She is patient, personable, really listens to you, and goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is outstanding. I feel so confident in my dress and calm about all the little details leading up to my big day. Lily Rose is a must for all of your bridal needs and Kathryn, thank you so so much!

I had an amazing time finding my perfect dress at Lily Rose! Our consultant listened to every word of feedback I offered and included my amazing family in the process. I went back and forth between two beautiful dresses, but I finally decided on the gown that was made for me! The store celebrated with us as I said “yes” to the dress and even made sure I got a perfect picture with their sign before leaving 💕 I cannot recommend Lily Rose enough!

T.H.E. BEST. And I went to 6 salons and none of them even compare to how amazing my experience here. All the dresses I tried on were much nicer than other salons (my Maid of Honor LOVED how much details they had!) I did find THE dress that I fell in love with, but it was a little over budget...When I expressed my concern to the consultant(Megan) she talked to other consultants and to my surprise, they were kind enough to give me a discount which let me buy the dress without being concerned with the price! Also, for me to KNOW that this is the dress, she brought me two more dresses that were very similar to the one that I fell in love with but cheaper--they literally went above and beyond! I already got so much compliments from others that I showed the pictures of the dress to, and I literally cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day!

I was hesitant to go wedding-dress shopping during the pandemic, but The Lily Rose did a great job! I was the only appointment that day and all staff wore masks, making me feel really comfortable with my experience. Kathryn was so helpful in helping me try on dresses and using my input to find more dresses for me to try on. I especially appreciated her patience while I Facetimed my Mom and sisters to see favorite dresses. I highly recommend this shop for a great selection with reasonable prices!

We ordered Bridesmaid dresses from The Lily Rose Bridal and it was such a wonderful experience! They had the dress in a different color for me to try on for my girls and helped me with ordering it in each of their sizes in the color I wanted. They were so helpful and kept me informed of all the details and when the dresses arrived, when the girls picked them up, etc. They have a very large selection of Wedding Dresses and Bridesmaid Dresses and I was so glad we were able to get our bridesmaid dresses there! Absolutely beautiful with amazing customer service! Highly recommend them for all brides!

As a Cornelius resident, The Lily Rose was my first choice because I wanted to shop/support local. My consultant was Aryn and she was fantastic. We discussed my budget range and I showed her my wedding dress Pinterest board. While I started looking, she began pulling some dresses that matched what I was looking for as well. She was so helpful and patient throughout the whole process. It became clear as I started trying dresses on that I wouldn’t have to make any additional appointments elsewhere. The selections available in my desired style(s) and within my budget range were numerous. I’m such an indecisive person and ended up having my top choices narrowed to three dresses; I ended up going with one of the first ones that I initially tried on. Long and (kind of) drawn out review, but I would 10/10 recommend The Lily Rose!! Wonderful selection and amazing staff!

My mother, sisters, and mother in law set out to a morning bridal appointment near Lily Rose and had a rushed belittled experience. My sister called Lily Rose to see if there was a last minute appointment or cancellation. Bonnie was able to squeeze us in and never did I imagine to find my perfect dress on the fly! With both my mother and mother in law accompanying me I definitely felt the pressure to try on dresses of their liking. Bonnie was so attentive to their wants and to my needs. I was able to try on multiple dresses that met my criteria for the perfect dress and made me feel like the perfect bride! Bonnie helped tug and size the dresses to help me picture the ideal fit when trying on something a bit big or small. This was perfect in helping me say yes to my dress! I would recommend them whole heartily if you want a centered, personal, and intimate experience in searching for the perfect dress!

