Who We Are: The Silver Alchemist is a high-energy wedding and party band based out of Minneapolis, MN. The team is made up of dynamic singers and musicians that have performed or recorded with national artists such as Owl City, Pitbull, Natalie Grant, Caitlyn Smith, Danny Gokey, and many more. Since forming in the fall of 2022, The Silver Alchemist has performed for weddings throughout the Midwest, along with destination locations such as Todos Santos, MX, Jackson Hole, WY, and Bozeman, MT. In 2024, the band was awarded "Best Band" by Minnesota Bride Magazine, "Best of Weddings" by The Knot, and "Couple's Choice Award" by Wedding Wire. The Reception Band: Every performance is customizable, with Reception Band packages ranging from 6 to 12 performers. Whatever your style, The Silver Alchemist will have something in their repertoire to suit and are also happy to learn up to three new songs just for you! Their current collection ranges in genre and includes country, folk, rock, jazz, funk, pop, top 40, dance, and more. I have been a part of the music industry as a producer, songwriter, and music director for the past 18 years and continue to perform with incredible Nashville and regional artists. Because of these longstanding connections, I started receiving inquiries from event planners looking to book talent and in the fall of 2021, The Silver Alchemist was formed! When my fiance and I were choosing a band for our wedding, we thought about the most fun weddings we've been to and why -- in thinking back, The Silver Alchemist was the reason we fondly recall having fun at a previous wedding! We reached out with excitment knowing this band was going to be amazing and memorable and they did not disappoint! From the beginning, working with Andre, we reviewed the style of music, song choices, what they offered and vibe of our wedding reception together. Andre worked with us and our budget to put a band together that both met our financial and musical needs. Andre worked with us and our Cantor to put music together for our wedding ceremony, learning new music and working our wedding planner on the ceremony timing. We were impressed with the contract and song offerings as well - very clear, detailed and professional. Andre had amazing communication and we felt down to the last detail, the band know what we were looking for and want music we wanted to hear. Our wedding reception hora, dancing and music was so fun and memorable for us and our guests. We had the best time at our reception and love looking at the photos and videos of us dancing to the band. Andre and the band had a beautiful set up on the stage, with lighting, brought talented singers and musicians. We cannot thank Andre and the band for all the support in planning our wedding but also in making our wedding ceremony and reception unforgettable. We continue to get compliments on how fun our wedding reception was and we have The Silver Alchemist to thank for that. We are so glad we chose The Silver Alchemist and would highly recommend this band to anyone!

There is no better band out there!! Not only did they absolutely crush EVERY single song, they took many requests and made the night amazing. Each band member brought their own energy and they all vibed so well together. We had some specific song requests and the band did so well learning the songs and delivering on HIGH energy. They even brought our niece on stage to dance with them, and created such special memories. Every single moment the band played was outstanding and got the crowd going. Big shout out the André for making it all happen, and to the violinist for surpassing all expectations. Our guests haven't stopped talking about how outstanding the band was!

Booking The Silver Alchemist for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. From start to finish, they were incredible. Their setlist was a perfect mix of the classics, and they even took our song and genre requests. The talent and musicianship they brought to every genre was outstanding. What really stood out was how they made sure everything went smoothly throughout the night. The team checked in with us regularly, making sure everything was going smoothly. It was clear they genuinely cared about making our wedding special, and they absolutely delivered. The energy they brought was contagious and many of our guests called them best wedding band they've ever seen. The Silver Alchemists were everything we could have hoped for from our wedding band! The number one comment we received from our guest was that the band was incredible. They were fantastic to work with - very chill yet very responsive. In our first meeting we discussed concerns we had with sound and volume, because we had been to a few weddings recently where the band just blew guests away with sound - you know exactly what I'm talking about. The Silver Alchemists understood that and totally nailed it. They rocked and played the venue perfectly. Musically, everyone was great. In addition to that, they were so good to work with and the forms and processes they developed worked really well for us to make sure everything was perfect. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Choosing The Silver Alchemist for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! From the moment we began planning, André and the team were exceptional—meeting with us several times to perfect every detail. On the big day, their performance was beyond incredible, and we couldn’t have been happier to have them there. They went above and beyond, learning three new songs for us (including a niche string piece) in just a few days. The MC kept the energy high, and it was a hit with our bridal party to learn that the cellist had worked with Taylor Swift! Our guests still rave about the band, calling it one of the best they’ve ever seen. We couldn’t agree more—we danced the night away and will forever be grateful for The Silver Alchemist’s unforgettable performance.

