The Belle of Blue Bell

The Belle was amazing! We had the most perfect day and they were so helpful and kind. My bridal attendant Carey was amazing! Special shout out to you 🥰 the Mac n cheese bar is PHENOMENAL OMG!!!!!! Overall we had an amazing experience with this venue!

This is a wonderful venue for a wedding. Everything we envisioned was provided for our wedding day. The staff and services were excellent and very professional. Karen made everything simple and stress free so we could have a perfect day. She does an excellent job. The food was delicious and the ballroom was perfect.

We are so obsessed with The Belle and the Normandy Farm properties! My husband and I could not have asked for a better place to host our wedding weekend. The food is amazing, drinks were incredible, the venue itself is gorgeous, and the planning support along the way (we worked with JoAnne) was unmatched! I wanted to give an honest review so I am deducting one star since the shuttle service from Normandy Farm to Blue Bell was running a little behind. We started our ceremony 20-ish minutes late because of it. In the grand scheme of things, it all worked out and everything was lovely, but I wanted to let future Belle brides know to ask to start the shuttle at least an hour before your ceremony! Luckily we had hired outside wedding coordinators who took care of it. Regardless of the hiccup, everything else was absolutely PERFECT. If you are thinking about The Belle for your wedding, DO IT!

OMG I LOVED THIS VENUE! It was beautiful, fun, very organized! The people who work here were awesome & handled everything for us! I definitely recommend this Venue!

I highly recommend the Belle! Ashley was so responsive throughout the wedding planning process and Karen and the rest of the staff did an amazing job the day of our wedding, making everything run smoothly. The ballroom looked so beautiful and food was delicious! We received so many compliments from our guests.

My husband and I had our wedding here in March 2022. The Belle was a beautiful venue and we loved having our ceremony outside under the White Pergola. I was a little worried that we were unable to do an actual rehearsal at the venue or with a staff member, so we conducted our own rehearsal in one of the conference rooms at Normandy Farm the day before. However, on the day of, for the most part all the staff members were organized and helpful and ultimately the day went very smoothly. I have to give a shout out to one of our maître d's, I believe her name was LIANNA- she was excellent! I met with her at my drop off appointment the day before the wedding and she took extensive notes to make sure that all of my decorations would be recreated as I wanted. On the day of, she was so helpful throughout the reception and made the order of events flow naturally. She was the best. The food was absolutely delicious- from the hors d'oeuvres, to the served dinner, to the wedding cake, and the chocolate fountain/hot chocolate station. We got reasonable pricing and some perks for booking on a Friday in March! The staff helped pack all of our decorations and gifts up at the end of the night. The Belle is at a great location and the property was easily accessible, with beautiful spots for photos. **ONE NEGATIVE COMMENT: We intentionally spoke to our initial wedding planners from The Belle about being able to have our ceremony outside even though it is not as common for a March wedding. We were told that even though the area wouldn't be planted with flowers until April, that the garden would still be landscaped and available for an outdoor ceremony if the weather allowed. We spoke about it multiple times during the months preceding the wedding, and I confirmed it was Lianna at the drop off appointment the day before the wedding. The morning of our wedding was overcast but dry, and in the high 50s. Our florist was set to hang a floral arrangement on the outside pergola as we were getting ready in our suite. Apparently, the fact that we were having our ceremony outside was not communicated to the entire team (I did not meet the additional staff members until we arrived at The Belle 30 mins before our ceremony). I was already in my dress and taking photos in the hotel room when someone from The Belle called the hotel room to say that "Your florist is here trying to set up an arrangement outside, but your wedding cannot be outside. It is too cold and the chairs are not prepared to be set up." I was shocked and immediately took the phone saying that this had been the plan all along, it was still a beautiful day out, the temperature didn't bother us, and I had confirmed it at the drop-off appointment the day before. I said it needed to happen and they needed to figure it out. When we got over to The Belle, everything was set up perfectly outside like we had anticipated (so I don't know what the issue was). The staff members were holding the guests in the lobby of the building until just before the ceremony started because "it is pretty cold and people are complaining...". Despite being a bit windy, the ceremony took place outside and it went just as we had hoped. Later, the wedding planner named Karen apologized to us for the confusion, and ultimately there was no harm, as everything went well. However, this was a huge unnecessary anxiety trigger for me on the morning of my wedding and it should be something avoided.

