I have made many purchases from Natural Sapphire Company. They have been fabulous every time. This time I wanted to get my husband an anniversary gift. Lauren, with whom I have worked many times, helped me find the perfect stone. I asked for a specific design for this ring, and she worked with me to figure out exactly how to accomplish it. She was fabulous in every way—a superb designer, a patient consultant, and prompt and professional at all times. She helped me find the perfect stone and create a unique setting for it. The CAD department produced amazing mock-ups of the design. I cannot say enough good things about Natiral Sapphire Company and all its wonderful staff!

Neli and team were a delight to work with from the very beginning. They were very responsive, professional, and flexible to work with the modifications I had in mind to get the ring to just how I imagined. The service and kindness shown, with many technical iterations on the ring, made the whole nerve-wracking experience of purchasing a ring remotely, a joy. I had immense ease of mind throughout. Searching for engagement rings, especially online for a picky jewelry wearer, is daunting. My fiancé was kind enough to hear my wishes and we began looking for the perfect ring. I knew I wanted a sapphire and I knew I wanted an East to west setting. I found the perfect bicolored stone thanks to the easy to use and customer friendly website. Once I found the stone I was able to locate a beautiful simple East to west prong setting with two small side diamonds. Ashley assisted with this all the way down to the actual order processing. The 3D rendering was all I needed to know this is IT. My fiancé had no issues with the ordering process, and proposed on the beach a few months later. Due to my own error in misjudging sizing I did need to send the ring back to be resized. Again, Ashley was absolutely phenomenal to work with. Easy and quick process sending the ring back in and getting it back. It’s now a perfect fit.

Beautiful! The process was simple, they do a small test charge to confirm your card and then charge the full amount. I have to admit that was bit off putting but it was CLEARLY communicated in an email so I felt comfortable. The lady (Ashley Rathnayaka) who emailed me was so kind and shipping was faster than I expected... I will probably buy more stones from this company in the future. Extremely reliable, wonderful prices with great communication!

When I decided to propose to my fiancé, the thought of finding the right engagement ring was a little overwhelming. I am very particular when I purchase things and I research well beyond the norm. I had some ideas of what she wanted, a sapphire ring being a key feature. After visiting local shops and other online retailers and researching everything I could about sapphire rings, I found myself at the natural sapphire company website, a jeweller who truly specializes in gemstone rings and can back it up with generations of experience. I thought, how perfect! Working with Neli was then beyond perfect. From the minute I inquired she was there responding to every question. Beginning with selecting a stone which is so transparent and informative. 3d models and even photos and videos in different lighting. Then came the setting, an 18k gold masterpiece and Neli was there to help me craft the bespoke ring every step of the way which by the way the website otherwise makes so easy anyway. Custom top quality 3d renders returned in 24 hours seemed all I needed and then she offered to send my selected stone and a wax ring to preview! They really take the risk out of online ring shopping. You may find negative reviews of stone quality or whatever online. All I know is they must be misguided because the stone and ring my girl is wearing are breathtaking. She said yes and was left speechless when she saw it. Custom engraved and a perfect fit. Packaged so beautifully. Her ring is a natural sapphire with very high quality diamonds. I know I couldn't match it for the price anywhere. If you're considering anyone else for a gemstone ring, don't. Choose the natural sapphire company. And if you work with Neli, expect to be impressed. 10/10. Highly recommend

