Our wedding day was made even more beautiful thanks to the work of The Flower Alley. Every single floral arrangement they created for us took our breath away - from the wedding party bouquets to the ceremony and reception florals, everything was absolutely perfect and exceeded all of our expectations. Leading up to our wedding day, the company was very professional, organized, and great to work with, and we truly appreciate all of their helpful suggestions to maximize our budget and make our vision a reality. We cannot thank The Flower Alley enough for their role in our dream wedding, and we highly recommend them to any couples looking for a talented florist for their special day!

We used The Flower Alley for our wedding and could not believe how stunning the flowers were! Kaila and The Flower Alley delivered the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. We received so many compliments on our wedding flowers! They were truly one of a kind. We worked closely with Kaila to help bring our vision to life. We wanted a unique backdrop behind our head table. I had an idea but I had never seen anything like it before. We talked to Kaila about what we wanted it to look like and a few sketches later we had a plan. The final product was beyond incredible and 1000x better than what I had even imagined! We absolutely loved working with The Flower Alley. They will make your dream a reality! I'll be dreaming about these flowers forever!

I recently got married at Cafe Cortina and used the flower alley as my florist. They truly made this venue come to life!! I was hesitant to get a florist on my wedding day due to the fact it can get pricey quickly but it was so worth every penny!! So many of my wedding guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to and that the decor/ flowers were stunning. They were also one of my favorite vendors that we had on our wedding day. Kaila is so passionate and creative and knew exactly what my vision was and made it come to life!

While I didn’t work directly with them very much, my mother in law did, they did a great job. Kaila & her team really provided some breathtaking pieces!! Everyone talked about how gorgeous the flowers were. I absolutely loved my bouquet it was the exact shape & style I wanted, & they added their own artistic style to it to make it even better. While they were expensive, flowers in general are just super expensive so I can’t complain. Kaila even added some extra touches to the tent!! They also drove far outside their normal delivery zone to make our wedding happen, which was extremely appreciated!

Due to the cold weather that was forecasted for my actual wedding day, Kaila coordinated with me and the event planner to bring the flowers the day before so they wouldn't freeze. 5 stars really doesn’t cut it. I worked with The Flower Alley for my wedding in October, and I truly cannot explain how beautiful and well done our florals were. They literally brought our venue to life as florals were some of the only decorations we brought in since it was such a unique space. Kaila was attentive to our requests for specific colors and ideas, but also one of the most enthusiastic and passionate people in the wedding business I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She found so many special autumn blooms that were a nice surprise and an honor to hold in my bouquet. She put so much thought and effort into our wedding; from matching our moms corsages to their dresses, to setting up one of the most gorgeous flower arches I’ve ever seen, and hand making our arrangements for our wedding signage ON SITE. Her team, her store, everything about The Flower Alley is truly a balance of professionalism and passion. You won’t regret working with them!

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! This florist is beyond amazing and Kaila exceeded my expectations with my flowers. I had a last minute change of plans with my bouquets and Kaila came to the rescue and listened to what I wanted and thoroughly explained the process and what she was able to do. I was incredibly impressed with my bouquets, they far exceeded my vision and Kaila brought every detail I wanted to life. My only regret is not going to them from the start for all of my floral needs. If you choose a consult with Kaila, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed!

I was SO excited to have this vendor do our flowers. My husband and I had a fall wedding so we wanted nice warm neutrals like champagnes, deep greens, deep burgundy, with burnt orange being our main color. We sat down with the vendor and the proposal was STUNNING! I saved for over a year just for the florals because it was the most expensive part of the wedding, but when I saw the proposal, I thought it was all going to be worth it. Then the day of, mine and my maid of honors bouquet were delivered. I. Was. Shocked. The main color of all the florals, including all the centerpieces was a bright purple. The florals were filled with purple, bright red, yellow, pinks and other summery flowers. My husbands boutonniere was one huge bright purple flower. My father-in-law, who sat in on the final consultation for the flowers, actually asked me if we had changed our color scheme since the meeting. I was heartbroken. Especially because we spent over 4 thousand dollars on these followers, only for them not to match anything else in our venue. I did reach out to the vendor a few days after the wedding to ask what happened, and never heard back. If you use this vendor, I would suggest to be very very clear on your vision and definitely tell her any colors you do not want in your wedding. She was very sweet, professional, and enthusiastic. I just truly do not know what happened.