I was so stressed out wedding day but the Belle was so on top of everything that it took a lot of the worrying away. It was a beautiful venue and all of the guests were raving about the food.

Blue Bell was everything we could have asked for in a wedding venue. The food was fantastic, the staff was attentive, Karen, the banquet manager, ensured that we had everything we needed, and the ballroom itself was just absolutely stunning. Heather, who was our event coordinator, was extremely communicative and also helped us with rescheduling our wedding due to COVID. We loved the fact that Normandy Farm Hotel was owned by the same company (Hansen) because it created that all in one wedding weekend destination for our guests. We had many people staying at the hotel from out of town, had informal drinks to greet people the night prior to the wedding at the Farmer’s Daughter downstairs, held the after party back at the hotel, and hosted everyone in the Silos Ballroom for brunch the next morning. We are sure we will be back to celebrate anniversaries in the years to come. Thank you, BBCC!

The Belle was an amazing wedding venue for our May 2021 wedding. We wanted an outdoor ceremony & cocktail our so when looking at venues, we wanted one that had beautiful outdoor options, but also would be beautiful if the ceremony was indoors. The entire venue was stunning, and they took care of everything. Would absolutely recommend!

My husband and I got married at The Belle of Blue Bell and could not be happier with the venue, service, and food/drink. Our event coordinator, Ashley, and our maitre d', Karen, are both absolutely incredible. Ashley was kind, helpful, and prompt in her responses. After our drop off meeting with Karen, I knew our reception was going to look exactly as I hoped. Her attention to detail is so appreciated & I knew our decor was in great hands. They were both absolute joys to work with. The food was exceptional, cake was delicious, & service was top notch. All servers were kind, helpful, and did their best to ensure the day/food service ran smoothly. Our bridal attendant also went above and beyond to make sure my train wasn't stepped on & brought me orange juice when my blood sugar dropped prior to the ceremony. Overall, I cannot recommend them enough!

The staff at Blue Bell Country Club were absolutely amazing! I've never felt so taken care of and every Bride should feel this way! They did everything they could to make our wedding day still happen during the times of COVID. Every last detail that they did made our day extra special and we are so thankful for everyone who was a part of our day. They made everything run on time, the food was amazing, and their service was top notch! We highly recommended this venue, even the tent outside was perfect! Nothing but great things to say! When the ballroom opens back up, we are positive that you will have the best expereince inside as well! Thank you to everyone at BBCC! We love you!

We got married at The Belle January 18,2020 on a snowy winter day. The Belle and Normandy Farm staff were outstanding. You can tell the staff loves what they do. The venue itself is gorgeous with a very large dance floor and beautiful chandeliers. One of the things we liked best about The Belle is that you are the only wedding at the venue that day. You have the entire venue to yourselves. Normandy farm hotel provides a shuttle to the venue. Which is where our bridal party got ready. The bridal suite is large and filled with snacks when we arrived. Our point person Ashley was amazing. She answered every single one of my crazy questions and quelled any of my worries in a timely manner. The Belle provided us everything we wanted and more! The food was amazing. It wasn’t your typical wedding food. We also held an after party at the Farmer’s daughter and I can’t recommend the chicken nuggets enough. The bar tenders gave very generous pours at the reception and our guests needed that after party meal. It was a great time to talk with our out of town guests. Some people who were not in our party stole food and the staff at Normandy Farm quickly and professionally handled the situation and offered to give us more food if we ran out. The only con we had was with the front desk staff at Normandy Farm who did not hand out welcome bags to all of our guests. Other than that we cannot recommend The Belle at Blue Bell Country Club enough. Definitely book a tour and have lunch or dinner at the Farmers daughter.

While getting married right now is a stressful time, Blue bell and Normandy Farms was wonderful to work with. They were by our side, communicating every day helping us try and get our wedding to go off as planned in March. When it couldn't happen due to government shut downs, they continued to work with us to reschedule and were very understanding. My husband and I couldn't be happier with choosing Blue Bell and can't wait to finally have our celebration at Blue bell with all our family and friends!

The Belle of Blue Bell has been very accommodating in working with my fiance and I in changing our wedding date due to the pandemic! We were originally scheduled to get married in July 2020 but made the personal decision to push it out to November 2020. The staff and our assigned event planner have been prompt in their responses and we are very thankful to have been locked into our current prices despite changing the date! Everything appears to have seamlessly rolled over to our date so far which we definitely appreciate during these crazy times!

