Kathi is incredible! We planned a destination wedding in Jackson Hole, WY and the first thing we knew we needed was a boots on the ground planner since we live in New York. Kathi knows Jackson Hole like the back of her hand- she knows every venue, the rights contacts for every vendor, and for every problem she has a solution. We had an unfortunate situation where, about 3 months into our wedding planning, our original wedding venue fell threw (this had nothing to do with Kathi as we had booked the venue on our own before hiring Kathi)...THANK GOODNESS FOR KATHI! She scrambled and hustled to call all of her contacts to come up with a list is possible venue alternatives that still had availability- for such a stressful situation, Kathi made it as seamless as possible. She is always available, promptly responds, and has the best attitude. She knows how to fully execute events and an expert in managing logistics. We knew that when the day of came we wouldn't have a single thing to worry about with Kathi leading the charge. If you are looking for a planner who knows the area, is a hard worker and will get sh*t done, has a wealth of industry experience, truly cares, and will make sure your day of goes off without a hitch then you absolutely, without a doubt, must work with Kathi!

Where do I begin with Kathi?! She was an absolute GODSENT before and during our wedding. We had a destination wedding in Jackson which made planning a little challenging, but any time I had a question about other vendors, Kathi ALWAYS knew of someone (& all of her recommendations were fabulous!) She was always easy to get in contact with & was quick to respond to any email or text. Kathi made sure that everything about our day was perfect & we're so thankful that she was there to celebrate with us!

Excellent day of ceremony and kept things moving at the reception! As the bride, I definitely had to do the organizing to keep my vision alive. She was very communicative and kind.

I cannot say enough great things about Kathi. She helped me plan every aspect of my Jackson Hole wedding all the way from Connecticut. She is a local resident and she KNOWS the business and the area. She is so easy to talk to over the phone and I always felt like it was about our vision and what we wanted. She had amazing suggestions for helping to pull our day together. She planned a weekend in January for us in which we were able to meet with all of our vendors and plan our wedding together. She knew the best people to work with and the best people who worked well together. Everyone of our vendors ended up being fantastic. She helped make our day relaxing and stress free (something that I never believed would happen). She planned an amazing flotilla trip down the Snake River for our whole wedding guest list and my guests are still talking about it three months later. Our day was seamlessly perfect! My father-in-law was also battling cancer at the time and was very ill when he made the trip to Jackson Hole. She went above and behind to help our family and make sure that he made it to the wedding. For this, we will forever be grateful!
