We have the pleasure of working with TC Tented events on a lot of our Northern Michigan weddings. They have such a great selection of inventory, competitive prices, and quality team members to help along the way. We couldn't recommend them more! We love working with TC Tented and look forward to curating lots more weddings with them!
I have used TC Tented for many events for when I cater. The dishware is always ready to go, linens are beautiful, and the decor and drape can make an event elegant.
We had the pleasure of working with Paige on rentals for our big day, and we could not have had a more positive experience. She was so lovely, so unbelievably patient while she waited for me to get back to her about things, and kept everything feeling so professional and organized. Without her help, I certainly would have gone completely off the rails on some of these things. We used TC Tented Events as our rental source for things like taper candle holders and some additional farm tables to keep things feeling rustic and elegant. Paige put up with us changing our mind on a thousand things while we worked through planning and budget - the draping they provide (while we didn't end up using it) looked stunning, and every things we rented from them showed up on time, looking great and made all the difference in the room for our reception. Their showroom is immaculately organized, and filled with all sorts of super fun stuff to use for your big day, and going to visit feels like such a special adventure. Paige helped my mom, my sister and I all work through very conflicting ideas about how things should look (classic!), and made sure that things came together beautifully. We would recommend TC Tented Events to anyone, and while I am certain the whole team is amazing, if you can, ask to work with Paige - she'll take fantastic care of you.
The TC Tented team was amazing to work with for rentals! They always responded promptly and professionally. I made many changes throughout my planning and they were always able to accommodate me. I would recommend them to anyone!

TC was super easy to work with and made the process easy and flexible. Guest count changes among other factors can change and throughout the whole process they were very flexible and quick to update our contract with any changes we needed. Delivery and set up was super smooth as well!
We had a very easy experience working with 307 Events. We rented a few a la carte items that we didn’t want to buy (i.e. easel, card box, table number holders, etc.). The items were ready for pick up and drop off at convenient times and looked very nice at the event. One slight downside was that their email system does not seem to keep messages in a single thread (I was using a gmail account to communicate with them), and you often end up communicating with different members of their staff instead of being assigned to one contact. That said, it really did not cause any issues once we had the contract finalized and it was overall a positive experience.
We hired 307 for the rentals at our wedding in Lake Leelanau. We had a tent with dance floor and lighting, a cook's tent, tables, chairs, goblets, and a few other small items. They were very helpful when it came to deciding on different items and the quantities, even as I made changes throughout the year leading up to my wedding. Everything turned out beautifully.
Initially this company was great to work with, but come time for our wedding it went down hill. Communication and support were awful. There was no accountability for problem after problem, nor desire to do right by us. I do not recommend using this company for your special day!
The team at 307 Events were great about communicating with us as well as working with our day-of coodinator and our wedding venue. We ended up using the tent more than we thought because of rain (a reminder if you're ceremony is outside, you can never discount for rain - so it may be expensive, but the tent is always worth it!) it was a great extra space not only for the ceremony but for guests who wanted a break from the Iron Fish barn. We were glad to work with 307 Events for our wedding!
307 Events and Tents did an amazing job for our daughter's wedding. Last minute (less than 3 weeks out) our venue was no longer an option (Covid Issues). We shifted with the help of 307 and it turned so much better than we could have imagined. We were able to use their clear ceiling tent and it made for a beautiful and unique touch. Thank you 307 events.

