Our wedding at the Merion was truly magical, and we owe so much of that to our incredible event coordinator, Emily McCann. From the moment we booked, they were there every step of the way, helping us with planning, answering all our questions, and ensuring every detail was just right. On the day itself, Emily McCann managed everything flawlessly, making sure we could simply focus on celebrating. The venue looked stunning, the atmosphere was perfect, and we felt so well cared for. Cocktail hour and the Viennese dessert bar was a huge hit. If you’re looking for a beautiful venue with exceptional service, the Merion and Emily McCann are the best choice!

Our experience with the Merion was fantastic. They were incredibly communicative, professional, and courteous throughout our entire planning process. Emily, our event specialist, was superb. She was accommodating to all of our requests and last minute changes and very punctual and responsive to our emails and phone calls. On the day of our wedding she made sure everything ran smoothly the entire day and was present throughout the occasion to help out in any way required. The venue itself is gorgeous. Our ceremony took place in the skylight ballroom and our reception in the palazzo ballroom and our guests remarked numerous times at how beautiful they thought everything was. The service staff was also outstanding. They were all very attentive, respectful, and courteous with our guests throughout our wedding. Everything happened exactly as we had planned and without a hitch. We would highly recommend the Merion and Emily to anyone for their wedding.

The Merion is such a beautiful place to Staff is very helpful and considerate. We did have a couple of hiccups, but they were taken care of immediately. My guest said that the food was very good as well as the drinks! 🍹 We plan on using The Merion again for an upcoming party in the near future!

The Merion was such a wonderful venue and we booked the skylight room for our reception which is one of a kind in the whole south jersey area! The Merion took care of so many things for us from the appetizers to the cake, they provided everything we could've ever wanted. My partner and I's families are from different backgrounds and the Merion was able to accomodate meals to be halal and vegetarian which was amazing. Everyone complimented the cake as well. Lastly, we would not have been able to have such a beautiful night without the help and coordination of Calli Froelich. She held our hands from the beginning to when we booked the venue to the utter end. She helped us manage so many details we did not think of ourselves and it honestly all turned out beautiful without even a coordinator because of her! This is a great place and venue!

Our experience with Calli and the rest of the team at the Merion was an 11/10. From When we inquired about having our wedding there through our wedding, I felt like the team’s number 1 goal was to ensure we had the best day possible. When I met Calli, she felt like an old friend. She took the time to get to know us as a couple, and at no point throughout the process did I feel pressured or like I was being sold to. The venue sells itself. The entire team did a great job of making sure they were communicating deadlines well ahead of when they were due. I don’t want to ruin the surprise for future brides, but I appreciate the nice touch they added after our first dance. Wedding planning can be stressful, but working with Calli and the entire team at The Merion was one of the processes that wasn't stressful. If I had one piece of advice to give the future Brides and grooms of The Merion, it would be to eat the food… All of it, it is so good.

The service provided by team: Event Specialist - Holly; Maitre’d - Nick; Head Server – Kelly; and Captain – Adelin was superb. They did an outstanding job making sure my guests and I felt special. The Merion is a beautiful venue, and they made my birthday celebration truly memorable.

My now husband and I had the absolute BEST experience celebrating our wedding at the Merion! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Working with Calli was a dream come true! The Merion was everything we were looking for as a couple. It was all inclusive venue which made planning our special day very easy. Staff was extremely receptive, accommodative and caring. They really made sure my husband, our guests and myself have an amazing night. The cocktail hour and food are there biggest selling points. They exceeded everyones expectations. Holly was a huge pleasure to work with. She has a great personality and made us feel valued and helped with all of the requests that we had. The decor and space in the Palazzo room that we had was perfect and absolutely beautiful. They have the flexibility to accommodate a variety number of guests.

I am so happy we chose The Merion as our wedding day venue! You really cannot beat the amenities The Merion and their staff provide. From the gorgeous photo opportunities, to the endless appetizers during cocktail hour, and all of the ballrooms you have to choose from. We looked at several other venues for our wedding day, but I just couldn't get The Merion off my mind! Not to mention my contact person, Calli, who answered all of my questions timely, especially the week before the wedding when I was emailing her once a day! I could not recommend The Merion enough as the perfect place to get married.

