The Sloane is an upscale wedding and event venue in Historic Germantown, Nashville, TN, located 1.5 miles from Downtown Nashville. The property consists of two historically preserved homes connected by a brand new addition, joining all three spaces into one, blending new and old, including an outdoor patio that extends the length of the addition, as well as a landscaped courtyard and an adjacent lot that can be tented and used for larger events.
One of the newly renovated, century-old homes consists of original brick, marble floors, two working fireplaces, antique sconces, and oversized Italian chandeliers. The Great Room is the perfect space for a wedding ceremony, an intimate dinner party, or a festive cocktail hour. It is adjoined with a brand new 2,500 sq. ft. open concept Ballroom, which is designed with light hardwood floors, walls of glass doors, large Murano Glass Chandeliers, and specialty sconces throughout the room.
The exterior of the property is dressed in copper gas lanterns, cobblestone walkways, two front porches, and a back patio to give our guests a romantic aura and a feeling of home.
Our Bridal Suite is a fully furnished, beautifully decorated private room inside one of our historic homes, dedicated to the couple, their wedding party, and immediate family.
The Sloane can accommodate up to 200 guests, and couples have exclusive access to the entire venue for 15 hours. It has an open vendor policy, which allows couples to choose companies that best fit their aesthetic and budget needs. The venue also includes a catering kitchen, vendor parking, and a covered breakdown area.
When the big day comes around, an experienced venue manager will remain on-site from start to finish to assist with all venue-related needs. Above all, very little is needed to create a beautiful event at The Sloane. Here, you can experience the elegance of a wedding, the entertainment of a party, or the comfort of a seated dinner.

Kristin decided to take her knowledge of multiple aspects of the event industry and wealth of contacts, including long-standing relationships with local planners and vendors, to launch a business that she is passionate about.