We rented our chairs, lounge furniture and head tables from 307 Events & Tents and are very pleased that we did. They were professional to work with, provided quality rentals that were in great condition. If you're having a wedding or larger event in Northern Michigan I would highly recommend renting from 307 Events & Tents. You will not be disappointed!
Go elsewhere if you can. Once the day of comes around, they do all they can to charge more and cut corners. For our Friday afternoon outdoor wedding- they wanted to set up Thursday morning, even though it was going to rain. I asked them not to and they said it HAD to be done then. Then they wanted to pick everything up MONDAY. And charge us to have them pick it up Saturday morning…before our venue had their next wedding. Fortunately our venue (Cobblestone Farms TC) was absolutely amazing and handled this headache for me. Otherwise, all of our linens, 300 padded chairs, wine glasses etc would’ve been left in the rain and we would’ve had to set it up ourselves. Natalie was very helpful through email, but once the actual wedding week came- 307 was a complete nightmare.
We used 307 Events for our wedding on 9/13/20 for both décor and flowers and could not have been happier! Siri and Rory were both amazing to work with, always very responsive, and really took our ideas and brought them to life! We postponed our wedding from June to September due to COVID and 307 was very supportive and flexible with us, which was super helpful when making such a huge decision. Overall, everything came out perfectly and we got so many complements on the floral arrangements and the décor pieces that we chose. Additionally, it was the icing on the cake that 307 delivers and picks up all the rentals. This was one less thing for us to worry about before and after the wedding, which makes a huge difference! I would absolutely recommend 307 for decorations and floral arrangements, they have a large selection of beautiful décor pieces, and the staff was wonderful to work with! Cannot thank them enough for making our wedding so wonderful!
Thankfully their competitor was 10x more helpful and more organized.
307 provided our tent, tables/chairs, all of our flowers and most of the decor for our wedding. Everything turned out beautifully and they did a great job matching the vision we had, colors, etc! Our wedding planner handled most of the communication, but 307 worked with us when we needed to postpone our wedding and then switch from a large wedding to very small event. Everything arrived on time and was great! Rory does an awesome job with the floral arrangements.
I rented all my wedding decor from 307 which looked amazing. I also had all my floral done with them which was super easy (just showed them Pinterest I liked) and they brought it all to life the day of the wedding. Was super easy and convenient having the same team deliver and set up all the rentals and flowers. Recommend highly.
I started off loving my experience with 307. I booked them about a year in advance for linen and chairs for my wedding in September 2020. After I received some devastating news that I would only be allowed 10 people in my barn venue I started contacting vendors. 307 was the only vendor unwilling to compromise with the large deposit. I was not asking for all of my money back but 307 denied giving me anything back. They stated that I could use the money for a later event and they would keep my credit until December 2021. I explained to Kate this was not an option as we are a distance from their location. She offered to ship items but I again explained given the current state we were opting out of a wedding all together. I believe in times like these we should all be working together and not trying to gain something from another persons loss. This is why I told her I would be satisfied with 50%, this is what most of my vendors have agreed to. I would just beware booking their services with the times we are in. If you are okay losing out on whatever money you give 307 if your event cannot happen then go with it.

I have worked with 307 on many weddings and they are truly amazing. They have shown such grace throughout this pandemic and have stayed right there with the most up-to-date information. They have led the industry in customer service while still staying true to their character and making sure they are able to stay in business for years to come. The service from Kate and the entire team is unmatched! I would recommend them to anyone that wants their event to be top notch!

I had a solid experience with the 307 team - at times it was difficult to get anyone to respond to email/phone calls, but overall the items rented and set-up were perfect and arrived on time. They have a lot of options to pick from the site just makes it difficult to add and remove anything from the order.
This group is pretty awesome! We worked with them for our decor rentals, and last minute needs for cold weather. They were so on top of email communication from start to finish. The week of the wedding a cold front was moving in, and we needed to make sure we were ready to keep our guests warm for the wedding. They helped us get a heater, blankets, etc. ready to go within the blink of an eye. We also had a mishap with another vendor leaving us short a few farmhouse tables, 307 saved the day with morning of linen rentals to make the alternative solution work. Their online inventory is also amazing, made it so easy to look through the options available for rental! Would highly recommend them for any rental needs!
I would not recommend 307 for any of your eventing needs. My experience was an absolutely nightmare and was so extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism working with this company. To begin there would be months that I was not able to get in contact with Kate. She would just never respond to my emails or calls. As my event got closer she moved me to a different employee who attempted to make things better. When my final quote came there were additional charges for things that I was never made aware of (such as a late night fee and they never even came back to pick up the decor that night). I was also really disappointed in my floral. The arch arrangement was beautiful but my bouquets were wrong, the flower girl crowns had no flowers and were delivered in a garbage bag, mothers corsages were 1 flower, and the boutonnieres looked like weeds and the grooms had one bud that wasnt even open. Finally, the day before the wedding i could not get a hold of anyone to confirm drop offs, etc. Needless to say all went fine but this is not the level of professionalism I would expect in that area. I highly recommend finding a different decorator/coordinator.
Rory did an incredible job with floral for our wedding! Our bouquets were absolutely perfect, as were the dinner table garlands, the cocktail centerpieces, and everything else - they were just like we envisioned except even better! The decor rentals were great too. Thank you!!
I hired 307 events for the wedding design and florals for my wedding at Shanahan's Barn. The Florals were exceptional and Rory did an amazing job with all my centerpieces, bouquets, and flower crowns! I was in awe! The Decor was also amazing, everything I wanted and more. The only reason, I can not give them more stars is their communication. I would follow up for weeks without a response and that had me worried a bit a month from the wedding. I understand Kate and her team are doing 2-3 maybe even more events per weekend and at the end of the day, they got everything done I wanted and more! My wedding day was a total dream because of them as my vendor. I would hire them again!
Kate and her staff did an incredible job with the decor for our reception at Starry Night Barn. The communication was excellent from planning right up to the day of the reception. The draping her team did in the barn was gorgeous, along with the linens, whiskey barrels, and other decor. The kids at the reception loved all the lawn games. Highly recommended!
Kate and the 307 Events team provided gorgeous décor items for our wedding including lounge seating for the courtyard, decorative bars, linens, chargers and table numbers. My favorite was a large gold frame 307 Events created for our placecard display. These items added a unique look to our special day and really made our personalities shine!