Lily Rose was the first stop in my dress search & it was my ONLY stop. Bonnie is absolutely amazing. After a few minutes she knew my budget & style and she nailed it! I appreciate all the effort to make it the best experience not only for me but my family as well! I went to a bridal store prior to visiting here and had such a bad experience there. It was rushed and overall not a good vibe but then when I came to The Lily Rose I was immediately calmed and felt at ease. Cathryn was so helpful and sweet. My family and I had the best experience at Lily Rose. They had a great selection of beautiful dresses. Bonnie was absolutely amazing, listened to my wants, made me feel comfortable, very knowledgeable about the dresses, etc.. She made my experience very personable and I felt like I princess. From the minute we walked in to when we left Lily Rose we felt apart of the Lily Rose family. It’s rewarding to support a small business as they have so much to offer. I called today to take a first look at some dresses not thinking i would purchase one this early. I showed a few pictures to the staff of what i had in mind but before i was finished, Bonnie had already pulled a number of dresses for me that were exactly what i wanted. They are mind readers!! The very first dress i tried on.. was the one (which i bought). We began to look at ideas for my mom, fell in love (bought her dress today too). Ask for Bonnie or Erin. Bonnie also gave me tips on what shades our groomsman should wear with color pallets and flowers that would complement my dress shade. I felt like i had a personal wedding planner/stylist with me today. The best part was when i was checking out and looked over at another bride-to-be trying on her first dress of the day and it also being "the one". I dreaded doing this but they made it so easy for me lol. I would give them 20 stars if i could.

I had a absolutely wonderful experience! Kathryn is so patient no matter what I asked she was so helpful, never felt rushed and she was full of ideas! This was the first place I shopped for dresses and after visiting other businesses I knew in my heart I just had to go back between their customer service and selection you will be pleasantly pleased!!!

This was listed as one of the less expensive options for wedding dresses but everything that was not jammed in one corner or the tiny closet was over $1,000 and many dresses were far more expensive. The room to try on dresses was not cool at all. My friend and I ended up sweating a lot. The service was not great. I had to look for my person several times. The only times she showed up was to knock on the door every minute while I was trying things on and didn’t need help. I would say if you are just going with one friend, you have a big budget, and you bring a fan with you it might be okay but if you are like me I would not bother.

The staff at Lily Rose was amazing. They made the process of finding a wedding dress so much fun and helped me to pick out the perfect dress. They were also great when it came to selecting a mother of the bride dress, making my mom feel more comfortable than she did anywhere else. What a great bridal salon!

Ok I’ll start by saying that I honestly have anxiety when it comes to shopping for anything, I don’t like to physically go to a store..I rather just read reviews and purchase online. So anyhow long story short, I just wanted to try on dresses to get a feel of what style dress looked good on my body type and then I planned to purchase a dress online from websites like still white. Anyhow, my Best Friend suggested we go to Lily Rose since she bought her dress from there and had an amazing experience with Bonnie her Wedding Consultant. I was a little hesitant but went along with the appointment. Long story short, I too had an AMAZING Experience!!!! Bonnie Sat me down and asked a few questions to get a feel of my style and then next thing you know I’m trying on dresses...all of my girl friends picked one dress out for me...I didn’t pick any dresses out. Bonnie and one of my girlfriends picked out a dress and I looked at it and kinda shrugged my shoulders...The dress wasn’t really my style - so I thought... But when I slipped the dress on my eyes perked up and I felt like a “Million dollars” Bonnie picked out my dream wedding dress!!! It was perfect. And next thing you know, in less than an hour - “I said Yes to the Dress”!!! I definitely recommend The Lily Rose ...and be sure to book your appointment with Bonnie McAvoy you won’t be disappointed!!!!

My experience at the Lily Rose was absolutely wonderful! The staff was extremely friendly and my consultant Bonnie was incredibly sweet and helpful! This was my very first visit to a bridal salon and I am not a dressy person who usually dislikes shopping. She not only was able to understand exactly what I was looking for but also made the process so easy and fun. I even ended up finding my perfect dress! Needless to say, I highly recommend it.

