I truly could not write enough here about how amazing Victoria is. Hiring her was the best decision we made for our wedding. We had a very complicated ask to do a wedding in a bookstore and were unsure if it would be possible. From the very first meeting, Victoria saw our vision and was excited about helping us make it come to life. We live out of town and she helped us immensely through all the moving pieces of planning in Saint Louis. Victoria always made sure that we knew what was happening and checked in with us to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. She is kind, dedicated, and a fierce advocate for couples. You will not find a better planner!
Hiring Victoria was the best decision we made for our wedding! I truly can’t imagine it without her. I am a Type A bride and I wanted everything to be perfect, but I also wanted to enjoy myself. Victoria made it all possible. She helped me so much along the way with finding vendors, and communicating with everyone so I could enjoy the happiest day of my life. I cannot recommend her enough!!!!
Victoria is an amazing planner to work with! She has excellent relationships with all the vendors in St. Louis and great recommendations to meet your needs. She is very much on top of everything from the super early stages of the wedding right up to the last minute execution. We would not have been able to manage everything without her and would recommend her to everyone!
The best investment for our wedding day weekend celebration was choosing Victoria and the Rebel Wedding Planner team for our planning needs.
My husband and I had never planned a large event and are both extremely busy individuals. We wanted to enjoy the planning process and throw a fabulous party for our loved ones, so we selected the Ambassador package for unlimited planning services nearly 18 months ahead of our wedding date. Victoria guided us through the daunting process of planning an indoor/outdoor medium-to-large wedding in the City of St. Louis and truly became a friend to us!
Victoria regularly met with us in person and virtually to talk through tasks, and she also met with our vendors to keep everything organized. She carefully listened to our interests and curated a list of vendors for each item (venue, DJ, photographer, florist, caterer, etc.). She provided honest and wise feedback to help us reach good decisions when we were unsure or overwhelmed by all the details. She also made us feel confident in our choices, which really helped us celebrate our relationship and get excited for the wedding throughout the whole planning period!
The wedding day was spectacular and better than we could have hoped for — I felt perfectly relaxed and joyful the entire time. From beginning to end, Victoria coordinated our timeline and remained with the vendor team until the reception was over and cleaned up (probably well past midnight) to make sure all our belongings were safely secured. We heard “favorite wedding” and “best party” over and over again from all our guests, too!
Wedding days should be about your special moments with your favorite person. Victoria and the Rebel Wedding Planner team calmly and cheerfully coordinate everything around this basic truth. Victoria was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were planning our wedding from out of town and she made it so easy. Like a lot of couples, we had a mix of fleshed-out ideas and vague ideas, and Victoria helped us come up with a beautiful wedding that felt personal and unique to us. My only regret is not leaning on her more, since I know she would have found exactly what we were looking for and saved us a lot of stress. Victoria had excellent vendor recommendations, but we never felt pressured to hire anyone just because she said we should. I would recommend her to anyone planning their wedding in St. Louis!
I would absolutely recommend Victoria and her team to anyone planning a wedding. With her help, our special day went seamlessly, and everyone had a wonderful time. I have been telling people that I don't know how our wedding would have been possible without Victoria!
Working with Victoria was the best decision that we made for our wedding planning process. Absolutely worth getting the Ambassador package! From the very beginning, her attention to detail was above and beyond. She truly took the time to listen to what we wanted and came up with a venue and vendor list that was absolutely perfect for our wedding celebration. She is very well organized, professional, knowledgeable, and adaptable - and carried out our Indian wedding to perfection. We are so incredibly happy with how everything turned out. Victoria did a phenomenal job planning and coordinating our wedding! We truly could not have asked for anything more. She was easy to communicate with, professional, and was always one step ahead thinking of all the details. Victoria went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and it was truly a pleasure working with her!!
