The Barn at Bull Meadow

We absolutely love this venue! Not only is it gorgeous but the staff are amazing. From the first inquiry to the day of our wedding all of our questions were answered. Our coordinator Taylor was the best, she helped us plan out our perfect day and made it easy. Everyone was so nice and their response time was great. We highly recommend the barn.

We could not have picked a better venue for our November 2024 wedding! Pictures do not do the Barn justice - it is absolutely stunning both inside and outside. Our coordinator, Shannon, was such a huge support for us during the planning process and on our wedding day, answering all of our super detailed questions along the way and helping to bring our vision to life. There truly is a family feel at this venue and they really go above and beyond for their couples. We are so happy to have forever memories at the Barn!

The Barn at Bull Meadow is a great little gem in the Concord area. It has that secluded New England feel without being miles from civilization. The grounds are well-kept and the interior is beautiful to the point where you can get away with minimal decor. The size is that Goldilocks where you could get away with a large event, but it didn't feel overwhelming for our <30 guest event. Jenn, the co-owner, was amazing - she conducted our tour and was personable, flexible, and understanding. Our day-of coordinator, Sydney, was a total peach and completely understood our vibe and vision for the day. She handled vendor coordination well and eased a lot of our stresses during the day of - we really can't imagine doing this over without her. She and all the staff were friendly, flexible, helpful, and easygoing. One thing to note is that you must choose from their own list of catering options and cannot bring food from a non-licensed business, but they have plenty of vendor choices and we honestly preferred having a list as it helped us focus our choice (we can be pretty indecisive). We found our overall experience affordable, intimate, and well handled, and our guests have echoed our opinions as well. If you're looking for a beautiful, private wedding in Southern New Hampshire, I really recommend looking into The Barn.

The venue was AMAZING! The day of coordinator works with you once you book and provides you reminders on common things needed for a wedding. They also have a preferred vendor list that helps with an idea of who to book. Sydney was my coordinator and she was such a gem! My wedding day had rain and she was very flexible with set up time and we were able to make all the changes last minute. She is the best! We received so much kind words about the venue on how nice it was. It is a perfect modern rustic feel. I’m so happy I went with this venue.

We absolutely loved this venue. We had an amazing day and the weather couldn't have been better! It is a beautiful venue both ceremony and barn! We wee so lucky to have Shannon and all of the other staff assisting us and having everything timed and ready to go. We are so blessed to have had our special day at the Barn at Bull Meadow and wouldn't have changed anything at all! Shannon was very responsive to emails back and forth from me, was very nice, and had a good personality. The closers were also awesome! I appreciate all the help and ceremony precession direction! Everything was well executed and we had a great time!

We just had our wedding here! The day went smooth and their communication and organization was fantastic. I’m someone who likes to be in control of everything and if something is off track I usually panic - this didn’t happen once during my day. Taylor was our wedding coordinator and she made sure we stayed on track, and moved things around as needed to make sure that we didn’t miss anything. She also checked on us periodically throughout the day to see if we needed anything and was quick to help when needed. I can’t say enough good things about this venue, the staff and most experience with them. Would recommend time and time again. If you’re thinking of booking, do it! You will not be disappointed. We just had our wedding there Sept. 07 2024. It was absolutely beautiful and everyone had a blast! Boy did the day fly by! Decorations, food, flowers, music-it all turned out amazing. The venue provided us with a coordinator that helped us come up with a schedule for the day of as well as coordinate everything with our venders and it was perfect! Shannon was great! She was on top of everything and was super patient with us and our 100s of questions. We are so grateful for everyone that was involved in the planning of our special day ❤️❤️

