Very helpful on styles, grades. Tasteful designs and ideas. Always available when you need prongs checked/or cleaned. No pressure sales and very easy to express your likes and dislikes. I am very happy with my "upgrade" wedding set that was purchased ten years ago. I referred a co-worker from work 6 years ago and recently my Son. My Son purchased an engagement ring, and wedding bands. We are all very happy with our purchases. Thank you Robert.
This level of customer service is rare these days. I purchased a new diamond and we designed a setting with The Diamond Broker 15+ years ago. I am amazed that they continue to stand behind their work and tighten up prongs, as needed. New location, same great service!
I just got back from meeting with Seymour Wolchuk and picked up my wife's beautiful ring. The employees of the Diamond Broker are amazing. My engagement ring and our wedding bands were purchased here. We never felt any pressure to buy and we were treated like VIP's every time we went into the store. The diamonds are GIA certified and are offered at very reasonable prices.
