HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Growing up in Winter Park, Florida it was always a dream for my husband and I to get married in the same city we both were raised in and where we met back in high school. After talking to multiple venues, we were just not completely satisfied until we finally contacted The Alfond Inn and everything changed. We were in love. We felt that this was our place, right in the heart of downtown Winter Park, Florida where we felt most "at home." On top of the instant "in love" feeling we had when we met Jane and Kelly, we knew that this wedding was going to be a piece of cake to plan, literally! They coordinated, planned, and arranged so many different components of our wedding, parts that I did not even realize were coordinated till well after the wedding. The tours of the hotel/venue spaces, official food and drink tastings, and other meetings were all well-thought-out and planned to the tee. I was so incredibly impressed with Jane and Kelly and the entire Alfond Inn staff! My husband and I are forever grateful and look forward to revisiting the hotel and our venue in the future for our anniversaries and just walking in while in downtown Winter Park. Again, thank you for making the entire wedding planning process and day of experience tremendously smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. I could not imagine any other experience to be alike. We highly recommend!

The Alfond was a dream location for our ceremony/reception. Jane and Kelly took care of planning all the details, and were more than accommodating with making our vision a reality. The location is absolutely stunning and our guests could not stop complimenting the hotel.

The Alfond Inn does things first class ALL the way. Nothing was too much trouble; it was always “their pleasure” in fact. Their attention to detail and personalized communication with me made for a very authentic experience. I felt more than comfortable entrusting them with the most important day of my life! Our guests still have not stopped raving about the food served at our wedding. The variety of photography settings that the Alfond’s exquisite grounds provide is unlike any other. From modern artwork, to lush greenery, to sleek architecture and iron detail...it’s all there, and well above average in every category! I couldn’t give this venue and their incredible staff enough stars to truly describe how superior they are. After all, they believe in “Everything for Love!”

The Alfond Inn in Winter Park, FL creates the most magnificent atmosphere for a wedding and or reception. Working with Jane McLean was a truly delightful experience. Our daughter's reception was just PERFECT! I've received so many compliments, well after the event, about how amazing the food tasted and the attention to detail provided by The Alfond. The Alfond Inn was a beautiful place for our wedding and the service was impeccable! The catering staff was amazing to work with. They answered all our questions large and small up to the wedding day and made us feel like we were their sole priority. Our family and friends loved their accommodations and out of town guests raved about the location. Food was incredible and everyone had a fun night! Wouldn’t have changed Aa thing!!

I knew almost immediately once we got engaged that I wanted to have my ceremony and reception at The Alfond Inn. I loved the aesthetic - clean and modern with some funky art - and the very central location to the wonderful Park Avenue area. I wanted an outdoor ceremony but also knew I could rest assured that if the weather didn't cooperate, the indoor ceremony option was just as beautiful! This is such important peace of mind for any bride! But on top of all that, the event staff is absolutely amazing to work with! Jane and Kelly are so responsive and friendly and were able to accommodate all of my personalized requests!

The Alfond Inn was the perfect wedding and reception venue! As a wedding vendor myself, I knew the Alfond was my #1 venue choice, but I didn't think I could afford it. After pricing out this option against others in town, the Alfond actually ended up being more affordable because so many things were included. The price included an on-site coordinator, chair and table rentals, flatware, linens, catering, and bridal suite. It was at the top of my budget, but so worth it. The team at the Alfond was great to work with. Kelly was my contact on site and she was wonderful, even with my last-minute questions. I was 100% stress free going into the wedding. The day of the wedding, I actually left my bouquet in the bridal suite. Of course, wedding dresses don't have pockets, so I didn't have a room key. Kelly got her master key, ran up to my room, and retrieved my bouquet for me. That was the only hiccup during the wedding day and I'm so grateful Kelly was there to handle that for me! When we were doing wedding party photos, Gail followed my husband and I around with glasses of water. She offered mimosas, but it wasn't quite time to party :) During brunch, Gail was kind enough to take our orders for drinks and food, and even delivered slices of cake to our seats! I think I'm one of the few brides who can say I had food, drinks, and cake at my reception. The events team sent up a bottle of champagne and additional cake up to the bridal suite, just to make sure my husband and I got to enjoy. I would 100% recommend the Alfond as a wedding and reception venue. I'm the first in my extended family to get married, and "the bar is set really high for the next wedding." It was definitely one to remember, and it was perfect, thanks to the Alfond Inn.

The Alfond Inn was amazing!! I can't say enough amazing things about them! The wedding team was so accommodating, would meet with us as many times as needed, and were so quick to respond to any requests. They literally made my wedding stress free! Best decision in wedding planning was choosing the Alfond Inn :).