I had a great experience while picking my wedding dress at The Lily Rose. I worked with Kathryn, who was super sweet and helpful (and patient!). I didn't have a great idea of what I wanted, but she did a great job of helping me pick out a variety of dresses within my budget without being pushy or overbearing. They were super professional, and everything went smoothly with ordering / receiving my dress. They have a ton of dresses to choose from! I LOVED the dress that I picked out and got so many compliments on it. I'd highly recommend them to any bride-to-be!

Bonnie was the BEST consultant, she was very attentive and paid attention to my wants, needs, and most importantly my budget. I had the absolute best time at The Lily Rose! All of the staff are super welcoming and friendly, and make you feel like the most important person in the shop. I never once felt pressured to make a purchase, or to add accessories (though I bought both my dress and accessories from here!) Bonus, the girls really care for and are mindful of your budget, and since they do not work on commission they don't try to up-sell you or pressure you to purchase a more expensive item that you don't truly love! The selection they have is so wide, everyone can find their perfect dress at The Lily Rose! Also, if you are looking for bridesmaid dresses, their selection is amazing, reasonably priced and the sales associates are knowledgable about sizing and color options available! All in all I would recommend that everyone shop at The Lily Rose!

The Lily Rose was the second store I went to. It was a little smaller than the first store, but I liked MANY, MANY more gowns here. I also cancelled my other appointments after going to The Lily Rose. Bonnie was my consultant and she was AWESOME. The experience was just relaxed enough, but still structured enough to make sure I found my perfect dress. After my appointment, I was torn between 2 dresses, and called Bonnie that night. She promptly returned my call and managed to get me in the next day. She knows the inventory like the back of her hand, and was able to answer any and all questions and make great recommendations on accessories. Don’t waste time anywhere else, go here first!

Lily Rose is amazing! I am a plus size bride and their bridal consultant knew exactly how to help me. After having a bad appointment at another store in town, Lily Rose turned my day around and made me feel beautiful in every dress I tried on. I had a truly WONDERFUL experience at The Lily Rose and I said yes to my Haley Paige dress! My consultant was Jennifer and she was simply amazing. She was extremely personable, easy-going, and really let me lead the show without any hesitation. She answered our questions, offered solutions, and was respectful of my budget. I shopped with my dad and my wedding planner and they could not say enough about how lovely the experience was. The feel of the boutique is very personal and you can tell that the staff really love what they do and are there to help. I was not able to make a decision about which dress I wanted right away so Jennifer suggested that I take some time and not rush into it. I cannot emphasize enough how great it was to be in a no pressure situation and feel that I really had the time to think about my dress! As soon as we left the salon to go to lunch I knew the dress I wanted so we headed right back and they let me try it back on and have my big bridal moment. I loved my experience!

The Lily Rose made dress shopping easy for me! This was the first and last store I visited! From the moment I walked in the ladies were interested in getting to know me and my style. I was very excited about dress shopping here because I had a great experience with my friend who shopped here previously. However, I was incredibly disappointed. When I arrived, I tried to check in at the front desk but there was someone purchasing a dress and I wasn’t acknowledged. Not even a “one second,” which would have gone a long way. I got the impression that they were irritated so I tried to make myself busy and went back after a few minutes and was still ignored. Another representative was printing something off and avoided looking at me. I tried to look past it because I understand that sometimes people get focused or busy. Trying on dresses, though, I felt like I was inconveniencing the sales representative we worked with and that she didn’t really want to be there. It made it impossible to like, let alone love, any of the dresses that I tried on. I felt like I needed to keep apologizing. She tried to make conversation and be nice in the dressing room, I want to give her credit, but it was a general demeanor and attitude that brought the whole day down. I felt like they didn’t want me there and it made me want to rush through my appointment and get out of the store. The only reason I didn’t rush more than I did was because a lot of my group traveled to be there for me, which made it that much more upsetting that none of us had a good time. Everyone acknowledged that we felt unwelcome. It was just a miserable experience and it made me not want to buy a dress there. In all honesty, it turned me off to wedding dress shopping all together and I’m dreading going to an appointment at a different salon, which is a huge contrast to the excitement I had coming into this day. I didn’t need anyone to be as happy as I was about trying on wedding dresses but I felt like an inconvenience from the moment I walked in the door. The dresses are well priced and, as I said, I had a friend (who worked with Bonnie) find her dress there, and that was amazing. I don’t think my experience was a common one, but I wouldn’t recommend this salon to someone I care about, common or not. If this review reads as angry, it’s not meant that way at all, I’m just very sad and disappointed and I hope no other bride is made to feel that way.

