We want to express our utmost gratitude to the Tasty Bakery for baking our cake & cake pops for our wedding. The cake pops were a huge hit with our guests and tasted delicious! Plus, the way they were decorated really tied into our theme and they looked gorgeous setup in the reception space! Communication with them was perfect, they worked with us on payments leading up to the day, and the return of the stand we borrowed was super easy! Highly recommend!

Tasty bakery was super easy to work with! They even provided a gluten free option for my guests with a gluten allergy. All of my guests were raving about our wedding cake!

Working with Tasty Bakery was such a treat! From the beginning they were responsive and easy to work with. During our cake tasting appointment, one of the best days during wedding planning, they provided great tips while also giving us the privacy to taste and discuss with no pressure. We ended up doing a two tier mostly faux cake to cut and two sheet cakes (white vanilla with salted caramel buttercream and lemon with raspberry jam). Both cakes were delicious while our ornamental cake was beautiful. We can’t wait for our first anniversary to eat the tier in our freezer!

We have been fortunate to partner with Tasty Bakery for many years. When it was time to plan our 30th-anniversary celebration and we needed desserts, Tasty Bakery was our top choice! They are simply amazing! We shared a few design concepts, and they exceeded our expectations! Their treats not only look stunning but also taste delicious! The cake pops (amazing!) and champagne cupcakes are among our favorites. Working with Amanda is a true pleasure; she is always accommodating and dedicated to meeting her clients' needs, which we appreciate. We are eagerly looking forward to having Tasty Bakery at our next major event!

Such an amazing experience with Tasty Bakery! I was wanting a groom’s cake that featured my husband’s favorite band, Dance Gavin Dance. It was a unique request for sure, but Amanda was so great to work with. She was able to incorporate the album covers and colors into the design to make the perfect cake! They also delivered to our rehearsal dinner location with plenty of time. He was ECSTATIC when he saw it at the dinner. Could not recommend Tasty Bakery more! Thank you!

Absolutely perfect. The bride was gluten free. They made us GF for her. The taste was perfection. The design exactly what she wanted. Very professional and so talented. Highly recommend. When they did tasting she had samples both regular and GF . There were no surprises. Everything tasted exactly as they chose. Highly recommend.

Not to brag, but I'm pretty sure we had the best wedding cake ever! It looked like something out of a fairytale and tasted absolutely divine. Many people told us it was the best cake they've ever had, and even some who claimed not to like cake went back for seconds. We ordered a strawberry cake with with vanilla buttercream and fresh strawberry filling, and it was so perfect for our early spring wedding. Guests were begging to know where they could get more, and we unfortunately had to tell them that it's available by order only. But I guess the best things in life should be reserved for special occasions! We also ordered some mini cupcakes that were as cute as they were tasty. Ordering was easy, and Amanda was so helpful throughout the process. I wouldn't change a thing!

Bev is so much fun! Whether it’s a birthday cake to a wedding cake nothing will stop her from going above and beyond. No matter how untraditional, extravagant, or simple you want your cake she can do it. Best tasting cake I’ll ever eat in my life! The tasting was so much fun and probably my husband’s favorite part of the whole wedding planning! The first time I got to see the cake I was in awe.. everyone was. All night everyone said how beautiful and different it was even people who were just passing by made comments on how beautiful it was! It was more than what I could have ever imagined it to be and will be forever thankful for her. Thank you Bev for being that out of the box baker and making amazing cakes! Cake Tasting was definitely such a fun part of wedding planning! We tried out 5 local bakeries in the Pittsburgh area- I was born for that day! lol However, Tasty Bakery was by far our number one choice. We had so much fun at the cake tasting and each cake pairing we tried was delicious! My husband and I were able to proceed with the tasting alone that way we could share our thoughts and ideas, then when we were finished, Amanda sat with us and gave us the run down of all the information and pricing. She was very nice and easy to chat with. Leading up to the wedding, she was very helpful with picking a design and cake stand. We ended up choosing almond batter and raspberry filling for our wedding cake. Omg it was SOOOOOOOO good (I legit can’t wait for our 1 year anniversary to eat it again). AS we all know, not everyone eats cake at a wedding but we received a crazy amount of compliments on how delicious it was. Our venue accidentally tossed out our top tier due to us forgetting to take it that next day and then unfortunately an audit. Tasty Bakery was so sweet with helping us order/picking up another one with all of the freezer instructions. Tasty Bakery does an absolutely incredible job with wedding cakes. We are still receiving compliments from our guests on how good our wedding cake was. We loved that they delivered the cake and that we were able to rent the exact kind of cake stand we were looking for from them. The tasting process was awesome and our cake was beautiful!