Kaila is an absolute artistic genius. She is extremely organized from her original meeting and quote with visual concepts to the actual day of the event. The Flower Alley team took care to create such unique and exquisite centerpieces and designs. Kaila also recently started an event planning company, although we did not use this service, had we not postponed 3 years through the pandemic it would absolutely be worth your money and time to book this service with her. She is so organized and detail oriented. She helped guide us through to process as our florist so I cannot imagine what amazing things she is capable of as a wedding planner. We were also so thankful and grateful to shop local and support a family owned business. Thank you Kaila & The Flower Alley for everything!

The Flower Alley did the floral arrangements for our wedding and we cannot believe how amazing they turned out! Everything was absolutely stunning, and I would not have changed one thing. Not only did Kaila come up with the most thorough proposal with detailed pics, but she was also incredibly kind, and very responsive to questions and emails. So easy to work with! Her arrangements are truly breath taking and helped make our wedding one to remember. First, I have to say a HUGE thank you to Kaila and The Flower Alley for making my sister’s wedding beautiful. Not only was the bride’s bouquet beautiful, so were the bridesmaids’. We had an outdoor ceremony and the flowers were the perfect touch outside in the gazebo along with the flowers tied to the chairs along the aisle. All the flowers pulled double duty as they were moved to the reception as well. It was 90 degrees that day and the flowers still looked perfect after being brought in. Kaila for sure went above and beyond for us when we failed as good customers. We may have been the worst customers when it came to communication and organization. During the final meeting a week before the wedding, we went over last minute details. We didn’t have an exact number of guests yet and told her we would call if it changed. Well, we forgot to call and the day of the wedding Kaila saw that we had 7 extra tables (12 tables, when we originally said 5). She came to our hotel room to ask what happened. We felt so awful and asked if there was any way she could throw something together for the rest of the centerpieces. We would have taken anything at that point. She was so professional and said with a smile that she will make it happen. She was able to make 7 more of the same centerpieces as the other tables! I don’t know how she does it. She is AMAZING and not once did she make us feel like we were the worst. Again, thank you Flower Alley for making us feel so special.

Kaila is the BEST! We hired her as our month of coordinator as well as our florist and she made sure every detail was taken care of. She brings the best energy to your wedding day and makes sure everything goes smoothly without you having to think of anything! Kaila at The Flower Alley is THE best. When I first reached out, she provided me with a detailed quote right away. Then I decided to make a lot of changes, and she updated the quote and sent that back right away. She took my deposit over the phone, which made it super easy. She also reached out to me accordingly along the way, was very helpful during my final consultation a month before my wedding, and set up an exact delivery time. She arrived right on time delivering the flowers, showed my bridesmaids and I the best way to hold our bouquets for photos, and even set everything up so it was ready for the photographer to take getting ready shots (jewelry, accessories, etc.). Kaila went above and beyond and had a wonderfully positive attitude. I highly recommend using The Flower Alley for your wedding or general florist needs. They're the best!

Kaila and her team at the flower alley made my wedding vision come to life, it was truly a dream come true. The flower alley listens to what you want, and makes sure every last detail comes to life. Kaila has a connection for everything! When I had a hard time thinking of a vendor she always had one, a reliable one I will add. She helped me with all of our linens, helped me find a vendor for my seating chart board, helped me find a vendor for my wedding favors, and lastly helped me find someone to preserve my beautiful wedding bouquet. We received many compliments of how beautiful our wedding center pieces were, so much that people went and ordered from the flower alley for the holiday season! They are a family run business and you certainly feel that when working with them.

