I had an incredible experience with St. Louis DJ & Party Rental! From start to finish, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were so easy to work with, and their team took the time to walk me through every step, answering all my questions. They were also super accommodating when it came to scheduling pick-up and drop-off times that worked best for me. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and I felt completely supported throughout the whole event. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to make their event extra special!

This was very affordable and easy. I am satisfied with everything with the rental. Pickup was easy and he wanted me through what I/our DJ needed to know. He allows you to have someone else drop it off which is nice. I would absolutely rent from him again!

Working with St. Louis DJ & Party Rental was stress free and enabled us to bring our own music to our wedding. They offer a lot of options/add-ons such as extra microphones which was incredibly useful. The staff had great communication throughout the entire process and even followed up with us after our wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. We added delivery, setup, and pick up service and it was seamless. The technician we worked with was very friendly and showed us how to use the equipment and connect our devices, all which worked perfectly.
I really cannot recommend them enough. If you don't want to rent a DJ and bring your own music, this is the perfect option.

We had such a great experience with St. Louis DJ & Party Rental! They have a variety of package options to fit everyone’s needs. We decided to rent the speakers and microphone for our wedding reception. John was very responsive to all our questions via email. When we went to pick up the equipment, he walked us through set up, how it works, and taking it back down. He made everything very easy to understand. He even helped us load the equipment into our vehicle. We made a playlist on Spotify and then our phone connected to the soundboard with either Bluetooth or a cord. Although the equipment is fairly simple to set up and use, it is very high quality with exceptional sound. We were very impressed! We would highly recommend using St. Louis DJ & Party Rental, affordable and easy to work with!

Our daughter's wedding was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that was thanks to the sound equipment rental we used. The cool stand light added an incredible ambiance to the evening, creating a dazzling light show that kept our guests dancing all night long. Easy connectivity via bluetooth or a standard headphone cable, wireless microphone, and the lights were all flawless. The setup process was a breeze; even for someone not tech-savvy, it was straightforward and hassle-free. Jon really took the time to walk through the set up process and has everything ready to go. If you need any sort of sound or lighting equipment for your wedding you won't go wrong with St. Louis DJ and Party rental.

Patrick was AWESOME! We really enjoyed working with him and loved his professionalism with everything. He played excellent music according to our recommendations and we had such an amazing night thanks to him. Jon also made the beginning process of getting booked and answering initial questions so easy and was a great resource as well. All in all I cannot recommend them enough!

This company was very easy to work with - they responded very quickly every time I had a question. The DJ, Aaron, that was assigned to our night was outstanding. You never know how it will go since you don’t know the DJ beforehand and they are the MC for the whole night, but he was incredible! He was in communication with us the whole night about what time it was and timeline but was never overbearing or overstepping. He let us make the decisions while also using his expertise to lead the night. Highly recommend!

My wife and I loved working with STL DJ and Party Rental! We were able to speak with our DJ a few days before the wedding, and he walked us through how everything was going to go during the reception and answered any questions that we had with clear confidence. On the day of, he came out and found us and introduced himself, and was very open to any ideas or quick changes that we threw his way for timing and schedule, but when the dance floor opened up, Jimmy really shone. There was not a moment where the dance floor was at all empty, people were out dancing all night, and we received many compliments from our guests that the DJ was excellent. We highly recommend this company, and Jimmy their DJ!

John and his team is incredible! Deryk was our DJ for our wedding on 11.4.23 and his personality, communication, and professionalism was outstanding. He was constantly checking in with us during the planning process making sure we had all our questions answered and making sure he had our timeline understood. They are an incredible company and would recommend them 10 times out of 10! Thank you for making our special day so amazing!

John was easy to work with an accommodating to my needs. The sound system worked well for our DIY set up. A lot of people tried to talk me out of DIY, but I'm glad I did it. This set up and a friend to start the playlists was all we needed! It was affordable and easy to use.

We needed a P.A. Set up last minute for our wedding! John was easy to deal with, practised incredible communication and gave us all the details we could have possibly needed.
Pick up was painless, and instructions for operation were given in a very simple way.
The equipment worked perfectly, and sounded incredible.
It’s clear St. Louis Dj & Party Rental is a very knowledgeable group, ready to meet any and all sound needs for events of all shapes and sizes.

I found John and his business via the Knot as I was planning a destination wedding, and I could not recommend this company enough. As an anxious bride planning from far away, he always replied to emails promptly and alleviated a lot of my worries. The planning process was seamless with their forms, and they had all of the music that we were looking for. Our call with Julius ahead of the date was short and sweet, with him taking the time and effort to make sure he said our complicated last name correctly!
The day of our wedding DJ Julius arrived on time and ready to go. I cannot emphasize how fun he made the event, with seamless transitions between dances and songs. Our guests didn’t leave the dance floor all night - as one of my friends said, “every time I wanted to sit down, your DJ played another banger.” We also loved the touch of playing a song my sister mentioned in her speech as she finished up. So fun, professional, and helpful! We’re so thankful we booked with this vendor; the day would not have been complete without them.

I cannot recommend this business enough! Planning a wedding is stressful and there are so many moving parts. Vendors like this help make the process easier and less stressful. I reached out to John regularly via email, and he was always quick with his response. I appreciated this greatly because I had several moments of panic where I thought I had forgotten something. John was always kind and understanding, and he encouraged me to email rather than being tired of my endless barrage!
On the day of, everything went extremely well. The DJ, Deryk, was incredible. He set up quietly and made sure that everything was okay with me as the day went on. The day was perfect, and this vendor was a large part of making that happen.
Again, I cannot recommend this company enough. If you are looking for a DJ that will ease your level of stress while providing a wonderful wedding day, choose this one!!

Amazing service! Great communication with John during the booking process. The DJ, James Duffie, was incredible! One of the nicest people we have ever met! He made planning and coordination on the day of super easy which was really nice. He really got into the whole experience and we received many comments from guests asking who our DJ was because he was amazing! On top of the amazing service, their packages are super affordable! I cannot recommend this company enough! If you need a DJ for a wedding in the STL area you should definitely reach out the STL DJ and Party Rental! I had an overall great experience with them for my wedding. The online forms are fairly easy to use, and songs that aren't in their database were added upon request. Our DJ, Deryk, followed our instructions very well, and was everything we hoped for. Sound system was good, and I would recommend the DJ party plus package to anyone in the area. Unlike a lot of DJ services I think the price was very fair and service was not lacking even though they are cheaper than any of the other quotes I got.

John was super helpful! I had very limited speaker knowledge going into this rental. He showed me proper set up and transport with the speakers. He offered his phone number to be on call if I needed anything during the event, and he really made it a stress free process. I highly recommend!

Would DEFINITELY recommend this vendor to anyone!!! The communication while planning the wedding was flawless, and John was always very quick to respond to all of my questions/concerns. We used the "Party Operator Package" and it was just what we needed for a 70 ish people wedding! Price was very reasonable and I loved how we could add extra things (i.e. wireless mics). They also offer DIY rental services, which we also thought about. The consultation with John has been very helpful and helped to plan our big wedding day just exactly how I hoped for!!