We loved our cake! Our wedding guests raved about it too. We loved being able to taste our flavors prior to making a final decision and the team was communicative and easy to coordinate with. The flavor combination we ended up with, strawberry with lemon buttercream, was unique and delicious. Our cake turned out beautifully and we loved that we could rent cake stands from them as well. I wish I wasn’t making myself wait a year to eat the top tier. We hope to buy more cakes from them in the future!

Oh I wish I could give Amanda, Beverly and the entire Tasty Bakery team 20 stars. This was one of my FAVORITE parts of our wedding- our BEAUTIFUL, perfect cake! First and foremost, I am still having guests commenting about how amazing the cake tasted-- but presentation alone! Something so special to both my husband and I is our three precious animals. I asked Amanda for a little figurine of the three of them at the bottom of the cake and they couldn't have done this any better! The entire process with Tasty Bakery was so easy and so fun. Amanda was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire process and I am so thankful for her patience and kindness! You will NOT regret using Tasty Bakery. I am so excited to use them for any and all future events!

Our cake was beautiful, delicious and exactly what we hoped for. We were looking for something a little lighter than what we've seen at other weddings in the past. Our first thought was something along the lines of an Angel food cake, and while Tasty Bakery wasn't able to provide that type of cake for us, they were able to suggest other options that they did have that worked just as well if not better. Our cake was light, summery, fruity and not overpowering in the least. If i could eat one thing every day for the rest of my days it would be that cake! If you're looking for a company who delivers in every aspect of the word, then Tasty Bakery is the cake company for you!

Tasty Bakery helped our vision of a macaron tower and small cake come to life! Our tasting was one of the funniest parts of planning our wedding and their cake and macaron flavors were absolutely delicious! They were professional, kind, organized and worked closely with our florist to help our vision come to life. I highly recommend their services!

Tasty Bakery is the best!!!! Beverly and Amanda were so easy to work with and allowed for us to try so many samples of wedding cakes and tarts. Their attention to detail is unmatched and made the process of creating the perfect wedding cake and dessert bar so easy!! Tasty Bakery made our wedding cake for our 12/10/2022 wedding and desserts for our dessert bar (mini cupcakes, various tarts, and mini chocolate chip cookies). We ordered two sheet cakes for our wedding and both were absolutely delicious and beautifully decorated to our specifications!! We are so happy we went with Tasty Bakery for the cakes and all of our wedding guests said how amazing both flavors of our cakes were. I am a huge cake enthusiast so I knew I had to find the BEST cake in Pittsburgh for my wedding. After many cake tastings I found Tasty Bakery and it was love at first bite. I loved all the cakes I sampled and I struggled to choose just one. I ended up serving 5 different cakes with different combinations of butter creams and fillings on my wedding day. For us we wanted a beautiful design AND delicious cake. Tasty does it all. Beverly and her team did an incredible job supporting us to make our cake dreams come true. Even though we had to postpone our wedding a year because of Covid and visa postponements, Tasty’s team was extremely understanding and willing to support us through our wedding planning. We wanted to have two cakes to represent how our Jamaican and Peruvian cultures became one on our wedding day. Our theme combined the tropical ocean of Jamaica with bold bright colors of Peru. Our cakes went above and beyond our expectations. We were so impressed with our ocean wave wedding cake and sea urchin grooms cake! We got so many compliments on the unique designs and the delicious flavors! My wedding guests still talk about our cakes to this day. Thank you Tasty Bakery for making our wedding cake dreams come true!