Kaila and her family were truly a joy to work with. They are genuinely in love with their craft, and it truly shows through in their work. Even when we had to delay our wedding due to COVID, Kaila was so helpful and accommodating. When she delivered the bouquets to my house on the day of the wedding, all of my bridesmaids couldn’t get over how gorgeous the arrangements were and how incredibly passionate Kaila was as she went through all the pieces. I received so many compliments on the floral arrangements at the reception and everyone was so impressed with the fruits included on our head table! Kaila nailed the fall moody vibes we were looking to, and I cannot recommend her and her family enough!

These flowers were stunning. It was a Covid delayed celebration over 3 days. The guests were bowled over by the beauty and vibrancy of the flowers. We had a variety of potted and cut flowers which were all scooped up by our guests with glee. Kaila and her crew came on Saturday night to retrieve the flowers and return them for a Sunday morning breakfast to be taken by our guests. Couldnt have asked for a better florist.

I ordered my flowers from The Flower Alley in Novi. Kayla and her staff did a phenomenal job in creating the most beautiful floral centerpieces I have ever seen. While I never stepped one foot into her shop, we never met in person and all details were handled over the phone in only three phone calls, she managed to capture every detail I explained I wanted. The Flower Alley did my flowers at my wedding last May and did a fabulous job! Kaila and Lee Ann were so amazing and easy to work with. I know 0.0 about flowers so I had my Maid of Honor go with me to help explain what I envisioned and they nailed it! How do you thank someone that made your wedding day the most special day of your life. Working with Kaila and her team to create a flower-filled design inside a Hotel banquet room was such a tall order I had envisioned for my wedding day, and it over exceeded my expectations. Having Kaila be our Day of Coordinator was the best decision we could of made, she was already so involved with the wedding design, the flow of events, and the friend I needed for such a busy time in the wedding planning process. We booked The Flower Alley after our initial consultation with Kaila. Not only were we thrilled by her capturing our vision based on the survey we filled out, but her as a bubbly individual who made the experience and planning process incredibly exciting! We booked The Flower Alley as the florist and Kaila as our day-of-coordinator. The Flower Alley team was a gem to work with, not only did they do a fantastic job working with our budget and the vision we had in mind, but they made our wedding day absolutely Incredible! From the planning process, to Kaila bringing myself and my bridesmaids coffee morning-of when she dropped off the flowers – she was with us every step of the way! The bouquets and boutonnieres were absolutely PERFECT! The saying goes, “stop and smell the roses,” and I made a point to do so throughout the day as the flowers were INCREDIBLE! I was blown away walking into our reception hall, I never imagined Kaila being able to transform the space into the dream I envisioned, but she far exceeded anything I could have imagined! Kaila made sure every little detail was taken care of day of, from contacting vendors, to making sure we had a day of schedule, and even running out to grab us a guest book last minute as we forgot to provide one. Each and every person who met her said she was an absolute gem, and when learning that she was not only our florist but our day of coordinator they said she was absolutely worth every penny (and we couldn’t agree more)! Whether you know exactly what flowers you want, or just have an idea but need some inspiration like we did, Kaila and Lee Ann will help turn your dreams into reality. Our bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral decor were more beautiful than we could have imagined! Kaila and Lee Ann made the planning process easy and fun. They are so creative and everything they design is special and unique to each individual couple/wedding! Just a few months before our wedding, we also decided to work with Kaila as our day-of-coordinator. It was one of the best decisions we made in preparing for our big day! She is so organized, creative, and reliable. Prior to the wedding, she helped us finalize our day-of timeline, gave us access to an online site for creating our seating chart (WAY easier than doing it on paper), and helped us with some creative ideas for reception décor at our venue. On the day of our wedding, we did not worry or stress about a single thing because we knew she had everything under control – from perfectly arranging our reception decor, to making sure we were always where we needed to be on time. She also worked so well with our other vendors to make the whole day run smoothly! Both Kaila and Lee Ann are amazing women and were a joy to work with!