We had the absolute best experience at the Merion. Calli was our event specialist and was always so helpful, kind and available for all of our questions and needs. Our day of was so smooth all we had to do was show up and walk down the aisle. The food was incredible, every single guest was RAVING about it! I wish I could relive our day over and over again, it truly was so magical. Our day of staff was also so supportive making sure we were good and helped us with anything we needed! We love love love the Merion and would recommend to anyone!

Working with the Merion, specifically Calli, was just so easy from the start. The venue is absolutely beautiful! We had our ceremony in the Skylight ballroom while the reception in the palazzo. Calli was so helpful throughout the entire process and everyone loved all the food. The amount of food that was offered during cocktail hour, dinner and dessert was just crazy (in a good way). We even knew what was included and it was still shocking to see it all the day of! They were also great in mixing Indian food along with the American since it was an interracial wedding. Everyone loved the experience and has not stopped messaging us about how great everything was! We literally couldn't have done it with out Calli, The Merion and the staff!

The Merion gave me and my wife one of the best days imaginable. Food, incredible. Ambiance, beautiful. Service, unmatched. Holly really stepped up and made our day seamless! I would highly recommend the Merion to anyone looking for a venue. The palazzo is huge and was perfect for our 275 person wedding. People are still talking about the food at our wedding, and that was the main reason we booked in the first place. This place does weddings, they have experience, and they take all the pressure off the bride and groom. Wonderful experience.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Merion. From the moment we signed a contract with them, everything was easy and enjoyable. We worked with Calli who was beyond wonderful every step of the way. After the wedding, I received so many compliments from my guests, not only about how beautiful the venue was and delicious the food tasted, but how incredibly kind all of the staff was. I am so grateful we chose to have our wedding at the Merion. It was magical.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Merion last week and all in all, it was a very nice experience. The Palazzo Ballroom is absolutely stunning and the food and drinks were all fantastic. Holly was so helpful in accommodating our needs as well, and I was always able to email her with my questions. I had a few complaints that make it hard for me to give the venue five stars. One of them is that there is no good space for getting dressed at the Merion - we managed to use two of the lounges for me and my party to get dressed, but to be honest, it was hacked together for us to use as a dressing room and was a very sub-optimal space. Plus, we had to pay extra to be able to use it for more than 2 hours before the party began. The other thing is that up until like an hour before everything was supposed to start, there was no one there to help coordinate with vendors. No venue coordinator, no maitre d, no one. I had to keep interrupting my hair and makeup to go try and run around and figure out venue issues with my vendors. Not what I wanted to be doing. I did notice however that multiple times that tour groups of folks visiting the venue were walking by us and the dressing room, and it made me feel like there were people on site that could have been taking care of us but were choosing to prioritize potential customers over those who had already paid them. All in all, I don't regret having our reception here, it was still a great experience and we had a lovely time. But I think there are ways in terms of service that I think it could have been improved.

My husband and I got married at The Merion this July. I cannot express how lucky and grateful we are for that. We started working with Stephanie, our event specialist, about a year prior to the big day. Throughout the course of the year, Stephanie was amazing. We could not have had such a phenomenal event without her help. She is communicative, easy to work with, and genuine. It can be quite stressful to plan a wedding, but Stephanie reduces that stress with ease! The day itself was undoubtedly incredible. From the food, to the beautiful décor, to the staff attentiveness - there was no stone left unturned to help make this night truly a once in a lifetime night. Words cannot express how thankful we are for Stephanie and the entire Merion team for making our night special. If you are considering The Merion for your wedding (or any event, for that matter), do yourself a favor and follow through. You will not be disappointed. I wholeheartedly recommend both The Merion and Stephanie.

My husband and I were married on 6/24/23 and I could not be happier with the service we received at the Merion and with our event specialist- Calli!! She really went above and beyond to make our day special. Our guests raved that the cocktail hour was the most AMAZING and over-the-top assortment of food they have ever seen at a wedding. Our guests also told us that the bartenders were so on it, that when they put their empty glass down, a new one would appear right in front of them before the empty glass could hit the table. Calli was with us from the moment we arrived at the venue, communicating with the other event coordinators to make sure our every need was met via an earpiece microphone. We truly felt like royalty. If you are looking to have the wedding of your dreams, look not further. The Merion (and Calli!) have it all.

