendly. The hotel was super clean. Housekeeping I found a stain on one of the wash cloths which looked red. Thank God I caught it. Other than that the front desk was nice.

I am myself a hotelier and I do know all the policy and procedures starting from check in process. I would say the lady who checked us in was not friendly and did not explain anything about the hotel facilities. I would not mention the moment I...
got stuck at the counter while tapping my card for the deposit. It was very disappointing.
She also did not mention anything about our included breakfast. Until I asked her the timing and then she realized that we are entitled for breakfast vouchers and handed over to me. The room most probably been cleaned a week ago and never checked before our arrival as it was full of dust.
And property itself need a small renovation. Also, as soon as we checked in I asked for the slippers and got them only 5 hours later. Which was very disappointing.

Hotel's location is very close to the Outlets (10 minute walk) and a little further (20-25 minute walk) to the boardwalk and casinos. Though I wish there was a way to exit the hotel directly into the Outlet area...that would shave off about 5-7...
minutes from the Outlets and Boardwalk walks. Instead you have to exit facing the convention center and walk all the way around...very impractical.
Parking is off site at the convention center across the street. Upon check-in, you will be given a new parking ticket you can use for the duration of your stay which grants you in-out privileges at a rate of $20 per day, charges via the hotel.
There is gift/snack shop on site as well as a Tavern/Brewery, both on the main floor.
No pool, but the fitness center (accessible from the main floor next to the elevator bank) was large with lots of equipment and space. Water and towels available there as well.
The hotel also has some cool decor, mostly related the Miss America pageants they are known for.
The room was okay...had all of the helpful amenities: mini fridge, microwave, large TV with lots of channels, iron, ironing board, lots of outlets with USB ports.
Some issues we noticed were...the beds were lumpy and not very well-made upon arrival, the "white" bed skirts were stained, the toilet kept running as you had to manually left the lever in the up position for it to stop and the bathtub did NOT properly drain so you ended up standing in about 2-3 inches of your own bathwater throughout the duration of your shower.
Now for reference, many of the casino-hotels in Atlantic city opened in the early-mid 80's...having stayed at many of them, they all show their age, except for some of the portions (i.e. towers) which have been renovated and generally cost more to stay in. Although the Sheraton was built a bit later in 1997, it, like many of the others, shows it age. The rooms and hallways are older...which is something you will have to keep in mind.
Overall the stay was okay. I think it would be adequate for most who are not picky and don't mind being a bit away from the boardwalk.
All staff we encountered were nice...particularly the guys at the door.

Mediocre at best. Beds are comfy and clean. But hotel needs updating. Air-conditioning leak right outside the entrance to the main ballroom. Floor carpet was saturated. All they did was put two trash cans there to collect the water.