My husband and I got married at the Barn at Bull Meadow on June 22, 2024! From the original tour, planning period, and day of coordination by Taylor we were consistently reminded why we chose this venue. Taylor was an incredible day of coordinator and point of contact for us! She always made sure to communicate with us and handle all of the small details. It ended up raining on our wedding day and our ceremony was moved inside, but luckily with this venue it was just as beautiful and romantic! My bridesmaids and I had the best day getting ready at the venue too and the positive energy was just filling the room! Our wedding was absolutely perfect in large part because of the team at the Barn at Bull Meadow. Our coordinator, Shannon, was SO professional, on top of everything (she handled things before I even thought to ask), and she was so fun to be around as we got ready. The barn itself is stunning, the ceremony site outside as well as the cocktail area were airy and beautiful. The space is carefully designed to meet all wedding needs!! Our guests are still raving about the venue, the staff, and the dancefloor. I’m pretty sure the staff at the barn have control of the weather because we even had a gorgeous day. The whole planning process, rehearsal, and wedding day were seamless and stress free thanks to Shannon’s organization and the overall thoughtfulness of the staff. There was a specific vision in my head that I had since I was a little girl of the wedding venue I wanted. I could never fully describe it in detail, but I knew it would be special when I found it. My husband and I toured a few venues prior to the barn and it felt like we were getting close, but not quite there. Pulling into the Barn at Bull Meadow one of our favorite artists came on the speakers and then we saw the venue in all its beauty. I knew then and there that this was the ONE. From that point on we were hooked and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the wedding venue we picked. Our day of coordinator was Jenn, who was THE BEST! Jenn was always in communication with us, answering my several needy emails. Jenn was always easing our minds about any worries we had and was very accommodating to any last minute changes. Jenn and her staff were there to take care of mine and my husbands needs. She even acted like a bodyguard to allow us time to eat as husband and wife without any interruptions. Our bartenders Bre and Corey were phenomenal. Our drinks were great, always served with a smile, and never left you needing one. The venue is BEAUTIFUL. You don't need to do much decorating because it's stunning! The staff is very attentive answering all of my questions and making the day run smoothly. They're there for YOU and take care of everything so you can just enjoy your day. They even made sure I had something to eat. Highly recommend it was the most perfect venue for the best day of my life.

My husband and I spent a long time researching venues, trying to find the perfect balance of affordability, venue offerings and aesthetic. When we found the Barn at Bull Meadow, we knew we had found the jackpot. Everything about the Barn is incredibly couple-friendly, with ways to personalize your wedding and guest experience. The staff was immensely helpful - shoutout Taylor! The BEST coordinator!! - and had a response, plan and recommendation for everything. Convenience was the name of my game for our wedding, without sacrificing quality of course, and the Barn was perfect for that. There are dedicated spaces for the wedding parties to get ready on-site, and then the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all on the same property with AMPLE parking. It was all just such a dream spending the day at the Barn, knowing the staff had our back and everything thought out. I was able to be the Chill Bride I always wanted to be :) I could not recommend the Barn at Bull Meadow more to any couple that's looking for a beautiful, fun and easy-to-work-with staff and venue. I know I already said it, but there's no other word for it - it was an absolute DREAM! PS - I highly recommend attending one of their Vendor Expos!! It was incredibly helpful to meet some of the awesome vendors that know the Barn so well, and vice versa. It made our day-of such a breeze utilizing preferred vendors of the Barn, who know the space and staff better than we ever will. We booked our caterer, photographer and dessert bakery all at the Expo!

To say our day was amazing is an understatement. As someone who literally stresses about/has debilitating anxiety about anything and everything, I have to say that our entire experience with the barn was so streamlined, communicative, and stress-reducing that it had me thinking I was going crazy. Not only is it a naturally beautiful space and venue, but our wedding coordinator, Jenn, was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. We knew right when we walked into the barn that we wanted to be married there, and they certainly did not disappoint. for the future brides-to-be reading this review, just know that Jenn is an absolute powerhouse and will make your day-of as smooth as possible. I can't express how many times I said "OH MY GOSH I FORGOT (insert small but important task here), and Jenn calmly (and with some bravado) said, "it's already done". I'm not one for writing reviews for anything but I really can't thank the team at Bull Meadow enough for making our day so incredibly special and (dare I say) perfect. I would highly recommend this venue to any couples in the New England area who are looking for a "one-stop-shop" that takes so much wedding-planning stress of your plate in such a crazy and overwhelming time. The entire staff at the Barn were phenomenal, but especially Shannon our day of coordinator! Shannon met with us in person a few months prior to the wedding to ensure every step of the day would go smoothly. She was very responsive to any questions we had via email, and kept up with any changes in planning up until the day of. She made our day go so smoothly and was such a pleasure to work with!!! We had the most amazing experience overall and would recommend the barn to anyone!!!!

