Very nice conference facilities! The food was good and the staff was practically invisible and yet the service was great! I recommend the conference facilities.
The parking garage is short if you have a truck. I think 6'4". My Toyota tundra...

Wonderful experience. The hotel is very large, rooms are comfortable and of a decent size. Everything is in good working order. The bar in the main lobby has a wonderful ambiance and good food. Very cozy lounge on the same floor and a Yardhouse...

ive to our other guest joining later that day, included a room key and she didn't know what else may have been in there. She insisted on making a new key and NEVER gave my friend the envelope. It had her name and room number.

re. She was very personable and down to earth. The exact personality I needed being tired and decaffeinated. Now to discuss the lack of a fifth star. You had one manager at our opening night ceremony who was upset about those tipping chairs to reserve them. Adjusting them and asking them to be left with all legs down would be appropriate. She was very rude and abrasive because she was frustrated. In a customer service industry you should be able to enforce rules without tone and with a smile. It’s an opportunity for improvement within your establishment. Overall it was a great conference with room for improvement

The valet staff are the only friendly and helpful staff in the entire hotel. They should all be promoted to management because they actually understand what customer service is, and they were the only ones I saw with a smile on their face. This...
place is a joke, the rooms are subpar, definitely not worth the price. Be prepared to shell out $50+ for parking (even for general parking), $50+ on breakfast (you don't even get free coffee), the pool bar closes at 5pm, room service ends at 930pm, and the lobby bar closed at midnight (on a Friday night in a downtown metro area this is unbelievable). Will not be coming back
