Quality tux - very happy with the look & the convenience of it coming to our door! So wonderful that it came over a week before our wedding so we had time to make sure it fit perfectly. Good price point! Very happy and will use again for other special events.

I've never been a fan of tux/suit rental places for a number of reasons, so I was definitely interested in going outside the box and trying something new. Black Tux was recommended to me by a friend, who used them for his wedding in New York City. After a stellar Home Try-On (which I encourage you to do, I think you'll be impressed) I decided to use Black Tux for the groomsmen at my wedding as well. Everyone looked great, and the few minor sizing issues that came up on the first shipment were quickly handled and new items were received within a couple of days. I had already purchased my own suit, so it was important that the styles and color matched. I ordered swatches, and found a perfect match. What you see is what you get. Easy process, great styles, and I love that you can see who of your party has submitted their measurements, and who hasn't (in case you need to motivate some of your more slow-moving party to get it done.) Would use them again for my next wedding!

The Black Tux was wonderful! My groom, his groomsmen, and his father all ordered tuxes through this company. Having a company that operated online made it so easy for all our party to get the suits without having to go to a physical location or meet all together. They were delivered right on time, and returning the suit was a breeze (literally pop it in the box and drop it at a FedEx). We were able to do a "try-on" before hand so that we could request custom alterations (i.e., shortened sleeve length, etc.), and the suit came perfectly tailored about 2 weeks before our wedding day. The customer service is fantastic and the suits looked amazing! I would highly recommend this company!

At first I was not sure about using an online service for my suit rental, but after my horrible experiences at other rental stores I decided to give it a try. The clothes fit great! We also needed another vest and Black Tux mailed a new size right away.

I will admit I was very skeptical at first - clothes I ordered online rarely fit me properly. I'm happy to say that The Black Tux fitting process almost fit perfect on the first try! My "In Home Try On" (which I highly recommend doing) was completely free and gave me a great idea on how the suit was going to fit the day of my wedding. The only issue out of the entire suit was that the jacket arm was too long by about an inch. I simply called The Black Tux, told them the issue, and when the suit arrived for my wedding, it fit perfectly. Both of my groomsman and the man-of-honor were very impressed with the quality and fit of the suits. Everything about the order, sizing, and resizing were very easy and completely stress free. I don't think I've ever had a suit fit me nearly as well as the one on my wedding day. If I had any complaint at all with The Black Tux, it would be that I could not purchase the suit after the wedding.

The team at Black Tux is awesome - made the process to rent 10 tuxes as easy as it could get! We had 3 different tux styles, people all over the world (in the UK and Canada as well as across the states) and they were always there to help on phone or in store. I recommend trying to get into a store to ensure the sizing is perfect; however, even over the phone and using their website is a piece of cake and works well. And they ship you the tuxes 2 weeks in advance - plenty of time to request a smaller size if needed. 5/5 stars - the best rental experience I've had, we won't go back to the stores.

I was skeptical at first to have all the groomsman rent their tux's through an online site but after hearing a recommendation from a friend, we are SO GLAD we went with The Black Tux! All the guys tux's fit perfectly and they were clean, stylish, and comfortable (I kept hearing that from the guys). They were a great price, easy to rent, and easy to return. I highly recommend them and to not be skeptical by renting online!

Free home try on, great quality, made it extremely easy to make sure all the groomsmen had ordered their suits too. Delivered with enough time to send back if sizing was an issue, but it was perfect for everyone. The guys looked great!

I was nervous about not seeing the suits in person until two weeks before but the black tux was so accommodating and sent my now husband the exact suit he wanted 9 months in advance so that he could see it in person before he placed the orders. We loved it and ordered them for the groomsmen and two different suits for the Dads. Everything worked perfectly!! He wasn't sure about the jacket and if he needed smaller so to be safe they sent him a backup, which was perfect and what he ended up wearing. The price was incredible, the customer service was amazing and the guys all look so so good!! He and his groomsmen all had multiple interactions with the Black Tux customer service team and they were always responsive, professional and delivered on their promises. Definitely recommend!

