She even put our names in the songs!! Our wedding felt like a private concert, and the band's ability to connect with the crowd made it an interactive and unforgettable evening.

Shirts & Skins Band did such an amazing job. So easy to work with, so knowledgeable about the wedding process. They made hiring sound support for the ceremony, event host, and band and DJ entertainment booking the easiest part of planning our wedding.

My wife wanted a DJ, but after we saw Shirts & Skins at The Lookout, we both knew we had to have this band at our wedding. They were super easy to work with and flexible. And it was such a great experience to have such a kind and easy-going band. The dance floor was packed the whole night and they even let us sing a song with them. I cannot recommend them enough!

I was super impressed by this band. They were there hours early to set up before everyone arrived. The band leaders were always on site in case we needed to ask questions. The professionalism in this band was of the charts. I was nervous about coordinating a band in my wedding but Shirts & Skins relieved me of any stresses. I talked to my wedding party afterwards and received a TON of compliments, so I hired them again for my aunts 60th Birthday party!

Phenomenal band. They made our whole wedding experience so much more relaxing and enjoyable! They also provide a DJ on their breaks which was awesome! It was like the best of both worlds!

I did have to worry about anything other than my husband and I getting married. These guys went above and beyond to make our special night absolutely amazing. We had to push our wedding back from November to April. Thankfully we were able to reschedule even with a crazy mess up on our end. Everyone was on the dance floor all night. We still get compliments from wedding guests about this group. I’ve gotten to hear them play 3 times now, and they are incredible every single time. I would strongly recommend Shirts and Skins to anyone. They truly are awesome!

These guys were honestly the best. They were able to work with our space and it was super easy to pick must plays/veto songs. We had the perfect blend of music age and genre to keep everyone on the dance floor all night. The band and DJ were truly just the nicest people too.

HOLY MOLY, this band rocked our world last night. The entire band was so fun and nice. They played great songs that had our dance floor filled the entire night. 10/10 would recommend them for anyone wanting great entertainment for a large event or for your wedding night like we did.

We hired the Shirts & Skins band for our daughter's wedding this past August and we're so glad we did! From our first discussion to the last James (leader) was always responsive and informative, answering all our detailed questions. James worked with us on various packages which included both a sax and fiddle player; who were outstanding, as were their vocalists and the other members. He also spent time on discussing song selections that work for all ages! It was especially appreciated that the band made sure to learn a few favorites of the bride & groom! James promised that the dance floor would be full the entire night and it was! We're so happy we decided to go with a band! Shirts and Skins Band delivered! Exactly what we wanted for my daughter's wedding reception - live music and amazing soloists. The dance floor was busy all night while they played a wide variety of songs - from Toto and Guns N Roses to Adele. What an evening - thank you Shirts and Skins Band!

We used the Shirts & Skins Band for a fundraising event and they were awesome! James was great and made arranging the night easy. The band showed up with plenty of time to set up, they were very organized, and ready to play when it was curtain time. Incredible musicians and beautiful voices! The music choices were perfect and had guests dancing during salad service! We are definitely using them again next year. Shirts & Skins Band will make your event one to remember.

An absolute must have at your event! They were incredibly talented, wonderful musicians, high energy, versatile, professional and so much fun. Our guests were literally chanting "one more song!" at the end of the night, everyone blissfully dancing the night away. The band was also easy and wonderful to work with, highly responsive, flexible and had a great setup for communication before the wedding. They were willing and able to adapt to our every request, making it the night of our dreams. Every person I talk to about our wedding always mentions how great the band was. Hands down - BEST WEDDING BAND EVER!!! HIRE THEM NOW!!! I can not express enough how unbelievable the Shirts & Skins Band were at our wedding. Every single guest commented on how amazing they were and that they were the best wedding band they had ever seen. They made our wedding the best party ever and every guest was out of their seats all night long, hands in the air, dancing and singing their hearts out. The band has so much energy, makes every song sound better than the original, learned any of the new songs we wanted to be part of our event and are so interactive with the crowd all night long. So many people told me they didn't even want to go get a drink or hit the bathroom because they didn't want to miss a song or anything the band was going to do. On top of how amazing they all are at what they do, they are all the NICEST people ever! The planning ahead of time couldn't have been any smoother or easier with James so on top of everything. You should stop looking for a band right now and put down a deposit with the Shirts & Skins Band. (and if your date isn't available, literally change your wedding date to a day they can be there - they are THAT good!) We are already planning a 5 or 10 year anniversary party so we can have them again. We can’t even begin to explain how much we loved our band, Shirts & Skins Band. They rocked the house and our family and friends were blown away!! The Shirts & Skins truly exceeded our expectations on all levels. James was awesome to work with and everything you see on the website is spot on! We did our homework, and it paid off. LOVED YOUR MUSIC at our reception! It was like we were at a concert, we really thought you were that good and were amazed at how accommodating you were. We were also blown away at how you ALL have excellent voices and can do both male and female songs and how you got the people dancing from the get go! Couldn't believe you guys did Cotton Eyed Joe and then went into Ice Ice Baby! Sounded like the record with the fiddle and vocals and like Mr Vanilla himself ;)---->UNREAL! Its almost like you are 3 or 4 bands in one the way you go from a Country song to a Rock-n-Roll song to an oldies song and the awesome part is you did them all equally as well. Anyhow we just wanted to say that Shirts & Skins will be at 2 of our friend's weddings coming up too as they loved them at ours and we will be coming out to any shows you are in our area! Thanks AGAIN for an awesome night!

Shirts & Skins performed the reception music at our wedding and WOW - they took the event to a different level - they played incredible cover songs that got everyone out on the dance floor, they had a lot of energy, the songs were all polished & sounded wonderful! We would definitely use them again for another big event, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an energetic, fun band! We had an outdoor reception under a large tent, and they transported all their equipment and everything all the way down a large hill and to the tent location onto the stage and got everything set-up themselves. They arrived very early so as to have enough time to set-up and rehearse and be done with set-up by the time the guests sat for dinner. They were all very friendly and respectful, and we had seen them play a couple times at local bars before booking them - and those performances were also great. Only downfall - wished we could've kept them playing all night long, but everything has to end eventually :)

I hired Shirts and Skins for my reception and WOW, they were incredible! They were exactly what me and my husband we're looking for! I'm so happy that I decided to hire the full band with the horn section, because the horns really added to their sound and made the dance floor even more rockin!! Hire them, you won't regret it. Great band and a great group of people. They were really easy to work with and were able to deliver everything we wanted/needed. The musicianship in the band is great! I can play a little guitar on my own, but this group are all professionals. Everyone at the wedding had a great time dancing to their music, and enjoyed the fun atmosphere. I was really hesitant to get a live band for my wedding... but after having these guys play and totally ROCK the whole night, I'm 100% convinced that they were worth every penny! The sound was high-quality, energy was top-notch, and they kept the guests out on the dance floor all night. Everybody had a blast! They were also super accommodating to a few special requests we made for songs ahead of time. Let my experience prevent YOUR hesitation-- I highly recommend these guys for your wedding or other event!

Great set list! The singers are so energetic and really got the crowd going. They came highly recommended but they exceeded our expectations for what to expect from a wedding band. They were far and away better than we imagined.

We chose Shirts&Skins for our Wedding; they were AmaZing! They accommodated our outdoor venue and were willing to work with any of our requests. Their DJ, Kyle, is awesome and offers all you need; microphones for speeches, grand march, etc. They have great lights and sound!! We were very pleased with everything listed on the rating scales. Our guests are still talking about how great the band was at our Reception. Coming from a bride, this band is highly recommended for your special event. The song list is extensive and impressive.
