The Hotel Concord was established in the early 1900s, with its historic past reflected in the art-deco ballroom that is well-suited for formal gatherings. Both ceremonies and receptions can be held here. A bride or groom can begin their day in the dressing room, preparing for the celebrations while feeling pampered. After, the ceremony can take place, followed by the reception in one of the event spaces. The main ballroom, with its high ceilings and ornate architectural details, provides a splendid backdrop for "I dos." It also has hardwood flooring and a tile marble lobby to further enhance the ambience of your big day.
Multiple packages are available for couples to choose from when booking The Hotel Concord for their wedding. Each bundle includes a wedding director to run the timeline, ensuring that the occasion goes smoothly. Other services offered are catering, table linens, candlelit decor, and more. The cuisine can be served in different ways as well, such as a buffet or plated, depending on your vision. Then, after the dining and dancing have come to a close, an overnight stay in the bridal apartment may be arranged for you and your partner. In addition, the team offers a rehearsal dinner bundle that features decor and linens. With it, couples and their guests for that evening can enjoy a four-hour dinner party and beer-and-wine open bar.

My husband and I got married here in February and I cannot recommend it enough. Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful, but the service was impeccable. Lynn was a dream to work with and made the entire planning process easy and day of seamless. The entire team was professional, kind, and attentive. We chose the Tier 1 package and every single vendor that we chose was incredible. Wedding planning is hard, but the entire team at the Hotel Concord made it all worthwhile.
Aside from this venue being absolutely beautiful, Lynn and her team will make any couple feel so comfortable and confident throughout the entire planning process. I can’t recommend The Hotel Concord enough!
I truly cannot recommend the Hotel Concord enough! Not only was the space absolutely beautiful, but Lynn and her team did an exceptional job making sure that we had a stress-free planning experience. We had the most perfect wedding day thanks to them, and they took care of everything from the decor to the catering so that my (now) husband and I could focus on each other. The photo booth was also a huge hit with our guests!

Hotel Concord was outstanding! It was the most perfect venue space for me and my fiancé. We loved every detail about the physical venue itself. Not to mention Lynn Neal and her ENTIRE team are absolutely outstanding, they handled every detail for us leading up to our big day and made us feel so calm and comfortable leading up to everything. I love this venue and this team more than anything!
Lynn was absolutely amazing to work with! The Hotel Concord was the first venue we toured and as soon as we walked in, I knew it was where I wanted to get married. Lynn has paid attention to every detail when renovating the venue, and there was not one thing that was overlooked. The entire venue looks like it came straight out of a movie. It has a classic vibe and all of our guests raved about how remarkable the inside of the venue was. Beyond the venue itself, Lynn and her staff, made sure every detail was planned and ready to go. If there were any snags, I don't know about them, because they were so on top of everything that day. You truly do not need another wedding planner or day of coordinator, they have everything ready. Lynn is extremely upfront and clear about what to expect money-wise, and there was no hidden fees or unexpected costs, which we really appreciated. We were anticipating approximately 180 guests, so I was slightly nervous about seating and capacity, but she worked with us to arrange tables so that it was very spacious and nothing felt crammed. She was always very prompt to answer emails and made the wedding process stress free. I truly cannot reiterate how beautiful our wedding day was, and how thankful I am that we found Lynn and The Hotel Concord. I honestly wish we could get married again so we could do it all over!
The hotel concord was a DREAM to work with! They made my wedding visions and dreams come to life. Not only is the venue already stunning on its own but the entire process with them is incredible. We chose the all inclusive package and while I thought it was a great price for what it came with, I didn’t even realize the extent of it! We picked out ALL our decor through their decor company, which had many beautiful and different options to pick from. They also bought the supplies and handled our sparkler exit as well. This package also came with the DJ, cake and catering which were all amazing vendors as well. Their staff is there day of doing a complete run through of the day and helping you stay on schedule. The owner Lynn helped answer and accommodate all questions and requests we had. We couldn’t of picked a better place to start our marriage!! Wish we could do it all again 🥹
Where to even begin. The Hotel Concord made our wedding day the best day of our lives. Lynn, Sarah, Kelsey, and Lynn #2 made the day run so smoothly, and I cannot think of a single thing that could've been better. From decorations, to vendor contracts, suggestions, advice, coordination and planning they truly do it all. All night long our guests were coming up to us saying "this is such a beautiful venue" and they are so right. I'm so thankful we were able to have our NYE wedding with The Hotel Concord, and I would do it again and wouldn't change a thing. I want to be Lynn when I grow up!
I cannot say enough great things about this venue as well as Lynn and Sarah! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and there are so many different packages offered that it can fit anyone’s budget. We had everything included (DJ, caterer, decor, etc) just to make it easy on ourselves and honestly it was the best decision I made. I had the normal wedding nerves but because everything was already planned it was a low stress wedding! I highly recommend this venue to everyone in the Charlotte area!!
The Hotel Concord was perfect, we couldn't have wished for anything else! Lynn and her coordinators helped our day be absolutely seemless. Lynn made everything so easy. Communication was excellent, and her recommendations made our lives so much easier. She was wonderful with the decor and made our day exactly what we imagined it to be. I'd highly recommend The Hotel Concord to anyone.
The Hotel Concord is a beautiful venue. Lynn and her team took great care of my wife and I throughout the whole process. The planning process and execution was on point. The Selfie Booth was a huge hit with our guests. The Wedding Day was everything my wife and I dreamed of. Additionally, the ability to utilize the space for the Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner was a huge plus. My wife and I highly recommend The Hotel Concord.
We held our wedding reception at the Hotel Concord in May 2022 and it was absolutely perfect. Lynn and her team go above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of and that you don’t have to worry about anything. We met about a year out to discuss our vision/decor options, met again about 1.5 months out to review timeline and details, and everything else was taken care of for us. Communication with the venue is phenomenal. Our guests raved about how beautiful the space is and it was the perfect size to accommodate our 120 guests, DJ, Photo Booth, and more. I highly recommend The Hotel Concord and their team!
We just had our wedding here and all I can say is WOW. Everyone always tells you to be ready for something to go wrong on your wedding day but not here! Lynn and her staff made sure everything was absolutely perfect down to the very last detail! They are so experienced and professional and she made the entire wedding planning process super easy! I still can’t believe how smoothly our wedding went and am so happy I chose The Hotel Concord! If you’re reading this, then this is your sign to go with them!