After reading all the wonderful reviews, I thought there's no way I'd be sorry working with these guys. Man was I wrong. The initial meeting with Kaila went smoothly... she seemed to understand what I wanted, and was willing to work with me to ensure everything would run smoothly. Great, I thought. She said she would get back with me at the end of the week with a plan and an estimate. awesome. so far so good. But that is where the good experience ended. I didn't hear from her for almost a MONTH! She did apologize and said she was very busy, which I totally understand, but I emailed her MULTIPLE times during this time, and then the hotel even had to reach out to her. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I respond. with just a little bit over a month until my wedding, I didn't want to go shop for a new florist. I told her because I didn't hear from her for so long, I went ahead and made the boutonniere for my soon to be husband out of wooden flowers... AGAIN didn't hear from her for WEEKS! AGAIN had to contact the hotel and they had to track her down. She then proceeded to tell me that because I made my own boutonniere that she would no longer be able to do my wedding. She already filled the date. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! With less than a month until the wedding?!?! It wasn't a conversation like, "oh... well, you know, we prefer to do all the florals or none." WHICH I WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE WITH! How do you fill a date when you send me an estimate and then have ZERO communication?! According to the hotel, others were having a similar issue with this business. Save yourself the NIGHTMARE that this woman caused me. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. Completely unprofessional!

I can't say enough great things about The Flower Alley and Kaila. From our first meeting I could tell how passionate Kaila was about helping brides make their special day amazing, and I was so excited to work with her! We used The Flower Alley for our beautiful floral arrangements and center pieces at our reception. Our bouquets were beyond amazing and more than I could have ever expected. To say we were amazed and speechless when we walked in to our reception venue is an understatement. The Gem Theatre is already a beautiful venue with it's old charm and we didn't know how much more spectacular it could get until Kaila worked her magic - the centerpieces were gorgeous and really accentuated the beauty of the venue. We are so appreciative of all of the time and work that Kaila put in to making our wedding so special!

I used the Flower Alley as my florist and Kaila as my wedding planner and I truly cannot emphasize how much both elements meant to me on my wedding day. My flowers were gorgeous and lush and Kaila really listened to my vision and helped implement all my ideas. She took care of everything on the wedding day and was so helpful and easy to work with. Not sure where to start! The Flower Alley was more than amazing. They helped make our wedding day beautiful and worked so hard to make it exactly as we wanted. Kaila, was by far, our favorite person to work along side with all things wedding. She gave us not only advice for flowers but with other details as well. She was always so kind and was a great person to calm you when you were feeling a bit stressed. She even added a couple very last minute details for us without any questions. Kaila and The Flower Alley COMPLETELY knocked it out of the park. Every detail was personalized, and Kaila and her mom made me feel like family every time I walked into the door. She customized colors, pricing, and when the day of my wedding came, The Flower Alley DELIVERED. I would recommend this florist to every bride. I grew up in Novi and Flower Alley was always there for high school dances, with the most beautiful flowers that lasted all night. Her amazing attention to detail, passion for floral design and all of the thoughtfulness that went into making our vision come to life was above and beyond. Plus she nailed it! We were in constant contact throughout the entire process and every time we asked for an adjustment or had a new idea, The Flower Alley made sure it happened. We also loved the sneak peaks Kaila would post on Instagram - made the planning process and day of so much fun. We can’t thank The Flower Alley enough for helping make our day perfect! From the very first consultation, I knew that Kaila and team would be a great choice for my wedding. Kaila put me at ease from the start, making sure my input was heard and suggesting ideas when I didn’t have much input to give. As an out of town bride, it can be difficult to feel like you’re getting personalized service but I had no issues at all with Kaila — instead, she felt like a new friend. When my husband and I walked back into our reception after our first look, we were absolutely blown away. The tables were set up but our guests hadn’t yet arrived, and we just had to stop to take it all in because the centerpieces were gorgeous and what we had been dreaming of. Thank you so much, Kaila!