My wedding day was beyond perfect! The most beautiful location in quaint Winter Park, the inside of the Hotel is Mediterranean meets museum. The artwork that is routinely swapped out makes for a unique venue, along with its ability to be a one stop shop - rehearsal dinner, hotel stay, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception! We fell in love with the aesthetic of the hotel, but it was the staff that really made it feel even more luxurious with their attention to detail and desire to make sure every guest experience was extraordinary. Very special thank you to the Events Director, Jane, who always made us feel valued every step of the way. And to Kelly on the Alfond events team who helped us to execute a flawless wedding day! Looking back through the photos, its everything I could've ever dreamed of and more!

my wedding events were near by in winter park, fl and i loved having the alfond inn as our central hub. the bridal suite was spacious enough for 5 bridesmaids, 2 mothers and the bride with all of the hair and make up team. the light was also fantastic! transportation pick up was smooth and the hotel was able to help guide guests to the correct location. we provided the hotel with all of our wedding weekend details which they expressed was very helpful when answering hotel guests questions.

The Alfond Inn was the perfect wedding venue for not only us but our guests. The location is great and can easily keep guests occupied. Its simple elegance makes for a stunning experience that gives the "wow-factor" without being over the top. The service and food was absolutely amazing. Couldn't be happier and we plan on spending our anniversaries here for years to come :-)

My husband and I didn't even consider having our wedding anywhere else other than the Alfond Inn! We wanted an indoor wedding with a beautiful setting, in a place that would be convenient for our guests. Our friends and family are still talking about how wonderful the wedding was, from the setting to the exquisite food! We couldn't have been happier.

We got married the day before Hurricane Irma and the Alfond Inn could not have been better!! The little things they thought of were unbelievable! Every few minutes the staff would check with my husband and I to see if we needed anything! The place is absolutely gorgeous and the food is to die for! I want to do it all over again! The Alfond is simply the best. After looking at 6 or more hotels/resorts, we walked into the Alfond and knew it was "the one". I cant sing their praises enough. Every detail was accounted for - from our site meetings, to ongoing email communication, to the menu tasting and everything in between, the quality of service and professionalism from every staff member is 5-star, world class. They treat you like family and royalty all at the same time. Since we got married in July, we wanted the ceremony to be indoors. You wouldn't think that would be so hard to find but it really is. The Alfond was the perfect venue for both an indoor ceremony and reception. I loved that everything was in one place. It really made life so much easier for the entire bridal party and the logistics of planning. On the wedding day, I was so relieved that we simply had to take the elevator down to get married. No driving, no hassle. I highly recommend the Alfond for your wedding day. They go above and beyond all expectations to make sure that you and your guests feel pampered all night long. A big thank you to Jane McLean and her wonderful team for such an incredible night! Our guests are still talking about our wedding and that it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. The Alfond Inn was a no-brainer to select for our Ceremony, Reception, Hotel Room Block and Morning After Brunch. The beautiful landscape, accommodating staff, fantastic food we couldn't be happier. I couldn't of asked for a better wedding day - both Jane and Kelly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this venue for any wedding couple.

The Alfond is really top notch! The stunning design and decor made for a beautiful backdrop for our reception (and most of the weekend). Staff were all great and very accommodating. From the valet being very careful with my wedding dress to our private server for dinner, to the server at the restaurant at brunch the next day, bringing us complimentary mimosas, everything was very thoughtful and special. Everyone was very easy to work with, communicate with and had no problem going over every detail multiple times. We had our ceremony at the First Congregational Church of Winter Park, right across the street and went to Luma for an impromptu afterparty. I also stayed in the bridal suite the night before the wedding with my sisters, which we used all day to get ready. This was a great option- plenty of space and a kitchen that was great for storing cold food. The Alfond is a great choice for top of the line service, amenities, ambiance and comfort.

We absolutely loved our wedding venue! The beautiful architecture and colors made for the perfect backdrop for our special day. Our guests are still raving about how good the food was! The staff were wonderful and accommodating! I'm so happy we chose The Alfond Inn!

The food and venue was GREAT! The pictures we got taken there were outstanding, the design of the hotel could not have been better.

We chose The Alfond as the home base for our bridal party and families and we couldn't have made a better choice! Our wedding was at Casa Feliz so the location was perfect! Walking distance from everything along Park Ave. The staff is attentive and polite and really made us feel at home. We took bridal photos all around the property and I'm so glad we did because the hotel is beautiful!!! I also highly recommend Hamilton's Kitchen (the restaurant on property) for brunch or dinner! Delicious!