We got married at The Belle in January and everything was absolutely great! The staff was friendly, the drinks were great and the food was delicious and served on time which was very important to us. We got so many compliments from our guests and it was all thanks to Heather and the staff at Blue Bell. I can not say enough good things about The Belle. You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I could not have asked for a more amazing venue. Not only is the venue itself stunning, but the staff is incredible! They were so organized, friendly, and accommodating. Our family and friends are still talking about how beautiful everything was, and everyone absolutely loved the food! We would highly recommend this venue.

My favorite part of my wedding was my venue. Blue Bell exceeded my expectations and everything was perfect down to the very last detail. JoAnne was amazing and I want to be best friends with her! My husband and I were upset that we didn't get to try or take home any of our cake and they offered to remake the top tier for us to pick up. It was beyond our expectations. THANK YOU blue bell!!

Blue Bell country club was absolutely beautiful! When my wife and I went to look at the venue two years ago we knew it was going to be amazing but it was even better than expected! Everyone in the staff was completely professional and very attentive to everyone’s needs! I will be absolutely recommending anybody who gets engaged to take a look at blue Bell country club, we are so glad we were able to spend the best day of our lives at an incredibly beautiful place!!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!!! I honestly don't even know where to begin!! My wedding was literally a DREAM COME TRUE! I get emotional till this day when I think about how perfect our day was. We chose BBCC for our Reception and we couldn’t have been happier. From the very beginning my husband and I got the best customer service EVER. Our wedding coordinator Heather was there for us through every step. She was so very helpful, friendly, experienced and professional. She answered every question we had, without hesitation and made sure that every little detail was taken care of so that he and I didn’t have to worry. It doesn’t stop there…in fact, all of the staff that we interacted with during our wedding planning and even more so on the day of, they were so welcoming and friendly. I had plenty of family and friends that later told me how great the service was. I can’t forget my Maitre d', she made my experience so stress free and made sure everything was running flawlessly. The food was excellent!!!!! I also got so many compliments on how great that was; We had the tastiest hors d'oeuvres during our cocktail hour, tastiest entrée (all 3 of them) and tastiest dessert, especially our cake, not to mention it was so pretty! Last but not least the venue….ugh!!! I cried when I first walked through and all of the wedding décor was set up, it was so breathtakingly beautiful. I wish I could go back and time and have this day all over again. We had such a fun time! I can’t think of one complaint or one thing that went wrong and I can say that thanks to all of the hard work that everyone at Blue Bell Country Club put in to make our day so special. Can I give 10 stars?? Thank you so much for making our day magical <3

We had our wedding reception at Blue Bell Country Club on August 25, 2018! It was absolutely perfect from start to finish! We had 175 guests and a 13 piece band and felt the space was very comfortable. The room looked beautiful with just the standard setup, the service, bartenders, and staff were excellent, the food was delicious, cake was gorgeous and tasted great, and everything seemed to go flawlessly. We also loved that it was really a one stop shop! Having the hotel, Normandy Farms, across the street worked perfectly. We also went with the in house photography studio, Tyler Boye, and florist, Willow and Thistle, and they all get rave reviews as well! Definitely recommend having your wedding or event here!

We had our wedding reception at Blue Bell Country Club in July. We also got ready at Normandy Farms the day of and had an after party in the Dowry Room after the reception. Normandy saved the day when our limo broke down on its way to pick me up to take me to the church! The shuttle got myself and my bridesmaids to the church on time! All the planning was easy and painless with Ashley our wedding coordinator. She really went above and beyond to help me put together the best day. The ballroom is truly gorgeous and i had so many compliments about the food. The blender bar is the perfect add for a hot July wedding! My only advice would be to make sure you have a plan in place for the clean up after the reception.