My husband and I chose the Merion for our wedding ceremony and reception. Honestly I couldn’t be more happier with our decision. From the moment I saw the skylight ballroom I knew the Merion was the perfect place. I was highly satisfied with our event specialist professionalism. Out of all the wedding vendors I dealt with while planning my wedding, Calli and the Merion were the best! Their attention to detail, timely manner, and kindness made planning and my wedding day perfect. Calli went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! The Merion was the SECOND place we looked when searching for a venue for our wedding. I was immediately captures by the beauty and regality of the Skylight room and our search was over in one day! Holly was our Event Specialist and she was friendly from the start. I appreciate how she was always available to answer my questions any time of day or night. She even laughed at my corny jokes. She kept by our side during the ceremony and cocktail hour, and was so accommodating – helping us get food, drinks, and keeping our wedding party in check. Our server Maria and Maître d Scott were also wonderful, attentive, friendly, and fun to be around. The food was AMAZING and everyone kept telling how us this was the ‘best wedding ever’ all thanks to the staff at the Merion. They even had a couple of surprises throughout the night. Overall, the Merion made us feel so special, and made every dream we had for our wedding come true. THANK YOU to everyone who made my dreams since I was a kid possible – we are forever grateful and can’t wait to renew our vows at the Merion in 20 years!

My husband and I just had our reception here last Saturday. Our on-site coordinator/sales rep Calli was wonderful to work with. She made sure everything ran smoothly the day of and was right there at the entrance waiting for me and my husband when we arrived from the church where we had our ceremony. For the price that you pay, you get A LOT of food and it was pretty tasty. All of my guests raved at how much they loved the cocktail hour, dinner and dessert selections. Calli made sure the Christmas decorations were still up because most of our photos were taken inside. The lobby was gorgeously decorated and the premises (bathrooms for example) were clean. The service was amazing too. There was a bartender there named Manny who took care of everyone's drink needs. What I especially love is that you didn't have to pay extra for things like valet parking or coat check or wedding cake, it was included. If you have your event there on a Saturday they include a carving station and seafood bar. Everyone loves the skylight ballroom but we had the Palace Ballroom and it was perfect for us. I hope to be able to come back again as a guest so I can eat more of the food!

My wife and I got married at the Merion in October of 2022 and it was absolutely AMAZING. From the first time we walked in to the venue to the time we were departing on the day of our wedding there's only one way to describe how the Merion treated us: They treated us like "Family". Stephanie Lamberti was our event specialist for our wedding and she was always accessible, extremely easy to work with and made our day extra special. I would highly recommend this venue and Stephanie to anyone that is looking for a stress free and beautiful wedding!

Words cannot express how wonderful the staff at The Merion were! Calli and her team were so welcoming and accommodating and made the whole process easy! The hall was beautiful, the staff were very quick and very nice! My guests and my bridal party continued to rave how beautiful everything was and how delicious the food was! I got married at the Merion in September. I will say that the staff that worked my wedding on the actual day/night were amazing and attentive. My piece of advice to anyone that chooses this venue for their wedding would be to make sure that the person you’re working with reads your emails properly and you constantly follow up with them to ensure all your needs are met. My coordinator was Stephanie, and although great at first, I felt started to care less and less as we got closer to my wedding date (possibly because everything was paid for at this point). I emailed her on 3 separate occasions over the course of a month that we needed to use the projector in the largest room (where my reception was being held) and she didn’t acknowledge it. I thought maybe it’s not a huge deal since she’s responding to other things and just not that and it’s just something we have to make sure is set up the day of. Well I was wrong, and my parents arrived to my reception only to be demanded by Stephanie for almost $500 to use the projector for 5 minutes for my same day edit. Now although I think this price was a bit steep since our same day edit itself costed less than that to have made and the fact that there’s a giant chandelier blocking the projector screen, the money wasn’t the concern. It’s the fact that Stephanie refused to allow them to pay by credit card or to have a separate invoice sent over later. After a 3 day Indian wedding, my parents thought they could finally relax and enjoy my reception but no they had to somehow find $500 IN CASH with no warning. The fact that I sent multiple emails to Stephanie asking for the projector so far ahead of time makes me more upset because this was her mistake, not ours. A few weeks after the wedding and everything settled, I emailed Stephanie about how we were upset with how we were treated. Stephanie said she would “talk to the partners” and get back to us. She did not apologize at any point (even when I screenshotted her all the emails I sent her about the projector) and just didn’t seem to care. It’s been 3 weeks now, and we still have not gotten any response from the partners. It’s obviously not about the money, as when you spend thousands and thousands of dollars already on your wedding, $500 isn’t going to break the bank. It’s the way we were treated and there was no apology or acknowledgement for stressing my parents out. We’ve never been late on a payment for us to be treated that way either. Aside from the projector fiasco, I also emailed Stephanie to have a certain number of chairs in the reserved rows for our ceremony, which I’m not sure she passed onto the set up team because they were not accurate and we had some members of the bridal party not have seats at the front because of this. Overall the merion is beautiful and I know our guests enjoyed everything so much and the cocktail hour was amazing and again the staff that worked the event were great. That’s why I gave this 3 stars. I’m not sure if this is a partners or a Stephanie issue because they’re not communicating properly with us at this point. Mistakes happen, it’s how you handle it that can make or break a client’s experience. Brides (and anyone getting married) know how stressful it is going through with a wedding, and although our vendors have done all of this a million times, it’s important for them to remember this is your one important day.

