Michela was our Day of Coordinator & 3 months prior to our wedding, we sat down to discuss what was already taken care of, what needed to be done & what we envisioned our wedding to be. At the end of our meeting she said “alright from here until your big day, I’ll be taking over :) any questions you have, ask me, don’t hesitate. That’s what I’m here for :) !” Sure enough she did and I never doubted her one bit. Michela was a perfect match for us, super organized, very responsive to emails, got things done and we loved her bubbly personality ! Our bridal attendant was Nicole for that morning & felt special to have her there with us. We had a couple bumps in the road (what wedding doesn’t?) on the morning of & she was able to handle it so I didn’t have anything to worry about. I honestly can’t say enough positive things about these ladies, other than thank you so much for making sure that our best day ever went smoothly. I don’t think it would have without you both there. I’ll always recommend them to anyone planning a wedding!!

Storybook weddings made our dream wedding possible! We worked with Nicole and I cannot say enough amazing things about her. She was there every step of the way, from picking venues to the smallest details. I was living out of state during the planning process and without her our wedding would not have been half of what it was. She kept us on track with weekly meetings/updates, she was always readily available when we had a question, and she made sure that everything with our vendors was set and stayed within what we were envisioning. Being out of state, I didn’t have the freedom to meet and explore vendors and she gave amazing recommendations and assisted in setting up all meetings/phone calls up. I cannot thank Nicole and Storybook Weddings enough for everything they did to make our wedding happen :).

After we fired our original planner we hired Lisa to help coordinate our 2 day Hindu and Catholic fusion wedding. SHE WAS AMAZING! So organized and professional, great recommendations, and a joy to work with. 10/10 would recommend her and her team at Storybook to anyone!

If you are engaged and planning a wedding, Do yourself the biggest favor and book Lisa from Storybook weddings before you do anything else!!! It was the best decision my husband and and I made when we began to plan our wedding! We are still talked about how finding Lisa was the biggest blessing! My husband and I got married on November 2, 2019 in Chicago and Lisa made our fairytale wedding dreams come to life. Every moment was so beautifully orchestrated so that my husband and I were able to be guests at our wedding and be completely immersed and present our whole day. I knew as soon as I met with Lisa that I wanted to book her and work with her! I felt at ease and comfortable right away. She was able to capture my vision flawlessly. I would look to her for all her suggestions and input! Lisa was with us every single step of the way. I was able to enjoy the planning process without the stress. She organized every single detail that goes into the wedding. She organized meeting with vendors that met our needs and aesthetic. she attended all of our meetings and helped ensure we asked the right questions, she helped negotiate contracts and, kept us in track with our weekly to-dos. Lisa was also in touch regularly along our planning journey and no question was too big or too small for her. She made us feel as though we were her only couple. I am so overjoyed that our whole planning process was such a pleasure and enjoyable experience thanks to her. I was constantly being told what a relaxed bride I was, and it was true! Our wedding day came to life seamlessly, and we didn’t miss a single moment. We are still reliving our day and can’t say enough wonderful things to do Lisa and her talents Justice! She is the BEST OF THE BEST!!! My husband and I also feel like we gained a true friend in Lisa. We are so thankful from the bottom of our hearts for her.

We hired Lisa from Storybook as our “day of coordinator” and let me tell you, we felt like we got our money’s worth- she went above and beyond. We had a short 4 month engagement, and could not have done it without her. We were warned by everyone how stressful a short engagement would be- but with her help, it went smoothly and without added stress. By the end of the process, I considered Lisa a friend and was sad to know our meetings and weekly communication were coming to an end! The big day went absolutely flawlessly and the only thing I’d change if I were to do it again, is that I would have gone with a larger planning package, just because I loved her and how well story book worked so much and would have trusted her with my wedding entirely! They had amazing suggestions for other vendors and always had the answer when we were stuck or nervous. I couldn’t recommend storybook and Lisa any more, thank you so much for everything you did, our wedding day wouldn’t have been the same without you!!!

