The Georgetown Stables

The Georgetown Stables in the unique community of Georgetown Seattle, WA, is a rustic venue for couples who dream of a distinctly Seattle wedding. With distressed brick interiors, and exposed timber ceilings, it has history in its very bones. You and your partner are now invited to partake in its legacy as a truly memorable destination for "I dos." The Georgetown Stables has plenty to offer for parties and gatherings of all sizes. The main ballroom, an industrial, warehouse-inspired banquet area, boasts an elevated stage with sound, lighting, and ample space for ceremony seating. Right next to it is a speakeasy service bar where your bartenders can prepare and serve your celebratory drinks. There is also an antique-style lounge area with lush, upholstered furniture and cozy, double-sided hearths—perfect for photos or relaxing after the vows. Once it's time to wine and dine, you and your loved ones can return to the ballroom for your reception. Tables and chairs will all be provided, along with a sound setup for your entertainment. Moving all the furniture at the end of the night reveals a polished concrete floor in beautiful burnt red, ideal for your dance moves. Facilities and Capacity Couples may host 80 seated and 200 standing guests at the Stables for their ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, and elopements. The venue maintains its original brick walls and exposed ceiling beams from when it was first constructed in the early 1900s. There are three event spaces couples may hold their wedding festivities in, including the main room, the lounge, and the outdoor courtyard. A wooden stage is perfect for bands, DJs, etc., and their charming courtyard is a great outdoor setting. The 2,500 square foot main room opens up to the 2,500 square foot courtyard to create a wide open space where couples and guests can let loose in private. Services Offered Staff at the Stables are determined to please customers to ensure they have a fantastic wedding day. They offer all-inclusive packages to make planning easier for couples and also allow outside vendors of the couples’ choice. The venue rental fees are inclusive of event items from the Stables, including audio equipment, chairs, a dance floor, furniture, and tables. __ We are proud to showcase the vibrant history of Seattle while providing a place for the community to join together and celebrate.
