Synonyms for The Gem Gallery's business protocol: Crooked, Untrustworthy, Shady, Larceny, Unethical, Socially Inept, and lacking of all common courtesy. My own experience was awful, and I've heard many, many stories of stones being "lost", settings being loose, rings falling apart within years, the customer service being atrocious, and the owner being a terrible human all around. Go anywhere else in the valley!

I have gotten wonderful customer service and exceptional product from this jewelry studio. The goldsmith who worked on my ring did an excellent job and helped me with caring for it through the years. Love it and The Gem Gallery!

I stopped in to look at engagement rings and it took 15 minutes for anyone to even ask if I needed help. I would understand being ignored if it was busy but there was only one other customer in the store and three workers on the floor. Two of the workers just stood in the corner talking to each other while the other red headed lady worked. The two that were talking never even bothered to look my way or simply say hi. Finally when the red headed lady was done helping the only other client she came over to ask if I need help. Looks like I will take my money someplace else.

We went to the Gem Gallery to choose our wedding bands. The groom purchased my engagement ring through their store, so we received a discount on our bands. The staff was extremely helpful in suggesting bands that fit our budget and complemented my engagement ring. I ended up choosing by ring from what they had in stock. They were able to size it on site within a few weeks. The sizing was perfect and maintained the design of the ring perfectly. The groom's ring we had to order. We showed parts of various rings they had on hand to show what he wanted. They helped us to place the order, and it came back exactly as we wanted. It is evident that every member of the staff is knowledgeable. They were extremely helpful and friendly each time we came in with a question. I also ordered custom pieces for bridesmaid's gifts. These were crafted exactly how I asked and turned out absolutely beautiful. We could not be happier!
