Came to The Dress Bridal Boutique to try on wedding dresses for the first time and had the most amazing experience with Sara. She had such a way of knowing exactly what dresses to pull to fit my style while also having me explore other fits to get a good idea of what I really wanted. I came back the next week with my bridal party to say yes to the dress, showing them my top 3! Absolutely recommend this bridal boutique to any bride ❤️

I had the absolute best experience at The Dress! Besides the day I got engaged, this was the best day of my life. Carli made the experience so easy and enjoyable.

Easy booking process-the staff reached out through text to get some inspiration dress pictures. Carli was very helpful & knowledgable! It was a great experience & I am so excited I got my bridal gown & veil!

I had the most amazing time! I was a little nervous not being able to pick out the dresses myself but quickly on I realized that wouldn't be a problem! Kary, my stylist was ABSOLUTELY amazing! This was my first time dress shopping so I wasn't sure what to expect. But, she made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. I told her my vision which was sort of all over the place and she worked perfectly with it. I never felt rushed or as if I was an inconvenience if I asked for something else or to try on the same dress again. I would literally recommend her to anyone! She listens to you, she's personable, and just overall amazing. I left with the most perfect dress and veil and I truly could not of done that without her. Thank you so much Kary! Also, the place was very clean and private, I loved the big private room we were offered and I loved the intimacy of it all. They truly make you feel special here!

I had the BEST experience finding my wedding dress from The Dress. They do such a tremendous job! My bridal consultant, Meg, was absolutely amazing! She really took the time to understand my style and what I was looking for. I went there with a particular dress in mind but she was really patient as I tried on many different styles to really figure out what I wanted. I was surprised at how many options there were within my budget (as I felt my budget was on the lower end) and Meg did a great job at selecting stunning dresses for me to try on. She nailed it! She was so knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. She made me feel really comfortable, especially when dress shopping can be an overwhelming experience. I felt like a friend was helping me try on dresses. I ended up finding THE ONE at my first appointment and I scheduled a follow up appointment so I could come back with a few friends and family members to officially say yes! There was a toast to celebrate and it was so much fun.

Brittany helped me find my dress and really helped me find my vision. I had an idea of what I wanted and she gave me really good advice. I had one dress in mind that I wanted to try on but I had loved the one that she put me in, except I couldn't get that other dress out of my head. She gave me the advice to go try on the dress that I can't get out of my mind and then you will know. Sure enough I tried on that other dress and my mind went straight back to the dress that Brittany had first put me in. There was a part that I really wanted that this dress did not give me and she requested that I order extra material and suggested a great lady for alterations that was able to create my vision. They truly respect what you want in a dress, won't put you in a dress that is out of your budget. My husband tells me almost everyday and when he sees our photos about the dress. My husbands first true date was at the square in medina, we got engaged in medina at the square and at the time The Dress was currently a boutique at the Square, so naturally it comes full circle

I can't say enough good things about my experience at The Dress. My first appointment, I worked with Carli, who was incredibly knowledgable and imparted her expertise, while also listening to me (albeit badly) describe my vision. She was so patient and helped me in and out of several different style dresses (all stunning), until we narrowed down what I was looking for. She added some accessories to help me visualize being a bride (something I was definitely uncomfortable with to start). I had another dress appointment the next day and Carli was super supportive of that and encouraged me to go while thinking on my top couple selections. I did go and had another great experience at the other shop, but couldn't stop thinking about a couple dresses from the Dress. I called back and made a retry appointment the following weekend. Insert MEGHAN. Carli was on a buying trip, so I got paired up with Meghan for my retry. What. a. gem. I would hire her for her clipping skills alone. She got me into my two options (actually into both twice, because I had such a hard time choosing between the two) and gave me the FULL dress-up experience (veils, belts, jewelry - the whole 9). She asked the right questions, hyped me through my insecurities, and *respectfully* addressed (but ultimately ignored) input from my peanut gallery to make sure I felt 100% about my decision. And I did. I ordered my dress that day and they put the appointment costs toward the final cost of my dress, which was awesome. We had a nice bubbly toast and took pictures to celebrate. The entire team and experience was INCREDIBLE. I can't wait to marry the man of my dreams in the dress of my dreams.

My overall experience at this boutique was absolutely amazing. The process of finding my dress was so fun and Brit made me feel so comfortable! She really listened to what I wanted and made sure that the dress I would be wearing on my day was perfect for me. They really make you feel special there! I couldn’t recommend it more 🤍

Britt was fantastic to work with! She was incredibly knowledgeable on all the designers, styles, and had great intuition with a bride who gave very little guidance. I loved working with her and definitely recommend the experience for any new brides in the Northeast Ohio area!

This bridal salon is absolutely gorgeous. My stylist was so helpful and picked out the most perfect dresses for me to try on. I showed her a few inspiration pics and she brought out about five dresses. I tried on all five but ultimately ended up choosing the very first dress. She knew exactly what I was looking for. I had the best shopping experience here. I’ve been engaged since February and wanted to go dress shopping immediately. I walked in with the expectation that I would find a style or designer I would like, but I didn’t think I would find my dress. (It was the 2nd or 3rd I tried on.) Brittany did an amazing job being my consultant and she knew exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend going to this boutique when wedding dress shopping!

