Working with Tasha and Tom not only met our expectations for fabulous photography, but I could not imagine putting our day in anyone else's hands. Tasha is a wonderful, spirited, VISIONARY. She is a real artist who quickly connects with her clients. Not a moment is wasted. Every step of the process, Tasha made clear, professional, fun, and easy. Her communication was clear and personal (it felt like she was always speaking to US as individuals - she really got us and knew us.) And that doesn't even get to the actual photos. Tasha is incredibly talented. She was warm and personable on the day, (it's strange to invite all these strangers in on your wedding day, but Tasha felt like an old friend.) She was always sure to step up to get the right looks, but would also disappear into the background. Who can do both? The photos turned out to be a complete dream. When I look back at them, I remember the joy, the warmth, the love, and none of the stress. Tasha and Tom GOT us and our vision and then took it to the next level. TASHA AND TOM MADE MY WEDDING! Without them I would have laughed less, smiled less and been way more stressed. Tasha knows exactly what she is doing down to the placement of your fingers. If you need someone to direct your crazy family in a fun respectful manner then she is your girl! She has a vision and know exactly how to execute. I have never felt more beautiful and confident in who I am then when I was in front of Tasha's lense. Not only that but her personality is one of an angel. She is funny, witty, has all the stories, loves her jobs and loves to show it. She is the great choice I made during my DIY wedding. OH and her turn around was so quick we were BARELY home from the wedding when we got our first preview and less than a week later we had the full gallery of over 1700 beautifully edited images. TOM! The main man! The myth the legend. My husband and his groomsmen had the best time with him getting their photos taken. He was everywhere capturing everything you didn't think of. He knew exactly what Tasha was thinking and would do everything to make sure they got the shot. You can tell they have been doing this and working together for 20+ years. There is not a single thing I would change about my time with them and my choice in choosing them as my photographers. They even worked with me to recreate a photo my parents had taken at their wedding and it's something I have wanted since I was small and I cannot thank her enough for giving me that. Tasha was the best photographer ever and I am so glad we hired her! The first thing I was looking for when hiring a photographer for our wedding was, of course, good pictures. We wanted candids along with family portraits and all that stuff that captures the feeling of the actual day, but we wanted some dramatic photos too. We were going for a medieval sort of vibe- we got married at Thornewood castle, all of the men wore wool cloaks, and my husband and I wore crowns- and we wanted that vibe to show in the pictures. We wanted some photos that could look like they were taken out of an Arthurian legends book, and Tasha and her team absolutely delivered. She was delighted with our requests and had so much fun with them. All of the pictures were gorgeous, from the dramatic ones of me knighting my husband with a sword to the candids of the guests dancing or even just sitting at their seats. Tasha was a delight to work with! She had an infectious excitement about the pictures she was taking, and I had an absolute blast posing for pictures with the people I love. And I hate being in pictures! My husband and I are very awkward and stiff people, but she put us at ease, told us to just play and have fun, and told us we looked gorgeous. She got us to smile genuine smiles and I love our pictures more for it! Tasha and Tom worked together so well. They had walkie-talkies and did an excellent job at the beginning of the day, taking charge and making sure we got lots of beautiful getting-ready pictures without seeing each other before the first look. During the ceremony and reception, they took a backseat and were very unobtrusive. They captured so much of the day without it even seeming like they were there! Shashana also did an excellent job providing extra coverage from other angles during the getting-ready part of the day and blending into the background for the rest! The three of them together seemed like a well-oiled, efficient, photography machine! They set up everything themselves and left not a trace when they were done! I received teaser photos by email literally the very next day, and I can’t tell you how exciting it was to see how good they turned out! By the end of the week, Tasha sent me a link to the rest of the photos, organized by category in a giant folder with over 1200 pictures! She also sent me a flash drive with the entire gallery in the mail. Multiple family members told me either during or after the wedding day how much they enjoyed Tasha’s energy and posing for her. She is truly a delight and a VERY skilled photographer. I love her energy and her excitement about every pose we wanted to do, and her compliments and praise made us both feel like we were beautiful pieces of art! Tasha is clearly very passionate about people and capturing their human beauty and the special interests that make them unique, and she does such an incredible job at it! I one hundred percent recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. You’ll thank me later!