Our wedding was September 17, 2022, and let me just say that everything was REMARKABLE. From the tasting to the final product, the staff at Tasty Bakery was phenomenal! We decided on a two tiered cake, accompanied by cupcakes! Starting with the cake, it was the spitting image of what I had shown them the day of our tasting. The colors, the detail, EVERYTHING. I could not have asked for a better presentation. They truly brought by ideas to life! The cupcakes were to die for, we had none to even take home as our guests were so blown away by them! Tasty Bakery truly is a phenomenal establishment, the staff is friendly, the desserts are high quality! I can’t wait to use them again for my future gatherings.

I couldn’t say enough nice things about Tasty Bakery. They made the entire process so easy from the tasting to delivery the day of. They have so many batters and fillings to choose from, and every one we tried was delicious. On the day of the wedding, our cake was exactly how we wanted it and looked even better than I was picturing! After the wedding we had several family members asking where the cake was from, we got so many compliments on how good it was. We even ended up ordering my mom’s birthday cake 2 months later from Tasty in the same flavors because she loved it so much!

This is quite literally the best cake I have ever had. I loved working with the team at Tasty Bakery to bring my wedding cake vision to life. Additionally, the communication was top notch. Since my wedding, I have also ordered other creations from here and they have always been delicious!

Beverly and the Tasty Bakery team were wonderful to work with. We ordered two cakes for our October wedding—dark chocolate cake with raspberry buttercream, and spice cake with vanilla buttercream—and both were beautiful and DELICIOUS!

So delicious!! We ordered a carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and it may have been the best carrot cake I’ve ever had. I sent a picture of what I wanted our cake to look like, and they were able to create it perfectly. I definitely would love to order even just cupcakes from here again.

Let me start by saying cake is one of my top 3 favorite foods. So when it came time for me to find a wedding cake bakery I needed to go big or go home in every way possible. Tasty Bakery was the very first place that I tried and was sold from day one! My wedding cake was absolute delicious. I mean moist and light with an icing that is to die for. Chef's Kiss!!! The team is very friendly and supportive of idea changes and feedback. I appreciate being able to reach out to them several months ahead with any design changes that I needed. (I had two) They were very accommodating and helpful with suggestions as well. Aesthetically what can I say but my cake came out exactly as I envisioned. I mean it was the most beautiful cake I have ever had. I stalk their instagram page as well and every single cake seems to outdo the next. Excellence the entire way around. I am a customer for life!

Tasty Bakery is absolutely amazing!! They create such stunning cakes and desserts that truly taste just as amazing as they look. My now husband and I had a blast at our taste testing. It was so much fun and one of my favorite memories from our wedding planning journey. Beverly and her team made us the most beautiful wedding cake and dessert table display. We wanted to include desserts and pastries made by friends and a separate company into the display as well and the Tasty Bakery team was more than happy to seamlessly incorporate everything all together. Tasty Bakery is incredible! I love cake, so this was a super important decision for me. My new hubby, on the other hand, is more cake-neutral. Despite this, he loved our cake. Not only does Beverly do stunning work, it is genuinely delicious. We chose two flavors - banana cake with cinnamon cream cheese frosting and champagne cake with strawberry buttercream. Both of them were out of this world. Plus ths tasting experience with Amanda was so fun! Tasty understood my vision and delivered. Our cake was absolutely gorgeous and was definitely a showstopper. Hands down, worth every penny. You won’t regret this decision- I guarantee it!

Our wedding cake from the Tasty Bakery looked beautiful and tasted amazing! We knew we wanted a cupcake tower, but we didn't know what we wanted our cake to look like. During our tasting, we got to see a variety of designs for inspiration which was very helpful! I am so glad we went with this bakery, and we have received so many complements about the cake. They were very easy to work with during the entire process. We would recommend this place to everyone!