While I did not end up selecting my dress from this boutique, it was absolutely my best shopping experience. They truly made me feel special and so excited about the day. The shop is adorable and you get your own private area to try on dresses with friends and family. Carli was my consultant and she did a wonderful job helping me narrow down what I wanted, and was great to interact with. Definitely would recommend to any bride looking for the dress!

What a wonderful experience! Carli was nothing but supportive and patient as I tried several dresses and then tried them again. I had gone 2 times and when I arrived for the 2nd visit, all of the dresses were already pulled and waiting for me. Once I narrowed the dresses down to 2, Carli and team stayed after closing to allow me time to take in both dresses and ultimately make my final decision. The team is knowledge and caring. They make you feel seen and heard! And the shop is adorable! 10/10 would recommend!

I cannot say enough about Sara and her team! Even after moving out of Ohio, I still wanted to check this place out when I was visiting during the holidays. I am sooo so glad that I did! I'm incredibly indecisive but Sara was thoughtful, understanding, patient and supportive as I went through several different styles to find what I was really (and didn't realize) looking for. I left feeling confident that I knew I had found my dress there but still needed time to think on it and I'm glad I didn't feel pressured to say yes right away. Going back, Brittney and Sara worked with me to revisit my previous choices and another possibility but in the end, I picked the one I always had my heart on. These two were more of a hype team and your friend than saleswomen and that to me speaks volumes. I said yes to the dress and you should say yes to this shop! You will NOT be disappointed.

There is so much anticipation leading up to the day you get your wedding dress! Will they have the right styles? Will I fit in the dresses? Will the consultant meet my needs? Be friendly? Enough space? To simply put it, The Dress Bridal Boutique has it all. When I walked in, I filled out a few forms, met my consultant and had a bridal robe waiting for me to put on. I had a larger party with me (6 plus me, so really 7). They had a beautiful space for them to sit while I tried on different dresses. The consultant looked at my vision of a dress through some of the dresses I saw on their Instagram page. She knew exactly which dresses to pull. No matter the dress or the size, she structured it to fit me very well to envision what I could expect when I ordered it true to size. My consultant was so warm and welcoming - she let me have me voice in the process and almost gave me a little pep talk when I was figuring out what dress to choose. She was integral to the process. I can't speak highly enough about my experience. I CANNOT wait until my dress comes in. Support this business and the amazing staff running it, specifically, Brittney (wonderful lady who just makes ya feel great!!)!

When I went dress shopping last year it was my first time ever trying on bridal gowns. I told Carly the designer and look I was going for. By my 3rd dress I found the one. Loved my experience!

The Dress was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It was the 3rd bridal salon I visited and by far the best. Brittney understood exactly what I was looking for. She was well versed in the options for customization for the different gowns I tried on. In the end, she picked the perfect gown for me to try on that I feel in love with. The Dress also had excellent options for accessories and I was able to find a veil and hair piece during an accessories trunk show. Overall, a more personalized and fun experience than anywhere else I looked. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for their dream gown in NE Ohio!

I went to this appointment thinking I wasn’t going to get a dress from here! This is our second wedding and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a dress. Brittney was an amazing consultant! I had the best experience at The Dress Bridal Boutique. Earlier in the day I had gone to a different dress store and thought I had found the one, but I kept my appointment at The Dress to keep my options open. Brittney was my stylist/consultant for my appointment and she pulled dresses that were exactly as I envisioned. She was patient when I was going back and forth between the dress I had found earlier in the day and told me that she wanted me to love my dress whether I found it at their boutique or another place. I had such a wonderful experience with The Dress. From the time I scheduled my day to find my dream dress to the day of finding it I had such great service who made me feel comfortable and heard. Brittney was my consultant and she was amazing. She made me feel comfortable, and gave her opinion about my reactions to the dresses and pulled some real gems I would have never picked. I cannot say enough great things about TDBB! It was the first and only place I needed to find my wedding dress. The location is ideal, the space is inviting, and the staff is fabulous! From the moment I walked in with my mom and bridesmaids, we felt welcomed and valued. And Brittney is INCREDIBLE - she's talented, knowledgeable, and friendly, and she found me the perfect dress - in a style I'd never considered before. Brittney at The Dress made my wedding dress shopping experience truly magical. She understood my vision and picked perfect dresses for me to try on. My final choice was one she had a gut feeling about at the last minute! I felt so special and cared about for the entire appointment, and I would highly recommend The Dress for anyone shopping for bridal gowns!

The Dress is a pretty well-known bridal boutique in the Cleveland area, and the fitting process was very professional, uplifting, and positive. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was an out-of-town bride, and from my experience, they didn’t seem super knowledgeable with the intricacies that come with living outside of Cleveland while planning a wedding. Because I live in Boston, I planned to order my dress & get it shipped there to make alterations easier. However, after I ordered my dress and they told me the timeline “would be fine”, I found out that the ship date *to Boston* was 3 weeks before my wedding. This is not enough time for alterations anywhere, but especially in Boston where most of the seamstresses either cannot work under a 12 week timeline or upcharge you 50% of the fee to rush the alterations. The Dress did work with me to push the ship date a couple weeks earlier, but it was still a really tight timeline, and my alterations were not how I wanted them to be because we didn’t have enough time. I wish someone had worked with me to figure out the timeline, rather than just try to sell me the dress.

