The TreeHouse at Oak Crossing

The Tree House is absolutely fabulous!!! They were so helpful throughout the entire planning process and the day of! Kristen was so helpful she was able to answer every question I had!

Beautiful place. On the expensive side for what it is If you don’t mind being controlled like a communist then this place is for you. They don’t allow you to pick the law enforcement agency in that town to use, you can not pick your bartending service has to be the restaurant that leases from them, can not bring in your own food has to be catered by the ppl on her list. I mean not everyone can afford all the high end bartenders and catering but would still like a nice venue to have their wedding. Only thing they didn’t dictate was our colors. 1000 deposit that you may or may not get back. I drilled the girl about how ppl are complaining about the deposits and she gave a long story to make them look better, but what she doesn’t know I was at one of those weddings and those things didn’t happen. Be cautious when renting from dictators. Beautiful facilities and grounds tho

Went to leave a review on the FB page but unfortunately that has been turned off, I suspect because of our horrible experience. This place has the worst communication and professionalism that I have ever seen. Upon setting up a meeting time for all of us to review why they were keeping our deposit they cancelled on us at 11:15PM the night prior and have yet to reschedule with us, our last communications were are March 12th, 2021 requesting a reschedule We have yet to be given a call or email back. The place is beautiful but since I've shared my story others have come forth to say they have dealt with the same issues and have yet to see a resolution. For someone local, you would think they would want to take care of their local customers -- unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case. Their contract states that when you clean up if you are there past the specific time then you pay extra (I think it was $150 per hour), however we were continuously told they were locking the building @ 11PM so we weren't able to pick up like we wanted to, we would've paid $300 for being there longer vs. them keeping our $1,000 deposit. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

First off, this venue is absolutely stunning! The design, decor and beautiful oak trees outside are to die for! My bridal shower was held in one of the treehouse rooms, which are upstairs. It was seriously the most perfect space we could've asked for! I'm so happy to have had my shower there! I'd recommend anyone looking for an event venue to check out Oak Crossing, you won't be disappointed! Alicia, event coordinator, is so nice and down to earth! She was super easy to work with!