I would highly recommend Lily Rose to any bride for their wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses or mother of the bride/groom dresses! Lily Rose was the first bridal salon I visited when searching for my wedding dress, I had 2 other appointments afterwards but ultimately ended up returning to Lily Rose to purchase my dress. Bonnie was my consultant and I cannot say enough good things about her. She really made the experience memorable; my family and I left the boutique raving about how patient and kind she was. She knew Lily Rose was my first ever appointment where I would be trying on wedding dresses. Bonnie took the time to sit down with me, get to know me, learn my style and even took a look at my Pinterest board. She encouraged me to try on different style dresses and as I started to narrow down the style she was very good about finding dresses that stayed within my budget and that combined everything I was searching for which ultimately led to me finding "the dress."

The dress selection is great, but I did not have a good experience with the staff. My consultant was very patronizing in the way she spoke to me and my guests. I could give many examples, but the primary one is this...She explained to us which racks were in my budget and which ones were not, as well as where to look for the price tags. This is certainly important to know, however, we only need to be told this once. She made at least 2 or 3 more comments thereafter reminding us to be "very careful" when selecting dresses so we didn't pull something out of budget. She even made a comment about how I needed to keep an eye on my bridesmaids so that they didn't go rogue and pull things that would derail me. **We are 30-something year old grown adults, not children who lack impulse control. I finally told her that we'd been dress shopping for two days, and I trust them to respect my budget and my style. I guess she didn't like my assertiveness because she responded by saying "Oh I see, so you guys are professionals." There were other times where she would disappear without warning. I would just turn around and she'd be gone. The last straw was at the end of the appointment. I had started to undress and she opened the dressing room door to leave! When I gasped and quickly covered myself up, she turned around, scoffed, and said "Yeah..." -- as if she was saying "Yea dummy, you need to wait until I leave before you change". And then she proceeded to open the door again and leave. No apology for almost exposing me to the entire salon. There are plenty of bridal salons in the Charlotte area. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this one.

I just went to The Lily Rose a couple days ago looking for my wedding dress. I think the lady helping me was Katheryn, but she was amazing. She was super helpful and made me very comfortable. I ended up finding a dress that I fell in love with. They have a ton of beautiful dresses and their boutique is very nice. I would 100% recommend The Lily Rose to anyone and everyone.

This was my fifth Bridal Salon that I've visited since getting engaged and I loved every minute of my experience at Lily Rose!! I had initially come for a Hayley Paige Trunk show and my stylist Bonnie helped me find the perfect dress!! She was so fun and supportive and understanding of everything I wanted in a dress! And so patient of me wanting to try on all the Hayley paige gowns! I said Yes to the Dress, a gorgeous Hayley Paige original, Bijou in Hummingbird Blue ! Thank you for everything Lily Rose Bridal!

The Lily Rose Bridal Boutique was amazing!! Bonnie was so helpful and really got to know me and my style. She accommodated my family in comfortable chairs and couches. The store is really nice with lots of dresses to chose from. I was highly impressed with their selection and at great prices too. I would recommend boutique to anyone! I was able to find my perfect dress.