307events was recommended to me for linens and decor by our coordinator, and I'm SO grateful for the connection. They were so flexible in working within our tight decor budget, and even did our flowers! Kate, Rory, and Allix were so easy to work with and made our day worry-free for me, while looking elegant, simple, and classic for our guests - exactly what we'd hoped for. I would highly recommend 307events for weddings, parties, flowers, etc!
307 Events was the perfect company to work with for our out of town wedding. My husband and I live in Chicago and despite this, the 307 Event Team made sure we could schedule meetings to work with everyone's schedule. We rented lanterns and had them do custom draping for our barn wedding. Everything looked beautiful and they were very accommodating on making sure everything was set up in time.
We used 307 for our linens, including seat covers, and it was absolutely beautiful! They worked with me from a distance (as this was a destination wedding for us, and we live 4 hours away) to set up our perfect day! They got my vision, and even helped make changes last minute as our numbers changed. I highly recommend them!
We rented furniture and a few other little things from 307 events. Kate is awesome to work with and will try her best to make your creation come to life. I had a meeting with her once and she was building something in the basement for a couple. If you ask for something she doesn’t already have, she will make it happen. Her decor rental selection has grown a lot in just a year. I know now she has added floral services and will coordinate/style your wedding. She is in high demand so book early!!
We used 307 Events for our outdoor reception at the Elberta Life Saving Station and it truly made our day feel like a fairytale. Everything was perfect. The edison bulb chandelier was even more beautiful in person and our older guests enjoyed sitting on the love seat furniture! Highly recommend!

I am so glad we had 307 Events to provide our flowers and decorations for our wedding! I loved how they set up our wedding venue, very beautiful and elegant. Apparently I forgot to order the flower girls baskets but they were able to get them for me within a half hour on our wedding day from a nearby florist. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect on our wedding day. Great job, highly recommend them!
Working with 307 Events was THE best decision we made throughout wedding planning. They were honest, kind, and genuine throughout the process. The flowers were all fresh and beautifully arranged. The design in our venue was also gorgeous. Communication was very important to us and they could not be better at communicating throughout the planning. Rory and Kate were beyond amazing. Do not look elsewhere! You will be so happy with 307 Events.
I could not have been happier with how my decor and flowers turned out! We had a few ‘over the phone’ meetings and I was incredibly vague with what I wanted because I really had no idea what I wanted. They talked me through everything and made suggestions and helped me figure out what I actually wanted for my wedding decor. When I walked into the barn after our ceremony I was so impressed with how they put everything together. I got so many compliments on the centerpieces and especially the beautiful bouquets. The mauve colored roses were my favorite! I could go on and on but I will keep this short.. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about 307 events, you guys rocked it! We thank you very much for helping to make our wedding day absolutely perfect!

