The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms made our wedding a perfect day. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The venue is stunning and the food was excellent. Jill, the event manager, was very helpful and guided us through all the necessary steps with ease. All of our guests raved about the food, the service, and the beauty of the venue. We would recommend it to everyone!

The Pavilion is a popular spot for a reason. Beautiful grounds and venue. The food and beverage service during dinner was efficient and speedy, and the bartenders were friendly and accommodating. All the food, including the hors d'oeuvres, was delicious (we picked the Silver Oaks plated) and the prime rib is massive. Communication and coordination leading up to the event was clear, relevant, and timely. I can only think of two negative points: they didn't have bitters during the reception (so no old fashioneds), and some emails would only be addressed to one of us, despite us asking to both be included on all emails. But pretty minor things, still 5 stars!

There are so many wonderful things about the Pavilion. From day one of touring the venue up to the final minutes of the reception, the Pavilion and their incredible staff are there for you. The space is absolutely beautiful, making it easy to collaborate and make it your own for your special day (it doesn’t take a lot BTW because of its natural beauty). Throughout the process I had the pleasure of working with Lexi, Stacie, and Jill - all are so responsive and helpful! They seriously answered every question I threw their way (even the questions my mother asked that they had already answered LOL). The day of staff and coordinators are also just out of this world. Katie and Taylor were the SWEETEST and helped to make the day run smoothly. The Pavilion blew all of our guests away not only with its looks, but with the food. Henrici’s catering review is simple, 16/10. It was so delicious, and since the day I’ve had numerous people tell me they dream of the white cheddar potatoes. I will continue to praise everything about the Pavilion because it was truly magical. I’m counting down the days until I can make it back up there for another wedding because everything about it is perfect. Thank you again for making our wedding everything we could have ever imagined and more. I will forever be obsessed with the Pavilion and all the magic it holds.

We had a wonderful experience working with The Pavilion. The beauty of the venue and the pricing (compared to venues of similar quality/atmosphere in the greater Chicago area) were what initially attracted us. However, the food through Henrici's (the exclusive in-house catering) and venue staff were incredible assets. We were very lucky to work with Lexi, Jill, and Stacie, all of whom were incredibly patient with the many questions I had throughout the process. Guests repeatedly told us how excellent the food & beautiful the venue was, asking how we found the place a couple hours away from home. We could not recommend The Pavilion more!

From our first tour almost 2 years before our wedding to our actual wedding day we never doubted that the staff would do everything they could to help make our dream come true. We had the best experience with The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms. The staff was outstanding and responded promptly and kindly to every question we had. A truly gorgeous venue with some of the most helpful staff you could possibly find! Jill, Staci, and Lexi were so helpful throughout the whole planning process, helping us make a schedule and promptly answering all of our questions, big and small. On the day of our wedding, Danielle, one of our day-of coordinators, helped us arrange everything and go over all of the details, including getting a tram for our first look photos and making sure that we would have a cart to help some of our older relatives get around. The staff made sure we knew who we could talk to if we had any questions throughout the day. The food from Henrici's was also excellent, and they worked with us to make sure that everybody who had allergies or dietary restrictions had a meal. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the venue was or how good the food was. We're so happy we picked the Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms for our wedding venue.

This venue is absolutely magical. It was everything we wanted for our wedding and more. The staff was OUTSTANDING and took care of every need. Their attention to detail was spot on and helped make our day run smoothly. People say that something always goes wrong during your wedding day, but we are one of the lucky few that can say our day was perfect. We wouldn't change a thing. I wish we could relive our wedding day at the pavilion. Just stunning!

My daughter had her wedding here and it was amazing! It is absolutely gorgeous! The property is breathtaking and the bridge / fountain area is a beautiful spot to have your ceremony. They have a beautiful bridal suite and also had a great space for the boys as well! Henrici's was used for catering and everyone loved the food! The staff was friendly and helpful and always available to answer any questions. The Copperstone is a definite must to stay... that's an extra perk! I can honestly say my daughter had her dream wedding at The Pavilion!

The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms is so beautiful. The staff are very professional, helpful, and kind. I had no idea what to expect, but I was so thankful for all of their help and prompt communication. Jill Guth was a pleasure to work with and Lexi Silva gave us a wonderful tour and answered all of our questions. They are both very knowledgable about the industry! They were extremely helpful on our actual wedding day and I was completely relaxed. I highly recommend the venue!

The Pavilion is the absolute perfect place to have your wedding! The staff is amazing, so organized, responsive, flexible, and willing to make your big day exactly as you envisioned. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, whether you have the wedding inside or outside, it is the most magical place for a wedding. Their exclusive caterer has the best menu selection and the guests could not stop raving about the food. I could not imagine getting married anywhere else, and keep telling my husband I want to have our wedding there every month!