Blue Bell Country Club and Normandy Farm were the perfect choice for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding weekend! The weekend started Friday with a delicious rehearsal dinner in NF’s The Farmer’s Daughter private Dowry room. We continued the celebration making our way to the Terrace’s outdoor bar for cocktails, sitting in comfy rocking chairs surrounding a huge fire pit. We enjoyed NF’s complimentary Saturday breakfast before preparations of the big day. The grounds at NF and BBCC are so beautiful and vast, the photographer had nearly unlimited backdrop options. As the day progressed we found ourselves in NF’s comfortable lobby welcoming guests spending the night. Our son and DIL had over 100 guests spend the night, many complimented their stays. The ceremony and reception were held at the Blue Bell Country Club. Complimentary shuttles transported guests across the street to the BBCC. There was a bridal suite stocked with food and drinks for the wedding party. The ceremony and cocktail hour, both held outside, were wonderful. Guests were able to enjoy gorgeous views complete with deer crossing the course as they sipped drinks. The reception, held in the Grand Ball room, was nothing short of spectacular. Compliments about the food, flowers (from the on-site florist Willow & Thistle), décor, and the band EBE’s LA Starz were abundant. Many guests said it was the best wedding they have ever attended. After the reception it was back to NF for the after party. In the Dowry we had snacks which were a big hit after all the dancing at the reception. In the bar a DJ played until 2am. The weekend wrapped up with guests enjoying the Farmer’s Daughter’s famous Sunday brunch. It was nice being able to chat with guests in a relaxed setting. I could not more highly recommend Blue Bell Country Club and Normandy Farm. All the staff were beyond helpful and professional and helped make the day unforgettable. It really was the perfect wedding weekend!

Our wedding was a dream at Blue Bell Country Club! We had the best experience, and although BBCC is a beautiful venue, the great experience had everything to do with the staff. Every interaction we had with all members of the staff was positive, and everyone is so helpful and accommodating. Our event coordinator, JoAnne, was especially awesome and made us feel so comfortable right away. She had everything taken care of- including switching the location of our cocktail hour last minute so we could have it outside, adding a surprise anniversary cake for our in-laws, and even including my favorite craft beer in our package. Every detail was PERFECT. I would definitely recommend this venue and Normandy Farms to everyone!

My husband and I had our reception 3 weeks ago at Blue Bell Country Club and we absolutely loved it! When we first walked in to tour the facility, we knew that it was the perfect fit for us! The ballroom is just stunning! Everything was truly exceptional. Our guests gave us so many compliments about BBCC. The food is delicious, drinks were great, and cocktail hor’dourves were fabulous. My husband and I were truly pleased with everything from beginning to end. Ashley, my event planner was amazing. She was so helpful during the entire process. She answered every question and was very responsive. I would definitely recommend BBCC.

The venue was gorgeous! The room was absolutely stunning and we had the absolute perfect wedding. Being the bride, they made sure I always had a cocktail in hand and made sure to turn the AC down every time I said I was sweating too much from all the dancing!! Weddings are stressful, period. This venue is gorgeous and the food was SPECTACULAR. Yes there were minor mistakes here and there but ultimately this venue was great and I would recommend it to anyone. As a side note: Although they say in comparison to Normandy Farms, your wedding will be the only event during that time period, this is slightly false. They planned a lunch prior and as a result our "first look" photos were by the golf course and we were unable to access the bridal suite until an hour before the ceremony. It is just something to be mindful of. Normandy Farms Hotel provided a beautiful honeymoon suite which you are welcome to rent the night before so that in effect can act as a temporary bridal suite while you wait. For Blue Bell Country Club, all the personnel were extremely professional, the food was AMAZING, the cake was spectacular, and the room is as beautiful as pictures show. Truly a wonderful place to get married and I'm so happy I chose Blue Bell Country Club!

Overall, we had a pretty great experience with Blue Bell Country Club for our wedding reception in mid-September of 2017. We loved having our cocktail hour outside on the back patio! There was ample space for our 150 guests and plenty of opportunity for guests to take pictures along the course. The venue itself is well-kept, with beautiful neutral colors that worked with our fall color palette. The process during planning was generally helpful and individuals were responsive to questions and concerns. However, there were a number of "switches" from our first appointment viewing the venue, to signing a contract, then having the detail meeting, to final drop-off. It would have been nice to have continuity in point-person. The passed hors d'oeuvres were delicious (chicken and waffles!) and we opted for the Mexican bar, which was a big hit. Our cake looked beautiful and the entrees were overall cooked wonderfully (with a few exceptions). The bartenders were PHENOMENAL and super friendly and our bridal attendant was on point all night. Our instructions for setting up the guestbook, signs, etc. were generally followed, though no one helped to display the bridal or bridesmaid bouquets on the tables as indicated; my bridesmaids had to help me about 45 minutes into our reception to retrieve and place them. Overall, I would certainly recommend BBCC for a couple who wants consistent, attentive service, a beautiful venue that can be transformed to your liking, and an awesome day that doesn't break the bank.

