Save yourself the headache. While, I did not have my wedding here (thank goodness), my venue was nearby and I booked my wedding block here. Not only was the coordinator a nightmare to work with (did not know how to do her job whatsoever and was frequently inappropriate over the phone), the day of my wedding the guests arrived only to be told there were no reservations under the block name. So my mother had to fly down there and figure everything out with management. It did finally get figured out and to their credit guests were given complimentary cheeseboards in their room, but it was an absolute nightmare and a lot of stress the morning of my wedding.

Hi April, This is terrible to read. I am so sorry.
We have had many managment changes ove...
r the last three years. We are moving forward, growing with new training and systems to prevent this from happening again.
Should you wish to come back, please contact our sales team, Jon.

I had my wedding at this venue on August 21, 2021. My wedding has been postponed twice due to COVID but each time this venue was very accommodating to our needs and changes. Working with the coordinator, LeeYee, she is AMAZING! Great attention to detail and felt that I could contact her at any time as I got closer to the wedding. Each of my wedding guests had an amazing time on our special day and enjoyed the beautiful hotel rooms.

This hotel had many great, and not-so-great qualities. From the time we booked our wedding in 01/2019, to 09/2019 we had to completely start over with a new wedding coordinator. The original woman, Natalie, completely botched everything and just so happened to disappear when things started to spiral. If it weren’t for Jennifer and London stepping in when they did, I really do not know what my wedding would’ve turned out to be. From September, into our wedding day (11/02) we were still nailing down details and making corrections. It was a lot more stress than I was prepared for to say the least. I don’t believe at this time that the hotel is ready to take on the responsibility of accommodating a wedding, or any big event for that matter. I believe that there needs to be a lot more attention to detail from the housekeeping, the kitchen staff, and the front desk associates. The bottoms of our feet were BLACK from the carpets. The bridal team that was there were making comments about how dirty our feet were; it was so embarrassing. What made it worse was we were in the suites! These rooms that were more than $300/night had carpets so dirty they stained our feet. All I can really say about this hotel is that Jennifer and London were wonderful to work with, and the decor is very, VERY stunning.

My wedding date is June 6,2020. I just hired them to do my event. Staff is AMAZING, Natalie the event manager is AWESOME. I can's wait to see everything come together to make my day perfect! I know they just opened and it looks gorgeous, but once everything is completely finished. It will be my dream wedding! I'll make update reviews as time goes! But so far so good!
