nd lug it to the beach. The pool adds another great option for families traveling with kids. The location is perfect. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, entertainment within walking/short driving distance from the hotel. Highly recommend!

ever, on our past visits we found the staff - from reception to bartender to waitress to be much nicer and more accommodating. This year we were highly disappointed though. It’s almost as if the owners said we’ve made the place beautiful so the staff doesn’t have to be nice. Pretty bummed about this and will have to consider if we will continue to stay here in the future. One exception - Abigail our hard working waitress that we saw for breakfast dinner AND lunch the next day was delightful. A real standout from the rest.

The restaurant food was good; however, the staff needs to be better trained. Quite often the waiter/waitress would not come back to the table. We ordered drinks and they were never brought to the table after repeated request. For these reasons, that is why I gave a lower service score.

Originally I was told that it was canceled online through their website so they weren’t able to tell me which employee canceled it, I questioned why I did not receive a cancellation email and they told me that you can opt out of the email when you cancel it online. They offered me three nights with different dates later in the week during the weekdays at a different hotel at full cost and were adamant that I was the one that canceled it. I hung up and spoke to my husband and neither of us canceled the reservation. We were very excited for our vacation and had hired a Pet Sitter and taken off work, I wrote an email explaining the situation and asking how that could happen and the email response said that someone had phoned and canceled the reservation. So I now have 2 different stories. Something very shady is going on and I believe they bumped us to give someone else a room. I was also very disappointed that they did not offer us any kind of discount or even say they were sorry they just kept blaming me saying that I must’ve canceled the reservation. Be aware you might show up and not have a reservation any longer.