From the very beginning, Victoria took the time to get to know us as a couple, what mattered most to us, and what we love about each other. She was committed to understanding the nuances of our vision for our big day and bringing it all to life. From selection of vendors to coordination of every detail, big and small, we felt calm, relaxed, and confident throughout the process under Victoria's guidance -- the whole experience was truly a joy. Our wedding day was as beautiful, special, and quite frankly perfect as we could have possibly imagined, and we owe much of that to Victoria. Victoria's job isn’t easy but she sure does make it look effortless. We owe every gratitude to Victoria for helping us to start our marriage together surrounded by nothing but joy.
Do yourself a favor and put your once-in-a-lifetime day in Victoria's hands. Although my daughter and her fiancee had a strong vision of their wedding ceremony and reception, they live out of town with full-time jobs and busy lives. Victoria recommended trusted vendors as needed and most importantly, helped coordinate a complicated timeline. With no "first-looks" and a large bridal party, Victoria expertly and calmly choreographed photography, vendors and family. With Victoria overseeing the details, we were all able to savor the day and witness the bride and groom's vision come to life. We had such a fun night visiting, dancing and celebrating. Thank you, Victoria, for coordinating a magical and joyous night to remember.
As another vendor in the wedding industry, I can honestly say that Victoria is the créme de la créme of wedding planners. I always feel a peace of mind when working a wedding where Victoria is in charge. Not only is she intensely organized and efficient, but she is kind, professional, and absolutely unflappable. All the vendors know where to go, what to do, and we have incredible support when we're collaborating with The Rebel Wedding Planner.
My husband and I used the the most inclusive package, and we are SO glad we did. Victoria was amazing throughout the entire process. During the planning process she found the perfect venue, her recommendations were excellent, and she kept us on track the entire time. I was really appreciative of this especially since my mom went into the ICU in August (my wedding was in October) and due to her medical emergency, I dropped off from planning anything. Victoria kept us on track though! Even though my mom was still in the ICU when my wedding occurred, we were able to plan a way to stream the wedding to her room and I had the support from both Victoria and my now husband.
Besides the planning process, the day of we really needed her as well. I did not want to do a first look, so this was carefully choreographed to prevent us from crossing paths. My husband had a pants emergency (in his mind). Victoria was quick to action to go look at the pants and assured us that if she had to, she would go to the Savvi warehouse on Delmar and get him pants. Luckily, he was just nervous and the pants were fine, but I am happy that this was an option. We also had a late groomsman. So, we had back up plans for if he didn't show. She checked on us constantly throughout the night. I truly did not have to assist with set up or break down. A WEDDING PLANNER IS WORTH IT!!! I felt no stress on the big day and it was absolutely everything I imagined.

Our planner was Kayla Williams and she was the best! She helped with all the details especially the timeline and vendor details in the months leading up to the wedding. She was essential on the day of the wedding. It was a perfect day and much of this was due to her keeping everyone on track. Whenever we had a question she new the answer or fixed any issues. She is also very kind and great with all different types of people/ personalities. We got the Ally (lite) package and it was great, but looking back I think I would get the highest package level - Ambassador- just because we loved Kayla so much and she was extremely helpful. Rebel Wedding Planner is worth the price!
If we could give more than 5 out of 5 stars we would. Victoria was incredible to work with. She has a very calm and direct demeanor about her that we really appreciated, especially on the day of. She is very thorough and thoughtful with her work, and always puts the client first. Everything went very smoothly on our wedding day, and it's mostly because of Victoria. She worked hand-in-hand with all of our vendors to make sure everything was completed correctly on time. Thank you Victoria for making our day perfect!
Victoria, at the Rebel wedding planner was so awesome to work with. We started with her at 8 weeks out from wedding day. She was excellent in every aspect! Communicating, Creating our timeline, logistics, running rehearsal and the point person on wedding day. We relaxed and enjoyed every moment knowing Victoria had it all under control!!
We hired Victoria to help with our daughter's wedding. Our daughter was finishing up school in Texas, her fiancé was working in Hawaii and the wedding was planned in his hometown, which was four hours from our hometown. Victoria held our "hands" throughout the process. She gave sound advice and was a huge help every step of the way. The day of the wedding was perfect! It could not have gone any smoother or better. She is a real gem!