Great experience, really happy with the ring I received

Three years ago I heavily researched gem stone companies and am so pleased I found THE NATURAL SAPPHIRE COMPANY! Since then, my wife and I have purchased a ruby ring, ruby earrings and sapphire earrings. With each showroom visit, design work and eventual purchase we have been genuinely impressed with and grateful for the incredible customer service of Michael, Ksenia and Neli. Our latest NSC purchase, a stunning Paraiba Tourmaline ring, comes from a new business venture for the company - offering precious stones. My wife and I saw one of these unique stones in a local jewelry store and were truly captivated by the magical look and mystical feel of it. The next day I contacted NCS and asked if they could procure and create such a setting for us. To my pleasant surprise, I learned they were moving toward offering precious stones in their business in the Fall of 2023 and were willing to step into it early with a design for us! We sent NCS many pics of our local jewelry stone's natural bluish green color, said what size oval stone looked best on my wife's petite hand and they quickly set out to find the perfect stone. And did they ever! It was a gorgeous, transparent 1.3 ct. brilliant cut with eye clean clarity, light color saturation and excellent polish from Brazil. Once we selected that stone we worked with Neli to find the right setting that would allow the electric center stone to be prominently displayed. We selected one of her suggestions, an 18k white gold setting that also featured two bullet vs1, E color bullet diamonds 0.3 tcw. The ring is beyond breathtakingly beautiful! When it arrived at the house my wife put it on and spent the morning walking around the house talking to herself about how it looked and made her feel! Ha! (That's so not her usual controlled style!) Then in an afternoon grocery store run, she was admiring it in the sunlight on the steering wheel and realized she needed to focus on the road! I believe there isn't a higher compliment to give a business than to "cold call" them and ask if they would be willing to step into a new angle of work for you. The need for us to be able to trust the staff and feel assured about the high quality product with such a different project was a necessity for us. NCS overdelivered at every turn and in every way. I highly recommend their solid, trustworthy work ethic and exceptional product quality. We will definitely return to do another project with them soon!

I initially began searching The Natural Sapphire Company for an engagement ring. I got my, now wife, involved with the search and selection process. We loved the NSC website and nearly endless colors and setting combinations. Lauren Kelly-Nelson from the NSC was amazing and helped coordinate designs of stones and settings that we liked and responded promptly to all of the emails I had sent. Shopping online was a really neat experience. Ultimately, we went a different route for an engagement ring (my wife’s choice), but I never could get the NSC out of my mind and the attention that Lauren always provided. My husband and I made the decision to upgrade our engagement ring and were recommended to try the Natural Sapphire Company since we were looking specifically for a sapphire. I started the process maybe for a little over a year, browsing, until we were ready to seriously consider a ring. The Natural Sapphire Company's website was extremely accessible and provides a lot of information so buyers can make an informed decision. Lauren was our sales rep and she was so so nice and helpful. I went back and forth with stone choices and she was there at every turn, getting me video content of the stones, e.g. indoor v outdoor lighting. We went over multiple stones until I finally found "the one." I thought it'd be smooth sailing afterwards, but I was wrong. Unfortunately, I didn't like the setting I picked once it arrived. I felt so bad having to ask Lauren if we could send the ring back and look at my options. Yet again, she was so helpful! We looked at different settings that would give me that oomph I was looking for. She recommended a double halo which I wouldn't have considered, but she was so right! We came up with a custom, double halo setting that was jaw-dropping as a concept. I couldn't wait to wear it and see it in person. Lauren let me know what the processing time was so all we had to do was wait. I hate waiting, but it was worth it. I was notified when the ring shipped (processing time ran 4.5 weeks) and eagerly awaited the arrival. The ring was stunning! We couldn't be happier. It truly is my dream ring. We'll definitely be coming back for future pieces.