When my husband-to-be still hadn't found a suit he liked for our wedding with barely a month and a half to go, I was more than nervous and needed to find a solution -- fast. After surfing reviews on The Knot, I came across The Black Tux. While I was nervous to order suits from an online company, the positive reviews convinced be to give it a try.... and looking back, I can now say it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! It was easy for all groomsmen to order, with step-by-step instructions for submitting their measurements. I contacted customer service twice for assistance in helping a groomsmen, and was impressed with their quick and personal responses! When the suits arrived, I was thrilled with the quality -- much better than the standard suit rental stores in the mall -- and the fit was great! I was also pleased with the look of the tan color. (We order the tan suit with white shirt and brown shoes.) While I had previously told my groom I hated khaki suits, these didn't look too casual, wrinkled or yellow (my main concerns!). Rather, they looked polished, with a truly neutral cast that photographed beautifully. Following the event, the return process was straightforward and easy. Overall, we and our groomsmen had a great experience, and the lack of hassle leading up to and after such a stressful day was much appreciated! I highly recommend to other brides looking for an easy, but high-quality, solution. (And if you're still nervous, you can order suits in advance to check out in person!)

The Black Tux - being a newer company based primarily online was definitely a leap of faith choosing them for our suits, but, they had the color I wanted and the price was right (MWH is a ripoff). With that said - it definitely wasn't a perfect experience. We had some issues with sizes, availability, etc but they have an all-star team when it comes to remedying their mistakes. They are willing to do whatever they need to in order to make it right for you and I am very happy that I ended up using TBT. The suits looked awesome and our entire wedding party had suits that fit very well compared to the quality of fit you receive from MWH. Highly recommend TBT - take a chance, you won't be disappointed.

The Black Tux was absolutely amazing! We stumbled upon them while googling navy blue wedding suits. They had a free at home trial, so we gave it a shot. My husband has a hard time finding suits as he is on the shorter side, with a broad build and slim fit at the waist. The suit arrived and fit like a glove! They even accommodated our dads with free trials. A few of the groomsmen's suit didn't fit upon delivery, but everything was quickly taken care of before the wedding. Customer service was always helpful and truly pleasant to deal with. Dropping the suits in the mail was the icing on the cake! I would definitely recommend The Black Tux!

DO NOT use this company. They will send you the wrong order multiple times and then when you try to let them know and use their process for getting items that fit 9 days before your event, then they will promise you expedited shipping and then ship the slowest speed possible just to save a buck despite the fact you are probably spending over a grand with them. This is happening to me as we speak and the SUPERVISOR told me that I should just hope the item gets there the day before and that this is standard policy for them despite being told initially it would arrive four days before at a minimum. She promised me they would watch the order and that she believed it would be delivered two days before even though the tracking said one day. Well its the end of the day two days before and no item and no follow up from the company, so that was a lie. My groomsman is having to purchase a tux now because of this company's purposeful incompetence. She (her name is Amelia if anyone else has spoken to her) told me to go ahead and review them because she doesn't care at all that you are spending over $1000 on rented items for a once in a lifetime event. They will blame you and FedEx despite you doing exactly what you were supposed to and FedEx delivering according to the speed they selected. This company is awful and please do not use them, their assurances are worthless because they don't stand behind them and will just make excuses instead of making things right. They are the worst vendor I have ever worked with and despite an hour on hold and on the phone with the supervisor they have zero desire to do anything to actually help.

What can I say about the Black Tux? Well they completely saved my wedding!! The person I rented our suits from completely messed up my suit order by procrastinating and ordering the wrong suits. He didn't have any time to fix his mistake and I didn't trust them to in the first place, Luckily, my best man had rented a suit from the Black tux for a wedding back in June and he looked great. The issue... It was 3 days before my wedding. Mike at the Black Tux went waaaay above and beyond to help me place an order immediately and ensured that it was shipped in the morning. I looked amazing. My new wife loved the suit and everyone told me how handsome I looked. If the black tux didn't go out of their way for me I would have had constant reminders whenever I looked at my wedding photos. Instead, I see a handsome man in a stylish, sleek suit next to his beaming bride. I cannot thank you enough for saving my special day.

My husband used this website for the groomsmen, ushers, and dads. It was inexpensive compared to men's warehouse or other stores. It was also very convenient as everyone was in different states and they fit GREAT!

My husband had really great experience with this company. The suit is very well made. Everything looks top quality, from the shoes to the cufflinks. The customer service is fantastic as well.

The Black Tux worked out very well for us. We received a free try-on for the groom a few months prior to the wedding to get the initial fitting right. While the first tux mailed wasn't necessarily a perfect fit for everyone, Black Tux worked with each of the men in the wedding party to get them a properly fitting tux for the day of. Everyone looked great.