We had our wedding at BBCC this past January and we couldn't have been happier. None of us have ever been in a wedding before so the entire bridal party was a bit clueless, but with out a doubt BBCC did an incredible job of making us all feel so comfortable and not nervous at all! They have an amazing staff that coordinates EVERYTHING for you and makes sure that the night goes smoothly! We could not be happier. The venue was so beautiful and spacious to accommodate everyone and may I also add that the food was incredible. Again, we are so happy. It was the wedding of our dream!

The Blue Bell Country Club was wonderful! We had our wedding there on 01/14/18. The staff that helped us from the planning process to the day of the wedding were extremely helpful, caring, and efficient. Thanks to the BCCC and Normandy Farm, we were able to relax stress-free on our big day. They are affordable, the food is delicious and our guests were very pleased! I highly recommend them.

Everyone I have talked to had nothing but great things to say about our wedding here. We had an amazing day and couldn’t have asked for anything better. JoAnn helped us every step of the way with planning our big day and she was absolutely fabulous! I do not know what I would have done without her!

My husband and I got married at BBCC in June 2017. The night was perfect and we have zero complaints. They made the night feel seamless and effortless for us and our guests and were very helpful throughout the entire planning process answering questions and working with us. Working with Ashley Wenger was awesome - she knows everything about the venue and Normandy and is very responsive and approachable. We felt we had great service, decor/ambience, food, and an overall great experience.

Blue Bell Country Club was the perfect venue for our August wedding! I was planning my wedding remotely from Chicago and worked primarily with JoAnne for planning and Jose for operations. They could not have made the process any easier or more seamless. I even opted to change the ceremony layout from what they typically have outdoors and they were so accommodating! BBCC handled everything from catering and the cake, to day of coordinating, and provided a large open bar where they even created a signature cocktail of our choice! The ballroom was the perfect size for our 200 person party and our wedding honestly was so amazing and it wouldn't have been nearly as easy to plan or as warm, inviting, and FUN if it wasn't for BBCC. If you are considering this venue for your wedding - go for it - you will be so happy!!

We had an excellent experience with BBCC. Working with everyone from Normandy Farm and BBCC wedding planning was seamless. The renovations are beautiful. The service was fantastic and our reception went off without one hiccup (practically unheard of in the wedding world)! We had many compliments from our guests, especially about the food. Highly recommend them!

I couldn't have asked for a better venue for my wedding reception! From the first tour to the day of, everyone we encountered was so friendly and willing to help us make our day perfect. The Ballroom is gorgeous and exactly what I could have wished my wedding venue to look like. Dick, the bartender was the most pleasant person and couldn't thank us enough for such a wonderful night. I wish I could re-live my wedding day over and over and I wouldn't change a thing!

Blue Bell Country Club offered our Nephew and his Bride a "Dream come true" wedding experience. The professionalism and the organizational skills of Blue Bell Country Club staff is unmatched. Blue Bell Country Club has my highest recommendation, five stars!!!

We had an Indian wedding at the Blue Bell Country Club. The wedding planning process was made easy with vendors affiliated with BBCC/Normandy Farms (e.g., Tyler Boye Photography, Whistle & Thistle) and the fact that BBCC already had a contract with an Indian restaurant to cater our delicious food. Ashley, our coordinator, was helpful during the entire process. We ended up having a lot of DIY decorations for the wedding that weren't organized the way we hoped. Regardless, our guests seemed to have had a great time. Thank you Blue Bell Country Club!

Blue Bell was so beautiful! The employees there worked so hard to help make our day perfect and it truly was! I will say that they need to update some of their decor/serving items. I understand that it is a sister company of Normandy Farms, but they are two completely different venues. Blue Bell is beautiful and elegant, so I was unpleasantly surprised by the tree stumps, mason jars, and wooden baskets that were placed on the table for cocktail hour. (They should change this ASAP. :) ) I would still recommend BBCC without hesitation. :)

Amazing! Blue Bell Country Club was great to work with from the first minute we visited them. Always attentive and ready to answer your questions as quickly as possible! I worked with Ashley during our planning process and she was a delight, to say the least! The day of the wedding was perfect. Our bridal attendant was there with a glass of champagne whenever I needed it and even got us a golf cart to drive around the course and take photos! Everything was just so great. I'm so glad that we chose BBCC to host our wedding day!! Thank you to all of the people at BBCC and Normandy Farms that helped make our day the best!!!

