The Colony Palm Beach

We cannot recommend The Colony Hotel enough for a wedding. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous & has the BEST staff in the world. Elizabeth, Kelly, Tom, and their team made planning our wedding at The Colony a breeze (note: we booked & planned our wedding only 6 weeks in advance - they worked tirelessly to ensure everything was coordinated as well as executed perfectly. An incredible feat given the short time frame). The hotel & its various event spaces are already decorated so beautifully it's literally impossible to not end up with a stunning wedding or event. We held our ceremony in The Solarium then the cocktail hour on the (air conditioned) patio and our reception in the Coral Ballroom. The food and cocktails were delicious & the service was 10/10. There isn't a single thing I would have changed. Elizabeth & Kelly were extremely accommodating with all our requests and always promptly replied to any question we had. There is not a single thing about our experience with The Colony I could possibly complain about.

I can’t say enough good things about Kelly and Marcel. Our wedding was everything I could’ve dreamed of and more. Kelly took full attention to detail and was in contact with us the entire time since we had booked the venue in December of 2018 (our wedding November 2019.) The Colony goes above and beyond for your food tasting and cake tasting and on the rehearsal and day of, they constantly make sure you have everything you need. It rained the day of our wedding, and we were provided with the SUV to take photos at the clock tower. I highly recommend The Colony as the venue for your wedding, you won’t regret this historic pink palace with its palm beach charm and character.

Kelly and Marcel were the best hosts! Kelly ensured that we had everything we needed for our special day. Marcel made sure timing was right for everything including ceremony, dances, and dinner. We also never were hungry or thirsty all night! Everyone was very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend as the food, location, and service were all first class. Highly recommend!

My husband and I recently had our wedding at The Colony and our guests are still telling us days after the event how much they enjoyed themselves. We initially choose the Colony because my husband (who is from Boston) wanted the lobster, steak, clambake buffet option for the dinner. I wanted a venue that didn't make a smaller guest list look tiny in a large banquet hall. I also wanted a place that would serve as a nice backdrop for my palm theme. The Colony is very accommodating to anyone who has a specific request. The day before the event we were able to set up our own decorations and table settings with help from the staff. On the day of the wedding any request I had the staff was able to accommodate. I had barstools delivered to my room for my hair and makeup, the staff finished decorating my cake when the florist delivered the topper and extra orchids for the layers. During the wedding the staff was so attentive. My husband and I had a personal attendant who served us our meals, kept our drinks full and relayed any request we had to the appropriate person. Our guests commented how much they liked the service. We also got so many complements on the food. The appetizers that I sampled (the coconut shrimp, spring rolls, salmon and baby beef Wellington) were amazing. My guests also loved the mushrooms and the seared scallops. I also think the clam chowder that was served on my buffet was some of the best I've ever had. My room was beautiful. It was perfect for a couple who didn't want to book 2 rooms. The bedroom and living room had doors that could be closed so the bride and groom could both get ready at the same time but not see each other before the ceremony or first look. For any couples who have a guest list on the smaller side who want to feel like they are having a large and grand wedding The Colony Palm Beach is for you.
