Chef/Owner showed up in Intoxicated and was belligerent to the entire party. Food was terrible Chef didn't bring enough tables and then tried to tell my wife and her friends I only paid $225. I have no idea where $225 even came from since we agreed on $500 and I had not even paid him a deposit yet. Was really disturbing because he kept slurring his words and you could barely understand what he was saying, Just a terrible experience.

Wow! To say Signature Catering did an amazing job would be an understatement! My husband and I wanted a formal plated dinner for 130 guests (which is no easy undertaking) and Chef and his team more than delivered! We have been to many weddings where the food is underwhelming to say the least...this was NOT the case with our wedding. The evening started with passed hors d'oeuvres and a cheese and charcuterie board during cocktail hour. At this point, guests were already talking about how amazing the food was. Guests were then invited to select between blackened grouper, filet mignon, caprese risotto, or a kid's meal. The food was cooked to perfection; the filet was juicy; the fish was flakey; the risotto was al dente; and even the kid's meal was enticing! To top it all off, we had several guests with special dietary restrictions and Chef was able to accommodate all of the special requests. Finally, Chef created three different dessert cups for our guests to enjoy. We would highly recommend Signature Catering to any couple looking for a magical food experience for their wedding!

If you want excellent food for your wedding, don't look any farther. I have had multiple people, who have been to several weddings, tell me the food at my wedding was the best they've ever had. Chris is creative, fun and a top notch chef.