We are beyond happy with how everything turned out for my daughter's Super Sweet 16! Special thanks to Stephanie for making our vision and dream a reality. The food, staff, and service were all exceptional. We could not have asked for a more perfect party!

The Merion is an amazing venue from start to finish. We only saw one other location before submitting our deposit. The Skylight ballroom was the perfect spot for our Blacktie 150 person reception! The food was INCREDIBLE and the space so elegant. The Merion staff was always so accommodating and easy to work with. It was one of the best experiences of the entire process. The Merion was the location of my grandfather's wedding in 1991 and my dad's junior prom back in the 80's--I am so glad we could add another life event to the space!

BOOK YOUR WEDDING HERE! I cannot express to you how amazing our wedding was because of the staff here and the venue itself. First of all, it's beautiful! We had our reception and ceremony in the skylight ballroom and people would not stop talking about how cool the room is. Next is the food, it's 5 star quality from beginning to end. Cocktail hour is INSANE and everyone will rave about it for years to come. And I have to give it up to the staff, you are treated like royalty from the moment you get there until you leave. There is always someone there offering you a drink, food, making sure everything is up to your expectations. There's also a few surprises that they throw in for the bride and groom that I won't spoil, but it really brings the whole thing together. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The positive reviews are right! We cannot say enough great things about The Merion! Atmosphere (check), delicious food (check), lots of food (check), great staff (check)! We were in the gorgeous Skylight Ballroom. We had natural golden sunset lighting for the ceremony, which made the space otherworldly. The staff is so kind and helpful. Their experience comes through. Like many brides this past year, COVID was a worry and they made the planning less stressful! We are grateful for Cliff and partners and Calli, our coordinator, for all their responsiveness, understanding, and accommodations! Nick, our maitre d, was attentive, kind, calm, and helpful. They all care and it shines through. The food was delicious and abundant! Everyone enjoyed their meals and complimented the cocktail hour and desserts! We also picked our vendors through their showcase/network and it took a lot of stress off planning since they already knew the space. We enjoyed their services and would recommend. Good people know good people.

Look no further, you won't find a better wedding venue in South Jersey. We had our ceremony in the North Garden and our reception in the Skylight ballroom, which is breathtakingly beautiful and accommodates many guests. The staff at the Merion were so incredibly kind, helpful, very responsive and answered every last one of my questions. They helped to take the stress out of the wedding planning process. As a COVID bride, we were worried about having to make adjustments to our head count, however, the Merion worked with us and were understanding of the things that were simply not in our control. We worked with a number of different wedding coordinators, including Ariana, Janine and Christina. Christina was with us on the day of our wedding, and she helped to run the show, from start to finish. Our maitre d' was also very helpful, and was a calming presence on the day of. Let's talk FOOD - the list of food options at the Merion is UNBEATABLE. The cocktail hour alone is unmatched. Our guests were reaching out in the days following the wedding to tell us that they had never seen food like that at a wedding before. There is such a wide array of options when choosing your menu. Everything was truly DELICIOUS, cooked to perfection. The dessert tables were a hit with everyone, including the donut wall, the candy bar, the milkshake station, and the fancy cocktails. The Merion was very communicative with all of our vendors, and helped to ensure that everything was set up and arranged well ahead of time. My family and I dropped off boxes of items the day of our wedding, and Christina made sure that everything was in its place before our guests arrived. They also arranged to have everything packed up for us and ready to go home at the end of the night. Let the venue speak for itself, everything about it is stunning, it is a very classy and elegant venue - and they have many different ballrooms, all with a different feel, depending on what you're looking for. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service that we got at the Merion.