My wife and I met with Lisa from Storybook over a brunch and we selected her over other companies because she was thoroughly prepared, presented the rundown in a simple yet professional manner and we connected organically about food and travel. Additionally the value of what you get from Storybook can't be beat. We met with another company who was charging double the amount of Storybook and they weren't ANYWHERE as prepared or professional, yet relaxing as Lisa. Throughout our six month process Lisa, completed or attempted at least all of our requests regardless of how unique they were. She also comfortably haggled with vendors for us time after time. She never tried to make us select one vendor over another, nor got upset when we did things different in our wedding than what others traditionally do. Since we weren't local we had to travel a couple times to Chicago, and we had great visits with Lisa and our mothers when selected our florals. Another time she opened up a great restaurant to us and picked us up from our hotel and drove us around in the snow even. Week of the wedding she was very helpful, she put together our welcome bags and handled our invitations flawlessly. The day of the event service was exceptional, we were on time, we got back from our first look photos with ample time to relax as I requested and there wasn't ANY hiccups at the reception. I would pick Lisa and storybook all over again if we had to do it today!

The first thing I knew I needed when planning our wedding was a day-of coordinator. Nicole was super helpful on her first call with me and walked me through all of their services and options. We were very luckily matched with Joni as our day-of coordinator - she was amazing! She was on top of everything, taking care of details that we didn't even think about behind the scenes. On wedding day she kept the day running smoothly and checked in with me on quick questions. My husband and I were able to fully enjoy our day thanks to her. I 100% recommend Storybook Weddings (and Joni)!

We made a lot of decisions over our year and a half engagement, but hiring Nicole for full planning was one of the best! Wedding planning can be stressful, but I never worried because she always had everything under control. From the first time we met, Nicole listened to us without judgement and helped us make the decisions that were right for us, even when we didn't know what our vision was. She is professional, details-oriented, and just gets things done; plus she’s an absolute joy to work with! While I loved working with Nicole on planning, the whole Storybook team really blew us away on our wedding day. From coffee runs, to steaming, to printing speeches, to fixing my dress in record time to get me back to the dance floor, they helped us have the most perfect day. It was everything we hoped for - I just wish we could rate them higher!

Could not have imagined the wedding day without the help of Sydney, Erin and Nicole. Sydney was our "day of coordinator." She started working with us a few months before the wedding and was so helpful with contacting vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page, creating a timeline and being a point of contact for last minute vendor questions and scheduling. We added on a bridal attendant for the day - Erin was incredible! She steamed all the bridesmaid dresses with a steamer that she brought while we did hair and make up and helped to coordinate our photographer and videographer arriving on site. She made sure we were all running on time and was so low key and relaxed. Nicole came to help at the church as well, which was a great surprise! Our day went off without a hitch and hiring Storybook was one of the best decisions we made.

We can't even begin to thank Nicole and her team at Storybook for making our wedding absolutely amazing. Nicole was a breath of fresh air the first time we met her and we knew immediately she was the one for us. Nicole saw our vision and made it come to life. Nicole is extemely professional and provided only the best vendors for us to work with. Not many couples can honestly say they had zero worries and were stress free the entire process and day of. We can. Nicole made that happen, she is MAGIC and makes shit happen. Everything was PERFECT. Everyone she set us up with went above and beyond the call of duty for us. Words cannot express my gratefulness and gratitude for Storybook Weddings and Events. I absolutely loved working with Nicole! I feel so lucky to have come across Nicole with Storybook Weddings and Events. Nicole was able to provide my husband and I with the wedding of our dreams. Everything came together perfectly and looked absolutely stunning. When I first reached out to Nicole we had an absolutely wonderful hour long conversation. Her personality and background information about Storybook had me sold immediately. A few days later after a wonderful first meeting session, Nicole had our budget and planning logistics set up through a private and personalized software program. This software helped us stay organized and in touch along with our daily and weekly calls. Nicole was responsive immediately on a daily basis. The amount of reassurance I received from her was so helpful. Our wedding date was set for exactly 5 months from our engagement date so I was constantly panicking. Not only did Nicole set up a flawless wedding day but her various recommendations for wedding décor, make-up, photography, food, flowers, transportation, rehearsal dinner location, etc. were endless and well recommended. Nicole recommended an amazing décor and flower company. She was able to transfer to them what I had envisioned and it absolutely was picture perfect. As for the day of our wedding, that was flawless. Nicole prepared an extremely personalized timeline in advance so we would know exactly what the day would look like without having to worry about a thing. All vendors were even aware of the timeline. Also, on the day of the wedding we were able to work with another member from Storybook, Lindsay. While Nicole was directing all the vendors at the wedding venue, Lindsay was absolutely amazing in making sure the groomsmen party and the bridesmaid party was all set throughout the day starting at 10 AM in the morning. Lindsay even came along to assist the wedding party with photos and even brought the cutest bridal emergency kit. It’s the smallest touches that mean so much. I am absolutely so thankful to have come across Nicole from Storybook Weddings and Events! Storybook Weddings and Events created such an everlasting special day for my husband and I! It would not have been picture perfect without them. I will forever miss my planning dates with Nicole at Soho House. They were absolutely memorable and Nicole is such a pleasure to be around. Nicole, I cant thank you enough for your dedication and passion in planning!

