Even though there is the option to us the Winery Distillery Brewery that is located onsite, couples are allowed to bring their own alcohol should they want to save a bit of extra money. They do not make the consumption or purchase of their locally produced alcohol necessary. Catering at Springfield Manor is exclusively provided by Carriage House Caterers. Their full-service solutions include anything that the couple might need. This includes barware, china, flatware, glassware, and table linens.