The Venue is absolutely breathtaking, my guests are still talking about my Wedding months later. The venue was very responsive to any questions I had throughout my planning process. Catering is in house but the food is absolutely DELICIOUS so you won't be disappointed there. As beautiful as the venue is, there are some things you should consider prior, and be sure to read your contract thoroughly and budget accordingly. Here were some of my challenges with the Pavilion: menu prices were increased for my reception after I had already signed off on the proposal (this is in the fine print of the contract so be sure to read it). Open bar does not include table wine, there will be an extra charge per table. The bridal suite opens at 8am, if you have a large bridal party and need to start getting ready earlier, you will be charged extra to use the suite before 8am. It may also cost you extra if you decide to do a first look photoshoot, because transportation around the property (130 acres) is only free for 1 hour AFTER your ceremony. Even after paying the extra fee for transportation before my ceremony, some of the staff told my group they were going to leave us there and we'd have to walk back if we didn't finish our photos because our hour was up. Unfriendly comments on your wedding day don't feel good, and they could have went about it more politely. The venue is also in a relatively remote area, so if you are doing hotel room blocks I reccommend budgeting for shuttle buses.

Everything about the Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms is amazing! Everyone is so supportive, timely with communication, and great to work with, and the venue is just breathtaking. Thank you to the Pavilion for making all of our dreams come true! I highly recommend this venue!

We can wholeheartedly give The Pavilion a 10 out of 10 for their professional and caring staff as well as the fantastic venue itself! All of our guests were impressed by the scenic ceremony site and how the beautiful reception building feels like you're outside. The staff took care of all the minutia of the day and kept us as stress-free as possible. They really thought of everything! I could not have pictured a more perfect place for our wedding.

The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms was our perfect wedding venue. The staff was incredible and answered all of our questions with very short response times. The food from Henrici’s was phenomenal. If you get the opportunity to rent to Copper Stone Inn don’t skip it.

My husband and I cannot say anything but great things about this place. We had done countless tours before coming to the pavilion. As soon as we walked out we wanted to get married here. The staff here takes excellent care of you. Jill was there to answer any question we had and never made me feel like a burden as a very stressed out bride. She was there on wedding day and it was so nice to see a familiar face and know that she would take care of everything. This venue is amazing and so beautiful.

An absolutely gorgeous, simply magical place for any big day! Everything was beyond perfect, the indoor and outdoor spaces are all just beautiful. From the trees to the fireplace, we could not have asked for more, even the bathrooms are stunning! The in house catering makes such a difference in the freshness and quality of the food, everything was beyond delicious. We received sooo many compliments, all our guests said it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. Cannot recommend the Pavilion highly enough!

WHY IS THERE NO 10 STAR OPTION!? The venue (and entire property) itself are stunning and can be decorated into anything imaginable. The food is Michelin star level (not to mention the extensive menu options). My guests won't stop talking about the food, which is rarely so memorable from a wedding. Delicious is such an under statement. The staff is the best of the best. They answered endless emails from an anxious and overwhelmed bride that was in over her head with wedding planning- and made no question feel stupid. Our day wedding went off without a SINGLE hiccup and our day of coordinator (Taylor) exceeded my every expectation. The entire staff deserves Nobel Prizes and I'm not over exaggerating in the slightest. The bridal suite alone, which includes a FULL kitchen and salon, was a dream and made a long day of "getting ready" that much more special. The venue gave us a list of vendors they frequently work with and we choose most of them for a DJ (Luxe Productions), floral (Event Floral), desserts, etc. Top notch. It made everything that much easier working with people who do most of their work at this specific venue- but we also had no problem with vendors in the area who needed to travel. Hotels near by? Check out Downtown Beloit- just ten minutes away with gorgeous accommodation options and restaurants for guest to enjoy before or after the wedding. We had a smaller guest list (around 75) but could have had hundreds and still comfortably fit everyone. Even with a smaller group, the space was absolutely perfect. I cannot say enough about how perfect our wedding was at The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge, or thank the staff enough for going above and beyond to make sure the biggest day of our life was dreamlike. TEN STARS.

