We hired Stephanie as our officiant and added on her photobooth and guestbook services (so nice to have multiple services with one vendor). From the get-go Stephanie was professional, kind, and responsive. She beautifully captured our love story in her ceremony and made the whole process fun and easy. Our guests also loved the photobooth and guestbook!

While Stephanie is a very nice person, there were several problems that we ran into. For example, the time line was difficult to get straight. Where the wedding party should be at any given time and when was not clear. Some of the staff at the hotel did not understand that the ceremony was to start at 10:30 not 11. Was this due to Stephanie or the woman at the hotel she worked with is unclear. The timing of when the wedding party should go both up and down the aisle did not happen as it was supposed to. Most concerning is that she did not work well with one of the vendors of the bride and grooms choice. That particular vendor was very on top of things knowing what the couple wanted but Stephanie was not receptive to that. Also disappointing, the bride and groom did not taste even half of the food they purchased for the reception although she promised a plate in their room which never happened. She seemed to not have as much control of the situation as one would expect from an experienced event wedding coordinator.

We worked with Stephanie and her team to execute our wedding at the Bonnet House in Ft. Lauderdale last week and we couldn't have been happier. Especially being out of state she made final month of coordination and planning seamless. She has great attention to detail and made sure all aspects of our wedding were coordinated and perfect. She's also very personable and we truly enjoyed working with her. I would highly recommend using her for your wedding planning needs!

Stephanie was so patient, and absolutely amazing. She helps you with every step of the “getting married” process. Stephanie truly makes your ceremony special with customized and personal vows. She really tried to get to know you, It feels like she’s known you forever . We couldn’t be happier! If it wasn’t for Stephanie I definitely wouldn’t of been so calm for my wedding. Everyone was asking me if I was nervous or scared and I wasn’t because I knew all the details were taken care of. Thank you again for making our day so special. We found Stephanie through mutual friends and I am so glad we did! She made our ceremony so magical. She customized everything for us and left no detail out. We feel so blessed to have had an officiant who took the time to really get to know us and took that and turned it into the most beautiful ceremony. We really wanted to have a bilingual ceremony and Stephanie made it happen and still flow perfectly with the ceremony. We first saw Stephanie at our friend's wedding last year, she performed their ceremony beautifully; we liked her presence and her style as an officiant. When the time came for us to get married, it was pretty easy to make our choice on who we'd like to perform it. As an LGBT couple, we were so happy to already know that Stephanie celebrated love in all forms and we wouldn't have to ask if she would be open to officiating. Our wedding vendor selections were about supporting small, women-owned, LGBTQIA+-owned, veteran-owned, and Latina-owned businesses and Stephanie ticked multiple of those boxes for us. Since we did a majority of our wedding planning ourselves we knew we needed a day of coordinator and we're so lucky that was part of Stephanie's wheelhouse. A few weeks before our wedding, she scheduled walk-throughs with our ceremony and reception sites, asked us questions we didn't know we needed answers for, and helped us decide what would make the most sense for our wedding while making sure we still felt like it would be "us". Every suggestion offered by her was, "Traditionally, XYZ is done at this time or in this order. How does that sound to you guys? Would you like to change it?" We never felt pushed into a decision, we felt completely supported and guided through our whole process. I am a very Type A person and we had more than a handful of decorations for our reception, so I was nervous that what we envisioned for our tables wouldn't come out exactly as planned, but let me tell you I was WRONG, everything came out as we had envisioned. I sent her photos of what I wanted our setups to look like, a thrown-together word document with makeshift tables and the order they'd be in and she followed it to the letter. It was such a relief to walk into our reception not wondering, "Is it going to look good? I wonder if they put this or that out." EVERYTHING was just as I had described or sent pictures of, EVERYTHING. As an officiant, can I just say, prepare for the waterworks; there wasn't a dry eye in the house for our ceremony. Stephanie crafted such a beautiful ceremony script and it was 100% us. I could continue gushing about Stephanie, she was awesome- she's a great person and we love her for helping make our wedding everything we dreamed of and more. Your search for an officiant and/or a day of coordinator is done, look no further- she's your gal.

We loved having Stephanie as our wedding officiant! She was great at communicating all the ceremony details and what to expect. She provided an explanation of how our wedding party will stand, who usually walks in the processional, etc. all those details. We had a beautiful ceremony. Also would like to note that Stephanie walks away as she finishes speaking so we can have that beautiful shot of just my husband and I about to kiss.

Stephanie is kind, flexible, and funny. She incorporated our answers from her questionnaire into her script to add that personal touch. The humor in her speech kept the ceremony lighthearted. She also made sure to move out of the way for photos of our vows and first kiss! She allowed us to look at her script ahead of time and make any changes we wanted. Stephanie was quick to apologize and work with us on a miscommunication we had. She was very helpful during the rehearsal to make sure everything went smoothly for the wedding day. She also framed our vows beautifully! Multiple family members and guests keep telling us how wonderful our ceremony was!

