Old meets new is this beautiful historic building. Located in the heart of downtown Kenosha our venue boasts a gorgeous ornate ceiling, sky light and a chandelier on the main floor. The lower level is a blast from the past with the huge Vault, marble staircase, multiple chandeliers and antique furniture. Capacity 250 Weddings, showers and other special events. Congratulations on your engagement! We can accommodate Up to 250 on the main floor and can accommodate wedding, Cocktail hour and reception. Our venue is full service, so included in our most popular package (150 guests) in the rental fee of $3800 on Fridays and Sundays or $4200 on Saturdays: Day of coordinator services Description of services included: - [ ] Meet with couple either on phone or in person. Unlimited communication by phone, text or email as needed to ensure all needs are met - [ ] Connect with and coordinate timing with all vendors - [ ] Rehearsal of ceremony before wedding day - [ ] On site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to 12 hours - [ ] This includes full day service from beginning to end (up to 12 hours).. - [ ] Coordinate when music will be played, when bridesmaids and flower girls if any will walk, placement of bridesmaids, groom and male attendants. - [ ] Coordinate the reception events including gift placement, directing guests, dinner, first dance, bride and groom dance, bouquet and garter toss (if needed), announcements, toasts, and any other specials required by the bride and groom.  - [ ] Provide assistance in any emergency situations that could arise for any participant or guest. - [ ] Manage guest comfort, cleanup any spills, help with plate removal, and cleanup. Venue (What is included) - [ ] Bridal suite 8am-12:00am - [ ] Use of Reception Hall setup after 10am (event time 4pm-12:00am) - [ ] Tables/Chairs/tableware - [ ] Level 1 drink package (soda, water,coffee) - [ ] Setup (map and final number of guests must be finalized 2 weeks prior) - [ ] Help with cleanup - [ ] Event Staff / Bartender/s - [ ] Coordinator- all above - [ ] Tablecloths & Chair covers There are options for both smaller and larger size weddings as well.
