the day before were arranged beautifully by Rosie and her team - we were blown away by their attention to detail. When one of our elderly family members felt ill after the ceremony (due to low blood sugar from an existing medical condition) Rosie personally saw to it that this family member was escorted to a private, quiet spot where they could rest, and Rosie brought them food and a drink and kept checking in to see that they were feeling better. All of this took place while family group photos were being taken, and the bride and groom were none the wiser thanks to Rosie! All of the food - appetizers, salad, and entrees - was EXCELLENT!!! If the Coco Plum was a restaurant, I would definitely eat there again - the food was not only delicious but beautifully plated - kudos to the chef and his team. We had planned a flash mob dance to surprise the bride and groom, and Rosie worked with me to connect me to the DJ to make sure he had the song that we needed and knew when to play it. The surprise went off without a hitch, and it went so well that some of the guests inquired about learning the choreography for upcoming weddings in their families! This could not have happened without Rosie's help. And finally, at the end of the night, after all the guests had left and only the bride and groom were left at the venue Rosie and her husband made sure they got back to their AirB&B safely. This is a level of caring and service you don't often see.... I highly recommend the Coco Plum!!!

As Miami locals, we knew we wanted to marry in a venue close to the Gables, so we toured 5 spots before finding the Coco Plum. After hearing prices, seeing the spaces, and speaking with the reps at other venues, we immediately knew after our tour that this was 'the one.' The historic building and landscaping keep that old Spanish Florida charm, and the preferred vendors work with you to add flair and details that fit your personality and imagined color scheme. We did the all-inclusive package, which provides all basic needs and services like floral centerpieces, DJ, photography, food, cake, liquor, day-of coordinators, etc. and even some fun additions like a men's grooming service and content creator. Rather than solely food, it is a per-person price for all vendors, but we found this to be much more affordable than it would have been to arrange everything on our own. Even with adding upgrades to our package on lighting, photo booth, premium appetizers, and decor, it still came out to be more affordable than other places quotes for our group of 150+. Because all of these vendors work fairly exclusively with the Coco Plum, they are practically on speed dial when needed and know the space like the back of their hands, so the familiarity lessens the chance of mistakes to occur. We had several meetings with Rosie (director/coordinator) and her staff throughout the year to prepare linens, timelines, cultural observances, and menu items. Even with a last-minute request to have an on-site pizza station, they made it happen and it was a huge hit! On the day of the event, it was about as flawless as it could be. Prepared with walkie talkies and multiple staff members, we didn't have to worry about anything. Even in a rush of greetings from guests, they made sure every planned detail was covered, that we had food available to eat (though we struggled to have an appetite), and a delicious cocktail or water in our hands at all times. There was a moment where the groom's tux rental had buttons popping off, but they were there to save the day. And after the ceremony when my feet hurt, they came over with spray to numb so I could dance the rest of the night away. Though the bridal party was there, they also helped pin my veil and button my bustle. Little things like that are what sets this venue apart. They truly care and have a passion for making unforgettable weddings. From the most beautiful and special ceremony to an energetic, well-paced party, our guests have not stopped raving about our wedding. I'll never forget the moment after first dances and toasts when all 150 people got up and started breaking it down on the dance floor and kept that animation throughout the evening. As for food, we were so busy taking it all in that we didn't try the entrees, but we heard wonderful things, especially with the lemon caper salmon and decadent dessert table. Overall, it was magical. They have this down to a science. We couldn't have picked a better place for our wedding, and can't recommend enough that you do the same. Now I am just hoping to be invited to another event here so I can enjoy it as a guest!

We faced an unexpected and stressful situation on our wedding day when our officiant was a no-show, despite having confirmed his presence multiple times with both us and the venue. Without Rosie and her team stepping in, supporting us, and helping us think clearly and find solutions, nothing would have been possible. Their professionalism, compassion, and problem-solving in that moment went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. Everything else was just as flawless. They were extremely transparent about every amount charged, which gave us peace of mind throughout the process. The food was outstanding, our guests are still talking about it. On top of that, they generously included several complimentary items, helped coordinate all vendors, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Coco Plum was perfect. There is honestly nothing that could have been done better. If you are looking for a venue that combines beauty, professionalism, transparency, and genuine human care, this is it.

