The Club at Lac La Belle

The Club at Lac La Belle was an absolutely beautiful space & location for my wedding. We booked the 1896 room & we could not have asked for a more perfect day. The view within and around this space was gorgeous & the pictures look stunning. Everyone was raving about the location! Even though we worked with 3+ different event planners throughout the course of our wedding planning, all staff was very friendly. We did have a lot of our notes & plans get lost along the way with the high turnover rate among the event planners. There was a new chef that started the week of our wedding & the recipes that were made for the night was much different than what we had tried at the tasting. We were told our food would be served by staff at the buffet, but guests ended up having to serve themselves (which ended up taking much longer). Even though the food was a bit different than the food we had tasted, we received great comments about the food from our guests. However, the communication did not meet our expectations & the attention to detail on was often lacking at times, as some of our requests & special notes were forgotten or lost. Although we had some mishaps along the way, we were overall happy with how the day turned out & had a great experience with the location. Lac La Belle will always hold a special place in our heart!

Beautiful location, amazing team! When my husband and I first toured the 1896 Room, we fell in love with the space, and after talking with Marie and getting all of our questions answered, we were sold. Marie is an absolute treasure to work with! As a 2020 bride, there was a lot of uncertainty, but Marie always made us feel comfortable and safe with our decision. We are so grateful for the team at Lac La Belle. Grace, our bartender, was so much fun to have at the wedding as well - our guests raved about her energy! Cody drove us around the grounds for photos and knew all of the best spots and was so fun to chat with along the way! From the start of planning to cleaning up our centerpieces, we were blown away! I cannot say enough kind words. I highly recommend and would marry my husband here over and over again.

Review from a 3 time MOG! My youngest son was married at the Carriage House on August 14, 2020. The Friday wedding was perfect. We had a 4:30 ceremony on site that transitioned into the cocktail hour and then dinner. The setting was beautiful for an outdoor summer wedding. With COVID concerns there was plenty of outdoor space for guests to use. We even seated three tables on the covered patio. Marie was so helpful and attended to so many last minute details. This was a great venue!

Absolutely beautiful venue, we had an outdoor ceremony and it could not have been more perfect. There is a bridal suite right on site so my bridesmaids and I were able to stay in one location all day. A golf cart Took us around for pictures after the ceremony to get bride/groom shots right on the lake. Would highly recommend this venue

I can't say enough good things about The Club at Lac La Belle. We booked the 1896 room back in January of 2019, before most of the renovations were done. We loved meeting Marie and Tyler and knew that Lac La Belle was the perfect location. Then, COVID-19 hit... Marie was amazing through the whole thing, from the unknowns to a rainy wedding day forecast once we were cleared to go ahead with everything. She and Tyler even gave us the Carriage house for our reception, so that we could hold our ceremony in the 1896 room due to weather. Everything was absolutely beautiful, inside and out.

I understand the venue is brand new and we were amongst the first weddings. Overall everything went smoothly and I’m happy with our special day. The venue itself needs to be more organized with their staff and schedule. I felt like my wedding was short staffed and caused a delay in the reception schedule. But overall the reception hall turned out beautiful and the outdoor ceremony space allowed for great pictures and a unforgettable ceremony.

We absolutely loved having our wedding in the 1896 room. The venue was recently renovated and turned out beautifully! Marie & Tyler were both great to work with. To say they were flexible and accommodating would be an understatement. We received countless compliments on how beautiful everything was. I would highly recommend having your wedding in the 1896 room or in their new venue, the Carriage House!

Our experience with The Club at Lac La Belle was amazing! When we booked, they were in the middle of remodeling the 1896 Room, and construction on the Carriage House hadn't begun yet. By our wedding day, everything was complete and looked modern and sophisticated, which was exactly what we wanted. (They didn't finish two areas by our wedding day but completely made up for it without even having to be asked - so very much appreciated!). Marie is the event coordinator, and she was extremely responsive, professional, and experienced. She thought of questions/problems and had solutions before I even realized there was/would be an issue. 5 stars for Marie!! We could tell that the owner (Tyler) and the rest of the staff wanted to make sure our day was perfect, and were as committed to making sure that happened as my husband and I. They were friendly, personable, and easy to work with and flexible and accommodating with all of our needs and ideas. They said several times that they didn't just want to "nickle and dime" us, and they 100% stuck to that. They went out of our way to make sure our day was exactly as we wanted it, and went above and beyond our expectations. The staff worked cohesively with our other vendors. We cannot recommend this venue enough!!

My Fiance and I booked The Carriage House back in Jan. 2019 when there was nothing but a blue print and dirt. I messaged Marie about coming to the site to just talk the vision of The Carriage House. Marie got back to me so fast and although she wasn't able to meet me that weekend as she was working a wedding expo, she made sure someone would be there to help us. Tyler was great and we made up our mind before even leaving that this was the venue for us. As construction is almost done, we reached out to Marie again to see how it was going and to answer additional questions we had. She once again, reached out quickly and met us over the weekend when it was easiest for us. She once again was OUTSTANDING. I'm so happy that she is the one helping us on our big day. The venue is coming along beautifully and I can't wait to see it when it's done. I have no doubt that Marie will help whenever possible. She is so easy to talk to and really knows her stuff! Can't wait for our wedding in June 2020!
