The Brulee Catering

We used Brulee Catering because we loved the food and the price. At first, I was nervous because Chalia's english wasn't necessarily the best, but when we met her and her husband in person, they were FABULOUS. They were so attentive, professional, and helpful. I got such good reviews about their vinaigrette for the strawberry spinach salad and the chicken. I didn't love the red velvet cupcakes, I found they were a little dry. Everything else was amazing. The cost per person was also very reasonable. We also did a virgin margarita bar with margaritas, strawberry daiquiris, and pina coladas. The guests loved them and they were decorated with cute fruit as well! They were on time and didn't need my help setting up at all. LOVE THEM!