Nicole (and Lindsay) from the Storybook team completely blew me away. We were only able to use them for day-of services but they completely went above and beyond! Though our wedding was in Chicago, we live in Houston, so as you can imagine, it was a difficult planning process - UNTIL we got Nicole involved! All of a sudden the stress of planning details was lifted because she totally took over organizing the little things that needed to be done, and I trusted her immediately. On the day of, I anticipated being stressed and overwhelmed but in reality because of Nicole and Lindsay it was absolutely the best day ever, and no detail was missed whatsoever. I cannot explain enough how pleasant it was working with this team, and all of my vendors knew immediately who the Storybook team was and was thrilled to work with them again! I am so glad that I decided to choose Storybook to assist me with our wedding, I could not have done it without Nicole! Her and I were always in communication, and she provided so many great recommendations, advice, and words of encouragement during the entire process. Every email was so sweet and sincere, I could hear her excitement and smiles through the computer! I was able to meet with her several times, which was great (and so much fun!). I had so much confidence in her the day of the wedding, that I felt very calm and had not one ounce of stress on me! Nicole was very professional with my vendors as well. I was also able to meet Lindsay, who was at the Walk Through, the Ceremony Rehearsal, and the Wedding. Both were amazing! I'm not sure how they set up the reception room for 150 people in such short time. There were so many details, from menu placement, to votives, to LED lights in the wine bottle table numbers (which was not an easy task!). The rooms looked gorgeous. My family even compliment how sweet, fun, and professional Nicole and Lindsay were. I even asked her and few things near the end of the night (move this, see if you can do this--sorry if I was a little bossy!), and she went away with a smile and got it done. This was hands down one of the most magical moments in our lives. Most people say that their wedding was like a dream or something out of a "Storybook." Most of them are sugar coating it a little. Well I can honestly say that our wedding of my partner and I was truly out of a dream. Throughout the night we heard that phrase used from our guests, "This wedding was amazing and feels like a magical moment out of a dream." Even the vendors that worked our wedding said the same thing. Our trio that played our music for our rooftop wedding at Lacuna Artists Studio Loft, cocktail hour and our dinner at City View Loft said that it felt like something from out of a movie. None of this could have been possible without our ladies at Storybook Weddings & Events. We first met Nicole at a coffee shop on a prearranged meeting. We had met with a few other coordinators prior to meeting with her. Our main issue with the other coordinators was not just price, but was the connection on the vision we had with our wedding. We had made many arrangements with vendors and many trips to buy small decor to enhance and personalize our special day. Immediately Nicole saw this and knew exactly how she could help and cohesively streamline our vision of what we wanted. She acknowledged how much work we had already done and how she would be able to take over all the stress and planning to make our special day as smooth as possible, and that she did!! As weddings go, you try to plan everything down to the last detail of what you want to get done. We are very artistic people and love to decorate ourselves. We had planned on doing a mockup of the entire decor in the dinner and reception venue space. Of course how time flies and there is never enough time to do everything. We were only able to send Nicole pictures of the individual inventory. With full trust in Nicole and her teammate Lisa, we left the decor all to them to set up the day of the event. To our amazement it was better than we could have ever imagined! To this day I still get a chill inside remembering when we first walked in the room and saw everything. It was like walking into Willy Wonka's Chocolate factory, truly a blessing. We had so many moving parts to our wedding event but somehow Nicole and her team stayed very cool and took care of everything. They took care of the coordinating of all the vendors, time list/itineraries, and day of events. One of the things that stood out to us was how efficient and quick Nicole's response time was. We would literally be on the phone having a conversation about the details leading up to the wedding and I would hang up the phone and 5 mins later a follow up recap email would appear in our inbox. That's when I knew we chose the right wedding coordinator. Nicole wasn't just a friendly efficient business woman; she was a person who truly cared about us and our special day. She even made sure we had a third assistant that was dedicated to just Arturo and I on the day of the wedding so we wouldn't have to stress out about anything. I truly could go on and on about every small detail of how they made our day perfect, but there aren't any words that could really express our gratitude towards Nicole and her team. All we can say is that we were blessed to have come across "Story book Weddings & Events" and Nicole.