We just had our wedding here in October, and it was a dream. Our day of coordinator, Sydney was amazing with communication and making us feel at ease the day of the wedding! She was clearly experienced, and I felt no stress throughout the entire process. The ceremony was so beautiful, and went smoothly. The barn itself and the outside ceremony area is so beautiful. The bar service at the reception was outstanding! None of our guests had to wait for drinks. It was the best day ever!

The barn staff did an absolute amazing job from start to finish with our wedding. We picked the barn for our out of staff wedding from the beauty of the location to the incredible space that was included in booking. All of our guests raved on the barns beauty and how kind and professional the staff were on our day. When doing a tour before booking, everyone was welcoming. We were allowed to tour the whole space including ceremony spot. We were also given a folder full of helpful information and vendor options, which helped us so much not being familiar with the area. Syndney could not have been a better coordinator. She sent many updates, check ins and reminders that kept us on top of planning. She was so patient and kind through all our planning and made the day go so smooth and perfect. The suites for getting ready were perfect size for our large bridal party of 7 on each side plus parents. We were able to add an extra to our night for more time to dance and enjoy our guests. The bar staff did an amazing job keeping all 115 of our guest satisfied. And the clean up option was a major help. We were able to enjoy the whole night and not have to put decorations away as the staff did an amazing job keeping all our items safe and packed up for pick up the next morning. We could not have been happier with our experience at the barn!!

We cannot recommend The Barn at Bull Meadow enough! The modern barn was exactly what we were looking for. The venue is stunning, and the staff is amazing to work with. They really helped us to bring our vision to life. There’s plenty of space to get ready at the venue to limit travel for the bridal party day of. The space is climate controlled and has some really cool features like the covered patio, outdoor bar, and the stone fire pits. Being able to choose your caterer is a really cool experience too and they have so many vendors that they recommend. They assign you a wedding coordinator who is extremely knowledgeable about the barn and the whole wedding industry, and they were so accommodating. They also keep you on track as you plan the special day with monthly emails that are super helpful. Our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was and how awesome the people were. We were extremely happy with having our wedding here!

We fell in love with this barn the minute we walked in! This is an amazing place to have a wedding. The barn offers the perfect mixture of elegance, rustic vibes, with a modern twist. We received so many compliments on the beauty of our venue. Many guests saying it was the “most beautiful wedding they’ve been to” Another plus the barn has is it has a beautiful indoor ceremony option in case of inclement weather(which we experienced). It was so important to us to chose a venue where we loved both the outdoor ceremony option as well as the indoor because as we know we can’t control the weather!! The last minute transition from outdoor to indoor due to rain coming, seemed seamless thanks to our coordinator and the barns staff! From the beauty of the venue, to the staff. Everything was perfect. The staff was so kind and so so helpful. You could tell they were there for us all day and truly wanted this to be our perfect day we’ve dreamed of! Taylor was there for anything me and my girls needed all day while getting ready and she made sure to check in many times throughout the reception to see if my husband and I needed anything! I highly recommend the barn at bull meadow for your wedding! You will not regret it!

We just had our wedding at The Barn at Bull Meadow and had an unbelievable experience. The staff there is so friendly and helpful. I had Jenn for my day of coordinator and she made sure everything went perfectly. We loved that we could have our ceremony outside, and then have an indoor reception (with AC) with access to the patio throughout the event. The Barn at Bull Meadow was a lovely place for our wedding. We loved the flexibility to have our ceremony indoors or outdoors depending on weather and the ability to get ready on site. We got married 06-09-2023. This venue was everything and more . Taylor was our day of wedding coordinator and we could not asked for a better person to help us on our day . She went above and beyond on everything. It rained up until our first look/ ceremony but it was all executed perfectly and more than we ever expected. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone . We started looking for a wedding venue a year and a half ago. From the moment we walked into the door at Barn at Bull Meadow we were treated like family by the owners. They built such a wonderful place and paid attention to all of the details to host a successful wedding. We immediately fell in love with the place. We worked with a recommended catering company and it was top notch. Nicole our wedding coordinator was fantastic! The owners and their team have a great system! They made our day magical and stress free!. I highly recommend them for anyone hosting their wedding!

