They made the most amazing cake for my wedding! Half elegant and half superhero that spins so both sides of my cake shows so elegantly! Jennifer and Richard are completely amazing! They are super creative and innovative! They were able to capture every detail we requested for our cake! They were so easy to collaborate with. The cake itself tasted amazing. Moist and tasty, not too sweet. In other words the cake was perfect!

Our wedding cake was amazing! We were able to make an appointment very easily, and sampled the many options for our wedding cake. There were so many! We chose a vanilla cake with blueberry filling, marble cake with chocolate filling, and our topper was chocolate cake with a chocolate mousse. I tried all three on our wedding day and they were so delicious! Even though the design on our cake was simple (stucco), they got it perfectly! Considering how crazy the cost of things can get, the quality and cost of our cake was very affordable! I would definitely recommend!

Simply Cakes did an amazing job on my cake it was exactly how i wanted it. Everything was perfect. I dont even really like cake but these cakes are so yummy. Everybody was talking about how goo the cake was. I even have people asking if I can save them some of the top layer after my 1 year anniversary so they can have some more. Highly recomened and went above and beyond. Great service and great quality. Easy to work with and very friendly.

The tasting was wonderful. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The wedding cake was delicious and mousy; we got many compliments on the flavored we picked to have. Every time I called to ask a question or make a change the staff had no problem helping me out. They were professional and courteous.

The cake was delicious and they did my cake super fast. I gave them very short notice and my cake came out fantastic. It is very expensive though...but I guess they can charge what they want because your not going to find taste and quality cheap :)

Greg was very professional and helpful during the process before the wedding. He provided a wonderful tasting session and because my husband could not attend he packed some up for me to take to him so that he could be a part of the decision-making process. The cakes are to die for delicious and beautiful!! I never had any problems when I would call and make changes. All the guests not only ate what they were given at the reception, but took some home for later!

At the cake tasting, Gregg was super nice and the cake samples were scrumptious! I loved the buttercream frosing too. They can do any kind of cake you want and it tastes SO good. I got a three tier white cake with blueberry filling and buttercream frosting and an extra sheet cake-lemon with lemon filling. They decorated it to match my hand made ceramic centerpieces and my invitations and used my hand made cake topper. The only thing I didn't like was that my cake topper fell because it wasn't secured good enough. But, the cake was to die for. $630 for the cake and delivery.

They make great cakes! It was delicious! As for the staff, they could improve on customer service. The first time I went in to make an appointment, the lady couldn't have been nicer. When we went in for the cake tasting, a different lady helped us and she was not helpful at all, it was our first cake tasting and it was like pulling teeth to try to get her to help us out with our selection. She acted like she hated her job and that we were inconveniencing her by being there. We almost went some where else because of her bad attitude, but this place had a good repetition for great cakes so we stayed. Luckily, our cake turned out beautiful.

My fiance and I found Simply Cakes on an online search for wedding cake bakeries in Riverside. We met with Greg from Simply Cakes and were impressed with his patience and how much he was in tune to what my fiance and I were looking for in a wedding cake. Greg went in the back of the shop after listening to my fiance and I, and had their artist sketch a cake he thought we would like....it was PERFECT! We couldn't believe it! Not to mention the cake was DELICIOUS! We were so thrilled with their service and care with scheduling and delivery the day of the wedding! Our cake exceeded our expectations! Many guests at our wedding raved about the wedding cake, saying it was the best wedding cake they had EVER had. We went with a 3 tiered cake with an additional sheet cake to serve about 100 guets. We did white cake w/ strawberry filling, marble cake w/ raspberry filling and the majority of our guests were served white cake with blueberry filling (my personal favorite). The white cake with blueberry filling tasted like a blueberry muffin...yumm.

My husband wanted a cake from fondant I wanted something Classy and chic. we went to Simply cakes and it was great. The employees are really nice the cakes are really good. I couldnt of asked for more they delivered the cake and it was exactly what i had pictured. Its affordable and the best bakery.

Cake was delicious and the girl I did cake tasting with wonderful. Hername was Jennifer. She suggested I by a beautiful cake for diplay to feed maybe 50-70. the just order sheet cakes to feed the rest of my guest and those can be cut in the kitchen and served by the wait staff. It cut cost by 4 times at least!!!!! I was so glad she suggested that. I was wanting a very simple palin white cake. I had taken in a picture of a very elegant simple cake. So I did not want to get a big cake or several cakes stacked one atop another. she was great!;Be sure you know wht you are getting and you are gettin gthe right amout and not to much .

They did exactly what we wanted. I gave them a picture and they copied it and it even looks better than the picture. Wedding cakes usually are blah in taste but ours was great. We loved all the flavors and still enjoying a bite a week of our take home cake.