The Merion is an absolutely amazing wedding venue. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They were able to work with our budget and gave us a BEAUTIFUL wedding on May 8, 2021. My husband and I couldn't be happier. Our coordinator was Janine and she was FANTASTIC. I contacted her sooooo many times and I swear she got sick of me, but never showed it. She was extremely professional and helped us with literally EVERYTHING we needed. Our ceremony was outside in the North Garden and it was exactly what we wanted. We had our reception in the Empire Ballroom and it was such a cool, fun vibe. There was so much food and the best drinks. I keep encouraging people to have their weddings at the Merion so I can go again!

The Merion is your place to go if you want a perfect wedding! Like many couples, we had to postpone our wedding a few times, and The Merion couldn’t have made it easier for us. They were so supportive and easy to work with on new dates and plans for the big day. We even went through a coordinator change, and Calli rocked our big day. She was easy to work with, communicative and so fun to work with the day of. Our guests are STILL talking about the food. Omg was there so much to choose from, and all was delicious. We had the best day and our room (The Palazzo) was gorgeous. Thank you for everything!

The Merion was an amazing venue for our wedding. We, like many others, had to delay our 2020 wedding to 2021 but the staff was very accepting of the changes. Of course the vennue itself is beautiful, but truly the one thing blew us away was how hospitable and compassionate everyone was (mangers, maitre d', captain, head sever, etc). Stephanie, our main contact, was the most helpful, and we were so lucky to have been able to work with her (highly recommend)

The Merion offered top notch service and we couldn’t be more happier that we decided to go with The Merion as our wedding venue. On our wedding day we had Calli as our coordinator, Wayne as our maitre d’, Dee as our captain and Marian as our head server. Our team made us feel at ease and took wonderful care of us throughout the entire night. From their responsiveness, to the food, to the service, to the decor, to the ambiance and everything in between, The Merion staff and team exceeded our expectations!!!

The Merion is the absolute best venue!!!!! 12/10 would recommend to any bride looking in South Jersey. Throughout the last year of COVID-19 and our two postponements, I was never once worried about the Merion. The owners, managers, and coordinators were so responsive to all of my questions during COVID and made a point to make my husband and I feel comfortable that our wedding would run smoothly no matter what. Our Merion coordinator, Stephanie, is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She is so organized, efficient, thoughtful, and kind. She promptly answered every single question during the planning process and on the day of, there was not a single detail out of place. She coordinates it all perfectly so that you don't have to worry the moment you step foot in the Merion. Not only was Steph amazing, but the entire staff was as well. I was blown away by how attentive and kind every single staff member at the Merion was to not only myself and my husband, but to all of our guests as well. The Merion's grounds are breathtaking with beautiful landscaping and decor ready for the perfect photo ops. And the FOOD. While there are so many selling points to have a wedding at the Merion, the food is absolutely number one. The food is insane -- not only in quality but in quantity. The cocktail hour is unbelievable. It's pretty difficult to save room for your entree, but you have to because the main courses are even better. I can't wait to go back to the Merion as a guest so that I can spend all my time eating the food. I can't recommend the Merion enough. My husband and I got married here on 7/2/21 and cannot say better things about this venue. We originally had a different venue booked in Philadelphia but chose to move to NJ due to COVID-19 restrictions in March 2021. Stephanie was always quick to answer us by e-mail and made it so easy when we needed to visit the venue or meet with her to discuss details about the wedding. Not a single person left the wedding hungry and everyone told me it was the wedding to be at. I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else. Once I walked through the door, my husband and I were greeted with champagne and once we headed down to the Empire Room, we were given food and our signature cocktails plus welcomed by the maître d and servers. I highly suggest this venue to anyone that wants the perfect wedding day as I never had any stress thanks to the wonderful staff at The Merion.

