The Regency Conference Center is an elegant ballroom venue connected to the Hampton Garden Inn located in O’Fallon, Illinois, hosting weddings and other special events in the greater St. Louis area. This venue’s team of highly experienced hospitality professionals strives to attend to every detail that can make a wedding an even greater experience. Facilities and Capacity
The Conference Center offers more than 20,000 square feet of versatile event space and can be divided into a total of eight smaller rooms, including the 11,700-square-foot Tuscany Ballroom with West Province and East Province sections. Furthermore, you can enjoy outdoor space in the form of the Piazza Garden Patio. This elegant 1,890-square-foot space, which overlooks lake waters, has the potential to serve as an ideal space for a wedding in the summer sun. This facility offers wheelchair-accessible features, as well as parking, to accommodate the needs of even more guests.
Services Offered
The Regency Conference Center offers three different wedding packages including an All –Inclusive Package. All packages include tables and chairs, white, black or ivory premium linens, linen napkins, china, mirrored candle centerpieces, cake cutting service, lighting for the head table and accent tables, table numbers and stands, and a complimentary stay for the newlyweds at the Hampton Inn. Additionally we have a beautiful outdoor ceremony space and a Get Ready room for the wedding party.
Cuisine
Executive Chef Art and his culinary team are committed to design a one of a kind meal to "WOO" you and your guests. We have a variety of soups, salads, passed hors d’oeuvres, plated dinners, buffets, and much more to choose from. Once, you book your special day with us, you will be invited to a private tasting for four people.
Other Services
In addition to weddings, The Regency Conference Center is available to host other special events and occasions. Our venue’s staff has considerable experience preparing military ceremonies, corporate functions, and more.

My now husband and I had a great experience working with The Regency. They were so easy to work with, friendly, and so professional. Great communication! If I had a question, Jayne was quick to get back to me. She was awesome!
The food was absolutely fantastic as well. Our guests were extremely happy with the food, and we were too! We chose to offer the choice of filet mignon and salmon at our wedding, and my husband and I both chose the filet mignon. It was by far the best steak we have ever had. We had great reports on our bartender as well.
I didn’t realize this until I received a bunch of calls and texts the day after our wedding, but I am upset with the Regency over one thing. Most of our guests were out dancing for most of the evening which was great. I didn’t notice at the time (and neither did our guests) but the Regency staff had started collecting the guest favors from everyone’s assigned place and piled them up onto one table while everyone was dancing. The music stopped right at 9:30 which is when we agreed to stop the event for the night, so it wasn’t like we went overtime. Because the favors were piled up on one table, our guests assumed they were extras and took as many as ten very nice and somewhat pricey customized wooden bottle openers, which was extremely frustrating when I only bought just enough for everyone to get one. I had more than a few people call or text me asking for a replacement, so I’m going to have to order more (At over $5 a piece.) and mail them out to the guests who basically had theirs taken away from them. If it wasn’t for this incident and being rushed out of the venue, I would have given this place a 5⭐️ rating. They did everything else right.

Worked well with you until the day of the event . Did not keep a lot of promises that was made . Food was good . Price was fair . Staff was personal but made drastic changes att the last minute . Really could have been a restated but I made the best of it since it was the day of my wedding .

We held my daughter's wedding reception here and it couldn't have been more amazing! From booking it, having to change dates due to covid, to the last minute of the reception they were awesome to work with! Angela Mosby was beyond excellent, always cheerful and willing to help us with whatever we wanted. I can't thank her enough! The food was by far the best wedding food I have ever had and I have also heard this from many of our guests that attended. Serving over 250 people is not an easy feat and from what I have heard from several of our guests every plate was hot and the filet mignon was cooked perfectly! The Hampton Inn connected to the venue was also wonderful to stay at for us and our out of town guests. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice of venue and highly recommend them if you are looking for a wedding venue in the St. Louis area.

Overall our wedding day was beautiful and the staff the day of was professional. Food was delicious and the venue itself was gorgeous. Leading up to the day of was another story. Michelle, the wedding planner, will be nice to your face but not deliver what she promises. For example, we wanted our band on the far side of the room and the head table on the opposite. Multiple times during the planning process, she voiced her opinion that most people do not typically set the room up that way. However, she finally backed down and agreed to do it our way. We were told we could set our things up (placecards, etc.) the day before beginning at 3 pm and the tables and chairs would already be set up. When we got there at 3:30, the room was not set up for us as was promised. Once the workers did set the room up and we were allowed to set up our things, what do you know..the room was set up how Michelle had originally wanted it. We made them flip the room as we wanted it, but got some major attitude from the staff. Another issue was the alcohol. Michelle had worked with us to provide the appropriate amounts of alcoholic beverages for our guests (ex: 40% hard alcohol, 50% beer, 10% wine). We were out of both vodka and bud select within an hour of the band playing. For someone experienced in this business, we trusted Michelle was advising us appropriately on this topic, but that was not the case. Lastly, we had known from the start that there would be another wedding the same day using one fourth of the ballroom (the hall can be divided in fours) and Michelle promised us we would not be able to hear any noise from the other wedding. However, during our speeches our guests had difficulty hearing due to the music coming from the other wedding.
While I would still recommend a couple to get married at the Regency, I would advise to expect some difficulties leading up to the big day and to stand your ground in order to get what you want and paid for!

I would recommend the Regency for your wedding. Angie was absolutely wonderful and on point from our first meeting 15 months ago through the end of the wedding night. They were efficient and helpful and handled a couple of last minute mishaps seamlessly. The way they treated us while completing business made them our number one choice and we would recommend them to anyone.

We got married outside under the begoda at sunset and had our reception here as well!! It was fabulous and beautiful!! Angie is an amazing wedding coordinator and remembered all the little details we may have forgotten!! We still stay in contact with Angie and we go stay in the same bridal suite every year for our anniversary!! I would recommend every bride and groom experience the Regency/Hilton Garden Inn for their very special day!!

Recently I worked closely with Lauren Dean and her team at the Hilton Garden Inn. We had lots of out of town guests coming in for my wedding in Belleville, IL on December 27, 2014 and Lauren knocked it out of the park! She nailed down every detail and made my guests incredibly comfortable from the minute they checked in. Our suites were perfection, the breakfast is to die for and the staff will take care of your every need!! We will totally take this experience with us and look for a Hilton Garden Inn everywhere we go! Our rehearsal dinner was held at the Regency and Angie Morgan made sure she also lived up to our expectations. The food was great and fabulous presentation! Her staff on hand had fabulous personalities and made sure my guests had a blast! Hats off to their team! Best in the area!!!

The staff at the Regency was very accommodating and paid attention to detail. The entrée was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. The Regency has a beautiful brick patio which is perfect for an outdoor cocktail hour, reception or ceremony. The weather was too cold for us to use it.

We wanted a venue that would take care of all the logistics of the reception and they did just that. They set everything up beautifully and just the way I wanted it. The food was fantastic as well. They were all very nice and extremely helpful. We didn't need a wedding coordinator because the Regency took care of everything they would have done. The room looked gorgeous, especially with the head table lit up.
While it was expensive, it was worth every penny since I didn't have to worry about anything and the food was great.

To sum it up, this is the most disorganized group of people I have ever dealt with. One person would tell you one thing, then someone else would tell you another. They did meet all my requests, when they would finally return my calls.