We were delighted with Stephanie as our officiant. Her questions were thorough which really helped her get to the essence of our love story. It was a very smooth process. During the ceremony, she would also whisper directions in case we forgot. We edited the ceremony script she drafted for our review, and she was incredibly gracious and flexible with our suggested changes. We had originally thought about asking one of our friends to officiate but at the end of the day we wanted everyone to just sit back and be present. We are so glad that Stephanie could be in that role of officiant guiding our ceremony bilingually and beautifully, just as we wanted. Highly recommend!! One less thing to stress about, she's got you!

Stephanie is the perfect balance between professional and warm, still bringing in that personal touch to our ceremony. I cannot recommend her services enough. She took time to get to know us before the wedding in order to write our ceremony script and allowed us to review the script and make edits beforehand. Stephanie spoke clearly and calmly, and contributed to creating that magical atmosphere we wanted for our ceremony. Thank you Stephanie!

We are so thankful our wedding planner suggested Stephanie to be our officiant. She was so easy to work with, made the process clear and easy, and helped with all of our requests and questions. Stephanie is the sweetest! I was so relieved when she told me she would be available for my wedding date. We had shopped around for many officiants and their prices were just outrageous for the type of ceremony we wanted. Cindy is truly incredible. She was so helpful and collaborative during the whole process from getting the marriage license to the actual wedding ceremony. We had planned an intimate wedding with just immediate family due to the COVID situation. We looked online for an officiant and one of the first vendors that caught my eye was Cindys site. I looked through Ceremonies by Cindy and was quite impressed after reading all of the reviews. She was the one and only officiant that we contacted. From our first interaction, we felt comfortable. There was no doubt we were going to use Cindy. We did one FaceTime call and had a few interactions via text. She was very friendly and went through how the ceremony was going to be. On the day of the wedding it was pouring but she came on time with a smile. The ceremony went exactly as planned. Many family members commented on how nice it was. I’m so happy that Cindy was the one who married us. We are hoping to do a renewal ceremony and party on our first anniversary with family and friends and have already told Cindy that we want her to officiate again. We would highly recommend her.

Cindy was absolutely great. Very helpful and supportive. Great energy and communication. We had to change our wedding plans a couple of times due to Covid-19 and she was always very positive and accommodating.

She was a kind and easy to work with officiant, the only complaint we got was that her voice was decently monotone. However, she wrote a beautiful ceremony, was punctual and practical and made sure that we understood the details of what we were all supposed to do which took a lot of pressure off of getting married.

Cindy was absolutely amazing. She was so well spoken and really cared about making our ceremony sweet and romantic. She had some great ideas (we went with the wine ceremony of course) and she catered to what we really wanted no questions asked. We had a beautiful ceremony and it was all thanks to her.

Cindy was unavailable for our needed date and referred us to her colleague Karen O. who was available for our February date. During our consultation with Karen we communicated to her our values and the things we wanted to incorporate. As we are a same sex couple we wanted to steer away from the traditional script but still encompass our spirituality and belief systems. Karen did an excellent job of encompassing the message we wanted to convey. She was also gracious enough to proof read our personalized vows in advance and provided us with copies on the day of the ceremony. My only feedback is to ensure all names are written correctly for future events as Karen slightly snubbed one of our names towards the end of the Ceremony. Overall though we were very satisfied and would highly recommend this vendor.

Cindy is absolutely fabulous!!! My husband and I wanted someone on short notice as our original person who was going to officiate our ceremony became very ill. And she was able to fit us into her schedule - she also was willing to do our ceremony the way we wanted; as we wrote the entire ceremony ourselves. She is definitely the one to go to! I highly recommend her!

Our officiant, Stephanie Martinez, was amazing! From our first conversation with her, she was professional, easy to talk to, and answered all of our questions promptly. We had originally planned to have her and one other officiant perform our wedding, but when the other person dropped out last minute, Stephanie truly stepped up and went above and beyond! In a very short amount of time, she helped craft a perfect ceremony that was customized to reflect our personal love story and she made sure to include our input. She even found time to go out and purchase the candles for the Unity Candle portion of our ceremony that the other officiant was supposed to supply. Stephanie was an amazing officiant. We recently had out wedding on 10/19/19 at the Deering Estate in Miami. Stephanie wrote the ceremony and made it the perfect length of not too long or too short. It was what we envisioned; simple, special, loving, and heartfelt. She is extremely responsive to all emails and communications. She returned the ceremony to us in a really quick turnaround and asked if we wanted to make any modifications, which we didn't need to. She was a pleasure to work with and everyone really enjoyed our ceremony with her. Highly recommend having her as your officiant!