Aside from the Barn itself being SO beautiful (saving me lots of $ needing to add decor for our reception), the people who worked there made it such a GREAT experience to have our wedding reception there end of April! From super informative tours, to incredibly responsive email questions before even COMMITTING to use of the Barn.. the people working there helped make it everything we could have hoped to have as a part of our day. ESPECIALLY Jenn Stephens- she was the absolute best coordinator to work with, super easy-going but organized, very responsive and flexible with our requests, simply the BEST! And she made sure we had some our own quiet time to enjoying appetizers and drinks before the craziness of the reception ensued. Could not possibly imagined a smoother and better process, and a better place to use for our wedding day!

We LOVED everything about getting married at the barn. Kaylene, Nicole, and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing! They were involved throughout the whole process and took huge weight off our shoulders!!!

Coming from a couple who wasn't even sure if they wanted to have a wedding, this venue and the staff exceeded all our expectations. Taylor, our coordinator from the venue, was the definition of incredible. She coordinated with all our vendors on our behalf, she sent us monthly and weekly reminders of things to do as the day got closer, and on the day of the wedding she was our rock, guiding us through step by step and making us feel incredibly at ease. I truly can't say enough good things about Taylor as well as the rest of the staff at this venue - we are beyond grateful!

We booked this venue for a corporate event for 180 people and it was great! Staff is so helpful and patient. We had some last minute "surprises" and they were handled with a smile and a solution. Beautiful beyond words. For 180 parking was tight but handled. We are going to go back again next year! You are welcome to call me at 603.969.7077 that is how happy I am with the staff and venue. We had our wedding here in October 2022. When I brought my now husband to see the venue (our third venue we toured) he immediately said, “this is the only place I can see us getting married”. The barn completely surpassed our expectations. Not only is it a beautiful newly constructed barn, but we picked our date for peak foliage, and the scenery did not disappoint! Taylor was our day of coordinator and she was so helpful, easily accessible, and generous in the ways she offered to help us plan our dream day. One of my biggest fears was missing out on the passed apps during cocktail hour (silly I know but I’m a foodie), and Taylor would bring us drinks and apps during our photos! Taylor truly helped ease the process of planning a wedding and am so grateful for her assistance. Everyone was in awe of the venue and they work with equally as wonderful vendors! If we had to do it all over again, we would do it at the barn. If you’re thinking about it and are able to make it work with your budget, just do it, don’t second guess yourself. Can’t say enough good things about the venue and staff!

everything was PERFECT!!! The venue is so beautiful. It all went so smoothly. Nicole was our coordinator and she was wonderful. I am the bride and to me she felt like my sister from another MR. she made sure everything went on track. Rehearsal was a breeze and all the vendors knew what to do. If you are looking for a venue this is the place. The outside ceremony spot it awesome too. All of our guest were in love with the place. Our Halloween wedding couldn't have been more of a dream come true for us.

The Barn at Bull Meadow is a stunning venue. It is such a beautiful barn and the grounds are beautiful too. The ceremony site is absolutely perfect. The foliage was awesome for our pictures. Honestly, everything was great.

