This venue is simply amazing. We heard nothing but compliments the entire night about how beautiful it was! The Enos family was wonderful to work with and you can tell they truly love making the day special for their couples. They also have a built-in catering company and bartenders - both of which 10/10!

This venue was everything my partner and I wanted, plus more!! The owner and his team were amazing. From the first moment we drove up the driveway for the tour, to the day after the wedding leaving the venue, we both had all the butterflies. 10/10 recommend this venue!!

We just had our daughter and (now ) son in law’s wedding at the Barn at Maple Falls two weeks ago!! EVERYTHING from the owners to wedding planners were wonderful to work with!!😊. They all made us feel like our wedding was so important and they took care of the smallest detail. They are extremely organized and well staffed. Renee was our wedding planner and she was just great to work with! She was on top of everything from beginning to end! The Barn at Maple Falls is a beautiful facility! The landscaping and surrounding areas set a beautiful tone for our wedding. The food for our reception was absolutely delicious! The house on site was an amazing place for the bride and bridesmaids to stay and get ready! There was plenty of room for hair designers and makeup artists to spread out and work their magic! I could go on and on. If you are interested in a casual yet elegant place for your wedding/reception check out TBMF!!

My wife and I got married here in June, 2022 and we still just can’t get over how perfect and magical our entire day was. The Barn at Maple Falls is truly just the most beautiful venue - you can tell how much the owners care by all the time and effort they put into maintaining the grounds. We are so appreciative for all of the staff who worked so hard to make our day absolutely perfect. We can’t thank our coordinators Melissa and Lacey enough for all that they did to make our day better than anything we could’ve dreamed of. We are so thankful for all of the memories we’ll always have from our special day here!

My sister got married at the Barn at Maple Falls about 3 weeks ago. Let's start with the night of the rehearsal. We had to correct the wedding coordinator on multiple things and she gave off the vibe that she would've rather been anywhere else that night. We set up the majority of our decor and dropped the alcohol off that night and were the only ones there for the majority of the night. The day of the wedding the coordinator did not show up until 1:30 PM when the ceremony was at 4:30 pm. A few of us bridesmaids actually went upstairs throughout the morning to start setting up tables and chairs. When we called the coordinator to ask her where she was, she told us she really didn't need to be there until the DJ arrived. Next, we were denied the alcohol we purchased and brought to the facility the day of the wedding before the ceremony. Speaking of alcohol, my father purchased and brought 2 bottles of Crown Royal that we placed in the barn behind the bar the night before the wedding and the next day it was no where to be found. The bartenders and staff said they never saw any Crown bottles. So those are still MIA. During dinner, one table ran out of water that was being served in a carafe on each table and when they asked for more water, they were told they only get one carafe and then the water is gone. Speaking of water, the bride was denied a mixed drink at the bar that she asked for (a vodka cranberry and water) because the bar was out of water. When the groom heard this, he grabbed the empty beverage dispenser and walked it down to the kitchen and filled it up himself as the coordinators sat and ate their dinners and watched us the entire time. While we were filling up the water dispenser, the catering company was downstairs filling up the water carafes that they had just told a table upstairs they could not refill for them. I never thought my sister's wedding would have drama over water. Everything just seemed like a game to them. They loved saying no or telling us we could have things if we paid more money. My sister was getting hit with new charges every week that she was not told of up front at the beginning. The coordinators stood in the corner of the room and mean-mugged us since they knew we were unhappy. They did nothing to support or help my sister they just gave attitude. After everything my sister was unhappy about, they had the nerve to call her on her honeymoon asking for yet again more money for "extra ice" they ended up needing for the wedding that my sister gave them a check for the day of the wedding. It's an absolute shame that my sister spent tens of thousands of dollars and was treated the way she was treated and constantly being asked for more money outside of what was agreed upon when she signed on with the venue. It's a beautiful venue, don't get me wrong, but be prepared to do most of the work yourself, be told no having things you paid for yourself, being nickel-and-dimed up until the days after your wedding, and dealing with coordinators who do everything but make you feel special on your day.