We received so many compliments on our wedding cake, on both the look of our cake and the taste. We shared a very unique cake idea with Tasty Bakery and they somehow made it more beautiful! I had to yell at my husband for trying to eat the cake we were freezing to have on our anniversary haha. I 100% recommend Tasty Bakery for all of your cake needs!

We worked primarily with Amanda as our liaison, and she was fabulous. She made sure that every single note we had about the cake was heard and met. The detail and love put into the cake was just wonderful, and everyone loved it. Our non-vegan guests didn't even know the cake was 100% vegan.

Our wedding cake from Tasty Bakery was delicious and beautiful! We had a wonderful tasting experience as well. Beverly was so easy to work with and the entire process was smooth. We did funfetti with vanilla buttercream and almond with raspberry jam. We also did a stand rental with Tasty and it went with the cake perfectly! They also provided us with gluten free cupcakes for our guests with dietary restrictions.

My wife and I chose Tasty Bakery for our wedding because we wanted a baker that could make gluten-free cake. During the planning process, Beverly was very responsive and was willing to try flavor combinations that were not listed on the menu. So many of her fillings and cakes were absolutely delicious- so much so that we ended up going with five different flavor combinations!! On the wedding day, we were thrilled with the design (and taste) of our cake! The cake looked absolutely beautiful- the perfect combination of warm and modern, accented with stunning florals. The gluten-free chocolate was so good the guests couldn't even tell it was gluten-free. Tasty Bakery also supplied the cupcakes for the rehearsal dinner and were a major crowd pleaser too. Her buttercream is so light and just the perfect level of sweetness. Her fillings also can't be beat! We can't more highly recommend going with Beverly and Tasty Bakery for wedding cakes!

Our wedding was on 9/11/21 at the Sunset Room in Elizabeth, PA. There are plenty of bakeries, but in this area (South of PGH) there were just not any places with modern, creative, and polished cakes. They're all very traditional in their looks, but I really wanted something non-traditional, fun, and colorful. I'd basically given up and accepted that look just wasn't available around here. I stumbled upon Tasty Bakery's website and it was EXACTLY what I was l looking for! Multiple ideas/themes/directions I envisioned were styles Beverly already had made. I can't even express the excitement I had. We exchanged e-mails, discussed my vision, and scheduled a tasting. The bakery is GORGEOUS, and our tasting was in this beautiful room with fancy cutlery and it really felt like a movie experience or something. It was really so fun. Beverly gave great guidance to arrive where we did with the design. For our tasting we picked Funfetti, Pumpkin Spice, and Banana cake flavors; and cinnamon cream cheese BC, cream cheese BC, and Funfetti BC icing flavors. My partner loves coffee and Pumpkin Spice was right up his alley for our fall wedding. I'm a bit of a picky eater and legitimately do not like pumpkin, but fell IN LOVE with the Pumpkin Spice cake paired with cinnamon cream cheese BC. We were so sold. We got a smaller two-tier cake and sheetcakes for the rest - the cakes are very customizable (multiple fillings and more)! Beverly was just so wonderful to work with and our cake turned out amazing. I was willing to spend for a cake we loved, and while obviously more expensive than a sheet cake from Scozios, it was less than I expected and worth even more than what we paid. Just cannot say enough good things about this place. Many of our guests raved it was the best cake they've had at a wedding, or ever. Tasty Bakery definitely will have our business for other future life events (and I'm already excited about it).

There were a few things that were super important for us at our wedding, and cake was near the top of that list. We tested 6 different local bakeries and when we tasted Tasty we knew we had to have them for our wedding. Not only was the cake beautiful and stunning, but it was honestly the best cake I have ever had. With a November wedding, we wanted something different that wasn't too out there, and their salted caramel filling was out of this world. Working with Tasty was seamless and we would recommend them to any couple for their wedding - or ANY event you need a cake.

Tasty bakery did our wedding cake and it was picture perfect gorgeous ❤ I knew the minute I saw their insta this was our top cake choice, so glad we could get to use them. Beautiful work and perfect coordination with our vendor.