307 made our day absolutely amazing. We worked with them on a good portion of our decor elements and they not only delivered and set-up everything on time, they went the extra mile to assist when I personally miscounted things I was supposed to bring (IE: vases - they helped to make up the difference THAT DAY). Their inventory is wonderful and they are a joy to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone.
Our wedding was this past August at The Homestead Resort in Glen Arbor, Michigan. We are from Chicago and working with Kate made planning our wedding from afar so much easier! She was able to find every type of decor item that I was looking for (based off of Pinterest posts!) and really helped me put my vision together. The items that she has are all very elegant, classy, and on-trend. Our reception room looked gorgeous and everything was done perfectly. I even sent Kate a request for an additional item less than a week before the wedding AND had a last minute change the day of the wedding and she made it happen. Kate and her team are the very best, you honestly don't need to even consider any other decor companies in the area.
307 Events was the cherry on top of our Northern Michigan wedding - they provided all of the decor to turn our space into a "hauntingly enchanted" feel over Halloweekend.
Kate and her team created an experience for all of our guests. Their communications and quotes were very professional, and my husband and I were beyond thrilled with the overall ambiance of the venue! The team thought of everything from floating candles, to real fall leaves, to black drapery to glowing tables - Kate and her team had ideas we never would have thought of! They even suggested a coffin with "RIF, rest in fleece" blankets for all of our guests during the chilly weather. So creative - we know that it was a wedding that our guests won't soon forget.
I would highly recommend 307 events to make your wedding or event extra special. They saw our vision and ran with it!

I would, without doubt, rent from 307 Events again. They offer a wide array of rentals perfect for weddings! We rented candle holders, a birch arch, wine barrels, and a communal table; we were happy with it all. It was delivered on time and in pristine condition. Kate and her staff at 307 were wonderful. Their communication was timely and they were helpful in providing other suggestions when some items weren't available. The entire experience was beyond great. Check 'em out if you're looking to rent decor!

Kate was so easy to work with! We rented accessories for our beach wedding and tented reception. She was always available through email and was very fast to respond. Her inventory is huge! Everything that we wanted- she had. Even the week of our wedding we were adding items and it was not a problem. They kept everything straight and all items were very high quality.
Kate is absolutely wonderful! She took such great care to make sure that everything we rented from her was exactly what we wanted, ordered new items for us when something wasn't exactly right, and worked with other vendors in the Traverse City area to put everything together. The only thing I would say could have been better was her response time- she was going through some changes in her business, so at times it would be a bit slow. But she never let anything fall through the cracks and made our wedding look just spectacular. Would definitely recommend Kate!
Kate was awesome to work with! She was able to meet me within minutes of speaking with her. We were able to choose all the decor needed and the process was sooo simple! From there, I didn't have to worry about anything! She took care of it all from there and that was just a blessing to have being a Bride!!! Everything was perfect the day of the wedding!!

We held an elegant barn wedding and Kate and her team literally transformed it into something out of a magazine article! My guests said "it looked like a fairy tale". Every one of my guests used words like "astonishing, amazing, elegant, unique" to describe how a plain venue was turned into something magical. I loved how laid back Kate was with me while we were planning everything. I am a high Type A personality and she handled me perfectly! This review isn't just coming from me (the Bride) it is also coming from my guests, who were absolutely thrilled with the venue thanks to this team!!
Our wedding day was magical and everything we had ever hoped it would be. The reason the day was flawless and beautiful was because of Kate. She is very professional and her passion for her business is evident in all the fine details she handles. I would highly recommend Kate. She is a visionary and truly made my wedding day incredible.

I was planning my wedding from Chicago and Kate always made sure to respond to me promptly, making me feel so comfortable with choosing her without meeting her. Kate was an absolute pleasure to work with and did an incredible job decorating for our big day. I am not great at making decisions but Kate was extremely helpful and patient with me. She was really able to capture the style and look I had been imagining. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Words cannot describe how in awe I was when I walked into our reception hall after Kate and her team had decorated. Everything was better than I would have ever imagined and it was great working one-on-one with Kate. She did a fantastic job channeling our ideas into every detail and we could not have been more happy with our decor!