What a wonderful night! My husband and I got married after 2 postponements at The Merion on July 2. Everyone was so impressed by the food, service, and splendor of the ballroom. We booked The Merion back in December 2018 and had 4 different Wedding Coordinators during that time. Our final coordinator, Calli, we met just at the beginning of June. Calli was great to work with! She was personable, friendly, and willing to accommodate our needs. My only advice is keep all your documents from The Merion and get everything in writing—especially if you have a long engagement—because packages do slightly change from year to year so this will ensure you get everything you were promised. Through our transitions of coordinators, Cliff was also always there and very helpful! Our day of staff, Eric & Maria were extremely friendly & helpful. By the end of the night Maria (our head server) had a Diet Coke (my favorite drink) always waiting for me! I cannot say enough about The Merion and highly recommend. One of my friends said it best, “your wedding was top tier. It’s going to be hard to beat.” It was truly a magical day!

We just had our wedding at the Merion. What a beautiful venue! The food was fantastic and the staff was extremely helpful. The day of our wedding it was 70 degrees no humidity. The night of our wedding it seemed like the heat was on inside the Merion. I was sweating the entire time during my cocktail hour which completely ruined my hair. So as the bride, the rest of my pictures looked awful. I had several guests say how hot it was as well. My bridal suite was hot was well even with the fan on. This was my only complaint the night of our wedding. Everything else was great.

We were originally set to have our wedding in February 2021 at the Cescaphe ballroom. We had to postpone to May 20th and shortly after decided we weren’t comfortable letting the City of Philadelphia decide whether we could have our wedding or not and switched venues over to New Jersey at The Merion. From the first time I talked with Cliff and our coordinator Stephanie on the phone, they made an awful situation so much better! We only had three months of planning with them and I honestly wish we got to work with them longer. Their entire staff day of was amazing!! Getting engaged and finding the perfect Venue is always a tough decision. I received so much great reviews from people about the Merion. Me and my Fiancé actually had our Senior prom there and remember how beautiful it was and decided to check it out! Just pulling around the corner we saw how beautiful it was just from the outside. After meeting with Stephanie, and getting a tour it was so so tough to pick a room! They were all absolutely stunning!! We selected the skylight ballroom and picked our date!! Everything from the beginning to end was so organized and perfect. Stephanie managed to keep us updated and checked in every so often as it came closer to our date. We had to deal with some Covid restrictions, however Stephanie and the Merion team made us feel perfectly comfortable that our special day would be wonderful. There was not one single thing we could say negative about the Merion! The day was perfect, they make you feel like the president once you arrive! There was an insane amount of food, people still cant stop talking about it, and not only the amount but every single thing tasted like 5 star restaurant quality! It hard to get to the food as a bride but the Merion always made sure I had a little of everything at my table incase I missed out! I also had Eric as my maitre d’, Dee as my captain & Maria as my head server and they were all absolutely fantastic from start to end!! I could write for days and days about this place and how amazing everything was from the day we booked and on. I cant thank everyone there enough! My family is already asking who’s getting married next so we can go back! The Merion is a dream for every future bride out there! The pictures are beautiful, the food is amazing, the price was perfect, and the staff is fantastic!

My wife and I decided to check out The Merion for our wedding venue. The second we walked in their doors they knocked it out of the park! They were miles ahead of the other (well known) venues in the area. Stephanie Lamberti was AMAZING. She knew EVERY LITTLE DETAIL about the venue and how our wedding day would go. As we told some family and friends about where we booked they all said how incredible of a venue it was. We had very high expectations going into our wedding day. The Merion and Stephanie Exceeded our very high expectations! We can’t thank them enough! If you are looking to get married please go check out The Merion and ask for Stephanie. We toured the Merion with Janine and loved it and her! We ended up going with a different venue, however I still wanted to write a review to recommend the Merion and ask for Janine!

I wish I wrote this sooner but I absolutely love The Merion. My husband and I were married there Sept 2020. We went to the Merion for a bridal show that they were hosting early in the planning process. We were so amazed with that single show a week later we were booking without seeing another venue. We actually found almost all our venues at that show because it was so well hosted and the groups we found there worked so well with The Merion it was so easy. My wedding coordinator was Jolene. She was amazing and I genuinely feel like she cared about our wedding like she would a family member. My day was perfect and I will be forever grateful for them.

