The Oaks at Mount Carmel is an amazing venue. The owners and staff are so helpful and kind. Having the air conditioning on a warm day is perfect and many venues do not offer that. I highly recommend calling The Oaks at Mount Carmel for your wedding! My brother and sister in laws wedding was amazing!

The Oaks was the most perfect venue for our special day! They have truly thought of everything when it comes to the wedding experience. From the spectacular views, to the decorations, to the logistics of parking and vendors, they made our entire experience stress free. 10 out 10 WOULD recommend!!!!!

We had my daughter and new son in law’s wedding there last weekend 6/22/24 and I can’t put into words how thankful I am that we chose The Oaks at Mount Carmel as their venue. Not only is it gorgeous, Jerome, Lynn, Jessica, the whole entire family goes above and beyond to make sure everything is absolutely perfect. It is family built, owned and operated by wonderful people and they treat you like family. You cannot go wrong with this venue, it is perfect. Thank you Stinson Family you guys are wonderful.❤️

My Husband and I were looking for a place for our wedding ceremony when we stumbled across this venue on this website. The prices are affordable and there is range of fun amenities offered such as fireworks. It’s family owned and boy, do they make you feel like family! Excellent service and quick replies as well as a willingness to go above and beyond for the couple on their big day. Our wedding day was made even more perfect by choosing this venue and definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a venue that makes you feel at home. We just want to say thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts for taking care of us and ensuring everything went off without a hitch.

We spent 2 days at The Oaks first getting ready for the perfect wedding and then the most perfect day for a wedding. The owners were amazing so easy to work with and did whatever they could to help us.
The venue is all you could want in a rustic hand-built barn. The staff cares about their clients, and it shows.

The Oaks at Mount Carmel was a charming and elegant venue for our wedding. It was perfect and just the right amount of class to make our wedding absolutely beautiful. From their real wooden tables to their beautiful gazebo on the water. Lets not forget the barn itself which was just absolutely breathtaking. My family had tons of compliments during our wedding for our choice of venue, and we couldn't of been more proud. The owners went above and beyond for us to make sure our day was everything we could of ever imagined. Our photos turned out beautiful on every inch of this property. We are so appreciative and will have these photos to cherish forever.

The staff is absolutely amazing!! I was there to set and decorate for the wedding. Space is timeless and breath taking!!! I can't say this enough the owners have such a eye for detail and such an amazing staff to work with anything they can do to make your day special they will!!

My husband and I got married here back in February 2024. Mr. Jerome and Mrs. Lynn were the absolute best. They made us feel very welcome; Very nice, genuine people. Their venue is the most BEAUTIFUL venue I’ve laid eyes on. It was very pristine! ALL of my guests kept saying, “oh my gosh, this place is so beautiful. I wish I would’ve known about it!” We were very fortunate enough to discover The Oaks at Mount Carmel. If you’re looking for a venue, THIS is the one. No need to look any further. I highly recommend it.

I got married here during the height of covid in 2020 and cannot even begin to express how wonderful the Stinson's were and how above and beyond they went to make sure our day was extra special. We originally planned to get married out-of-state but when lockdowns happened, we found ourselves having to re-plan everything in just 30 days. When I tell you the Stinson's were a God-send, I'm not kidding. They let us use everything they had, from the hand-made signs the owner used in her son's wedding to the gorgeous china ware. On the day-of, they made sure we had everything we needed and had a delicious fruit platter and handwritten card delivered to the bridal suite. They made my dreams come true and I am forever grateful for their generosity and kindness. If you want a venue that is not only breathtakingly beautiful but also makes you feel like you're a part of their family, this is the place for you.

My youngest sister got married here yesterday, April 6th. This venue and the owners were absolutely amazing. The Stinson's went so above and beyond for us to make sure that everything went off without a hitch. The ceremony was held down at the gorgeous pond with gazebo and the reception was inside the stunning barn. The bridal sweet was perfect for the large wedding party, and the groom sweet was equipped with pool table, darts, and buck hunter. The handmade wooden tables are so beautiful that you really don't need much decoration. This place should be on everyone's list for events!!!!

Our daughter and her now husband got married at The Oakes at Mount Carmel and as a Mother and Father we couldn't of wished for a better place for her to realize her dream of a picturesque local. Everything was perfect from the setting to the service. Weddings can be stressful and I am happy to say with the help of the owners Jerome and Lynn Stinson the bartender Josh Haffner the coordinator Jarret Haffner not to mention the other staff Zach and Jessica Creech everything went so smoothly. The attention to detail and the encouragement to a nervous bride and her family mean everything. I would encourage anyone wanting to book any event this is the place that will be perfect.

When I tell you this is the best wedding venue, I mean every word! The owners were not only the epitome of professional, but they were the absolute sweetest people! They went above and beyond making sure that all details were taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend getting married here!!!!

We have attended several weddings at The Oaks at Mount Carmel. This is the most beautiful venue we have ever attended! They have a gorgeous pond and gazebo overlooking it ! Their barn is amazing with so much details put inside as well as outside!! They have a grooms room built just for the guys with games and a tv! This venue is a must see for anyone looking for the perfect pictures to remember their special day ! Plus, the owners went above and beyond making sure everything went perfect! They also gave everyone a ride down to the pond or even to their vehicles and back if they needed anything! Super nice! Top notch venue I must say! :)

The Oaks at Mount Carmel went above and beyond for our wedding! Our wedding day was so beautiful, they quickly and seamlessly executed a plan B for unexpected rain, and everyone at the wedding still talks about it to this day! I would highly recommend this venue for anyone considering.

My daughter’s wedding was at “The Oaks at Mount Carmel” and it was fantastic. It is a beautiful facility and setting. The wedding was at the pond which made for a beautiful wedding. The barn was perfect for reception after the wedding - it is a remarkable facility. The owners assisted us with getting vendors which all worked out perfectly.
The service provided by all the staff was first class. Everyone was very friendly and they were all willing and able to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect!!
I highly recommend the Oaks at Mount Carmel!!

Seriously could not brag on this venue enough! The place is beautiful, the owners and staff are wonderful and so personable! The venue is decorated enough itself with the rustic barn and unique interior. There is absolutely no such thing as a bad picture here as every background scene is picture perfect. They’re easy to communicate with, made sure everything went smoothly, and had everything I needed! They made our special day truly the best! There was absolutely nothing they could do better! ❤️

This is such an amazing and beautiful place to have a wedding or any special event. The barn has a separate bride and groom area for each to get ready at. They have a wonderful loft area where you can open the windows and take pictures at. The lake has a gazebo and there’s even koi fish in the lake! The owners are very welcoming and truly want to satisfy their customers. I highly recommend this venue!

Thank you so much to The Oaks at Mount Carmel! Our wedding day will be one that we will cherish forever. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed our ceremony in the gazebo overlooking the pond. Our reception in the barn was a great time! We had plenty of space for food, beverages, and to dance!