Tasha and her husband Tom made the day magical! She was constantly trying to capture the best moments, and I didn’t even know she was there for most of it! Looking back at the pictures she was able to capture every aspect of my wedding. The groom and groomsmen wanted to jump in the lake we got married by at the end of the night, and she even stayed past her time to capture this moment. Her photos are very classical and romantic, and she has a way of posing to make them come out perfectly. Highly recommend!!

I can not recommend Tasha more. She made a process (posing for photos) that is very uncomfortable for me naturally, feel so easy and even fun. She had a great attitude and worked well with everyone. She was responsive, helpful, prompt, and delivered exactly what I asked for (posed photos but plenty of candid photos from the cocktail hour and reception). Hire Tasha! She is amazing.

FanTASTIC to work with! Tasha and Tom were the best to work with, they got us our photos so fast after the wedding too! They were both so fun and knowledgeable about their craft. They made us laugh and feel so at ease, our day wouldn’t have nearly been as perfect without their help. I absolutely LOVE the photos they took as well! They kept on schedule and I could go on and on about how much I appreciate them, really. Prior to the wedding, Tasha was very communicative and I could tell from the emails and phone calls that working with her would be delightful! She was so fun! During the wedding Tasha and Tom were on it! They had so much gear and walkie talkies to communicate when they were apart. They were kind enough to offer me part of their food and drinks when they found out I didn’t bring a lot of food for before the wedding. All in all, if we recommend them 1000% for any wedding, it was like a weight was lifted off our shoulders, they were truly delightful, they made our day more fun! Thank you to both Tasha and Tom, you made our whole day that much better :)

If you hire Tasha and Tom as your photographers, you're guaranteed to have the most beautiful photos and you're also going to meet two people who truly love what they do. I could have not asked for better photographers, they were absolutely perfect. When I called to inquire, Tasha spoke to me for an hour about her role in a wedding and what she does during your special day. She was so kind (I'd never planned a wedding before and don't know too much about photography) in explaining everything and even pulled up my venue on the phone to explain where we should line up the ceremony to get the most beauty out of the room. She checked in every couple months and would send other photos she had recently taken of other weddings, which was really lovely to see! She even sent cute pics of her Corgis over the Holidays when checking in. At the wedding, at least 20 people told me how much they enjoyed working with my photographers and if you have no clue what photos you want done, Tasha will have a vision for you and find a way to pull out the most unique photos from the venue. There was a willow tree at our venue and we got some true Lord of the Rings photos that turned out so beautiful. She immediately recognized whenever I needed a second to pause and take a breath, I simply could have not been more comfortable getting my photos taken by someone. She even asked all my bridesmaids if they 'had a side they liked better or anything they were self conscious of' so she could keep that in mind when doing photos. Tasha also got Teaser photos to us THE NEXT DAY and got the rest of our photos to us within in a week. Hiring Tasha was one of the best things I did for our Wedding. If you like working with people who love what they do, hire Tasha! I just wish I had more occcasions to hire her again, because I genuinely just liked being around her and Tom. Thank you Tasha, I will always remember you being such a wonderful part of our special day.

