Thames River Greenery

They were great in deciding on flowers. We had beautiful dahlias in various colors. They worked with us on pricing to keep us at our budget.

I was so happy with the flowers Thames River Greenery provided for my wedding. Originally, I was a bit worried because the flowers I wanted weren't in season, but Charlotte was able to recreate the same look and feel with different blooms. The bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony decorations were simply stunning - everything I wanted and more! I would highly recommend working with them as their value and services are unparalleled. I wish I could attach photos!

The flowers at my wedding were exactly what I had always dreamed of. Each and every arrangement, bouquet, etc. was absolutely perfect!!!!

I had used Thames River Greenery in the past for anniversary flowers for my parents. I dealt with Charlotte who was wonderful, but only bought the flowers from her, then arranged them myself. I am hesitant to write this review for my wedding flowers. Although they were pretty, they were the opposite of what I had asked for. I had wanted loose centerpieces with peonies and garden roses and bouquets in a similar style with trailing greens. The key word here is loose. Like a fresh picked armful of garden flowers. It was all in the paperwork. Mary Lou and I were on the same wavelength at the first meeting. She knew exactly what I wanted and we were both excited. The flowers were really important to me. Then, it seemed as if she forgot all about my wedding. She never called for our follow-up. I finally met with her and it seemed almost too late to order the flowers. She acted as if we had never spoken before and although we had every detail on paper in the contract, I felt as though she was on a total different page. I showed her the example photos again, but it didn't seem to click. I left the store almost in tears wondering what I would be getting for flowers. On my wedding day the flowers arrived as I was getting ready. No one wanted to bring me the bouquets. Even my friends and family, with very little flower arranging experience, knew these bouquets were far from my style. Luckily, it was my wedding day and nothing else mattered except that I was surrounded by my favorite people in the world and I was about to marry my best friend. I took one look at the bouquets, said "I knew they would turn out like this" and continued on with the day. To sum up, the flowers were pretty because well, that's just the nature of flowers. But the bouquets were tightly wound bunches without a single trailing green and the centerpieces did not even whisper "loose". I hate the fact that if I would've had the time I could have done a better job!

Mary Lou and Charlotte, as well as their staff, are best in business. They helped me create a vision, evolved my ideas, and executed an incredibly gorgeous floral plan. Every inch was high quality and perfect. They are the true standard and wonderful to work with!

My flowers for the wedding were perfect. They were so easy to work with and everything was professionally done.

Charlotte and Mary Lou did an amazing job for my wedding. They were constantly in touch with me about the quality of the flowers available and incorporated me and my family in every decision, making sure our vision was achieved. We were using local dahlias, and Charlotte even called me each time the batches came in from the farm so I could be sure to have the best idea of what things would be like leading up to the wedding. Everything look beautiful - they are true professionals, fun to plan with, and beyond knowledgable.

More than I could ever ask for. The staff was so attentive and catered to our every need.

We used Thames River Greenery for both my wedding shower and wedding and they were amazing to work with. The flowers were everything I wanted and more. The listened to what I was thinking and made suggestions to help improve it. I would recommend them to everyone! They were great to work with and the quality was beyond amazing.

They were very easy to work with and accomodating to our schedule. The end result was better then anything I could have imagined.;If you're not sure what you want they were a little difficult to work with. Didn't generate a lot of ideas or help much.