Each area was perfectly set, which included flipping the courtyard in only 15 minutes after the ceremony to a cocktail hour space. My daughter and her husband also have great things to say, including, "best day ever…everything was perfect….we enjoyed it all!" One final thing, every vendor associated with The Coco Plum is top notch: very professional. Rosie and her staff helped to make one of the most important days in our family's life WONDERFUL! They are extremely flexible and are truly willing to work with you to make your imagination come to life for your wedding rather than fit your vision into their venue. I created a wedding planner with all the details I wanted and they followed every single detail I envisioned. They were able to provide recommendations for outside vendors and also help bridge that communication. I did not have a wedding planner nor a day-of coordinator and they definitely helped and from the moment I got there for the ceremony they had everything ready to go and took over without me having to stress. I ended up using most of the included vendors besides one and all of them were so easy to work with and did exactly what I requested. You’re even able to add more to the included packages for each vendor if you choose and they will adjust the price accordingly. It turned out to be a beautiful day and a beautiful wedding that all came together and it was an amazing experience working with the CocoPlum.

Not only did they deliver on everything we wanted, but they (vendors included) went above and BEYOND for us. The beauty of having a great team is that you don’t need to micromanage, they took off so much stress from the planning process. Fast forward to our wedding day, EVERYTHING went according to plan, every detail was thought of, everyone was there to make our day. Coming from Europe (Paris), we wanted a traditional and intimate place – CocoPlum met all those characteristics of elegance, and traditional. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but CocoPlum, made the process feel effortless. We loved the idea that CocoPlum had all/semi-inclusive deal where we did not have to find vendors for the food; cake; appetizer; cocktails; appetizers; bar; DJ; photographer, desserts, flower, content creator. This helped us tremendously in our process as we were novice with the Miami market. 1. Rosie. - She made the process feel effortless. She handled every challenge with grace, always having a solution ready. Her vendor recommendations were fantastic, and she coordinated everything flawlessly, ensuring that we could relax and truly enjoy our day. On the day of the wedding, Rosie was a miracle worker. She managed everything behind the scenes with precision, allowing us and our families to focus on celebrating. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautifully everything was orchestrated. My mom (mom’s bride) said “Veronica – you were blessed with Rosie; what a warm and delicate person to treat each guest needs”. 2. Fernando (Chef). - Every guest told us that the appetizers during the cocktail hour and food were incredibly tasty. Some guests requested the contact information for future references. 3. Martha (Flowers). - A sweet old lady who truly guide you and advise you how to re-use flowers. 4. Desert. (Chef Mariam). – You can’t not go wrong with Chef Mariam. She took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life in a way that guests loved the desserts. She decorated the dessert table with total elegance as we requested. 5. DJ (JP). - He understood our vision, and he really worked with us. As our first dance was composed of three songs, he suggested to do a mix of the three, and the result was great! I loved how well structure and organized he was. During the reception, he really tried to understand the crew. I danced the whole night! the lighting package gave a whole different touch to our wedding. It became Bistro, cozy, romantic, festive. It was beautiful. 6. Bar. - There was no guest who really loved the bartender. Guet said that the drinks were excellent and flying. 7. Edda’s cake.- Rosie shared with us her preferred vendors. We did cake tasting with couple of them, and we ended up with Eddas. We were so happy with our choice. They were able to customize groom and bride flavors preferences. 1st layer vainilla; 2nd layer chocolate and 3rd layer amaretto. The flavor was ufff delicious! 8. Video Content Creator (Memory Hotline).- I don’t have words to describe Ily. She really surprises you. We are so thankful with Rosie that she shared Memory hot line vendor. Ily was on top of every little detail. We received all her short videos within 48 hours. We can't thank Rosie and The CocoPlum team enough for making our day absolutely unforgettable. Vero & Matt.

rgeous hidden gem in South Miami. For our wedding, it was important to us to book a venue that has both an outdoor area for the ceremony and an indoor area for the reception. The Coco Plum was the perfect choice since they have a beautiful courtyard in the center of the property and a reception hall connecting to the courtyard. Even for our wedding that had about 130 guests, we were also glad that the courtyard and reception hall were big enough to accommodate. It worked out perfectly. If you are looking for a wedding venue in Miami that 's formal and elegant, but with a vintage/royal look, then I would highly recommend The Coco Plum! But, I MUST say, aside from how breath-taking the venue looks, the BEST part about booking our wedding at the Coco Plum is THE TEAM! Rosie, the Event Director, and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with!! Fabiano (photographer), Marta (florist), Fernando (Chef), and JP (DJ), were all super friendly and nice to work with. All of them were always so helpful and made sure that we were satisfied throughout the wedding planning process. While working with them, they made us feel sure that the wedding day will be a dream come true. On the day of the wedding, I was SO impressed with how well they managed everything!! From start to finish, everything was coordinated smoothly and there was never an issue nor a moment of doubt! Rosie and her team definitely know what they are doing, and it really helped us to enjoy everything throughout the night. All of our guests also told us how beautiful the venue is, that the food was delicious, and the DJ threw a great party with fun music the whole night! We felt even more joy that our guests had a positive experience at The Coco Plum, too. We had considered a hotel but when we went to The Coco Plum there was no hotel that could possibly offer the vibe that Coco Plum offers. In addition, the staff is incredible starting with the Senior Event Coordinator, Rosie Hayden. Rosie is loving, understanding, full of great ideas, and most importantly always aims to please the bride. She understood our vision and executed it to perfection. The food was absolutely delicious. The appetizers tasted fresh and just-made and the food arrived at the tables warm. The Chef not only provided a tasty meal but was also extremely nice. As the mother of the bride, I was running around and did not get a chance to try the hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour and when he found out he went and made me some. They were as delicious as the guests had told me. Rosie's assistant, Miguel, is as wonderful as Rosie. The bartenders were efficient and extremely nice. I could go on forever!