Working with Tasha was incredible, from the very beginning she was a huge help. From timeline planning to after our day, she was involved, communicative, and supportive the entire way. I loved working with Tasha so much that I actually scheduled our date around her availability given that we planned within 6 months! On our actual day, both Tasha and her husband/second shooter Tom were outstanding. They knew the venue intimately and came early to scout locations. They were efficient and effective at corralling our wedding party and family. They communicated via walkie talkie to make sure we had the timing down and the best coverage from all angles. We had an intimate 30 person wedding, and the vibe of the day along with the quirks of our group were so beautifully represented in the romantic style of the photos. My husband and I are the last people to get in front of a camera, but we felt so comfortable and at ease with Tasha. Tom caught some brilliant little moments that I never would have seen without his eye. The editing was flawless, but not over the top. It showcased our real images but somehow brought out our best qualities even in outdoor direct sunlight on an 80 degree day. About 1/3 of our guests actually mentioned how lovely the team was. I loved seeing pictures of our friends and family separate as well, having those pictures will make great gifts that we can print and frame of them enjoying and sharing in our day. Hands down, Tasha and Tom were the highlight of the day. We chose to do our pictures before the ceremony, and it just all felt so special to have an hour plus before guests arrived not having to worry about anyone else, just to be present and Tasha made sure we got every shot in the short amount of time. We had 1100 photos back in less than 2 weeks from our date!!!! You couldn't possibly go wrong with this incredible team, we will be grateful to them for a lifetime to have such special photos of ourselves and our loved ones.

My husband and I had the best experience working with Tasha as our wedding photographer. Her and Tom's professionalism and enthusiasm put myself and our guests at ease. They were especially patient with our little flower girls, and we got very sweet family photos. Tasha is wonderful at capturing the beautiful, candid moments you might miss in the craziness of the wedding day. Looking at our photos is like experiencing the day again. She captured the loveliest moments on the dance floor, at dinner, and of just being together. Her communication throughout the process was prompt. First off I am a plus size bride. I wanted a photographer who used plus size brides as some of their models. Tasha fit the bill. She and her husband are the best and sweetest team. From calming my husband and myself. Making myself and my now husband feel good in front of the camera. I have never felt more beautiful than when Tasha was shooting me and it shows in the pictures. One of the best decisions I made at the wedding was hiring Tasha and her husband and I want other brides especially plus size brides to make the same best decision of photographer that I did. Tasha and Tom were the PERFECT choice for our wedding photography! We were drawn in by Tasha's beautiful candids and portraits, and how her style seemed more about capturing authentic intimate moments than staged poses. They definitely delivered, and our photographs are beautiful, bright, joyful, colorful, and capture everyone's personalities perfectly. They were a joy to work with (neither my partner nor I love posing for photos, and they actually made it fun!), were great with the young kids in our families, and brought such a wonderful energy to the wedding itself. Professionally, they were on time to our out-of-the-way island venue, gave us a teaser gallery two days after our wedding, and got our full gallery to us in about a week. Would use them again for any photography needs, and would highly recommend them to any Seattle/Tacoma area couples.

I genuinely don't know how to say enough good things about Tasha. She was my favorite vendor I worked with by leaps and bounds. Her energy and hyper dedication to her craft is unmatched...even my guests were raving about their interactions with her. She completely put us at ease and managed to make two people who are not comfortable in front of the camera very much so and the photos prove it. 10 out of 10 recommend Tasha.

Tasha and Tom were a dream to work with! I will always highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. Tasha was very punctual in responding to emails and any questions I had (24-48hrs). Their rates are very reasonable in comparison to many other photographers we researched and we got two photographers as her husband also shoots. We wanted to do some off-site shots so she worked with us and our day-of coordinator to come up with a timeline that would work and also stay within budget! Day of, they arrived right on time and started shooting candids of us getting ready, Tasha with the girls and Tom with the boys. Her relaxed and jovial personality really put me at ease. She is a dog lover and she practically lost her breath at seeing my dog getting ready with us too, and they made sure to get many pictures with her in them. Her DECADES of experience and her passion for wedding photography truly showed. She would take in the scene, pause, make sure to tell some to adjust their pant leg or boutaineer (just so those details aren't standing out like a sore thumb afterward) and then adjust lighting on her camera. Her reactions to some of the breathe-taking shots she took made me feel so beautiful and confident, exactly what you want to feel on your wedding day. We had a lot of fun and laughter with them. I love how creative they both were in what inspired them. For example, they drove by a restaurant with a big blue barn door and on our time off the venue, we pulled over and took a super amazing indie-inspired photo. And they also took in our suggestions - like an action shot of popping a bottle of champagne with the wedding party. Some photos straight up looked like magazine photos! I love the mix of traditional formal, candids, and artistic photos we got. They got sneak peeks back to us within a few days (much faster than expected), and all our photos in a gallery within a week! Our USB came the next week. My husband and I couldn't be happier without photos. Best wedding investment ever. I normally don't write reviews, but with Tasha, how could I not? No need to look any further. Thank you Tasha and Tom for the best experience we could have hoped for.