Kaila walks you through each item included in your floral package to make sure you are happy with it and it matches what you are envisioning for your big day. Where do I start?! From the first meeting between Kaila and I, I knew the wedding decor was going to be beautiful. I had the best biggest bouquet ever! I was seriously in love with it!!! The whole decor from my table settings, to my lux sweetheart table, to everyone in the bridal party from grooms to bridesmaids it was worth every penny spent! I couldn’t have been happier! 5 stars does not even begin to say how amazing the Flower Alley is!! Kaila went above and beyond for my wedding. From our initial meeting to staying in contact to the day of. Absolutely perfect. Kaila looked at my vision on my Pinterest page before our first meeting. She created a portfolio with images and descriptions for each floral piece I needed. We booked her that day!! Kaila and her team were truly amazing in planning our special day. She went above and beyond to make our wedding vision a reality. Kaila also is a great communicator, working with us to plan our wedding all the way from San Francisco. She sent detailed pictures and descriptions of all of our floral arrangements during the planning stages, which was a huge help in getting an overall sense of the layout and design of the flowers. We had so many guests complimenting all the arrangements. Kaila and her team are incredibly nice and I enjoyed working with them through the entire wedding process. We highly recommend their services.

A 5 star rating is not even sufficient enough for the amazing work that The Flower Alley provides. Working with Kaila and the rest of her team was fun, simple, and exciting. Kaila works really hard at getting to know every single bride on a personal level so she can truly make your individual dreams come to life. I remember shopping around for a florist, I went to 9 meetings and walked out not feeling confident that any could really make my fairytale wedding dreams come true. Within the first 10 minutes of meeting with Kaila I knew she understood my vision. I am a very A type person and love to keep everything organized and under control. I gave Kaila and her team 110% of my complete trust and and I honestly never once worried about how my flowers turned out because I had that much faith in her! The Flower Alley did NOT disappoint. She made the wedding of my DREAMS come true. It was like walking into my very own cinderella story when I saw my reception venue for the first time. I was awe struck by the elegance and timelessness of the venue, dripping in crystals and sparkling in candlelight she CREATED TREES yes she literally brought the outside into my ballroom for me to create my enchanted forest feel! It was drop dead gorgeous and all of my guest loved dancing under the trees and eyeing the beautiful centerpieces all evening. I swear Kaila is the kindest person I have ever met, and she puts her whole heart and soul into making your personal wedding dreams come true along with working inside whatever budget is comfortable with you. She was a joy to work with and I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend The Flower Alley . Not only is their work just dreamy, but they are so kind and thoughtful! If you work with them it is one less worry on your wedding day or any other event you may plan with them because they have your back and will make sure everything is perfect! Truly a company that goes above and beyond! I could continue to write more wonderful things about them because yes, they were simply that amazing! I am forever grateful for the beauty and elegance that they contributed to the best day of my life!

All I can say is that they nailed it! Our flowers were 100% what we wanted and asked for. From our initial meeting up until the big day, they were nothing but professional and amazing to work with. I can't even begin to explain how beautiful everything turned out. We wanted a more natural vibe with tons of greens and they went above and beyond what I could have ever came up with in my head. I showed them a few pictures of what I was going for and they ran with my ideas. They created three different centerpieces for us, the bouquets were through-the-roof incredible and lush, the hall was full of candles, our main pieces on the altar were huge and we used them again next to the head table at the hall... I just can't thank them enough! You won't have to worry about any of the decor if you go with them. It will for sure be perfect!

Amazing! I'm still obsessing over the beautiful florals from the Flower Alley. The entire experience was great. In my initial meeting with Kaila I described the color palette I was looking for, the overall vibe of the wedding, and my personal style. Kaila took it from there and came up with something far beyond what I could have hoped for (and still within my budget). I was comfortable from the beginning that she understood what I wanted and that I could count on them to make my wedding a beautiful event. In my particular case, I wanted bright florals for an intimate outdoor wedding. Whether you want big, bold and opulent or something more subdued, the Flower Alley can take care of you!!