When looking for our wedding venue this was the first place we visited and we fell absolutely in love with the beautiful classic style and the incredible team. We did not even visit any other venues! She is incredibly dedicated, attentive, kind, and answered all our questions with so much enthusiasm. We truly could not have had such an incredible wedding without her! The entire staff was fantastic during the planning process and the day of the wedding. The whole team is such a well-oiled machine making sure that every aspect of the wedding went as planned and our guests are still telling us how great and attentive the staff was! Our family has also been raving ever since the wedding about how stunning the location, how beautiful the flowers/décor, how fun the music was, and how delicious the food was! The vendors The Cocoplum works with are the best. The food was as delicious as a 5-star restaurant thanks to Chef Fernando and his incredible team, Fabiano Silva the photographer is spectacular, DJ JP really does a fantastic job at making sure the guests have a fun dance party, Chef Marian who prepared our dessert table goes above and beyond, and the florist Marta is truly one of a kind! We are a super busy couple and the entire team at The Cocoplum helped make planning our wedding so much easier and less stressful! I 100% recommend The Cocoplum! Our family is already asking us when we can renew our vows at The Cocoplum because they all enjoyed our wedding so much LOL. The Cocoplum truly made our dream wedding a reality!

On the wedding day, someone was checking on me and my husband at all times making sure we had eaten, that we had a drink in hand, and that we were taken care of. It rained on the wedding day, so there was a pretty wet courtyard floor (you can see in the photos) but besides that, my wedding day was perfect and low-stress thanks to the CocoPlum team. I highly recommend them!

The CocoPlum, and already felt how special this place was. From the first moment of seeing the space in person, to talking with Rosie, we knew this was the place. We felt so supported by Rosie and the vendors during the whole planning process (which we did from another state). Everyone answered our questions thoroughly and promptly. The actual wedding was a dream. Not only was it beautiful, highly organized, and professionally run, but we felt SO taken care of during the whole night. I would recommend The CocoPlum, Rosie and her staff, and the vendors over and over again!!!

um was the beautiful courtyard, reception area, and expertise of Rosie & her team. We felt comfortable with them because have done so many weddings and seen it all. Their list of vendors is fabulous and we went with the recommended DJ, flowers, cake and their catering. All went above and beyond to ensure our day went smoothly. I was worried about rain and the heat and they provided tent vendor options / fan recommendations. I was concerned about the bar and personal wine selections being served and the bar service went smoothly. We were able to have my dog be a part of our wedding from ceremony to send off and this made me so happy. Thank you Rosie and team for a wedding day we will cherish forever. :)

Once I found The CocoPlum through The Knot, it really caught our attention. I would like to start by saying that since the moment we inquired further information about the venue, we got a quick reply for Rosie, the venue manager and coordinator. The booking process was extremely informative and smooth. The venue was all inclusive and it was absolutely stunning once we got the tour. As the months kept going by, the planning start happening and every questioned that we had it was answered right away by Rosie or the staff members. Finally, the big day had come after months of waiting. At first, I was a bit nervous about the way everything was going to come out since I did not hire a wedding planner but I knew that everything was going to come out just perfect as visioned and we knew we were in good hands. As we through, everything came out absolutely perfect. We tried thinking of anything that could had possibly gone wrong and we have zero complains. Rosie and his team went above and beyond to make our special day happen. The food, drinks, and cake were amazing, the DJ and flowers were phenomenal, and the staff in site, day of coordinator staff, and Rosie wen above and beyond to make sure the groom and bride and guest had the best time. If we could do our wedding all over again at this place we would. The only sad part about it is that everything goes by so quickly so enjoy your day as much as you can with your other half and your guest.