Tasha was the best support system we were happy to have her and her amazing husband, the two communicated well and definitely got all of the most special moments we will have for the rest of our lives! Tasha and Tom were so fun to work with! They made photo taking a fun and memorable time for all involved, and it didn't at all feel like a 'slog' to get through. They really embraced our personalities and our bridal party, and made our photos feel like something that was uniquely us. You can tell that both Tasha and Tom are passionate about what they do and are deeply invested in capturing the love, joy, and humor behind each couple. They have this magic about them where you can see their brainstorming process unravel right in front of you, and before you even know it, they've captured a bunch of incredibly unique shots that you wouldn't have imagined anyone else coming up with. We normally aren't huge phototakers, and are generally awkward about taking photos, but even Tasha was able to make us look like stars! Plus she has such a wonderfully fun and positive personality that you totally don't want to miss out on.

Short recommendation: Book Tasha! She’s the most talented, detail-oriented, kind, warm and quick photographer I’ve met (and I have friends in the industry)! She got our photos to us within a week of our wedding, and they were GORGEOUS! Our guests remarked on how wonderful and kind she was. She made us feel at ease and calm during one of our best and also chaotic days in our life. Tasha and her husband, Tom, are incredible. I would highly recommend them. Longer recommendation: From the first time we visited her website, we wanted Tasha to photograph our wedding, but thought for sure we couldn’t afford her. Other photographers of her caliber were asking $7K+ for our wedding day. We almost settled on that we’d get a less than what we wanted quality-wise photographer. We then had the meet and greet with Tasha, and well…. we were able to get the photographer of our dreams!!! She immediately disarmed my now husband with her warm and fun demeanor – He’s an introvert and has a hard time immediately feeling comfortable around new people. This was something both of us were concerned might affect our photos, as they’d feel stiff with any photographer. However, Tasha was sweet and thoughtful. She asked us questions about our vision, and laid out clearly what she was as a photographer and what she was not, so we were all on the same page. We got her price packages, and she was competitive and within our budget. Tasha could charge the huge amounts that many do, but she loves what she does, and keeps her prices reasonable, so everyone can feel like a rockstar on their big day. Tasha checked in multiple times before the big day. She helped take me through photo shot lists, and made sure we were both on the same page as to who and what was going to be photographed and what was the most important to us to memorialize. She also just checked in with me emotionally, and asked how I was holding up. I would send her pictures of ideas I wanted for photos, and she’d quickly respond with her thoughts and warmness. On our big day, Tasha and Tom were prompt. Tasha came into my bridal room and Tom went with the groom’s crew. We all had so much fun getting ready. Tasha staged all the bridal gifts, dresses, my girls, etc. so beautifully. She even took a few photos in my corset, which turned out to be beautiful boudoir-esque shots. Tom helped my husband relax and just went on a walk with him making him excited for the ceremony while also getting some superstar shots. They brought a 3rd photographer for the reception, which meant we ended up with 2700 photos that are ours to keep. Tasha’s attention to detail is incredible. She would fix coats, smooth dresses, tuck in tags, reposition items, and even would do things such as tape something down, so we’d get the optimal shot. Tasha disarms everyone with her warmth, and I did not once see her seem annoyed or flustered. She’s a professional with hundreds of weddings under her belt, and just one of the kindest and talented people I’ve met. I cannot say enough good things. She got us all our wedding photos in a week. While Tasha’s contract does not say a week, she’s just that kind of person: always going above and beyond for her clients. Thank you, Tasha so much for everything. You made our day even more memorable with some of the most beautiful photos I have ever seen (and I got to be in them!).