I'm still thinking about how delicious our wedding cake was. Tasty Bakery did such a wonderful job. The entire experience, from the tasting, to the multiple emails trying to get the design and colors right, to the wedding day, was perfect. The only thing that didn't go perfectly, and this was not on them at all, was that the color on the word we had written on the cake started to drip from the heat of the day. It actually didn't look bad after it happened and I'm sure no one noticed because it almost looked intentional. We opted to make our own cake topper and they placed it for me when they delivered it. Our flavor combo was almond cake with raspberry filling. We had a hard time choosing this because everything we tried just tasted so darn good! The raspberry wasn't even one of our original choices to taste and they were kind enough to add it to our tasting plate so we could try it. Thank God they did, since that's what we went with. They were able to make a smaller cake for cutting and for the bridal party to eat and had sheet cakes in the kitchen to serve the guests. Everyone commented how delicious they were. Look on Instagram! Their cakes are gorgeous!

Beverly and her team are fantastic. I live out of state, but I had heard soo many raving reviews about her cakes, that I booked her without ever tasting one! I was NOT disappointed. She was easy to communicate with and made planning easy. Our wedding cake was exactly what I wanted, and it tasted AMAZING. I would highly recommend Tasty Bakery.

My husband and I are NOT cake people but we do have a huge love for Macarons. Tasty Bakery saved the day a few weeks before the wedding and brought my vision of a Macaron tower to life. They customize the flavors to be in the color palate of your choice. I highly recommend them!

Our experience with Beverly and Tasty Bakery was first class from start to finish. Our tasting was one of the best parts of wedding planning! The bakery is so adorably designed and definitely gets you in the mood for some sugary goodness. And of course it was so hard to decide between the cake and icing flavors. We ended up going with two different combinations for different layers cause we couldn't pick just one! We also ended up buying a bunch of the treats she had displayed out in front as well (definitely recommend the hot chocolate bombs). On the big day, when they opened the doors of the reception ballroom to give us a sneak peek, the cake was the first thing I saw and I cried - it was exactly the way I imagined it would be. The design was so perfectly executed, and of course, we already knew it was delicious. We saved our top layer for freezing for our anniversary and we're already looking forward to eating that cake again!

Beverly and her staff are amazing!!!! This is hands down the best cake you will ever have!!! And they are so so so talented at designing / decorating / making your wedding cake dreams come to life! So often you will have cake at a wedding that is just ok.. this does not happen with a tasty cake - people will rave about your wedding cake!!!!!

I went to Tasty Bakery knowing that I wanted some sort of Disney inspired wedding cake with rose gold. I had a few ideas saved on Pinterest, but wasn't entirely sure what I wanted. At my tasting with Bev, she listened to me and my husband and came up with the most amazing designs for me to pick from. Everyone was in love with our cake AND it tasted incredible. Honestly, it's going to be hard to wait an entire year to eat our anniversary cake.

Shifting from a May wedding to a December wedding due to Covid, I wanted to embrace the cozy winter vibe of a sweater cake, and she made a sweater cake classy and wedding chic! And let me tell you, not only was it a vision, but it was also DELICIOUS!!! SO. GOOD. The second I began wedding planning, I knew I had to have Tasty Bakery make my dream wedding cake. Bev is so easy to work with and understood exactly what my husband and I wanted. The cake arrived on time and even stood tall in the late August heat. It was everything we imaged and tasted beyond amazing. We cannot thank Tasty Bakery enough for making our dream wedding cake. If you don't book with Tasty, you are making a huge wedding mistake!

They taste even better than they look which is really hard to believe because they are unbelievably pretty. She made my vision come to life and took care of the delivery and set up. So easy to work with and she is so incredibly talented.

The ONE and the ONLY Wedding Cakes and Desserts. Tasty was absolutely amazing. Beverly did magical work for our wedding day. We had a dessert canoe that was filled with a 3 tier cake, 2 tier cake, a macron tower and assorted mini desserts. All of our guests were in love and Dave and I could not stop eating from our pile as well. Beverly had everything completely customized to exactly what we wanted and it really made our reception flourish with detail.