Hi Lyndsie,
First of all I'd like to thank you for taking time to provide your feedback....
We appreciate any and all feedback as it's how we learn and grow as venue and give potential clients the opportunity to read about the venue prior to booking. I want to take the time to respond to all of your points above and I want to do it in a way that makes sense, so I'm going to number those.
1. RE: Rehearsal. Our coordinators have been working in the wedding industry for 6 plus years now and do rehearsals every weekend. They are well versed in how things typically run, however it is typical for them to ask questions in regards to names and the order of the wedding party and where the couple would like people to stand. These are things that are typically only worked out during the rehearsal and one of the biggest reasons why we do them. I spoke with the coordinator and she said that she arrived 1 hour prior to the rehearsal and as the couple was dropping everything off, she took time to go through everything with her so she knew the set up instructions for the next day.
2. RE: Set Up. We never expect a client to step in and help with the set up and if they choose to do so, that is on their own call. Again, our coordinators are experienced and access the set up requirements and establish a start time based on how long they know it will take them to set things up. I would also like to mention that the tables were set up outside that day and they were intentionally waiting to set everything up because it was very windy and linens as well as decor would have been blown all over the place. There was never a need for you or anyone else to step in and do anything related to the set up as the coordinators had that handled and timed appropriately. That was your choice to do so.
3. RE: alcohol. I understand that the couple brought and bought all of the alcohol, but for liability purposes, we as a venue need to stick to the bar operating times. We can't just open the bar whenever a client wants and demands it open. This is something that is worked out way prior to the day of the wedding when we are developing the very detailed timeline. In terms of the crown royal, I can assure you that no one took or misplaced those so perhaps they never ended up at the barn.
4. RE: Water. This is an issue that we will address. The catering team is responsible for filling and refilling the water carafes throughout the night so I will make sure to bring that to their attention so that it doesn't happen again.
5. RE: New Charges. I'll address the ice first. The week of the wedding, your sister emailed me asking to add on 6 bags of ice because they were switching from kegs to bottles. I replied that was fine and we would add that on and she could just bring a check and pay the day of. That was communicated clearly to her and she was well aware. In terms of paying extra money for things, I explained this to your sister, but when a client signs our contract, they are signing the contract with the venue. The pricing for food, bar and rentals is not included within that contract because sometimes that pricing can change. I'm sure you are aware of what a disaster this world is right now and how everything has gone up in price. Gas, fuel, supplies, labor, insurance have all increased significantly and when we restructured those prices, we did our best to do it in a way that was most cost effective for each client. I'm sure you are unaware of this because you weren't the client and I wasn't working directly with you, but we honored all of our old pricing on bartenders ($150 savings to her), food ($534 savings), extra ceremony chairs ($369 savings) and absorbed the cost of the delivery fee, fuel surcharge and damage waiver (over $600 savings). All in all, we did our absolute best to accommodate the couple. Also we did not call her on her honeymoon to ask for more money. We sent an email reminding her of the money owed for the extra ice that was already previously discussed.
6. RE: Coordinators doing nothing and "be prepared to do most of the work yourself". Your sister had all DIY centerpieces which our coordinators set up. She also had DIY flowers and drapery for the ceremony arch, which the coordinators took responsibility for. Our team also set all the tables, chairs and linens in addition to any decor they brought in. As stated above, if you or anyone else stepped in to help with the set up, that was your decision and not because it needed to be done. Our coordinators had it handled on top of also being on top of the timeline, vendors and logistics all day long. And the lead coordinator was in contact with your sister all morning long prior to arrival and had several phone calls and countless emails back and forth prior the wedding day.
Again, I want to say thank you again for taking time to provide your feedback, but also felt like I needed to respond so that future clients could read both sides of the story.

The Barn At Maple Falls is a breathtaking wedding venue and feels more like a gorgeous compound. The pristine grounds stretch for hundreds of acres for the perfect wedding setting. You have the elegant rustic barn at the centerpiece. We used the bottom portion of the barn which leads to the outside for cocktail hour, and it was breathtaking. The main level of the barn was used for our cookie table and band/dance floor. It was really the perfect setting for our first dance. Right outside the barn was the wedding tent that we utilized for dinner. Not only was the tent beautiful with draping and florals but there is a beautiful retaining outlining the tent which made for the most gorgeous backdrop. We sat our head table in front of this wall and the pictures are breathtaking. Additionally, the tent is surrounded by beautiful landscaping which made it perfect for pictures. The fresh air and the surrounding environment really made this an enchanting night for everyone.
We would have been pleased with just the barn and then tent but there is more. Throughout the venue, you have many Instagram worthy spots. This is a photographer’s dream. Our wedding photos look straight out of a magazine and that’s primarily due to the surroundings. You have waterfalls, bridges, stone benches, gazebo and much more. The ceremony was held right in front of the lake on a newly built location that easily fit 200 of our guests. Again, we never could have dreamed about getting married in front of a beautiful water feature outside. This place made this happen for us and we could never be more grateful.
There is also a large stunning farmhouse on the property right next to everything. You MUST rent this for the whole weekend if available. It was a perfect place for the bridesmaids to get ready and photographed beautifully with all of the natural light and large windows for our getting ready pictures. It was nice to be able to stay on the property after our wedding ended.
My husband is a self-proclaimed food snob and always complains about wedding food. After our food tasting, both he and our families were thrilled with how good everything tasted. We decided to go with a split entrée and did the filet and crab cakes. The steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly, and the crab cakes were on par with some of the best we ever had. All the passed apps, salad and sides were not just sidekicks but stars in their own way. Our wedding guests still to this day have not stopped raving about the food from that night and said it was the best wedding food they ever had.
The planning process with the team at The Barn At Maple Falls was amazing. The team worked with us to ensure that our exact vision was executed even if that meant more work and longer hours on their end. The best part about this beautiful venue is the family who owns it. By the end of our wedding weekend, they made us feel like we were members of the family. The family and crew went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for our wedding weekend. It is now six months later we are still hearing from our friends and family about how perfect and incredible our venue was. Most of our guests came to the venue and were blown away by this beautiful hidden gem. We could not have asked for anything better when it comes to a venue. The gorgeous grounds, structures, people, food, etc. were all first class. Thank you to everyone at The Barn At Maple Falls for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!