The ring of my dreams! Back in September 2022 I started obsessing over the perfect sapphire ring. I’ve always loved my birthstone and wanted a special piece of jewelry for my 20th Wedding Anniversary. Lauren Kelly-Nelson at the Natural Sapphire Co. was my representative that helped me from the start. The communication between us went on for months. She was so patient with all my questions and changes. I originally purchased a ring that was already made and ready to ship. When I received the ring it wasn’t for me. Then I started pulling pictures from different rings to design my own. With Lauren’s help I designed a second ring. I received that one and wasn’t completely happy with it. At that point I thought maybe it just wasn’t meant to be. I decided I was just going to go for it and asked for all of the bells and whistles. I knew I wanted a cushion cut, double prongs, square shank and Cadillac side diamonds. Once again I received the ring and was not in love with the completed ring. Talked to Lauren again about the side diamonds and the thickness of the shank. Lauren was able to send me a wax model of a new ring and the actual Cadillac side diamonds to preview. I was in love!! Excitedly I mailed them back and The Natural Sapphire Co. got to work. When I received my ring in May 2023 I was so in love with this ring. I was amazed at how beautiful the design was, the thickness of the square shank and the beauty of the sapphire and diamonds. I’m a bit of a perfectionist so the process was long but Lauren stuck with me and helped my dream come true. I will say that getting a wax model of the ring is the best way to go. If I had done that before the last time it would have saved me some time and money. Also, if you’re not sure about the stones, sapphire or diamonds, the Natural Sapphire Co can ship those to you to preview them before you commit. When I wear this ring I get nothing but compliments. It’s an amazing ring and I couldn’t be happier. Big thanks to Lauren for her patience and knowledge. I would definitely recommend The Natural Sapphire and Co. and Lauren Kelly-Nelson. Absolutely incredible service and jewelry. We ordered 4 rings from The Natural Sapphire Company and all of them turned out beautifully. We got my engagement ring which is a Padparascha sapphire in a diamond pavé setting, as well as a pavé diamond wedding band, a solid gold wedding band, and my husband’s platinum band all from Lauren. The fine workmanship on the pavé rings is especially remarkable. I was not able to find a sapphire like this anywhere else, as they are very rare, and strangers will stop me to tell me how much they love my ring. Many women have told me how they would have preferred my ring to their diamond ring because it is such a beautiful color. The prices for our rings were also very fair, far better than the custom jewelers where we live. We have never bought anything so expensive online, but would happily buy more things The Natural Sapphire Company. I have plans for more and I now happily recommend my friends get their jewelry there because I am sure it’s going to turn out to be impeccably made and a good price for what it is.

This company is outstanding! You couldn’t ask for more professional, friendly and helpful customer service that goes above and beyond to help their customers! I was fortunate to have Marie help me. I have been looking in the UK for months for a pale green, radiant cut green sapphire. My local specialist had contacts looking in Europe too but any sapphire they found was either a lime green or far too dark and all had inclusions. Finding a radiant cut sapphire at all was proving to be impossible. When I found what appeared to be my perfect sapphire with this company, I was nervous to buy online. But Marie was amazing. She took videos of the stones I was interested in under different lighting conditions, including natural daylight. She also videoed the gems against bare skin and with a diamond next to it so I could really appreciate the colour. I found my stone and it was delivered without any problems very quickly! On opening, I have to say I was stunned and absolutely thrilled at how beautiful it was! I have since had the sapphire set with my late Mums diamonds in my engagement ring and it’s everything and more I could have hoped for! My jeweller was very very impressed with the cut and quality too! I definitely recommend this company and will use them again myself if I’m lucky enough to get the opportunity again one day!!!

I cannot imagine an easier, breezier process of finding our perfect sapphire engagement ring. After some research, we knew we wanted a sapphire, and after reviewing the options over a week or two, were quite specific about what we were looking for. We were in talks with a couple of different jewelers in addition to The Natural Sapphire Company, but in the end went with TNSC for a variety of reasons. The website had incredibly, true to life, images and the way it was set up made it really simple to drill down and find the exact stones that worked for us (we were looking for high clarity, green/blue from Montana, at a specific price point). The number of stones they had seemed endless, as well as the pricing options, and TNSC had the most variety. Katherine was with us every step of the way and really helped us find the right stone. She truly went above and beyond, particularly when we liked 6 different stones and she offered to share videos of the stones in various lighting conditions. There was zero pressure to make a decision, which we really appreciated. I really loved the renderings as well, which were very helpful for us to review the different setting options. When the ring arrived, it was even more beautiful than we thought it would be! I encourage anyone that is interested in a sapphire to explore TNSC. We couldn't be happier with the results.

I have been envious of other people's engagement rings for decades-not anymore! I just got my stunning yellow sapphire and diamond ring from The Natural Sapphire Company and I could not ask for anything better!! This was my best experience with a jeweler ever. First of all the gems are at the highest standard possible. Just amazing. Lauren was so good to work with. She’s responsive and insightful. She worked with me on creating a custom design for my fiancés padparadscha engagement ring and it’s absolutely brilliant. Fantastic customer service and product. Nancy helped me to design an engagement ring to perfectly match and sit beside my fiancée's great grandmother's wedding ring. Communication flowed easily and Nancy was extremely helpful in ensuring that the finished product was exactly what I had envisioned. She provided photos and videos of the blue-green sapphire that was used as the central stone for the ring and also sent me wireframe and computer renderings of the design before any manufacturing was done. I highly recommend them.