I can’t recommend this place enough! Britt was absolutely wonderful to work with and made the process so easy. She put me at ease, made me feel confident, and helped me to narrow down my choices until I found the one! I absolutely love my dress! I would recommend The Dress Medina to anyone and everyone!

I had such an incredible experience here!! The shop is super cute, there is a huge selection of different styles and sizes of dresses and everyone on staff is so kind and welcoming! Brittney helped me try on the most beautiful dresses and I ended up choosing one that I saw on a mannequin when we walked in the store and she pulled for me. She was super knowledgeable about the designers we tried on, gave great suggestions and recommendations, read my reactions and body language well and was great with giving me a little private time to choose between the dress I loved (and chose) and a dress I loved at another shop. She also showed me a variety of gorgeous belts to add to my dress (which I asked for) and veils to try on without making me feel like I had to purchase that day. As a plus sized bride, I was scared to go shopping and was nervous about what would be available to me at shops in the area, but Brittney and the entire The Dress staff helped me feel super comfortable and made me feel incredible in the dresses that I tried on! I cannot recommend shopping here enough, I absolutely loved my experience and cannot wait to be back to pick up my dress!!

I had an awesome experience with Brittany The Dress. She listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to help me get the best vision of what my dress would look like when it comes in. I wanted a style with sleeves and she helped me find THE one! It was a fun and exciting time!

I loved my experience at The Dress. It was my 2nd dress experience & I went in having a “favorite” in mind. However because it was not my original wedding dress vision, I thought I wanted long sleeve, Marina was patient and brought me every long sleeve dress I think they had! She was patient with me and not pushy whatsoever. Finally she brought me the dress I had been thinking about (not a long sleeve LOL) and I knew it was the one. I also got the most GORGEOUS veil and belt to fully accessorize. Additionally, I ordered my Bridesmaid dresses through them, which they no longer offer. Due to COVID and international shipping delays there was a chance my bridesmaid dresses might be delayed and cutting it close to the wedding. Brittany, Sara, & everybody I spoke to during the process was very transparent and helpful on giving me the most up to date status of our order. They were constantly doing anything they could to get my order delivered faster and make sure I was taken care of and in the know. The dresses arrived in plenty of time and they were gorgeous! The best girls who just want to make you beautiful for your big day!

I went to 5 different wedding dress shops in my search for the perfect wedding dress, and The Dress was HANDS DOWN the BEST! The Dress happened to be my very first stop, and Brittney was AMAZING - I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was. I showed her some pictures of my 'vision' and gave her some information on what I was looking for, and the very first dress she had me try on was the one I ultimately went with (4 dress shops later). While the dress was completely different from what I had in mind going into dress shopping, Brittney still managed to make my wedding dreams come true! And although I found the dress at another shop, I came back to The Dress to get the dress because their customer service was unmatched compared to others. I loved that Brittney took the time to learn about my vision and what I was looking for and matched me with dresses that she thought I would love, whereas other shops had me pick out dresses myself (which was honestly overwhelming and stressful). When I came back to make my final decision, Brittney helped me handpick a veil and belt that completed my dress and I honestly could not be happier!! She was so supportive and never came across as pushy at all - I can't say enough wonderful things about Brittney and the rest of the team at The Dress! I can't wait for my dress to come in and to continue to work with them!!

Went to a few other bridal shops before making an appointment at The Dress. My experience here was exactly what I wanted! Was not shown a rack full of dresses, instead was asked for my preferences and then shown dresses that were what I was looking for. Emily, made the process fun and easy! Their list of recommended alterations specialists were amazing too!

My experience here from last year until my wedding day was just amazing. The girls will make you feel so beautiful trying on dresses, they provide free steaming if you buy your dress from them, they write your name on a special wall during your wedding month, and they have an AMAZING selection of gowns.

I recently got married 10/16 & found my dress at The Dress in November of 2020. The Dress employees were all a dream to work with. Everyone was so sweet, kind, and very real. They were able to find me the most perfect dress for me! I needed to order some extra appliques for my dress and they handled it all for me, all I had to do was pay & pick up! Their shop is beautiful and just a fun place to be at!

I truly had the best experience purchasing my dress this weekend. The staff was amazing and so accommodating. I worked with Lauren and I couldn’t have been more impressed and happy. I had let her know about a negative experience I had with another bridal salon shaming me for my body type and she truly went above and beyond to be so kind and made me feel incredibly confident and beautiful in my dress. Bought my dress here in November 2019 and wore it last year for a small ceremony and this year for a big reception. I was looking for something specific that I was getting close to at other shops but nothing was quite right. I found a dress online that I loved and found that it was at this shop. I came in wanting to try on this one obviously, but my consultant pulled others that were beautiful as well. My consultant was so kind and sweet. Everyone at my wedding(s) commented on how unique the dress was. Love it still!