She went above and beyond in every way. I am not from St. Louis, so leaned on her guidance for vendor selection. She suggested three reputable vendors for each category with her perspective and after I selected one, she handled all the logistics.
Victoria had great input and perspective. Things I would never have thought about, she was there to suggest and guide. I was nervous about overall aesthetics and design so she showed two different pictures on a slide and we played this or that. After gaining my input, she created a mood board that we used to show our vendors.
Finally, she was extremely accommodating of my schedule and responsive. I felt in great, capable hands every step of the way and highly recommend Victoria to any bride!
I truly can't imagine what our wedding would have been like without Victoria and her expertise! We were living abroad during most of the wedding planning process and it was stressful to not see the venue in person. Victoria kindly FaceTimed me to see the venue, discuss layouts, and start planning. Victoria understood the look we were going for - romantic & minimalistic. She never "pushed" any certain aesthetic/trends and was so helpful in communicating our vision to our vendors. Victoria and her team were also so so helpful with setting up and making sure my husband and I were not lifting a finger in the assembly and take down the day of. She has a proactive approach to solving problems before they arise and remains calm under pressure. I can not recommend her enough. If you are thinking of hiring a planner - do not hesitate hiring Victoria and her team! Wedding Fairy Godmother!
Victoria is the best decision my (now) husband and I made during this whole process, hands down! We were planning our wedding at the same time as a few friends in other cities and our process was by far the easiest and smoothest. Both my husband and I are resident/fellow physicians so we work 60-80 hours/week and just didn't have the time to do everything on our own. Victoria kept track of everything and would email us whenever a decision needed to be made, and boiled things down so we didn't get bogged down in details. For example, for each vendor category, she would give us 2-3 options that she's had good experiences with and we would choose from those. If none of them quite hit our expectations, we just had to tell her what we were looking for and she would come back with more suggestions! She was extremely flexible with timing too and often met with us at 7PM or later via Zoom to fit our work schedules. On the day of, she worked with our venue and vendors to make sure everything was where it needed to be so we could just focus on having fun with our friends and family! I've already referred another one of my engaged friends to her and they've signed a contract - couldn't recommend working with Victoria more!!
We truly wouldn’t have survived the wedding planning process or all of the day of details without Victoria! Despite being a detailed and planning person myself, we still 100% needed not just any wedding planner - but Victoria. She made sure we didn’t miss a detail, provided honest and helpful input with all of those overwhelming decisions, made the day itself absolutely perfect and allowed us to enjoy our day, and most importantly was genuinely amazing to work with!
Victoria was essential for our wedding. She has so much knowledge and thought of things I didn't even know to think of. The day of the wedding was flawless. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. She was so organized and our day went so unbelievably smooth, I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a wedding planner.

She was with us every single step of the way especially because we live in Chicago and our wedding was in St. Louis. So we really needed someone in town to get the ball rolling for us. She helped us find our venue and all our other vendors and always gave suggestions on what would work best for us based on what we originally told her we wanted. I should add that it was really really easy to get a hold of her which helped keep the stress level about the entire wedding planning process at a minimum.
If we had to do things over again, we would still choose her as our planner so yes…I very highly recommend her services for your big day!!!
Victoria was amazing, and I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a wedding planner! She was thorough but efficient, making planning a wedding from afar much easier and more enjoyable. She had great suggestions for everything wedding. She was present at our event planning meetings with vendors and tied up the loose ends, making sure that everything was taken care of! She was easy to get in touch with either via email or text/phone. On wedding day, she was the point of contact for the vendors while also making sure we had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our wedding day. We loved working her and would choose her again in a heartbeat!
Victoria is AMAZING! My husband and I are both professional procrastinators, and she was absolutely invaluable. She helped manage the vendors and kept us on track. When I had a hiccup with the hotel, she helped me make last-minute changes and saved me from what would have been a gnarly panic attack. It was always easy to get in touch with her or plan a meeting over coffee. And the day of the wedding, we got to enjoy the party instead of worrying about the favors or the music. Our wedding was perfect, and we got so many compliments. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone even thinking about a wedding planner.
Also, she's just an awesome person and I'm going to miss her!