I had a poor experience with The Black Tux and for a bride and groom, it was a lot of added stress right before the Big Day. The online order experience was excellent and the suits were good quality, but 3 days before the event we had still not received my husband's suit, when their policy is to send it out 10 days ahead so that the groom receives it 7 days in advance and is able to send it back if there is a fit issue. Some of his groomsmen had received theirs at that point and they all needed to send back at least one piece of the suit, which made us very nervous. Other groomsmen had not yet received theirs either. When I tried to contact The Black Tux, I had a very difficult time. They do not pick up their phone calls, and you are welcomed to be called back by their customer service. However, when they call back and you pick up, there is a voice recording saying "Sorry, we seem to have missed you. Please try us again", or something to that effect. This happened more than three times. I finally got someone on the phone and was told I'd be called back the next day once it was shipped out, after they blamed the issue on FedEx (however, if it was FedEx's shipping issue, I would have at least received a preliminary notification that it was scanned, and secondly, if it was a FedEx issue, you think someone at The Black Tux would have reached out to let us know about it). Anyway, the next day I did not receive a call back, so I again went through the call/hold/auto-recording chase. When I got someone on the phone I demanded a FedEx tracking number for the suit, and that I was not hanging up until it was addressed. I would not recommend this company, especially when trying to outfit a bridal party, as it caused a massive amount of stress and time wasted on the phone. Lastly, their shoes for rent are horribly cheap looking in person - a total dissapointment.

This is a great option, especially for those who are having their wedding in the same location that the tuxedos will be shipped to for the event. We had a nice experience. Almost all the tuxedos needed alterations, with three needing a different jacket over-nighted to us which was a little stressful as we were going from NY to Baltimore (and others from TX to MD) for the wedding. Almost everyone had alterations made to their tuxedo jackets and pants (although the 2inch band was really useful for everyone, it was really length that was altered for the pants). It was nice that all the accessories were also an option to rent, and it was an easy process to ship everything back. Again, this is a great option and I think with options like Rent the Runway, if you're a pretty standard size and you're going to be in the same location as shipment receipt, then I would definitely recommend. Might be best for a more traditional way to rent if you're going to be out of town though (for sanity's sake).

I recommend The Black Tux to anyone looking for wedding tuxes. I was thrilled with how the tuxes fit my wedding party, and the quality was impeccable. We did have one fit issue that was quickly and efficiently resolved. Easy, gorgeous, and worth every (crazy reasonable) penny!!!

Highly, highly recommend this company! Excellent customer service with very quick responses. I was able to get tuxedos for myself and 9 groomsmen. Tuxedos arrived early and they were able to accommodate any size changes very quickly. Tuxedos were nicely pressed (even with the shipping) and the guys looked so sharp. Excellent fit and the style was modern and slim. Highly recommend over the generic tuxedo rental shops such as Men's Warehouse and Jos A Banks.

Loved the Black Tux! The suits themselves are high quality and reasonably priced, and the customer service experience was great. We had some last-minute hiccups with delivery (due to a user error issue with one of the groomsmen) but every person who answered the phone--we called A LOT--was incredibly helpful, accountable, and consistent. I was initially concerned about handling the process online, but given the quality of the suits (especially relative to the price point), combined with super responsive customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Black Tux.

Although there were a few problems with my order, The Black Tux did everything in their power to make it right. In the end, any and all issues were resolved, my tux fit perfectly, and it looked great. I recommended The Black Tux to every gentleman in my wedding and I will definitely be using the service again in the future.

Love these guys. I ordered within 10 days of my event. Website was simple to use. Put in my measurements and their customer service guys came back to me really quickly saying they had reviewed my info and recommended a different size. Great quality very responsive personal service, quick delivery, perfect fit.

The tuxedos were great. Perfect fit, high quality, and looked amazing. The price was comparable to competitors. The design and experience of the website was on-point. Customer service was spectacular. This was the easiest and most pleasant tuxedo renting process that I have ever been involved in. It was just so easy, from start to finish.

The suit I ordered fit me perfectly after I so easily put in my measurements. They made sure I got my suit a week before my event even though I ordered it late, and their customer service was incredible. The boxing and packaging was absolutely 5 star material on any scale and I will definitely rent from them again in the near future without doubting their variety of suits will suit my need.

I'm a trans guy who is very short and chubby so rentals always look horrible on me. I saw the The Black Tux online and figured I give it a shot because in store rentals are always bad for me anyway. I couldn't have been happier with choosing the black tux, as soon as my tux came in because the length was perfect and the shoulders fit great. It was the first time I had a tux that looked right for me and not like I was a little kid in my dads clothes.

The staff at The Black Tux were amazing! We ended up having to switch a groomsman & they were able to add our new guy & get him set up online that same day. Very impressed with their customer service - most emails were returned same day. The suits were good quality & everyone was handsome & happy!