The silver alchemist were incredible. They were insanely talented musicians and elevated every song and genre. Our guests actually demanded an encore. So much fun. I would highly recommend them. The most amazing band. Hands down, ever. If you are on the hunt for wedding music, this is your ticket. My fiancee and I looked at multiple bands all across the Midwest and booked The Silver Alchemist. And we are so so glad we did. Our family and friends are still talking about them! Aside from being the obvious—being fun, talented and lively musicians—this crew is so so kind and easy going. The moment we saw them on our wedding day, we felt at ease. The MC was offering to fetch our head table drinks, checking in with us throughout the evening on timing, and very communicative. They were also super organized leading up to the day—and even more so the day of. Truly just a really great group of people. Can’t recommend them enough. Also love that we got to choose three songs for them to learn that weren’t on their playlist. So fun! Thank you, from the very bottom of our hearts. You made our wedding day so special. We will be talking about you forever!

Silver Alchemist is amazing!!! They are such a talented group of musicians that do justice to every song they perform. They had the dance floor packed all night! Andre was great to work with leading up to the day. He met with us to talk about the vibes we were hoping for and talked us through how they come up with their set lists. We weren’t sure what song we wanted to end with but they figured it out based off our music preferences. We had the most memorable last dance, just the two of us surrounded by friends and family dancing to Purple Rain. We would highly recommend Silver Alchemist if you’re looking for a great party!

We used Silver Alchemist for our wedding and WOW! We were completely blown away! We felt that the dance floor was packed all night! They had a great set list and seemed to have catered that really well to our crowd. Overall they were easy to work with, had great communication and extremely talented. We are already thinking of planning some event so we have an excuse to hire them again.

As a planner in the Twin Cities, The Silver Alchemist is one of my favorite bands. To be blunt, they pulled some of the best from other bands to create a band that is steady and consistent in their performers and sound. Bad vocals kill a band, but Andrina and Nate are amazing! Their repertoire is vast and Andre is lovely to work with! You can not go wrong with the choice and they are worth every penny!

SO much fun!! We had The Silver Alchemist at our wedding last weekend and they were the BEST! Everyone was asking where we found them and complimenting the band! They were super easy to work with, communicative and accommodating, and learned some of our favorite songs for the evening! The dance floor was packed all night and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fun, and very talented, wedding band!

The top topic of conversation at the brunch we hosted the morning after our wedding was our wedding band. Our guests were blown away by the talent and the energy that The Silver Alchemist brought to our reception. We knew the caliber of musicians we were hiring, but we were also impressed by just how professional they were with everything else. The emceeing and seamless transitions between our favorite songs were perfect. The only "complaint " we heard: everyone's legs were sore the next morning from a night of non-stop dancing! I have spent the last several days reliving our day by replaying videos of the band and of all our favorite people dancing together. We owe The Silver Alchemist a HUGE thank you for making our celebration sound and feel even better than we could have imagined.

The silver alchemist are INCREDIBLE and blew us all away at our wedding. We worked closely with Andre to create a set list that included the wedding classics, songs from the early 2000’s, top 40 songs, and college game day hits. The band is incredible at every song but shines for the Top 40’s. The band has also developed a few medleys that perfectly build up the energy on the dance floor and keep it going with no breaks between songs. Our dance floor was packed from start to finish. We have been fortunate to see a lot of great wedding bands in Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles, and the Silver Alchemist is in league with the best out there. If you are looking for bands in the Minneapolis area, you must choose this band.

Can’t say enough incredible things about how amazing Silver Alchemist was as our wedding band! Night of and even weeks later our friends and family are still raving about how good the music was. We were especially impressed by the way they absolutely crushed every special request song we had. The instrumentals as part of our ceremony and our first dance were mind blowingly awesome! Incredible! The Silver Alchemist helped make our wedding so special. We have nothing but great things to say about the band. Most importantly, they absolutely rocked the performance. The lead singers were mesmerizing and the band can play such a wide array of songs - from Van Morrison to Katy Perry to all the Motown classics. The most amazing thing was that even though there was a wide array of genres and styles, they played all of them so so well. The dance floor was packed the entire night and the band was one of the main things everyone was talking about the next day. The music was phenomenal -- and the process leading up to the big day also was super smooth. We had a feeling after our first Zoom with Andre that he and the band were true professionals. They were very responsive (and pleasantly persistent when we were less responsive). They worked with us to customize the set list for what we wanted and made everything seamless on wedding day. I cannot recommend The Silver Alchemist enough! We actually feel quite lucky to have been able to book them a bit early in their tenure -- I have a feeling this band is going to be hard to book in the future as the word gets out. They are that good.

If you’re looking for a party, you’ve come to the right place! Andre and the band were incredible at our wedding and we continue to receive rave reviews from our guests. People stayed and danced the entire time - we didn’t want it to end! From ages 4 to 80, everyone was on the dance floor. Professional, knowledgable, perfectly executed songs and set list. Each musician was incredibly talented and blew us away with their skill. We are so grateful to have had you at our wedding. THANK YOU!

The talent in this band is just ridiculous. You will often be asking yourself whether the band is playing or you are listening to the record. In my opinion, best wedding band in the Midwest.