The Flower Alley was absolutely effortless to work with! They designed incredibly beautiful floral arrangements for my wedding. I let them take the reins on the design process and be creative and it paid off! My wedding was last September, and I am still daydreaming about the incredibly gorgeous flowers from the Flower Alley. I was nervous before my consultation, because I had a vision of what I wanted but I wasn't quite sure how to communicate it. As soon as I walked into their adorable shop and met Lee Ann, my worries disappeared. Lee Ann and Kaila were so friendly and wonderful to work with, and they are absolute geniuses! They were able to take a few of my inspiration photos and ask all the right questions to come up with something that was beautiful, unique, and matched my taste/vision perfectly, while still remaining within my budget. My flowers were a work of art and I got so many compliments, to the point where family members still mention them months later. I happened to walk through the venue while Kaila was finishing the final touches, and I almost cried because I was so thrilled with how everything turned out! I cannot thank the Flower Alley enough for their wonderful hard work, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

The Flower Alley is absolutely amazing! I was pleased the moment I walked in with my mom and now husband- we immediately felt comfortable with them. Before the ceremony, I wasn't worried too much about the decorations but I was blown away with everything they did! You can tell this is truly their passion and they care about each and every detail. We had a memory table with our deceased grandparents and Kaila made the table beautiful with arranging the photos, supplying candles, and the flowers. I love the in person delivery of the bouquets and the moment my bridesmaids and I had when we received them. My mom and aunt cut their wedding dresses along with a part of my grandmas and had them wrapped around my bouquet which they were more than happy to do for me. I had not a single worry or concern while working with them and they made it super easy on our end. I will now forever use them to send bouquets to family and friends and any other events in the future! Thank you Flower Alley!

Before I even met Kaila at the consultation, she had me send over the link to my Pinterest board for my wedding so she could see my vision. They were so friendly, very professional, and were always there to answer any questions I had. Oh my goodness- our experience with the Flower Alley was amazing! From the first visit, where I was given sparkling wine and cheese (two of my favorite things), I knew I had found our florist. Kaila and LeAnn were so sweet and knowledgeable. They listened to what we wanted and gave suggestions to stay within our budget instead of saying it wasn't possible. We all know weddings are expensive and it was so nice to have a vendor that acknowledged that and found ways to make it work without skimping on quality. Even though they're an incredibly busy business I never felt like I wasn't given their full attention. On the day of the wedding I was blown away with how everything turned out. The bouquets, especially mine, were absolutely beautiful and everything I wanted. When I walked into the reception that night I couldn't believe how beautiful everything looked. We had a large head table (16) and it was beyond amazing. We had wanted candles, greenery and pops of flowers which looked so beautiful and they made sure the area in front of my husband and I was extra special. At one point I pulled my mom away so we could admire the head table together. We received compliments all night about how beautiful the room looked. I would not hesitate to recommend the Flower Alley as your florist! They will make your wedding look even more amazing than you can imagine!

My coworker had recommend that I check out The Flower Alley for my wedding and man I’m glad I did!! LeeAnn and Kaila are two of nicest ladies you’ll ever meet. When I sat down with them for my first meeting, I only had a couple Pinterest pictures with me and a brief idea of what I was hoping for... and they took that and created an entire plan within minutes. They were showing me pictures and telling me about flowers I had never heard of! It was really impressive. Even when I had to ask for adjustments to help make it a little easier on my budget - they made adjustments instantly and had a Plan B, C & D within moments. I felt at ease that I was in good hands and that they would be the ones to make our wedding beautiful! On my wedding day, my jaw dropped when I saw my bouquet! It was simply perfect. The bridesmaid bouquets were lovely. Everything down to the smallest detail had been taken care of. I snuck into the reception room before everything was finished, because I couldn’t stand waiting any longer and Kaila was there personally setting everything up! I got a glimpse of what was happening - but when it came time to sit down for dinner and actually look at what the room was like... I was blown away! It was gorgeous! Every last detail was pure perfection. I would tell everyone that is looking for wedding flowers to make an appointment right now. Don’t hesitate. This is one shop that will do the job right!
