The Harvard Club of Boston

The Harvard Club was the absolute best wedding venue! From the beautiful club space, to the top notch service, to the delicious food, and to most importantly working with Jennifer and her team - it couldn’t have been more perfect. We toured the space with Jennifer and knew right away that this was the venue we wanted and Jennifer was someone we wanted to work with. Leading up to the wedding, Jennifer and the club worked with us to create our vision for the wedding and was available to answer the many questions we had (which were often lots and Jennifer was always responsive and kind). On the day of the wedding, Jennifer and the club handled everything, including coordinating with all of our vendors – me and my mom / bridal party didn’t have to worry about a thing which made the wedding day so enjoyable. The wedding venue is breathtaking and each room is rich in history and beautiful. We got married in December so the club was decorated with their holiday decorations. The decorations were festive and gave the club a nice holiday classic feel that was not overdone in any way. The food was amazing and our guests can’t stop talking about it. The club has many food options and they are extremely accommodating to any type of food allergy. We can't thank Jennifer and the Harvard Club enough for making our wedding day so perfect.

We had a truly flawless experience working with Jennifer and the whole team at the Harvard Club for our October 2019 wedding. We first met with Jennifer about 16 months before the wedding to see the venue, and we knew we’d be making the right choice because of her professionalism and management expertise, something we had not seen when visiting other venues/venue managers. Jennifer exceeded our expectations every step of the way! She was responsive to our questions and flexible about our requests for certain elements of our wedding. She kept everything perfectly on schedule during the planning process and on the day-of. We really appreciated that Jennifer hid us away for a moment alone together after the ceremony to soak in the moment (and eat!) The venue itself is excellent, too. First, the food is UNBELIEVABLY delicious! Our guests were blown away by the meal, and my husband wishes we could go back just for the food! It really is high-end restaurant quality. The chef was also able to accommodate various dietary restrictions and allergies. The space is stunning—we knew we wanted to get married indoors but not at a traditional hotel, so this historic location was perfect for us. The photos you see online are nice but don’t come close to doing it justice. The space is magically transformed when you step in and see the high ceilings and beautiful décor. There actually are guest rooms upstairs, and our families found it super convenient to stay at the Harvard Club so we didn’t have to arrange transportation. We wouldn’t change a thing, and we 100% recommend this venue to other couples looking for an incredible experience!

WOW! Jennifer Sepulveda and her team is TERRIFIC! Everyone kept saying "this is the best wedding we've ever been to" and I agree, although i'm biased, I think the Harvard Club did an excellent job. They took care of us, guided us, and did it all with a smile. I cannot say enough about the Harvard Club as a wedding venue, I will cherish the memories of that day and have them to thank for a smooth and fun wedding that blew everyone away!

We just got married last weekend and I cannot say enough nice things about the food, the venue and the professionalism of Jennifer and the team. First - the food was AMAZING. Not "wedding food" but an amazing 'date night" meal for all our guests. Everyone said the food was perfect and all the food allergies etc that we told Jennifer about were handled perfectly for the handful of guests that needed special food. The Harvard Club is beautiful and historic - they photos don't do it justice. If you love classic and grand without being overwhelming - you will love it like we did. Our out-of-town guests loved the Back Bay location and made our wedding part of their summer vacations - so fun! Hotel staff was great. Thank you Jennifer and Patrick for a wonderful wedding weekend. It was perfect thanks to your professionalism and kindness.

We had our wedding reception at the Harvard Club in Back Bay and we truly cannot express how wonderful and amazing the entire experience was! Jennifer, the event coordinator, is absolutely fantastic! I recommend booking the Harvard Club just for her services alone. She is kind, understanding, patient and helped guide us through the entire planning process from start to finish. She is extremely timely and professional in her responses and truly listened to our vision for the wedding and helped execute it flawlessly and smoothly. We honestly cannot say enough good things about Jennifer, she truly is lovely. The rest of the staff at the Harvard Club is just as wonderful. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating in helping us make (and then move around) all of our room reservations. The venue is absolutely stunning and the food is amazing. Our guests are still raving about the food and tell us how good everything tasted and how much they enjoyed everything at the Harvard Club. We cannot recommend the Harvard Club more!

It got voted the best ballroom in Boston for a reason. The wedding was spectacular, and Jennifer Sepulveda was a dream to work with. I think brides have a misconception that they need to be Harvard grads to use the space - they don't, they just need to be willing to become members of the organization, which offers some great events year round. If you're looking for old-world feel in the heart of the city, don't pass this up.

Picking the Harvard Club truly made our wedding. I can't say enough good things about Jennifer Sepulveda, the event coordinator. She was extremely communicative through the entire planning process, which took a lot of stress off of me. She really went above and beyond, staying late the night before our morning wedding to make sure things were set up properly. She was also such a calming presence the day of the wedding, which I truly appreciated. The Harvard Club staff was truly lovely and made the day run seamlessly. And our guests raved about the food, which I was thrilled about! Finally, the venue is so beautiful that we had to do minimal decorating. I really feel that choosing the Harvard Club and Jennifer made the day what it was, and I'm so happy we did!

I can not say enough fabulous things about our wedding at the Harvard Club. First of all, the space is GORGEOUS and if you're looking for a classic, old-school feel, this is absolutely the place for you! Jennifer Sepulveda, the events coordinator, is such a sweet person and was so easy to work with. She was in constant contact with my mom during the planning stages (we were planning our wedding from afar, so my mom was doing the majority of the legwork) and had everything completely under control. She also gave us wonderful recommendations for vendors (lighting, cake, wedding planners, etc). On the day of the wedding, everything was set up PERFECTLY and Jennifer (and the rest of the staff) graciously checked in on my husband and I numerous times to make sure that we were happy. The food was INCREDIBLE- tons have guests have said that this was the best food they've ever had at a wedding, and we agree! The Harvard Club honestly was everything we could have asked for in a venue, and they are worth every penny.

Ceremony and reception rooms were beautiful - classic Boston wedding with dark wood paneled walls, tall three-story ceilings, and chandeliers. You don't get a "wedding planner" like most hotels in the area offer, but the events manager is very professional and, because they do so many weddings each year, she is familiar with vendors in the area if you are looking for advice. Staff was very professional. You also get a beautiful room for getting ready and a newlywed suite for the night. Unfortunately, they do not offer a block of room for guests.

I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer at the Harvard Club to create my dream wedding. Both my husband and I are Harvard alums and we knew we wanted to celebrate our marriage in this beautiful setting. The venue is beautiful, just the right size, has all the bells and whistles you need but isn't over the top. The staff is amazing (Jennifer in particular) and the food is great. We did our cocktail hour and reception on site for 165 guests.