We decided on hiring Victoria after she did such an amazing job with the groom’s sister’s wedding in 2017. When COVID happened, we rescheduled our wedding from August 2020 to August 2021. Victoria navigated us through that difficult process to then execute the day we envisioned from the start. She helped us stay organized, collaborated with vendors seamlessly and provided expert advice throughout planning. A death in the family resulted in Victoria taking on more responsibilities and alleviating stress the 2 weeks prior to the wedding. Also, Victoria coordinated an errand the day of the wedding by getting champagne for a photo that we will cherish forever. We highly recommend Victoria for all of your wedding planning needs!
Victoria guided us as we worked on rescheduling my daughter’s wedding due to the pandemic & into the new wedding date. We hired her for the wedding management from 6 weeks out through & past the wedding date. She was attentive to all the necessary details and, as a result, we were able to relax & enjoy the entire wedding weekend. I highly recommend her.
After getting engaged, Victoria was the first vendor we hired! I was in a friend’s wedding who had Victoria as their planner/coordinator. After seeing Victoria in-action on the day of my friend’s wedding I knew that I needed to hire her when I got married. She helped guide us through the wedding planning process, secure other vendors, and work through everything else with regular check-ins and open communication. On the day of the wedding Victoria and her team blew us away with their behind-the-scenes direction, coordination, and general help while keeping everything on time. We received several compliments after our wedding about how relaxed we were day-of. It’s all a result of knowing we were in good hands with Victoria and her team. We would highly recommend Victoria to anyone!
Kayla Williams from Rebel Wedding Planner is a literal angel. We are SO thankful we were referred to this company by a family friend - if you are considering hiring a coordinator, this is your sign to do so! Kayla took care of so many things (and probably a lot more that I don't even know about!) Whenever we met/spoke with her, she took the time to talk through absolutely everything and was never in a rush. At our rehearsal, we had an issue with the church and Kayla handled it in under five minutes. At our reception, she was somehow everywhere at every moment. The wedding timeline always seemed so overwhelming to me, and Kayla worked with all of my vendors to make sure it was perfect. When I spoke to my vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding, they all told me Kayla had already reached out and introduced herself. As a bride, I can't tell you enough how nice it was to have someone being proactive like that. I really can't recommend her enough. Her assistant, Leanna, was also incredible. She made sure to grab picture of my husband and I in front of our flower board before we went into our reception - it might seem small, but we would never have gotten that picture without Leanna! Planning a wedding during COVID was far from easy, but Kayla somehow made it seem that way. I wish she could organize my everyday life - haha! From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for making our day as smooth as possible. It was a dream & I would recommend Kayla/this company to anyone & everyone.
I’m so glad we hired Victoria to help plan our wedding, and I would definitely choose to hire her again. We wanted to plan the majority of our wedding ourselves; we lined up almost all the vendors, so we hired Victoria and her team for just the last six weeks to help wrap everything up. Even though we chose this package, she still joined us for the venue walkthrough and menu tasting, where she provided a lot of good insight about how the ceremony would actually take place. She really helped tie the loose ends together when we needed it. During the last few weeks before the wedding, our jobs seemed to get very busy, and we just didn’t have time to make the little decisions or follow up on details. Fortunately, Victoria was able to communicate with all our vendors and hammer out all the little details so we didn’t have to worry about it. She was also very helpful in dealing with our venue, which threw some last minute curveballs at us. Victoria even helped collect up our centerpieces and items at the end of night, and we were able to pick them up from her the next day, saving us some money with the venue. During the wedding day itself, she kept us on track and I felt everything happened seamlessly. I would highly recommend Victoria and her company for anyone looking to get married in the St. Louis area.