I can't say enough about Tasha. Our wedding was three days ago and she already has lots of photos ready, and they are gorgeous. I was already gushing about Tasha before seeing the photos because she and her husband Tom did such an amazing job making everyone feel at ease and comfortable, they were so fun to work with. Tasha was absolutely amazing to work with! Right from the start she was super communicative and answered all of my questions. As we started getting closer to the wedding, she checked in frequently to make sure we’re all aligned and just to generally see how we were doing. I always struggle with poses, so I was nervous about being the center of attention for photos all day, but Tasha made it all super natural! I never felt awkward or or tired for the photos. And when my bridesmaids and I were running behind getting ready, she was cool as a cucumber and worked with the schedule to get us back on track. Throughout the night Tasha and her husband Tom were such hits with our guests! Everyone loved their bright personalities and how they made everyone feel like stars. The photos that we ended up with are STUNNING! So many people reached out to ask us who did our photos and said they look like they could be on the cover of a wedding magazine. Having Tasha photograph your wedding is the best wedding decision you’ll make!!!

Two things we thought really set Tasha apart from other photographers: First is her expertise - just is an exceptional photographer and knows wedding photography! She knew what photos to take, when we should take them, provided that info ahead of time as a first draft so I could make changes and was available when I had questions. Second was her enthusiasm & personality. It was really nice to have someone so excited to do the work. She also photographed my friend's wedding and did an exceptional job for her too. 10/10 would recommend!

Tasha is one of the best photographers you could ever ask for when you are planning your wedding. She is on top of everything and to have her Husband along taking photos as well it is amazing. She gets amazing photos that I would have never thought were possible. She and her husband were able to pull me out of my shell and get such amazing photos. Tasha was exactly what we were looking for in a photographer! We hired her for an engagement session (our wedding is out of state) and specifically wanted to make sure we could get some shots with our two dogs. She responded right away to my initial query and communicated consistently up until our scheduled shoot. She immediately put us at ease throughout the session and provided tons of direction, which we desperately needed. She knew exactly which locations would provide the best lighting and background. We got our pictures almost immediately and we couldn't be happier with the final product. Highly recommend!

They are both so sweet and professional and have a way about them that makes even the most shy person comfortable. They take such extraordinary care to get every photo right and move people and things around until the shot is perfect. Tasha watches for every little thing... Crooked necklaces, misplaced hair, wonky earrings, crooked tie clips - Don't you hate it when you take a photo and it's perfect except for that lipstick on your teeth or your hair out of place? Tasha makes sure you do not have to think about those things because she is thinking about it for you. You can rest assured that if she or Tom is taking a photo, they are making sure you are going to LOVE the result. I have seen them climb on chairs to get amazing shots, artfully arrange ordinary things to make extraordinary photos, and wait for just that right moment at sunset to get you the perfect lighting or that unique photo for you. I personally loved that when they weren't working together to get a photo just right, they split up and were photographing two different parts of the wedding - thus ensuring that we got so many good photos of everything going on. In addition to all of that - Tasha packages up your prints (Yes, she gives you prints!!) in the most adorable little bridal box all wrapped up with ribbons. SO much value and quality for your money. My wedding was on the 5th of September. I got my photos back the 7th!! Retouched and gorgeous. She takes the time to look at EVERY.SINGLE.PHOTO and even EDIT out things like creases in tablecloths. I can't wait for her to do a third wedding for our family when my baby sister gets married. We wouldn't dream of choosing anyone else after seeing Tasha's process and the end result. Stop reading reviews and wasting your time talking to more expensive and less skilled photographers. Choose Tasha. I promise you will not regret it!

We are beyond impressed by Tasha and her husband, Tom, and blown away by the amazing photos of our August wedding on Bainbridge Island. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. We got two excellent photographers who captured the sweetest moments and everything in between! Looking through the photos I feel like I am reliving the night. They are an absolute treasure! On top of the skills and quality of the photos, Tasha and Tom were so fun to work with! They had a great energy, they made us laugh, and got everyone engaged. They made us feel so comfortable, not a single photo felt awkward. Everything looked and felt so natural. They are so talented and have an eye for everything beautiful and magical. I will absolutely recommend them to all our friends and family!