We had such a wonderful experience working with BBCC planning our event. Their team on the day of our event was amazing and anticipated all of our needs and ensured that everything went smoothly . The ballroom was beautiful and the food was delicious. Our suite was in one of the carriage houses at Normandy Farms and was beautiful and homey.

My wedding on 11/5/16 was amazing! My coordinator throughout the whole process (JoAnne) answered every question I had right away and the staff on the day of was great! They made sure my bridal party was all enjoying food and drinks prior to my ceremony. Great experience!

We had our daughter's wedding at BBCC and I couldn't be happier. Heather was an amazing planner. Her attention to detail, answers to numerous questions and her staff executing specific details that the bride requested were impeccable. We wanted for nothing. The bridal attendant was on point from the time we spent in the bridal suite until the end of the evening packing everything up. The staff was amazing working with a variety of allergies. The number of compliments we received on cocktails, appetizers and dinner was amazing. Cocktail hour was outdoors and the setting was picture perfect at sunset. I can't say enough about the execution of the entire evening. Professional, clean, accommodating, flexible. Just absolutely amazing.

We can't say enough great things about BBCC! We got married there on August 20, 2016 and we had the most memorable experience. Ashley was our coordinator and she was very responsive, very helpful, and so caring. Yonna was our bridal attendant and she was AMAZING! She made sure our wedding day/night was perfect, she was truly such a sweetheart. The venue was beautiful; we got married outside by the gazebo and lake, our cocktail hour was out on the terrace with a beautiful view, and our reception was in the Grand Ballroom. Everything was perfect and we will always remember our wedding and how special BBCC made us feel!

We had our wedding at Blue Bell Country club on September 10th. The process leading up to the wedding went very smoothly. Our coordinator Heather was always responsive and helpful. We used on-site vendors and couldn't have been happier. All our guests loved the beautiful space both outdoors and the ballroom. The dinner got rave reviews as well as the cocktail hour. My grandfather even commented that the servers were attentive, always keeping his coffee cup full. However, we did have one unfortunate bump that surprised us. My ushers were leading the first guests down the aisle for our 4:30pm ceremony. At the same time, a BBCC representative was showing the property to potential customers, including bring them down the aisle in the opposite direction as we were trying to lead our own guests down. It was then noticed that all the seats were wet. It turns out that the sprinklers had gone off after the chairs were set up. I had ushers, family members, and our photographers running around trying to get someone to help out. My brother ran into the bar area and asked the staff for some towels. They were a little slow in their response causing my brother to just run out looking for someone who may be more helpful. My fiance was even running around searching for someone to help us out. By the time staff came out (at a strolling pace with no sense of urgency or appreciation to remedy the problem) with towels my family and friends had found a roll of paper towels and cleaned off all the chairs themselves. It was a little disappointing as basically all our wedding guests were now on-site and standing out in the heat while some family ran around getting sweaty trying to solve the problem. Other than that we had an amazing wedding and were happy in our choice at Blue Bell Country Club.

I got married here and it was a waste of money. The people are rude and you don't get what you pay for. Dinner was awful, my guests decided to not eat instead of attempt to eat the food. Two months later I'm still waiting for their phone call back - I assume it will never happen. Save yourself the money get married anywhere else.

From our very first meeting and walk through until the last song of the reception, the staff at Blue Bell Country Club was AMAZING. The wedding coordinators were so helpful, specifically JoAnne. She is cheery and very knowledgeable about all of the options and offerings of BBCC. The only hiccup we had was a little lack of communication regarding accommodations for our guests. 85% of our guest were from out of town and most planned on staying over at Normandy Farms (the affiliated hotel across the street). You get 20 room block to start and can't reserve additional until they are gone. Well there are at least 3 weddings a day between the 2 venues and rooms go quickly. They didn't indicate this to me and by the time my 20 room block was full, the hotel was completely sold out. My guests, including my wedding party were spread out between 4 different hotels making transportation difficult. To clarify, I'm not saying that I expect that can hold all guests for all weddings, I just wish they, knowing that most of their clients haven't done this before, over communicate and help rather than leaving you to figure it out on your own, and in my case too late to do anything about it. The wedding was AAAMAZING! We held our reception at the Gazebo and cocktails on the Terrace and Reception in the Grand Ballroom. Both were stunning. Our guests were very impressed with the food, the service, the decor. It all really came together to make our special day absolutely unforgettable. The staff was superb! The Matrie 'D , Bridal Coordinator and the rest of the staff worked SO hard to make sure that everything was perfect! I didn't have to worry about any details the day of. It was all taken care of and I was able to have fun!! Thank you to everyone for making our wedding the best. day. EVER!