I can't imagine pulling off my wedding without Victoria as my planner. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit last spring and our wedding was consequently cancelled, Victoria swooped into action and reached out to every vendor and coordinated every detail of the planning. She went above and beyond to make sure my wedding went off without a hitch! She suggested great vendors, communicated with them, and had our wedding timeline mapped out perfectly. On the day of the wedding, Victoria handled all of the small details, I wouldn't even have thought about before, so I was actually able to relax and enjoy such a wonderful day. Hiring Victoria was the absolute best decision we made in planning my daughter's wedding. We had to reschedule the wedding twice as a result of the pandemic. When news broke in late March that our May 2nd wedding was going to be postponed due to the city restrictions brought on by COVID-19, Victoria swooped in and contacted all our vendors to coordinate back up plans; if it weren’t for her we would have had no idea where to start. We were paralyzed by sorrow and defeat for the loss of our initial wedding but Victoria was our rock and savior through it all! She is truly the biggest asset to your wedding day- she goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything organized before the big day; and on the day of your wedding you don’t have to worry about a thing (trust me, I’m a professional planner and she gets it all right!). 5 star service, professionalism, and she’s also just an all around wonderful person!
COVID changed our July wedding plans drastically, but Victoria offered my mom and me such great guidance and advice during such an uncertain time. We utilized Victoria's "Bestie" service in May to help guide us through the process of altering our wedding plans. She created a timeline for us to follow, gave us Plan B options, and also provided us examples of how to contact family/friends of our changes. The phone calls and follow-up emails provided us such clarity and sound advice! We would highly recommend The Rebel Wedding Planner!
My daughter Stephanie and I originally hired Victoria for her wedding “day of coordinator” which was originally scheduled for September 2020. Then the pandemic hit - cancel, postpone, elope? We called Victoria for help. Even though it was six months before the wedding, Victoria offered her time and expertise. Together we created a plan to contact the other vendors with alternative dates as it was important to us to keep our original team. July 10th was set and Victoria assisted with the transition and most importantly helped relieve our stress! Hiring Victoria was the best decision we made - with or without a pandemic. As MOB, the most important advice she gave was, “Remember why you are having a wedding!” Thank you Victoria for helping us give Stephanie and Dan their “perfect day!”
I’m more of a big picture kind of person and following through on the small details is more difficult for me. That’s why it was so amazing to work with Victoria! I would find my own vendors, met with them but when it came to going through the contracts and coordinating the vendors it was so nice to be able to pass that on to her. She gave great advice and suggestions and was a good person to bounce ideas off of. The planning website that comes with most of her services made things so simple! She is organized and on top of things and would get back to us quickly! When it came to the day of the wedding my family and myself were able to fully enjoy it because we knew all the details were in good hands. When I first started planning my wedding I wasn’t sure if I needed a wedding coordinator but it was the best decision we made and I could not have done it without her!
Victoria is simply wonderful. Throughout the entire process, it was delightful to work with Victoria. She is so competent and organized. She is calm, very thoughtful, super responsive, and open to new ideas. She has great relationships with great vendors. Thanks to Victoria, the wedding was everything we dreamed.
I would HIGHLY recommend A Bride's Ally. They were perfect for us because we already had everything booked, but needed help with the scheduling of the vendors, last minute details, just generally tying up all the bows and making sure things ran smoothly. We ended up getting the package where we had a coordinator 6 weeks out and for the day of - and THANK GOD we did!
We got Kayla Williams as our coordinator... We honestly wouldn't have gotten anything done with out her help and guidance. Kayla was staple to our wedding coming together. In the end, we felt so sad saying bye to her because she felt like she just became one of our friends. She was willing to do the most inconvenient tasks to make sure things went smoothly (driving to Target literally an hour before the wedding to buy the correct type of Polaroid film) and she got all of the details right (sparkler photos, champagne toast, making sure photographers were always where they needed to be). She was everything to us!!!
Not only on wedding day/night, but the six weeks leading up to the day Kayla was there for us. She met with us for hours one morning over coffee to plan everything out. She answered my texts about how stressed I was and totally chilled me out. She was so wonderful in every way.
Again, I highly recommend using A Bride's Ally. They take so much off of your plate so you can enjoy the process of planning and your wedding day rather than being stressed out. I am so grateful to them and especially to Kayla!