Why are you still reading this review? What you SHOULD be doing is driving to Lily Rose (and not reading this while driving!) I found Lily Rose after I had already found my dream dress, but I was blown away by their beautiful store, WONDERFUL personalities (seriously - some of the sweetest, most supportive, and bubbly women EVER!), and all of the options their store held. I ended up having each of my bridesmaids (6 total - 4 from out of town) travel to this store to have their "Say yes to the dress" moment (1/1) picking out their dresses. They are so important to me, so I wanted them to have the BEST experience ever picking out their bridesmaid dresses, and Lily Rose Bridal provided that EVERY time. They have a separate room for bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride dresses, and it was always so much fun working with the consultant helping us (We worked with Merissa mostly, but had the wonderful opportunity to also interact some with Jennifer, Bonnie, & Julie), and it was actually very bittersweet at the final appointment to know my saturday afternoons at Lily Rose were coming to a close! Every single appointment, no matter how busy they were, we were taken care of. Merissa also was really great at listening to what the girls liked about each dresses, and would suggest dresses... and I've got to say a lot of the girls ended up falling in love with the one Merissa pulled! The women at this store are so gifted at what they do - had my fiance allowed I would have been purchasing a second wedding gown from them, because they had such a huge selection of beautiful wedding gowns for all body shapes, sizes, and styles, and always provided such exceptional service. So if you're looking for an exceptional experience finding your dream wedding gown, flattering bridesmaid dresses for your best girls, or an elegant dress for your doting mother for the big day - - get in the car and drive to Lily Rose!

Lily Rose was all around amazing. I went to two other bridal shops before I found Lily Rose and there is no comparison. They have the most beautiful dresses I’ve seen, the sales associates are so devoted and helpful, and the overall quality is so much better than anywhere else. After not finding any dresses that were even close to what I wanted at two dress shops, I said yes to the dress at Lily Rose so easily. Highly, highly recommend!

The Lily Rose Bridal Boutique was amazing and made my dress shopping experience special. I went to three different places and Lily Rose was definitely the best. The atmosphere was great and there was a large selection of dresses. Jennifer was helpful and never made me feel pressured. She helped me customize my dress and make it everything I wanted! The price was also very reasonable.

So I honestly came to The Lily Rose with the mindset that I was not going to find the dress of my dress because I was “too picky” and “too complicated” I actually had an appointment to meet with a custom dress maker the weekend after. However, to my and my entourages’ surprise, I FOUND MY DRESS! It was completely opposite than what I came in looking for. I literally looked at my consultant Bonnie and said “this is wrong, this wasn’t supposed to happen”. But it was fabulous. She made my experience amazing. I don’t want to put any other boutiques down, but the very first one I went to was so impersonal and I left there feeling hideous, like a burden, and angry. The Lily Rose provides you with a luxury experience in a relaxed environment. I would totally recommend to anyone. So crazy that the very last dress I tried on of my appointment was the one that was meant for me. Don’t give up ladies! The Lily Rose has got you covered :)

Great customer service, very helpful, but not too pushy

Love this shop. My daughter, the bride and myself both bought dresses here. Customer service is excellent. For me it was one of the few places that offered plus size dresses to actually try on. I'm so glad I drove from Fayetteville to here. Well worth the drive.

I cannot say enough good things about Lily Rose! This was my first time trying on dresses and I went in fully expecting not to purchase a dress, but when Bonnie pulled my absolute dream dress, I just had to say yes! The whole process was so easy - I picked the dresses I wanted to try on, Bonnie helped me get into them, and helped me out to the staging area to show my mom. When I said yes, she brought us over tissues and helped celebrate with us. If I could give this amazing bridal boutique more than 5 stars, I would!!

I can't express how satisfied I was, still am, with The Lily Rose! I walked in with my matron of honor having no idea they were by appointment and they took us in and hosted us without question. Came across this one dress that was all over my Pinterest and fell in love. We scheduled a follow up appointment with all my bridesmaids and my mom, where we tried on several dresses and Bonnie, my AMAZING sales associate suggested this one, that covered my back more but was almost identical in style to my top favorite, turned out to be THE dress.