We had our dream wedding at The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms! We had seen pictures of The Pavilion and it looked beautiful - but there is nothing like being there in person. The venue space is absolutely stunning at any time of year, with beautiful options for a ceremony both indoors and outdoors. For our late November wedding, we had both our ceremony and reception inside The Pavilion and we could not have been happier with how everything turned out. The service was incredible, with coordinators that were eager to help with anything we needed. We appreciate Nikki, Lexi, Jill, Stacie, and Carly so much! The staff in general was extremely friendly, polite, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. Henrici's is the caterer for The Pavilion, and the food was outstanding. With many unique food options that also tasted delicious, the catering certainly stands out from your typical wedding food. So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding food that they have ever had. Additionally, there is a house available to rent on the same property as the venue called the Copperstone Inn, which brought our wedding weekend to the next level. It is a very unique and amazing place to stay for your wedding party and/or family, and is so convenient for the bride & groom to be in close proximity all weekend. Overall, The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms is such an amazing and unique wedding venue, with a stunning stone fireplace, high ceilings, windows showcasing a beautiful pond, and even the bathrooms are cool looking. Many of our guests came to the wedding from the western suburbs, but they all said the drive to Rockton was more than worth it for the unique and beautiful space. We could not have had a better weekend and are beyond grateful for all of the hard work The Pavilion put into making our day perfect.

The Pavilion is the perfect place for your wedding! So green and so beautiful- you feel like you and your guests are in your own little world. The weekend couldn’t have gone smoother.

This is an absolutely gorgeous venue, what you see in the pictures is what you get! The grounds are stunning and the inside of the building itself was what I imagined my dream wedding space would look like. The space, while gorgeous, is neutral as well, so you can really make it your own with flowers, fabric, and whatever else you choose. So many guests commented on the grounds and views, and those same spaces allowed us to get some incredible pictures from the day. What I would really like to mention about this venue is the staff. Everyone I worked with was kind, patient, and understanding as we navigated planning a wedding for the 1st time. A few people I would like to mention specifically are: Jill and Carly, who helped me through most of the planning stages. They were always willing to answer a question or help me with annoying changes when there were last-minute alterations to the plan. I truly felt like no question was too silly and I appreciate that! Taylor was our guide during the rehearsal the day before. She was also so helpful and kind, and really worked with us and the pastor to make sure everything would look great and run smoothly. Finally, Lexi is someone I cannot give enough praise to. She was our day-of coordinator and I know I did not make things easy on her. My ceremony was supposed to be outside and it rained most of the morning, so I was very upset at having to make the change to inside. By about 45 minutes before the ceremony we had clear skies, and she worked with us when I told her to completely change course and set up for an outdoor ceremony again. She was gracious throughout the entire day and put up with SO much. I am eternally grateful for her patience and willingness to do whatever it took to make sure my day was as perfect as it was.

The Pavilion is everything you can ask for in a venue and more! The Pavilion and the grounds itself are gorgeous. We got married in front of the pond on 7/1/22, which I would highly recommend vs. the hill. Our ceremony photos turned out so pretty! Jill was extremely helpful, kind, and her communication was beyond timely. I can not rave about her enough. The Pavilion does have a contracted caterer, Henrici's. Their food was amazing and I have never heard so many people say "That was the best food I've ever had at a wedding". Our day of coordinator Nikki was also great! She made sure the rehearsal ran so smoothly and the day of I didn't have to worry about one thing when it came to vendors getting set up! The venue is gorgeous and so spacious to the point where you can have any table layout you want and still have room for dancing. We did a giant kings table with 45 people and Jill made that happen for us! I keep telling my husband that I had so much fun I wish we could do it all over again! The post wedding blues are real! Cons: About 5ish months before the big day Stacie contacted me to let me know they had to raise their food pricing due to COVID. I understand that COVID has impacted food pricing, however I felt the upcharge was a little ridiculous... an additional 6 dollars per plate and an additional 2 dollars per person for two hors d'oeuvres. While it doesn't seem like much it does add up when you have nearly 200 guests. On the plus side, they did tell us that the bar package pricing would not change. Unfortunately, we tried to upgrade our bar package a few weeks before the wedding and we were then told that we would have to pay for the new pricing of the deluxe bar package because "she didn't think we would want to change it". If you want to take wedding party photos before the ceremony, know that they do not provide the tram before the ceremony free of charge. So if you would like to take photos on different parts of the property and not sweat your butt off walking to those locations you have to pay an additional couple hundred dollars to have the tram before the ceremony. These cons are small, however while you're dealing with all of the details and stress of planning a wedding it can be frustrating in the moment.

We are so happy we chose The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms as the venue for our May 2022 wedding. From the first visit to the wedding day, we knew we had made the right choice. Many of our guests commented on the beauty of the venue, both inside and out. The planning and execution team was there for us at each point in the process and was always professional, accommodating, and kind. This is the only venue we looked at and we wholeheartedly recommend it. The professionalism of the team and the natural beauty of the space is unparalleled in Northern Illinois.