Choosing a wedding planner is the best decision that we made. I knew there was no way we would be able to plan a destination wedding (even if it was in Saint Louis) while we lived in California all on our own. Victoria was always available, very professional and gave us the perfect combination on creative freedom and profesional guidance/support when it came to choosing vendors and managing the whole event. It really can feel overwhelming at times and she always had an answer or solution to even the most innoucous of questions.
I, of course, came down with the stomach flu on my wedding day and not ONCE was I concerned about all the details that we had planned not being executed as I had envisioned it. She allowed for my wedding day to be stress free and let me focus on what was important - my husband and the blending of our families.

When we first met Victoria, we knew pretty quickly that our special day would be in the right hands. She is everything that you want in wedding management/coordination! Victoria Burrows, with A Bride's Ally, did a wonderful job as wedding coordinator at my daughter and son-in-law's wedding this weekend and during the time before the wedding. She was always available for questions. She guided us to great vendors when needed. She was there on the day making sure everything ran smoothly. Victoria and her assistant were AMAZING. Throughout the whole wedding process Victoria always was there when we needed her. She responded to emails promptly and answered every question I had big or small. She made me feel confident our day would go smoothly and it did. My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams and it exceeded our expectations. Victoria is to thank for a lot of that. Can’t recommend her enough.
I used Victoria for my wedding planner this past May. I will say, absolutely nothing went wrong the day of my wedding. A lot of this is due to Victoria. She is so good at what she does. She is easy going and great to work with. She takes a lot of stress off the whole experience of planning a wedding. I could not recommend her more!!

Victoria operates on a flat fee basis, but offers "planning boost" packages, which we used. She was available to guide and direct my daughter and me for several months throughout our planning process; and executed flawlessly with her wonderful assistant over our wedding weekend.

I'm the Mother of the Bride and our wedding was just this past weekend. I didn't want another day to go by without mentioning how amazing Victoria is. Victoria ,of Brides Ally, was the perfect wedding planner for our daughters wedding. When we interviewed her we immediately realized she was the planner for us. She is very professional and guided us through the process of choosing other vendors. She kept everything organized and was always available to answer any questions. As the wedding got closer she kept us calm and quickly solved any problems that arose. The wedding day was perfect and Victoria made sure everything ran smoothly. If I could give her 10 stars I would!
All I can say is.. if you have a wedding coming up and you haven’t booked Victoria, you need to! Victoria was such a huge help every step of the way in the planning process. She met with us in person to plan and would promptly respond to phone calls and emails, answering our many questions and guide us in the right direction. In the few weeks leading up to our wedding she contacted all the vendors and made sure to coordinate times with each of them for set up etc. for the day of. Our wedding was seamless and thanks to her, my mother (my other wedding planner) was able to really enjoy herself and not have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. I highly recommend Victoria!
Victoria was an absolute joy to work with throughout this whole process. She was able to provide us absolutely fantastic recommendations for vendors such as the Ink Spot and she was so detail orientated and prompt in all of our correspondence. On the day of our wedding, our families had to worry about nothing as Victoria and her team were able to handle everything to ensure everyone could fully take in and enjoy our big day.

My daughter dropped off all the “stuff” with Victoria the week of the wedding and all we had to do was arrive and leave on the big day. No set up, pick up, or clean up of any of the decor, candles, banner, bows, food, etc. for the B & G or the parents!! We walked in and walked out at the end!!
Victoria had a well timed schedule for the whole day and it was perfect!

I cannot say enough nice things about A Bride's Ally. We worked with Kayla throughout the entire planning process and from the minute we met her, her guidance, suggestions and taste were immeasurably helpful. We would not have been able to pull off planning this incredible wedding in 6 months without her! The day of the wedding was perfectly seamless and stress free thanks to Kayla. She was always steady and calm no matter what we threw at her, and we will honestly miss her!! Thank you so much for everything!!
Victoria was simply incredible. From the day she joined, there was an ease with my husband and I knowing that she was there to help us and only us. Victoria was our day of coordinator for our wedding and she was absolutely amazing. She is extremely organized and even found a makeup artist who I loved within a week of the wedding when my initial makeup artist asked me to find someone else last minute.
