Wedding Feb. 2015, total 120 people I had my wedding reception, day after non-hosted brunch, as well as I made it the preferred lodging location for my guests. Wedding reception: I cannot say enough about their events coordinator, Angela. She is an angel. She made us feel welcome every time we met with her and she always took care of us. She calms you down when you're stressing and works with your budget to give you exactly what you want. She was always available via text, call, email, and in person. Even down to the week of the wedding, she contacted decorators and took care of the billing for me. She let me be in marital bliss that whole week and didn't let me worry about a thing. The food was amazing and chef, Bobby, is a catch! He helps you tailor the menu to make whatever you want, basically. Floor manager, Robert, coordinated the timeline with my DJ flawlessly. The day before he had our banquet set up. I dropped off my favors, desserts, decorations, etc. with him and he set it all up beautifully without any direction from me. Even gave me his cell to text with any concerns. The three of them made a team that made my day so perfect, I can't thank them enough! Lodging: Angela gave me a great rate for all my guests the week of the wedding and even reserved last minute rooms for me two days prior (seriously, she is a God-sent). She worked with my guests over the phone/email and took care of my family like they were hers. Brunch: I used the hotels brunch buffet as a way to invite my family to a non-hosted brunch the morning after the wedding. This way I could spend more time with family who spent so much to travel to our wedding. There was a mixup that morning and some family members thought their breakfast was on us or included as part of their stay. Before I even realized there was an issue, Angela explained how much we spent on the wedding and the hotel compensated everyone's breakfast that morning. This hotel and Angela provide services and a level of comfort that are way above the requirement. I highly recommend having your wedding here!