We can not even to begin to tell you what a special day this venue was able to give my daughter on her wedding day. From the farmhouse, to the barn, to the beautiful surroundings. It was all so perfect! Even when the decision had to be made that the ceremony would need to be inside due to the weather, they were able to make it as perfect as it would have been if we had it by the pond as originally planned. The food was fantastic! Everyone is still talking about it! You will not get a more beautiful venue than The Barn at Maple Falls, and the family and their staff makes the magic happen!

This wedding venue is everything you need and more! My husband and I are so happy we came across the Barn at Maple Falls. The owners and all the vendors helped up make our dream wedding a reality! Everything about the venue is perfect…the barn, the scenery surrounding the barn, the air bnb, etc. If you are wanting a rustic, barn wedding this is the place to have it. The Barn at Maple Falls was everything we could’ve ever dreamed of. It was the most beautiful venue I’ve seen in pictures or in person. However, pictures just don’t do this place justice. On our wedding night I was in awe, I could not believe the reality that this was actually our day and our venue. It was truly magical and I couldn’t say a single bad thing about this place. They accommodate literally anything and the owner himself was there multiple times checking in and making sure every last detail was perfect. He truly cares about the guests and I hope he realizes because of what he’s done, our lives are forever changed and that day will never be forgotten. Thank you so much for making our day perfect.

Originally, I wanted a more casual wedding/reception (pig roast in a park) but once we saw this venue that all changed because it was just so amazing. We fell in love with it immediately and knew we didn't need to look any further. It is a beautiful venue with beautiful scenery, great staff, and delicious catering. The catering company they use has delicious food and the grounds provided the best backgrounds for our photos, which turned out gorgeous. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Mackenzie was great to work with and helped ease a lot of the stress. She was punctual with replies and stayed in contact regularly. They definitely helped make our day special and one we will never forget!

The absolute best wedding venue hands down! We could not have dreamed of our wedding day being any better. The staff was incredible - the owner, wedding planner, day of coordinator, catering, staff, absolutely everyone. We highly recommend having your wedding here, especially in the fall! And the farmhouse in property was the cherry on top!

The Barn at Maple Falls made our wedding day perfect.
From the moment I expressed interest Mackenzie was unbelievably kind, informative, helpful, and always made me feel at ease. The barn, farmhouse, and grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The owners were so friendly and keep everything meticulous. The food from their in house caterer was so delicious that my family and friends are still talking about it - especially the filet!
I would recommend this venue to anyone that I could. I am truly grateful that we were able to have our wedding here and that I had the chance to work with Mackenzie, the owners, and the rest of the staff.
Thank you so much for everything!

Unfortunately, we were unable to select this venue . BUT this was in our Top 3 for so long based on customer service and friendliness alone. They wanted to make this day the best ever and were open to suggestions. Mackenzie was phenomenal, we told her that we wished we could steal her for any venue we picked. Barn at Maple Falls, you are lucky to have such a wonderful coordinator! I hope our paths cross again so we may use their services.