In preparing for our July 4th wedding for the past year and a half, Tasha was very communicative and a pleasure to work with. Then with the Pandemic, all the plans had to be changed and I could not have asked for a better person to work with through it all. Tasha not only was flexible and understanding but also checked in on us often just to see how we were doing. With these extraordinary times it just goes to show how big her heart and compassion is for weddings. Our wedding day did alter quite a bit which added some anxiety but Tasha and her husband made it so special that day and made it feel even more worth it. They are very professional and really knows how to lighten the mood when taking in certain poses. Our family loves her energy and could tell she really loves what she does. She was also open to ideas on where to take pictures, although I wanted to take pictures at the place we met the lighting wasn’t too ideal but it was perfect. Tasha also has a vision, even though we had no fireworks we had confetti cannons that still gave us that celebration feel. Everything from contract changes to photo teasers to the delivery of the photos were done swiftly and on a timely manner. I can go on and on about Tasha. We plan on using her again since we had to reschedule the reception and I am very much looking forward to it.

Tasha and her partner were amazing!!! Our photos are so beautiful, I cant stop looking at them. They were able to capture the feeling and magic of the day, by catching special moments- looks, laughter, and the beauty surrounding us. The lighting in our photos made the day look like a fairy tale. So grateful we will have these photos to look back on for the rest of our lives. Truly, one of the best gifts of our weddings. We met Tasha at our wedding venue's open house and we're so thankful for that introduction! We made an instant connection and deciding to hire her as our photographer was an easy choice. Tasha has been such an incredible support to us. We recently shot our engagement photos after months of having to reschedule due to weather and WOW- we were so impressed by the time and care she put into her work. We felt so loved and had a blast taking photos at several different locations that she had clearly put some thought into ahead of time. I kept telling Tasha she felt like our cheerleader because of how enthusiastic she was in taking each photo. Within days we had an online gallery to view our pictures and shortly after we were sent a package in the mail with a USB of our photos and several beautiful prints. Choosing a photo for our Save the Dates will not be easy with all of these incredible shots! We cannot wait for Tasha to photograph our wedding next year. If you're looking for an amazing photographer who feels like family from the moment you meet her, then Tasha is hands down the best choice!

We had hired Tasha for our wedding in August 2020, unfortunately we had to cancel because of the uncertainty with the Covid-19 Pandemic. I however wanted to write a review because working with Tasha was such a positive experience and have no doubt that had she had the opportunity to photograph our wedding, it would have been amazing! Throughout the entire time Tasha was very responsive and checking in to see how we were doing and sending the most adorable pictures of her doggies to keep our spirits lifted! Tasha is a very kind and honest businesswoman. She was completely understanding of the unprecedented situation that we were facing, and made sure to offer us a very fair solution so that we wouldn’t loose out on the money we had invested. Although we could not use her services this time around, I will no doubt go back to her in the future. Thank you Tasha for making an unfortunate and stressful situation better.

Tasha was an amazing addition to our wedding! Her photos were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what we were looking for (quality photos that really show off the personalities of the wedding party, family, and guests). She was so calm and upbeat I got nervous during the family photos that we might be running long, but we were exactly on time. She even got us a teaser view of the photos before we headed off on our honeymoon. Can't recommend her enough!

We met with 9 different photographers and here's why we chose Tasha. When we looked through the websites, we saw the very best pictures the photographers have taken, the pictures that make you stop and say "Wow!" When we met with each of them in person and saw their photobooks, it was a different story. Sure, there were the "Wow!" pictures (there's always a handful in each book), but the rest of the books were kinda boring. But Tasha showed us pictures that made us feel connected to the couples in the picture. They might not make you stop and say "Wow! that's spectacular!" but they make you say "I can feel the love between these people." We're complete strangers and we felt connected to the couples. How often do you find a photographer like that? Tasha is so energetic and enthusiastic that we (and our guests) couldn't help but love her. She was so much fun and made the process not feel like a chore, after all, there are LOTS of people to take pictures with. Our "teaser" pictures were so amazing, we can't wait to see the rest of it.
