The best venue! Tammy and her staff were awesome! If you need a hotel reception venue, this is the best one!

Tammy and her co-workers were amazing! They went above and beyond to make the day special. Tammy is friendly and dedicated. She answered my emails promptly (I sent her so many to clarify/ask/request) and professionally. The food was great and all of my guests really enjoyed it. Even though Crowne Plaza offers different packages, they will work with you to make sure your wedding is unique and exactly what you dreamed of. The hotel is beautiful so with minimal diy decorations, it looked like a very upscale. Would recommend to everyone Thanks Tammy!!

we had help setting up the venu by the help of the hotel which they help us over an beyond.. they have became like family to us and in blocking rooms for my guest and myself. our wedding was a destination wedding and we came from michigan and i had part of my bridal party from all over the state and the booking process was just excellent.

My family has been working with the Crowne Plaza for various events and gatherings through the years. So when it came time to plan our wedding, they were among the first locations we checked out for the reception. When we first visited, the hotel was going through MAJOR construction to update EVERYTHING. I was so nervous it wouldn't be done in time. But Tammy and her team assured me that everything was under control. And the updates were GORGEOUS - modern and tasteful, even in the guest rooms. Although we were planning our Charlotte wedding from the Midwest, Tammy was very responsive, helpful and (most of all) patient throughout the entire process. She was always willing to hop on the phone or talk things through via e-mail to bring our vision to life. I didn't hire a wedding planner and, in the end, I was happy I didn't. She provided suggestions on how to jazz up our decor or how to cut back on costs to fit our budget. The hotel staff was amazing during the wedding weekend. Our parents, grandparents and the bride and groom were welcomed with a gift of fruit and snacks the night before our wedding. On our wedding night, Tammy and Meteza left us a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate-covered strawberries…much needed as I was hungry! Our guests enjoyed the accommodations, the private dining rooms for breakfast for our party and the services provided, including the airport shuttle. The service that the staff provided was top-notch. Everyone from the bellmen and check-in staff to the bartenders by the pool who stayed open later than they usually do (with free shots!) to accommodate our guests were incredible to work with. Our reception was perfectly executed by Tammy and her team and we couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. We got rave reviews on the food and accommodations from our guests. They won't stop talking about it! Thank you to Tammy and her team for helping us bring our special day to life. We are so thankful for your help.