The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms was an absolute dream venue! We had a small wedding but the space is huge and could accommodate so many more people. The entire staff was so helpful and made the weekend so memorable. There’s also a 7 bedroom house on the property that is available to rent. I have a big family so we rented the house which added to the dreaminess of the weekend. Everything was absolutely fantastic and we’d do it all over again at The Pavilion!

Gorgeous venue and friendly staff! There are so many pros with this venue! My only con would be that we had a different day of coordinator at the rehearsal than on the big day and feel as though some communication was lost between the two with minor issues. Other than that, it is a great place to get married. 10/10 recommend!

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about the Pavilion. From our initial tour to walking out the night of our wedding, their team was amazing. Decor was perfection, food was delicious, and our wedding day was an absolute dream. The convenience of having the bridal suite AND grooms suite available onsite was very helpful. Everything on the property is clean and well-maintained. We are so thankful, for all involved, in making our wedding day so special.

The Pavilion was literally our DREAM venue. We knew from the second we stepped foot on the property that this was the perfect place for us to get married. The staff was beyond kind and professional, always willing to answer any of our questions and help us through the entire planning process. Our day of coordinator was amazing and extremely detailed and organized. At the end of the day, everything was perfect and we can't think of a single thing that we would change. All the thanks in the world the the Pavilion and their beautiful staff!!

No words can describe how beautiful this venue is! Since stepping onto the grounds of The Pavilion I knew it was the one. No other venue compared to it. Everyone in the front office was extremely helpful during our postponements due to the pandemic and made sure everyone question was answered in a timely manner. I can’t say enough about how great all the office staff, coordinators and day of staff was. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was so fun. Every one of our guests had nothing but great things to say about The Pavilion. I highly recommend having your wedding here, you won’t regret it!

Our oldest daughter was married this past Sunday at The Pavilion, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the beauty of the place, the expertise of those serving us, and the warmth and hospitality shared with us by all those serving to make our day extra special! I recently took a tour of the Pavilion and Copperstone Inn. I was blown away by how beautiful the property is and all the amenities included. Michelle and Anne have been wonderful from the quick communication to working around my schedule. I can't wait to have my wedding there in 2022!

The Pavillion has everything one could dream of for a Wisconsin wedding. The outdoor setting, the fireplace inside, the interior layout and the food from Henricis was nothing short of fantastic. The only "slight" negative experience we had during the entire process, was the fact that we were planning and organizing our wedding during a huge transition at the Pavilion. For a period of time, we didn't know who was the correct person to contact for what, as there were so many new people coming in. BUT, despite the transition at the venue, the Pavilion staff showed up on our big day and everything was perfect...even the weather in December, in Wisconsin!

The Pavilion is a beautiful wedding venue! My husband and I were looking for a location that was beautiful both inside and out as we were not willing to chance the weather for our late fall ceremony. The Pavilion ended up being perfect for us so we could take photos on the grounds, but have an great location for an indoor ceremony that was then transformed into our reception hall. The staff was always quick with responses to questions and changes requested, even more so as the day got closer. We were not initially planning on renting out the Copperstone Inn, but we did ultimately end up using it for our immediate family which was really fun to have - I wish we had rented it for a few extra days to just enjoy how cool the space is!

This venue was absolutely perfect for our fall wedding! We wanted a rustic feel but didn't want to compromise comfort, such as barns without air conditioning. And we invited over 300 people which the venue could accommodate. From beginning to end the team was incredible. We used Henricis, the exclusive caterer, and the food was perfect. Guests raved about the food all night, I definitely recommend the smugglers shrimp which was a crowd favorite. The venue photographed beautifully, and had lots of areas to use for photos. I would 10/10 recommend this venue to any bride!

An amazing venue with an amazing staff! The staff was communicative throughout and made sure everything was ready and went smoothly in the days, weeks, and months leading up to the wedding. It actually was supposed to rain the day of and the staff did a fantastic job resetting the ceremony to be done indoors. Everything looked great and went off without a hitch. Overall, the facility is pristine, the service is top notch, and the food is easily the best we've ever had at a wedding. They helped make our big day better than we could have even imagined.

The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms is GORGEOUS! We had our wedding ceremony and reception inside the Pavilion and we received raving reviews from our guests on how beautiful everything was. It could not have been more perfect for our March wedding. The catering associated with the Pavilion is phenomenal! Everyone was commenting on how delicious the food was. Kacie and the rest of the staff made sure that the entire day went smoothly and every detail was covered. They made the planning process so easy! I am so glad that we chose the Pavilion for our special day and highly recommend it to anyone planning a wedding!