Everything was easy! The tux looked great...amazing. I had my doubts about a service like this because I had never used an online tux rental "place". Thank you all so much. I wish I could send pics. I wanted to keep my tux. It fit perfectly! Thia is usually so hard to do with my bold, military frame...my legs are tree trunks! It even came qith paid return packaging...and tape! Phenomenal customer service. Sent 3 shipments, even overnight shipped the last package directly to my hotel, at no additional charge to make perfectly sure that I had the correct size for the whole tux ensemble in time for the wedding event. Forgot borrowed cufflinks and sent them back by mistake. The customer service person without hesitation was committed to return ship the items after receipt of the return shipment. Excellent customer service at the post-sale, post-event stage makes this company even more remarkable.

My "The Black Tux" experience was out of this world. Not only was the website easy to navigate, but when I called customer service, they were extremely friendly and helpful. I had my jacket sleeve length tailored the week of my wedding and Black Tux offered to reimburse me. On the Wednesday before my Friday wedding, one of my groomsman realized that he ordered completely the wrong sizes...we called customer service and they sent a completely new suit overnight. Everything fit great and the entire grooms party looked amazing. The process for creating an event and making it happen is so simple and alleviates a lot of the stress of worrying about your whole party. I will use The Black Tux again if I need to wear a suit and don't feel like buying.

Midnight Blue tuxedo + Midnight Blue waistcoat (vest). Paired it with my own pique-front tuxedo shirt and self-tie silk bow tie. Beautiful tux and great customer service. My first pair of pants was too big large, the rush-delivered second pair were perfect... I looked sharp, got plenty of compliments, and it was a seamless experience start to finish. My friend used this service for his groomsmen tuxedos on 4/30/16. I've been in several weddings and have had to go through the agony of tux fittings at unnamed mall tuxedo rental shops, where they always somehow manage to screw up your order, measure you improperly, or give you the wrong size. The Black Tux was not only super easy to use, and dare I say, "idiot proof," but the customer service was great and the return procedure was very convenient. The quality of the shirts, tuxes and shoes were also very good and fairly priced. I didn't feel like my shirt was going to light on fire, since it was a thick, high-quality cotton shirt versus the flammable, polyester shirts that other rental shops give you. Also, when the customer service rep noticed an anomaly in my pant and jacket measurements (I have a wide waste and narrow shoulders...), he called me to offer a sizing suggestion and to confirm my sizes were indeed correct. Overall, the tux looked great on my buddy's big day, and I was extremely satisfied with my experience. I plan on using The Black Tux for my own wedding later this year.

The process was soooo easy! I ordered a free measuring tape from them, checked all my measurements, and filled out the information on my account. That was it. No BS going to a retail location 4 times to fit, try on, try on again, pick up, return, etc. This was just one easy transaction. I did request that a jacket and pants be sent to me before hand, since I was the groom in the wedding, but they fit perfectly. I was very confident with my suit for myself and the other 5 suits for the boys. They all fit great, and we honestly got so many compliments. I will definitely encourage my other bachelors to use this service for their weddings, and I will def rent tuxes from The Blktux the in the future. Can't recommend this business enough. Great experience!

The clothes fit perfectly and the tux's Marina Wool made it a comfortable feel and i felt very good in what I was wearing. I would say I was one of the best dressed at my prom and I will definitely be using The Black Tux again in the near future. Prices are very affordable as well.

I've used The Black Tux twice now. First was a groom and the process getting my groomsmen fitted and taken care of was smooth sailing. I didn't have to worry about a thing. The second time was a groomsmen myself. My suit arrived a week early as expected. I immediately tried it on and the jacket was too big. I called customer support and after answering a few questions about why the jacket didn't fit a new one was on the way. Still, the new jacket didn't fit, it just needed to be let out by a tailor in the sleeves. No big deal. The best part is The Black Tux reimburses up to $15 on the tailoring so it wasn't a big deal. Overall, the website and process is smooth and fairly painless if you follow the instructions to try on your stuff immediately and stay in communication with customer support.

We really enjoyed using The Black Tux for our groomsmen. We chose The Rat Pack outfit for our groomsmen and The Newman for the groom (basically the difference of a bowtie for the groom and long ties for the groomsmen). Everyone looked great, the tuxes fit great, and the customer service was excellent. We had to get one pair of pants hemmed prior to the wedding and exchange a pair of shoes, but everything was easy and seamless. A great choice for modern grooms - I felt that the quality of the tuxes was exceptional and looked/felt more current than some other popular rental places. I would definitely use them again for another event!