I was worried such a large venue wouldn't be able to make our tiny wedding feel special. I literally had nothing to worry about as The Barn at Maple Falls made all of our wedding "dreams" come true!
It might be cliche to refer to your wedding as "magical" and yet, there is truly no other word the even comes close. Our story (definitely my favorite but I'm a little biased) could only come to this perfect ending at this perfect venue. Our original wedding was to be in St. Augustine in April but alas - Covid...
I have to say though that everything happens for a reason because we were able to meet Molly and her amazing family. From our first meeting, we knew this was the place to seal our forever. Molly was so accommodating, professional and kind that we knew we were "home". We are from Ohio, so we were able to work with her for every...single...detail. She hooked us up with an amazing florist, a caterer, our cake decorator, a hair stylist and makeup artist, to our adorable maple syrup favors...and even a gluten free pizzeria for our rehearsal dinner. I never had to feel overwhelmed or frustrated as a bride...especially a second time, older bride with no idea what she was doing! Molly planned every detail of the ceremony, worked with our deejay (a family friend) and our photographer to ensure every tiny detail was perfectly executed. And her mom and dad were so helpful and thoughtful.
Everyone who attended our tiny wedding of just 30 guests - all driving from Ohio - were amazing and in awe of the natural beauty of the venue. From the ornate wood carvings scattered throughout the rock walls to the cascading waterfall that flowed behind us while we said our vows, to the barn and it's simple splendor, to the tables with their linen tablecloths...everything was gorgeous. Of course, we were blessed with blue skies and cool breezes as it was the mountains.
Every guest felt personally special at our wedding. Molly's dad drove them in a cart to the ceremony as we had several people who were struggling with serious illness (cancer and congenital heart disease). Things were socially distanced and yet it still felt intimate.
And staying in the house was amazing! It was like a 5 star boutique hotel and a quaint farmhouse had a love child! Our four teenagers were able to stay up, catch up and hang out and my two aging parents were able to feel comfortable and relaxed. The kitchen is sincerely the most amazing kitchen I have ever seen - it was actually fun to put together the rest of our appetizers in it ourselves! I wish we had more time to enjoy the house and the amenities!
Our ceremony was full of love, promise and the hope of the future. Each day, my husband and I, and our four older children from previous marriages, recall the beauty of the vows we exchanged and how much meaning was behind them.
I truly cannot say enough about The Barn at Maple Falls. We are looking forward to coming back every 5 years with our children on our anniversary to recreate the magic of this sacred day.
Thank you to the entire crew at The Barn at Maple Falls! We love you guys!

We recently just celebrated our wedding at the barn and had a fantastic time. Elle and her family did a wonderful job getting the venue ready and were really great to work with, Elle was always available any time we needed to discuss details. Her family did all they could to make sure we had everything we needed leading up to the wedding day and were onsite with the coordinators to help with day of preparations. All of our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was. The Barn at Maple falls was our original choice for our wedding before COVID and we can’t say enough how accommodating they were to allow us to have a safe socially distanced wedding.

I can not recommend the Barn at Maple Falls enough. After our original large wedding plans at another venue had to be cancelled because of COVID, we decided that we still wanted to have a small ceremony and reception for our closest family and friends. After some frantic internet research we found the Barn at Maple Falls and I’m so grateful that we did. Molly and Elle made everything so incredibly easy for us. We did a tour of the venue on a Sunday, and two days later we had the venue, caterer, shuttle, bartender, and hotel booked for our guests all at Molly’s recommendations. This is a family run business and every person we met associated with the venue was incredibly kind, and made it so clear that they wanted the day to be perfect for us.
The Barn at Maple Falls is so beautiful that we only decorated the tables and let the landscaping speak for itself. The venue was incredibly accommodating of all of our COVID safety concerns, and let us host our entire wedding ceremony and reception outside with socially distanced tables, and let us play a number of yard games across the property.
The Barn at Maple Falls also provides day of coordination through Devoted to You, and our coordinator, Morgan, was a dream. She kept the day moving smoothly with the most upbeat attitude. I can honestly say I felt no stress on my wedding day because the venue was so prepared and accommodating.
Although we only had a small number of guests because of the pandemic, the upper barn could host a huge event, and we cannot wait to throw a much larger party there with all of the people that we originally planned to invite to our wedding. Booking this venue will be the best decision you make!

Switching venues 3 weeks before your wedding isn’t exactly ideal (CoVid bride) but you would never know that based on how perfect our day was!! The Barn at Maple Falls was wonderful and went above and beyond. They were flexible, informative, and so so friendly. They thought of so many details that I never would have and offered vendor suggestions and so much more. From the cocktail hour in the Biergarten (with lights), to the beautiful outdoor scenery during dinner, and a giant barn to dance in, the venue is the perfect setting for any type of wedding. We truly enjoyed every second of our day and were so relieved and grateful that we found this gem in the heart of the Laurel Highlands! There was not a detail missed during the design and creation of the venue.
