The Blue Heron Event Venue

We recently had our wedding at The Blue Heron Event Center and honestly can’t thank the entire Pepper Moon team enough for flawlessly executing our wedding! We could not have been more happy with how our wedding turned out, in spite of the unknown weather leading up to our January event. It was absolutely perfect!! After the very first friendly meeting with Ben Blackwood, who gave us the grand tour of The Blue Heron and answered all of our detailed questions, we knew THIS WAS IT! We were then introduced to Mrs. Amiee Bray and the production team who took on our wedding planning process like true champs. From the beginning until the day we said "I DO", everyone did a superb job and handled everything with such calmness, grace, and professionalism... even during the holidays! Aimee was great throughout the entire planning process and helped accomplish our vision amazingly. Our wedding was booked, planned and executed in just 5 months. Aimee and her team along with Pepper Moon were so accommodating and worked with us tirelessly through all the meticulous details that were needed and/or needed to be changed. The list of vendors they provided was a great starting point, and we were able to narrow down and select our vendors quickly. That peace of mind was priceless! Every time we went to the Blue Heron for our planning meetings, we always got a little more excited for our wedding because the venue is gorgeous and always so welcoming. They are truly the best! Pepper Moon not only provided the venue, they also catered the event. The food and service at the wedding was top notch. All of our family and guests had the best time and are still raving about how great the food was and how much fun they had!