Preface: Our wedding was October 15th, 2022, with 135 guests and we had fall weather (60's-70's with sun), outdoor ceremony, outdoor cocktail hour and indoor reception inside the barn. If you're looking for a venue that has it all, this is it. The Barn at Bull Meadow is absolutely stunning, the staff is extremely helpful. Nicole helped us from 1 year out until even after our big day. We booked with the Barn when they had just started building it in 2020, and have seen it grow into what it is today. We loved it from the second we stepped on the property, and loved every little detail that they added in the 2 years they've been open. They truly have thought of everything, the getting ready suites are stunning and provide plenty of room for the girls and guys to get ready. Not to mention they make for STUNNING pictures. The ceremony site is intimate, and the walk from the barn to the pergola where you have the ceremony is just enough to calm the nerves. The patio for cocktail hour is perfect, and the tent is great for sunny or rainy days, and my guests loved sitting out by the fires later in the evening. The reception space- the barn- is perfect. My guests (135) had plenty of space to eat, mingle and dance. No one was squished or complained the dance floor was too small. The sweet heart table being located in front of the barn doors is an amazing spot to be able to see all of your guests. The staff is very knowledgable about the industry, and about traditions and can offer lots of advice if needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a barn wedding in Northern MA/ Southern NH. We are so happy we booked with them in 2020. Our guests still rave about our venue and others ask "where did you get married, its absolutely beautiful!" If you're considering this as a venue, go look, meet the coordinators and hopefully the owners will be on site as well. The story behind the barn is so sweet!

The Barn at Bull Meadow is a large beautiful modern barn privately located on its own long drive way, ensuring that you will have a peaceful and serene New Hampshire landscape for the background of your special day or event. The staff has done an amazing job adding details to both inside and outside to make the entire location stunning. After celebrating my special day here on September 16th, 2022 I couldn't have imagined having a more perfect spot. From the day we said yes to the venue to the day of our wedding it was a smooth easy process. All of the staff at the Barn at Bull Meadow were amazing and always answered very timely throughout the entire process making it very easy. We couldn't be happier to have had our special day here!

The Barn was absolutely beautiful for our wedding! We had a few questions / issues leading up to the wedding; but Justin and Eric were both so helpful with answering any issue or concern we had. The location could not have been more perfect either as it was close to a lot of different hotels for people to stay in, and near good places for rehearsal dinners and after partys. I definitely recommend looking at the Barn if you want a modern Barn them in NH!

Cannot even begin to explain how much we loved this venue! The owners are absolutely wonderful, so accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. Our day-of-coordinator was so attentive and helpful, our wedding went off without a hitch. I would be hard pressed to find any flaws with the Barn staff, they were as amazing as the venue was beautiful. Our big day was perfect thanks to them! If I had to re-do it, I wouldn't change a thing.

The barn is the most beautiful venue, it has the perfect spots throughout the property fro tori wedding! They were super helpful throughout the process, they helped us plan the most perfect day! We had our wedding at The Barn at Bull Meadow over Memorial day weekend and it was fantastic! The staff is very helpful and responsive to all emails leading up to our wedding. The barn is absolutely stunning and everyone enjoyed the grounds. Our ceremony was supposed to be outside but right before everyone arrived there was a huge rain storm. Jenn and team was able to move everything inside with five minutes to start time. They did an amazing job making sure everything ran smoothly. The only issue we had was with the bar. We have a heavy drinking crowd and paid for the open bar. Shortly after dinner started the bar stoped all shots and martinis. I understand that the Barn has the right to shut down any portion of the bar. However since we paid for the full open bar we wished they cut of people individually not the whole wedding. This was not a huge deal but just note just because you paid for open bar does not mean they will keep the bar open all night depending on your crowd. Other than that I highly recommend The Barn at Bull Meadow!

Everything to do with the barn was so thoughtful and perfect. From our first tour we could instantly see ourselves getting married there, the location was perfect and private, the barn had so much character but was super modern (and had central air!) and the ceremony site was so beautiful with great landscaping and flowers. Every person we worked with was so nice, accommodating, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure our day was what we planned. Shoutout to Sydney-On the day of she made sure everything I had a vision for we were able to execute, and was running around all day to help decorate and organize. Every guest was amazed by the venue, and it was fun to see everyone in awe when they first walked into the barn. Thank you guys!

The Barn at Bull Meadow could not have been more perfect for our wedding day. Although it is relatively new, the team there have weddings down to a science in a very good way. Our coordinator Kaylene gave us things to think about that definitely would have slipped our minds, and she was on point the day of the wedding with our guests, the wedding party, and the vendors. Everybody was on the same page about how the day was going to look from start to finish and everything was executed perfectly for the two of us.
