We had a FANTASTIC experience with the Belleview Inn. Our wedding was on October 23, 2021. We worked primarily with Jim Jenkins throughout the process. We held the ceremony on the Grand Lawn, cocktail hour on the verandah, dinner in the Tiffany Ballroom, and reception on the Grand Lawn. We had the majority of the rooms booked at the hotel which was also a great experience.. our guests were thrilled!
The entire space is beautiful, elegant, and diverse. We have so many photos because there are endless options. It was very unique and helpful to basically be the only people there. One of the selling points for this venue was that we were the only wedding that day. The rooms are all different and have their own flare, the bridal suite was also stunning and spacious!
Another huge positive - the food! Our guests raved about the food. Everything was stellar. Our tasting experience with Jim was one of the highlights for us. We had a lot of dietary restrictions and they accommodated with flying colors. Bar options were also extensive.
Other notes: We weren't limited to an exclusive vendor list. There are indoor and outdoor options as well as a beautiful verandah. Tons of privacy, even in the surrounding neighborhood. This is a private community so you will really feel like you're alone in your own little world.
One thing to keep in mind is that there are capacity restrictions due to size. The Tiffany ballroom can only accommodate around 60 guests, and we filled the room! You can always have dinner on the grand lawn (up to 150 I think), but the indoor dining space is limited. This was a win for us since we wanted a more intimate feel, but could be a limitation. You also cannot get a tent unless you buy out the whole hotel. Looking back, we should have bought out the hotel since we ended up having overflow guests and we would've had a tent option if weather was an issue.
I cannot recommend the Belleview or Jim enough. Definitely give this venue a shot!