Lynn and The Hotel Concord are all a girl could ask for for her dream wedding. I had all but given up when searching Charlotte for the perfect venue at a reasonable price point, but the second I stepped foot inside, I knew this was it! Despite everything that 2020 threw at us, we had our wedding on 10/17/2020 and it was perfect. Lynn goes above and beyond to make her brides' dreams come true and was great to work with throughout the whole process. The Hotel Concord is BEAUTIFUL - I am obsessed with the chandeliers and black and white floors and am just sad that I can't get married here over and over again 🤣. I'm so thankful for her and her venue and can't wait to have our postponed reception next year!!! ❤
Definitely 5 stars for this venue and most importantly Lynn. Lynn puts in so much effort and detail and care to this venue and it truly shows. I’ve gotten so many compliments on how beautiful our wedding was and so much of that is due to how stunning The Hotel Concord is as a venue.
The Hotel Concord is the most beautiful, elegant and timeless venue! Not to mention, Lynn, the owner and wedding coordinator is such a pleasure to work with! She is organized and very detail oriented. You will not have to worry about anything on your big day. She makes sure it goes perfectly! She is hands down THE BEST!
Lynn and her staff are amazing to work with. The whole wedding process can be a bit overwhelming but Lynn leads you each step of the way and makes you feel comfortable in knowing that everything is being taken care of. Lots of vendors do weddings every weekend so it's just another day for them and forget that brides have not gone through the experience yet. Lynn never made me feel like I needed to catch up and she explained everything. The venue itself is breathtaking especially being set up on the day of. Literally from the floors to the ceiling and everything in between, you will be in awe. Also, the decor that Lynn has to pick from is so elegant and beautiful. I was lucky enough to see the set up before the crowd arrived and it was more than I ever imagined. If I ever need to have a big event in Concord, I will contact Hotel Concord first!

Lynn and her staff provided us with a wonderful experience! The venue was a perfect size for our 90+ guests, and looked absolutely gorgeous during our November wedding. Lynn offers great accommodations for her clients and is always willing to help in every way possible. You won't regret booking The Hotel Concord for your wedding :-)
Lynn is amazing to work with! Everything gets done exactly how you want it. Her staff is on point and she is great at accommodating your hours and needs. Make sure to be clear on what you want, you don't have to go with Lynn's suggestions all the time. She is great at giving advice, but she will defer to you as long as you speak up. She can come off a bit terse with guests and some requests during the process but she isn't trying to be rude. She is just very focused on efficiency when working. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and we definitely recommend getting the package with the drapings as it really makes the venue special.
We are so happy that we chose the Hotel Concord as our reception venue. It was beautiful and we received so many compliments from guests. The space (upstairs and downstairs) is great for dancing, mingling, etc. Loved it!
Lynn is a dream to work with at the hotel. She hosted our wedding ceremony and reception with ease and class. She made the entire day a smooth sailing event without any issues whatsoever. We cannot praise her enough. Everything was perfect and just and planned/described. Lynn offers decor packages, which were beautiful and very reasonable priced. She coordinated all our vendors and musicians and directed the ceremony. It was truly at perfect day!
We absolutely loved working with Lynn at the Hotel Concord. We went with their decorations package, and the place was absolutely stunning. Everything went off without a hitch. I also found it to be very affordable. One of the reasons we picked this place is because you can bring in your own drinks, which helps a lot with cost. Other than that, we went with their decorations package and preferred caterer, and we really didn't have to do hardly any of the set up or clean up. It was absolutely perfect.
Lynn was awesome she took a lot of stress off me and helped me in a tremendous way.