Excellent venue for a Bat Mitzvah at the Sunday Brunch. Food tailored to kosher style. Wonderful presentation, great staff, very professional!!

Remodel their ballroom and also cocktail room. Looks beautiful. Did not need to add extra decorations. We had wedding ceremony on site outside and was beautiful. Staff very helpful and tentative. Expensive place. Have to make a minimum amount to have wedding there.

We looked at a few venues before finding Blue Bell Country Club. The instant we toured this venue though, we knew we didn't need to look any further. Besides the absolute beauty of this venue, you get staff that are 100% committed to customer service. From the second we signed the contract, we were treated with respect and treated as if we were famous! Ashley Wenger was our "go to" person and she seriously is the kindest, most professional and knowledgable person there is. She makes ever step of the wedding planning process so easy and simple and she keeps you on track with the important decisions that need to be made in a timely matter. Our wedding was 4-2-16 and people are still talking about it today. If you want elegance, great food, a beautiful venue and staff that really care about your needs, the Blue Bell Country Club is definitely the way to go!

When people ask me how my wedding was, they always want to know what went wrong. I can honestly say that not one single thing went wrong. I was shocked because everyone told me to prepare for that possibility since no wedding is perfect, however, I literally had the perfect wedding. I attribute a great deal of this luck to the professionalism of the staff at the blue bell country club. They were wonderful to work with. They paid attention to detail and were very organized. They just made it such a fun and special day with no concerns or issues at all. The venue itself is gorgeous inside and the reception food and alcohol package was definitely a great value! You cannot go wrong with getting married there!

I cannot say enough great things about Blue Bell Country Club and their team. We had a big Indian wedding there, and used the Ballroom, the Terrace, and the Birkdale room through the entire day for the ceremony, lunch, cocktail hour, and reception. Additionally, they had beautiful grounds and a gazebo that we could have used if we wanted (we chose to have all our events indoors and under a roof). They also renovated their indoor areas (entryway, ballroom, bathrooms) over the winter, and the updates are gorgeous. We had our food catered by an Indian restaurant (BBCC already had a contract with them), and the country club also provided several appetizers and a cake on top of that. Everything provided by them was delicious; our guests have spent the last week raving to us about how good the food was. The staff was very attentive to the needs of everyone involved in planning the wedding. Throughout the day they were there to organize and direct the guests. Our coordinator, Heather, was super attentive and patient throughout the entire planning process. Thank you Blue Bell Country Club!

I can't say enough great things about Blue Bell Country Club and the event/catering team! We had both our ceremony and reception on location and everyone that I worked with was very helpful and flexible. My husband and I were looking for a venue which only held one event at a time and BBCC couldn't have been more perfect! In fact, they have the option of an indoor or outdoor ceremony (weather pending of course) and the option for an outdoor cocktail hour or an indoor one. Not many venues can boast all of that! A special shout out to our event coordinator, Ashley Wenger. She was very attentive and professional throughout the entire planning process. Thanks Ashley! Also, the event staff did an incredible job! Everyone was very kind and courteous and made sure everything went smoothly. If anything went wrong that day, I did not notice. And isn't that exactly what you want in a venue?!

I cannot rave about my wedding at Blue Bell Country Club enough. My husband and I live in Philadelphia and originally were very interested in having our wedding in the city. Our engagement to wedding was quite short and after viewing 10 or so venues, Blue Bell offered us a value deal that we could not pass up (short timelines have their upsides). The execution was flawless, the food was fantastic, the service was top notch. My family and friends said our wedding was the most fun wedding they have ever attended. It was truly epic. We had quite a few out of town guests and the fact that there was a shuttle and a hotel onsite were key. They even provided transportation to our overflow hotel and our night before gathering offsite. Having the Farmer's Daughter on the property was also key for afterparty activities. If I could give them more stars, I would! Thank you to Heather Bogen and the whole BBCC team for a truly magical experience.