I just had my wedding two weeks ago in the skylight room. my experience with the Merion is absolutely amazing from the beginning to the end. they really do care about their customers a lot. My planner was Adriana and she was amazing and then changed to Alyssa and she was very very helpful (honestly I really really don't know what I would've done without her) I didn't have a day of coordinator and Alyssa worked really hard to make sure everything was going great and the way I wanted, she helped me setting up my centerpieces which was a tremendous help, and setting up everything actually. she is super nice person and great to work with. Dave was amazing he was making sure all night that everything is going good. the food is out of this world the taste was amazing and the quantity was insane. None of my guests had any problems, I've got all great feedback about the venue from my guests. the venue is absolutely gorgeous and super clean. I highly highly recommend The Merion. I also have to say they did their best when I had to reschedule my wedding due to Covid-19.

The Merion from day 1 was nothing but warm, welcoming, and attentive to what my husband and I wanted. The staff is very responsive to every and any questions we had and really worked with the vision we wanted. The venue itself is well-kept and beyond gorgeous of what a wedding venue should be like. The Skylight Room is what makes the difference and the space is perfect for intimate and larger events. We had a two day event planned, and the planning process was nothing but smooth and organized. Cliff and the team are beyond helpful and there are not enough words to describe how accommodating everyone at the Merion is. Definitely recommend for any future brides and grooms!

When we first saw the Merion on the Knot, we knew we HAD to get married here. We cannot say enough about the Merion, from the minute we met Stephanie at the Philadelphia Bridal Show we felt like we were working with family. Stephanie and the Merion team were very accommodating, kind, and easy to work with the entire time. We had our reception in the Skylight Ballroom, it was the most incredible experience in our entire lives. The Merion is so unique, and I can guarantee you've never seen anything like it before. The food is INCREDIBLE, from cocktail hour, to dinner, and dessert. The cocktail hour is unlike any other, the amount of options is unreal. The staff made sure that my husband and I actually ate, and also boxed up our left over dinner, and dessert. That was a really nice touch, it was so nice to enjoy it the next day. I wish we could re-live this day. Thank you to Stephanie and the staff for giving us the best day ever. We know that everyone else who picks the Merion will have the same experience as we did.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with The Merion from start to finish. They were extremely professional, organized, and accommodating and took a lot of the stress out of planning our reception. The food especially stood out to both us and our guests, who still have not stopped raving about the variety, the quantity, and the quality of what was provided at Cocktail Hour, Dinner, the Dessert Hour and on the way out! The bridal attendant's and maitre d's superb service also confirmed to us that we had made the right decision. We highly recommend The Merion to anyone looking to host their reception in South Jersey.

We had our wedding and reception in July 2019. Everything was amazing and exactly what we wanted out of our wedding day. Our coordinator Adriana was by our side every step or the way and was available anytime we needed her. The food was OUTSTANDING! My family is still talking about how amazing the food was. The Merion took the time to learn us, our wants and truly made us feel special and not just like another wedding. They day of staff worked hard and made sure everything ran smoothly. I can’t recommend this venue enough to future brides and grooms. Thanks to the Merion I was able to have my dream wedding.

Top notch. 10/10. 5 stars. Cannot be matched. My husband and I can often times hardly find the words to describe how incredible The Merion was as our wedding venue. Stephanie, our coordinator, was a complete expert and gem from beginning to the very end of all the planning and we feel so lucky to have worked with her. THE FOOD! THIS is why people choose the Merion. The food cannot be matched in quantity and quality. Our guests cannot stop talking about our cocktail hour complete with raw bar, multiple live stations and countless butlered hor dourves as well as dinner hour complete with a sorbet palate cleanser in between courses and of course the OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD dessert display! The Merion recommended our DJ, bakery, and florist ALL of which were top notch vendors. We would choose The Merion as our venue over and over again if given the chance!

May I just say, I was a very happy bride. Cliff and Adriana are the most amazing people I’ve ever met. Adriana made sure I was happy until the day of. I’ve received a lot of compliments about the food and the place but that was expected because I knew what I signed up for. I miss my wedding day already and I wish I could relive it.
